The food was delicious, lemon drop martinis were superb, Angus burger was juicy and flavorful. The appetizer platter was great bites of food. Tres leches cake was rich but tasty. Food from the menu took a long time to arrive. Buffet was pretty good with a lot of options. Can be super busy, especially if you are at the bar. Service can take a while. Staff was very friendly.

A happy accidental stop made me discover via Brasil steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find their salad bar nicely displayed and for a modest $20/all you can eat buffet. There was plenty for everyone to satisfy all palates. It was good, staff was super nice, friendly and floor mgr made sure everyone was taken care of 😊. I'll be back and definitely recommend Via Brasil.

A very nice place with a great atmosphere. I might have expected a little more variety in the food, but everything was delicious and a very good quality. I especially loved the pasta and potato salad. The flavor was excellent. The meats were also very good. It's a good option for a special occasion, although I wouldn't recommend it for a regular visit if you have a small stomach or meat isn't your main interest. But for a celebration or to take someone who eats a lot and loves everything meat-related, this place could be heaven.

This is a 5 star Brazilian steak house no doubt! From the time you walk in the door staff greets you and they are very nice ! The restaurant is very inviting,beautifully decorated and very spacious . It is perfect for the big parties and special events. The salad bar was filled with all the most delicious types of salads,they also had all types of cheeses including fresh mozzarella and parmesan, this place gives you a top tier food dining experience for a diner prices . I didn't even get started on the unlimited portions of meat that kept arriving constantly, which every single piece of meat we had was absolutely delicious. From the moment you flip your card, staff brings out the different types of meats to choose from. Every thing was super delicious and cooked to your request! I would recommend this steak house to anyone that loves Brazilian food. The service was amazing, making the entire dining experience top notch! We have met the owner, Ana and her husband, they were very nice and welcoming! They really made us feel so welcomed and special. Amazing staff, fresh and beyond delicious food, elegant vibes & atmosphere. I am going to recommend this place to all of my friends and family and definitely will come back again and again 😀

We have been many times, but we went for the Thanksgiving special I was extremely disappointed. On more than 4 occasions rather than a sample I was given scraps. Also, on almost every other cut my “sample I guess” was a thin sliver that probably weighed less than half an ounce. This was very consistent so I assume it’s what they are instructed to do The service was great but the food was truly awful. The salad bar was good, but the meat is the reason you go Probably our last trip to Via Brasil

Our Family Thanksgiving Meal 🥘! It’s always a treat to dine here but Holiday was a super treat for the whole family ! Huge Salad Bar with all the variety that a vegetarian would find a full meal. The soups are always the ribbon winners. Of course meat variety on a stick at the calling of your green card. Fried banana 🍌! Cheesy bