"A Detroit-style pizzeria is opening a Cedar Park location with a planned opening in late March; it will operate roughly 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Saturday, and pledged to donate half of sales on a designated Wednesday to a local recovery nonprofit." - Nadia Chaudhury

We stopped in for the first time to get takeout since they were still open at 9pm. The restaurant looked nice and spacious, and everyone we interacted with was quick, helpful, and friendly. My experience with the actual food however, was quite disappointing and dissatisfying. We ordered three items and felt like we just wasted over $40. The Bobo-Brazil detroit style was pretty good actually but we felt it was too small for what we paid. Give it a try if you like Detroit style. I like the variety of options on the menu since I don’t prefer Detroit style. I like thin (ny style) so I went with bar style thin crust & asked for the Marinara since I saw it under the Detroit style - very big mistake, don’t do what I did! This review is more about the bar style though. So my pizza was not cut and the pizza crust was so, so bad. It was like flat (single wall cardboard) bread, and no crispiness or browning anywhere! Also I didn’t read the description carefully, so note it’s fresh garlic. Very overpowering. Great sauce though, on my bright side. The brussels sprouts was just not it. It was soft and tasted like my first attempt at making it at home..no crisp or char at all!

We've tried Via 313 at their 6th Street location and loved it. This one has a different vibe, more bright and open, but the food is just as good. From our waitress to the manager, we were constantly checked on without it being annoying, and they were super friendly and attentive. We got the Detroit style in three different flavors, and they were all excellent. My only critique is style with ricotta is overpowered by the rest of the pizza (I think it was called The Ambassador). I usually do ricotta mixed with parmesan as a pizza topping, but that's a personal preference thing. We'll definitely continue to go here when we're in the area

As empty nesters with totally different taste buds, we just want to say how much we love your 1/2 & 1/2 pizza! I get to order my favorite, and my husband sticks to his classic pepperoni—no compromise needed. The portion size is perfect for two, and it feels like it was made with folks like us in mind (even if it wasn’t 😉). Thanks for making date night delicious and easy!

Been to this pizzeria several times since it’s opening and it was really good, but I think things are slipping a bit. I ordered two large pies for takeout. As far as I can remember in previous visits, these pizzas had a bit more sauce on them than what I got last night. It seemed to be just bread and cheese with just a splash of sauce. I only had two slices when I usually eat much more. The pizza was so dry with the lack of sauce that I really didn’t want anymore. Maybe I have to order extra sauce on the side next time? The pizzas are great quality and the service is always excellent. But maybe if you’re ordering pies from now on get some extra sauce on the side because they seem to be conserving it.

It's good to have a new and unique kind of pizza place in town. They basically serve a thin and thick crust pizza and both are really good. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. I would make a few recommendations: at the Cedar Park location, I would lower the lights at the back of the restaurant. Great lighting up by the bar. The drinks are small. My wine looked like it was somewhere between 1/2 normal glass and a thimble. The margarita glass was also small. Last item is up the dressing on the salads. Overall, the service was excellent the the pizza was delicious. Love the sauce! You will have a winning combination if you can make those small corrections.

Google
It’s a Pizza Bar. Detroit style squares and thin, 12” rounds. Don’t be put off by the limited “selections” under the thin crust section; they can do the more extensive list from the Detroit section on thin crust too. “Sonic” ice - if you know, you know. The House salad is first class, romaine and fresh veggies. The thin crust is a tough chew, but it holds its form and doesn’t flop about; easy to keep the toppings on top! Cheese right out to the edge; the “crust” in the photo is the caramelized cheese at the edge. Great toppings with fresh veggies. The sauce was a little sweet for my tastes.

Google
Detroit pizza is my favorite selection which has a crispy crust. You may do a half half flavor of your preferred choice. The price of the various flavors cost differently too. The do have bar style pizza if you like. The ginger ale which cost $2 per can is really good to pair with the pizza. Despite the great food and ambience, the server who is a manager in training didn’t meet my expectations in welcoming new visiting guests. Only when you need to review for your followers and ask about their service, then they kinda waived off the drinks for out of courtesy. I would probably bring my new visiting guests and google guide reviewers to the one which has a better service to introduce this delish brand pizza.

Google
Found this place while in town. Tried a deep dish and a bar style pizza. Both were pretty good. We even ordered another pizza to go. Mgmt was so very nice, gave us a cinnamon stick desert pizza. Very delicious. Added this place to my favorites.! Sydney was a fantastic server.! Great job y'all.

Yelp
I LOVE Detroit style pizza and Via delivers! The crust, the caramelized cheese... all great! I do wish they had a bit more variety in their offerings, but overall we always find something great to get. We typically do take out so we can't speak to service inside but pizzas are always ready on time, piping hot and cooked very consistently.

Yelp
Via 313 in Cedar Park is in a great location--right near all the major shopping, so it's super convenient. The wait usually isn't too bad, even during peak times, which is a plus. The restaurant has plenty of seating inside. If you're into Detroit-style pizza, this is a solid spot. Thick, crispy crust, cheesy edges, and rich toppings--it definitely hits the mark. That said, service can be a bit slow. We went on a weekday for an early dinner and it still took quite a while to get our food and check. Overall, if you've got a craving for Detroit-style pizza, it's worth the stop--just be ready to take your time.

Yelp
Awesome pizza, and they make a great Old Fashioned with turbinado syrup. Zero complaints. We have eaten here three or four times already in the 2 months we've been in the area. We will be back!

Yelp
Arrived on a busy Friday, sat at the bar. Took them over 15 minutes to acknowledge us. No hellos. Cash, dirty napkins and dirty glasses were left over 20+ minutes right in front of us after ordering . Ordered the roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and a bar style pizza. The veggie dish was made from a frozen bag, soggy and disappointing . Don't even try this garbage. The bar style pizza was tasty, and spicy, good, but not impressive. For the price go to Obsidian Brewery. The Detroit style pizza, the 500, wasn't bad. We've had better. Honestly not worth the price and wait. Never going back.

Yelp
Via 313 is a solid choice and a pizza joint that I can trust to get good pizza! I love Detroit style Pizza I just wished it had a bit more crispy cheese edge. We ordered the Brussels sprouts to start off with and they were okay. A little wilted and less crispy. Pizza we ordered The Cadillac and The Carnivore. The Cadillac is more unique and it always brings a smile to my face the balance of savory and sweet between the prosciutto and fig sauce! The carnivore is a solid meat lovers pizza and you can go wrong. Love this place the food, the service and the decor. Makes me feel like a kid that always wanted pizza growing up!

Yelp
Love Via 313! Service was great. Our server kept us well hydrated which is a big deal to me. This was my boyfriend's first time at Via 313, and he was blown away by how good the pizza was. It was late in the evening, so we split a small Detroiter. The crust was so fluffy with just a little crunch at the edges, and the sauce had that amazing fresh tomato taste. I love that they put 2 different types of pepperoni on this pizza so that you get pepperoni in every bite. Delicious! He wants to go again and try a different flavor next time since there are so many options.

Yelp
Love this pizza! Great service, great food, and a casual cool dining ambiance. Can't beat this Detroit style pizza in Austin. Our go to is always the Cadillac!

Yelp
Not as good as it used to be. Guadalupe was the main location I used to frequent, and this location hasn't been quite up to par. I will say my server was great on this visit. I think the thing that rubbed the wrong way was $2.00 for a side of ranch. Seriously? And it was mid!
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the pepperoni and was brought plain cheese. Because it was my first visit, i saw no reason to complain since I was there to try pizza, and cheese would work too. However, the pizza was cooked a tad too much. It would have been nice to see the cheese--but the dark brown over cooked cheese wasn't appetizing. Also, the sauce was mainly just tomato flavor. It struck me as fresh but very plain. I wanted to like it, but overall, I was disappointed. What saved the meal was the cheese bread. It was chewy and well-seasoned. It had the same sauce for dipping as on the pizza, so that was disappointing. Finally, service was terrific! I sat at the bar and received good attention. My drink stayed full, and I didn't have to wave anyone down to take my order. My bartender was also very friendly.

Yelp
Pizza was still very good.. cheese bread abit burnt Service - I didn't catch her name but she was really sweet and attentive; thank you! Ambience is still cool. I just wanted to update and say the service has improved!

Yelp
First timers but not last timers. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, our waitress was awesome, and the pizzas that my son and I ordered were both delicious. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items.

Yelp
Worst pizza ever. Completely inedible. Picked up two GF pizzas to go last night and got home to realize they were like eating kitchen sponges. Someone forgot to include an important ingredient that would make it turn into pizza and not an SOS scouring pad. Wasted $65.

Yelp
The pizza was so good! I liked the detroiter but the bobo Brazil, you have to try! The drinks were super strong. I only had one. Im a light weight Service was great. I'm glad I tried this place out.

Yelp
This is hands down best pizza I've ever put in my face. I hesitate to even call it pizza and I love pizza! The "pizza" at Via 313 transcends pizza. Gourmet pizza? Pizza Ambrosia? Pizza-topia? Technically, it's Detroit-style pizza which means the pizza sauce is on top of the pizza and get ready to dial your taste buds all the way up to 10. The pizza sauce is a good mix of savory and sweet. I really like that they incorporate a lot of garlic into their pizza. The sausage here is AMAZING! It's smokey and flavorful and it's like a party in your mouth when you eat it. I highly recommend it. The pizza crust is just the right amount of crunchy. And they have superman ice cream! I do kinda wish they had counter service instead of servers. It can be a bit of a challenge to get drink refills and that would be so much easier if the soda dispenser was out on the floor.

Yelp
Kim here with a friend and the kids. Two types of crust/pizza style to choose from. Cool concept. Poppin place. Service was good. I got the Hawaiian but instead of ham I got pepperoni. It would've been fire with jalapeño. Waitress asked if we wanted a side of ranch with our pizza. Why not. She did not disclose that It was over two dollars for a side of ranch dressing. Over all, little bland for my liking. I wish they would've used fresh pineapple instead of canned. I think it would make it a little sweeter and more flavorful is serving pieces. My daughter got the regular pepperoni pizza. She did not like it. She said it didn't have much flavor. I would write this place a little better than average. A lot of young employees working there. Lots of conversing between them, but other than that pretty decent.

Yelp
To start this, I grew up 15 minutes outside of Detroit..so to say you're a Detroit pizza style, I had very specific standards...oh the nostalgia that came flooding back! Y'all nailed it!! So good..this, outside crunchy, melty cheesy perfection. I applaud yall, keep making it exactly this way!
google avatar

Pierce A.

Yelp
Order the pepperoni pizza to go. Pizza was good, had good bread and cheese. It needed more sauce and pepperonis however. But overall a pretty decent pizza. It did take way longer then expected wife waited nearly 30 minutes after the said it be ready shortly.

Yelp
This has become one of my top spots for pizza!Via 313 does Detroit styled pizza so well, with the thick soft doughy bread that still has a crispy crust. My personal favorite was the Cadillac, it was so cheesy yet sweet. But my friends also really liked the Ambassador Bridge. We also tried the Bobo Brazil, which was good but not really anything special. The salad was so refreshing with all of the heavy pizzas. We got the arugula one (excerpt we subbed in romaine lettuce) and the candied nuts and orange zest was so delicious. We also got the cinnamon sticks, which looked a lot different than what I expected but were still so yummy. It's the same dough but with icing and cinnamon, but because they don't crisp up the edges, it comes out all warm and doughy.

Yelp
Online didn't work out via Yelp. Placed order, waited patiently. Got a note that said delivered. No delivery. Was refunded the money via Grubhub, but had a seriously disappointed group of people waiting on dinner. 90 minutes is a long time to wait for no delivery. Love Via 313, extremely disappointed in Yelp/Grubhub service for their business.

Yelp
Was a terrific business concept before they sold out to a Colorado ownership group. Most recently, the location in Cedar Park charged us - unbeknownst to us - a 23% tip on a takeout order. The staffs trick was to have us use our debit card on a tap system, then turn the screen around to only have us sign....and thus avoiding the display of the egregious tip. I could go on and on about this location but would get carpal tunnel from typing so much. Too many choices these days to support a location that actively seeks to rip-off their loyal customers.

Yelp
What a fun find! The feel was Classic pizzeria with a modern twist. Super friendly servers and management staff! Brownie sundae was delicious and free because we were first time customers The pizza is Awesome! We had the Dill pickle pizza.... A must try if you are a pickle lover! Veggie thin crust and pepperoni Chicago style were both amazing as well! Thursday Margaritas were $3.13 and were made with fresh ingredients! I will definitely be back

Yelp
Food is great and so are the drinks. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. It was my first time coming in, I told the lady at the front. "It's my first time." Trying to spur some kind of explanation of what to properly do. Instead I get a blank stare, which after a few moments had to continue to explain that I was new and don't really know how it works. After directing me to the bar, another lady greeted me at the bar with a menu and no actually greeting or "hello". Very weird and tired energy from the staff. And I just wanted to sit and enjoy some decent pizza. I never write food reviews, so hopefully that added to the amount of "off put" this first time experience has given me.

Yelp
Tried Via313 for the first time ever. We went on Easter Sunday and there was no wait to get seated. Our server was super nice and informative. I appreciate a pizza place that allows you to get half and half topping so that you can try few different flavors. I got the small Detroit style pizza which is a deep dish pizza. Half of mine was the Cadillac ( Gorgonzola, Fig Preserves, Prosciutto, Parmesan, Balsamic Glaze) and the Ambassador Bridge ( Sausage, Natural Casing Pepperoni, Fresh Garlic, Italian Oregano, House-Made Ricotta. Sub Plant-Based Pepperoni to make it veggie ) which was basically a garlicky and flavorful meat lovers. Husband had the Carnivore (Smoked Pepperoni, Natural Casing Pepperoni, Ham, Sausage, Bacon) in small which is a 8x10 square pizza. The small honestly is more than enough for one person since it's deep dish pizza. My favorite was the Cadillac, I loved the fig preserve flavor mixed in with the Gorgonzola cheese and all. The Ambassador Bridge was garlicky so if you are not into that then I would maybe get the carnivore. I personally love garlic so I loved it more than the carnivore. They also have thin pizza but we didn't try it this time, hopefully next time. The place was super clean and had a nice dim decor. Last but not least, the hibiscus margarita was light, refreshing and so yummy. It was the perfect margaritas to pair with my Fig Preserve and Gorgonzola pizza. Will definitely go back again to try some other menu items.

Yelp
Via313 has become my families new obsession. Their Detroit pizza is super scrumptious and lovely. The crust is thicker than I'd normally like but it has such a great flavor. Amazing. Love the toppings and cheese. It's become a go to for our family.

Yelp
Monday night, party of 2 seated within 10 minutes. Service was a bit slow due to being busy and training new employees. Even still, the crew was super friendly and accommodating. They were unable to serve the beer flight, reason: they did not have the flight glass setup. :( Anywho, the salad was super fresh and the pizza was delicious! I'll be back soon to give it another try.

Yelp
I've been to the Via on E 6th quite a few times and always enjoyed it very much. Was up north today so went to the Cedar Park location. They were super busy, to be expected on a Friday night, and the staff was handling it very well. The cashiers were really nice and the line was flowing fairly quickly for all the take out orders. Unfortunately I got home and my order was wrong. For some reason there was olives all over my carnivore? I called them and they were very apologetic and rectified it very quickly by providing me with a refund. Will likely try this location again, I'll just make sure to check my order before I leave next time(:
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered takeout and the service was decently quick. Got a small with spinach and ricotta, and got the cheese sticks. While I wish everything had a bit more cheese, the cheese sticks disappointed me due to several of them lacking cheese. Despite this everything did taste good, and their red sauce is super tasty! I am not a huge fan of tomato sauce but this one just really has a remarkable flavor. For the price, I am thinking a little more toppings would be nice but that aside, everything did taste fresh. I would get it again and probably dine in with people so we can all try a different pizza.
google avatar

Emma B.

Yelp
They have great gluten free options! The deep dish is great, I will say there isn't enough marinara sauce they only put a small drizzle so I recommend asking for more sauce when you order. Other than that it's really good!
google avatar

Yelp
My family really enjoyed the Detroit style pizza and the bar style pizza. The Detroit style pizza is a thicker crust much like the Chicago style pizza (e.g. Pizzeria Uno - for the old-timers). The happy hour drink menu (from 3pm to 6pm) is definitely a great deal as old fashioned and Moscow mules are $6 each. The Caesar salad wasn't worth the $9. For the price, I would rather get another drink. The server, Dave, was efficient and very nice. Overall, we enjoyed the service and food. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Seriously some of the best pizza I have ever tasted... I wish I had taken photos but the team devoured it so quickly. The Stooges (V) Baby Spinach, Marinated Artichokes, Shallot, Parmesan Crisps This pizza was amazing, full rich body, absolutely delicious! The Cadillac Gorgonzola, Fig Preserves, Prosciutto, Parmesan, Balsamic Glaze This selection was so very unique, this was more of a dessert, it was soooo very good, I wish I could have this every week!! Definitely can't go wrong with Via313!!

Yelp
Pizza is great. Love the options, and for our daughter who can only have gluten free, their crust is hands down the best. Staff is friendly and we were sat right away. However, once the pizza was delivered, never saw our server again. Had to actually go find them for refills, boxes and the check. Their station was spread out randomly, so it seems we simply got forgotten about. Outside of the lack of service, place is great.

Erik H.

Yelp
The minus - the pizza is a bit on the pricey side. The plus? OMG it was good. The large pizza didn't look that big, but that was deceiving - I had 3 squares and was absolutely stuffed. I particularly liked the crust of the pizza, especially the crunchy edges. But it was excellent overall, full of interesting flavors and seasoned perfectly. Even my son liked it and he is a fussy eater. This was my first experience with Detroit style pizza but it will not be my last by a long shot. Edit: 15 days later, I'm about to make my 3rd return trip to VIA313 ... so you could say this stuff is a bit addictive :))

Yelp
Waiting for the newness and crowds to die down. Managed to get there early for lunch a week ago. Decided that I would most likely make a mess so I order To Go. That is the door to the right for take out. Trying to make it a healthy choice (I know stupid idea) I picked The Rocket. It was going to be about 20 to 30 minutes. So I paid then looked for a seat. None in the takeout. Couldn't sit in the restaurant. Outside patio it is. It would have been fine except for the wind and boy was it windy. Went back inside after 15 minutes and stood waiting. Looked into the restaurant area and it looked nice. Full bar and plenty of tables. Finally they call my name, take my pizza and a couple of packs of cheese and head to my car. Once home put two slice on my plate and went to sit and enjoy it. Here is the downside of healthy pizza, my arugula kept falling off. There was a lot of arugula, I seriously mean a lot. Oh, the pizza was about 10" by 10" cut into 4 slices. I loved the pizza dough. Thick, crunchy and chewy, and it had a nice flavor. As I was eating, I would get spots of spiciness from the calabrese. I liked that a lot. For me, too much arugula. Then the sauce, it reminded me of Chicago style sauce, sweet. I prefer the NY style of garlicky sauce. I believe I will come again and try some with less greens, maybe just a plain cheese. Most of the pizzas had pepperoni on it and if you are not a fan of pepperoni, your options could be limited. Keep in mind that this 4 slice pizza was $15.00, that is $3.50 per slice. Not cheap

Yelp
Hi Via 313, Nice to meet you! It appears we stared off on the wrong foot. I came to this location the day of your soft opening and was advised that one must be invited to the soft opening. Okay, no problem! However, when my little one asked about this at the pop-up tent outside of the establishment, she was given a major attitude by one of the female staff members. I understand soft openings are tough, but please don't take that stress out on your consumers. April 9th, 2022 visit I came in today to give you another try because we all have bad days, right? I placed an order at the to-go counter for two menu items. When I got to the counter and ordered, the blonde female employee who rang me up also seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Aside from the chip, she seemed to have issues with her allergies (we all do, it's Central TX), I get that. That's not what the reduction in stars is for. It's because this employee wiped her nose with her hand and then proceeded to ring up my order and then.... When I went to pick to up the pizza, the same employee asked for my name, which I provided. She then goes to the back and comes to the register and asked "What was your name again"? Apparently my pie was on the counter next to her. She checked my food ticket, looks in my pie box and sighed and said "here". Food Carnivore pizza- This pizza was outstanding. The tangy sauce, fresh sausage and buttery crust made for the prefect bite each time. Broccoli and Cauliflower- This was a good appetizer (not any different than the HEB pre-made entries). It was simple and light and was as expected. The food is great, but the attitude from the employees here is terrible. I am big on customer service and this place missed the mark on all levels. I'm not sure I could come back based upon the lackluster service alone. A word of advice, its easier to attract flies with honey than with vinegar. Please do better.

Yelp
TLDR: Stop reading this review and go try out this pizza, it's DA BOMB! I've been a fan of Via 313 since it was an itty bitty pizza place that sold pies out of food trucks! Then when they started moving to brick n' mortar on the South side of Austin I was thrilled. So you can imagine how happy I am to see one on the North side of Austin! Detroit style pizza is a bit thick, square, and with lots of caramelized cheese on the sides. Ordered an 'Omnivore' pie, which is mushroom, onion, green pepper, pepperoni, and sausage. (What other places would probably call a 'Supreme'.) Perfect mix of flavor, chew, and crisp! Excellent pie and service all the way around. This place scores a 5 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

Yelp
Hello from the Cedar Park burbs! My new foodie adventures up here as a toddler mom who used to stomp around the Domain is excited I never have to leave my Cedar Park bubble for all the delicious foods Austin had to offer. I had the pleasure of snagging an invite for my friends and I to all attend Via 313's soft opening and gosh, we are still full the next day. The drinks are beautiful, tasty and strong. So much so, that my 2 year old tried very hard to snag my margarita and our server was able to make his own little cocktail, sprite with grenadine. :) The appetizer we chose for the table was the amazing artichoke dish with drool crostini, folks of all ages can enjoy the ooey gooeyness of the cheese and marinara. Our personal sized pizzas we all chose a different pizza and swapped slices, and I think the Balsamic glaze they use is liquid gold. Hubs looooved his pizza while I loved my pineapple and jalapeño topped pizza. The pizza is rectangular shaped with a fluffy, thick crust. We couldn't help but inhale it, and still walked away with hearty leftovers! I did appreciate that they brought our little kiddo crayons, coloring activity sheet and some pizza dough for some fresh playdoh to keep him entertained. The pizzas are made fresh so with the crowd we were looking at 20-30 minutes until our food arrived. Our meal ended with the nommiest colorful ice cream swirl and cinnamon sticks, which after inhaling even more, I needed to be rolled out of there and back into my car ha! I'm thrilled Via 313 has staked their presence here and can't wait to come back for some tasty bites especially when we're bopping and shopping around the 1890 area!

Yelp
The pizza...wow it was amazing! Definitely can't wait to go back. Great atmosphere and team members. Would have totally given a five star rating, however, I was not happy with the the way we were billed. $26 bucks for two soft drinks, and 4 pieces of the Detroit style pizza. Black olives mushrooms and half pepperoni, half sausage (the sausage was the best). What I saw on the bill we were charged extra for splitting the meat. We were offered the option to do half and half by our lovely waitress. Should have mentioned we would be charged 6 bucks extra to do... Plus they charge for ranch dressing (total turn off) Again, definitely will go back and ask about pricing first!

Pizza is always solid! But specifically wanted to give the CP location some kudos for the awesome Christmas decorations, it really puts you in the holiday spirit and the whole staff was so friendly it was a great environment to enjoy some 'za over the holidays with our family!!!

Yelp
Via 313 is new to Cedar Park. And their pizza is different than any other I have experienced in Central Texas. The wait staff were great and the food was amazing. Plus they stay open late to accommodate those of you who eat after dark. I took my family to Via after a movie. It was 9:15pm and the place was packed. They also have a nice bar. Via 313 is definitely on 'My Keepers List'.

Yelp
This was my first time to the Cedar Park's establishment. I didn't have a reservation but there was seating at the bar. The bartender was busy but kept up and took care of everyone's orders. She even took our food orders. I ordered a couple of beers and the small size Detroiter Pizza. It was excellent, the food and the service. I wish my waistline would allow me to eat pizza more often. However, since it doesn't I will have to wait a few weeks before I go back. I would recommend Via 313 if you are looking for a delicious pizza, square or round and thick or thin!

Yelp
I've been looking forward to trying this place out since I saw it was coming to Cedar Park. It was worth the wait. There are other locations, but this one is closer to where I normally work. I stopped in with a coworker for lunch. The pizza was delicious, and our server was great. I'll definitely come back and tell friends. Ordered half Detroiter/Ambassador Bridge

Yelp
This pizza is one of a kind! The dough is so ooey gooey but crispy at the same time!! The crispy edges are the perfect texture to go with the flavorful marinara sauce and as you get to the center, the chewiness is just perfection! Came with some family and the kids got to sit at their own table. Great service too! The kids also get crayons and coloring sheets to stay busy while waiting for their meal. Must try: cheese bread with marinara sauce!!! SO bomb! I also tried the prosciutto pizza with white sauce or something and a sweet honey glaze. Omg, it was life changing. And top it with arugula! YUM! Can't wait to come back when I'm back in town!

Yelp
Slightly upscale vibe, and really great food so far. Let's start with the Artichoke and goat cheese appetizer. I would describe it as kind of a cross between a Bruschetta and Spinach Artichoke dip (although not exactly like either) over paper thin slices of crostini. Really good. One tiny criticism is that we ran out of crostini about halfway through (only 3 slices - I think 5 slices would have been perfect, without significant impact on margin). We ordered a 12 inch thin crust Supreme pizza. Very thin, very well executed crust. Although the crust is thin, it is not "cracker crust." There is a little char at the edges, and the crust is soft. Just a great thin crust. I can't eat thick crust due to dietary restrictions. But this did really nicely. All of the staff is hustling; and wait staff was fast, friendly and professional. We will be back soon

Yelp
This is an interesting style of pizza...I am used to calling these types of slices Sicilian. Went here with the kids and it was OK at this location. Fairly hectic. Not the cleanest. Also pretty pricey for what we got, I can't say I would be back again with the pizza options that are in the area. Service was also spotty but I think they might be understaffed.

Yelp
Excellent pizza! We ordered out for a big family dinner with a Classic Cheese, Herbivore, Cadillac and Detroiter pies. Thick crusts, crispy on the outside, soft and slightly chewy on the inside, with deep flavors from the cheese combined with all the toppings. Definitely a good choice!

Yelp
Tried take out tonight. Not the best experience. I have to take half the blame. I made an online order, and once I finalized it, I realized. I had not only ordered the meatballs, the cheese bread and the small pizza, but I had accidentally put a large pizza in there as well. I had some difficulty with their ordering system because I needed a half-and-half pizza and it took me a while to figure out how it works, however, I really wanted my better half to have his half of the pizza with the toppings he prefers so that's how I scrambled up the order! I can't believe I didn't review the order thoroughly and didn't realize my mistake until the order had gone in, but I did call them immediately. A very nice gentleman assisted me on the phone -told me it was not a problem and removed the large pizza from the order. I think him again, and apologized for the mistake. I asked if it changed the pick up time and he said that the pick up time was showing to be 5:55 PM central daylight time I didn't say anything about the tip nor did I reduce the tip. When my husband arrives to pick up the order, they discovered that somehow the meatballs and the cheesy bread had gotten messed and had nothing made so it was going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait which was not unacceptable. However, I didn't realize that would mean that our small pizza that was already hot and made, and waiting to go would sit there getting moist and limp. So, after waiting a bit for the rest of the order, and the five minute trip home, the pizza was less then good. It was pretty soggy, and I was pretty disappointed on the bright side. The cheesy bread and the meatballs were delicious. So there you have it. I really like via 313 especially since I am originally a Detroit girl, but I think we will need to avoid take out in the future. .

Yelp
Via 313 absolutely lives up to the hype. I've wanted to eat here for a while but the wait was always super long. We scored a table mid afternoon on a Saturday and were not disappointed. The Detroit- style pizza is so delicious and different from anywhere else around here. The melty, crispy cheese on the edges is ah-mazing. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap and the Cesar salad was well-made. Loved the chill atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. Five stars! Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Oh my goodness! This place really hit the spot! My youngest was going to "Die if she couldn't eat pizza." Being that we wanted her to stick around, we figured we would try to find somewhere with pizza. This place is a little confusing to get to, but worth the trek for sure! It's right by a burger joint! I had the salad with goat cheese and chicken. Aaaaamazing. My girls had a half and half pizza of cheese and pepperoni. Also- SHOUT OUT TO EVERY PIZZA PLACE IN THE WORLD THAT LET YOU GET TWO TYPES OF PIZZA IN ONE!!! Moms everywhere are SO THANKFUL!!!! The pizza is Chicago style so they actually put the sauce on top. I didn't get pizza but everyone there loved it. My mom and I shared the artichoke appetizer, and it will change your mind on artichokes FORVER!!! Absolutely will be back, can't recommend enough!

Yelp
As a fellow Detroiter I was absolutely pleased with Via313!! This reminds me of an upgraded version of Buddy's. It's been a while since I been there but I don't remember it being that good lol. The cheese has the perfect pull. The pepperoni is delicious, best pepperoni I've had. Pizza can be bland at times, but this was far from it. They even had Vernors pop, yes I said pop (aka soda) and Superman ice cream which are two Detroit classic items. So glad I came back here again.
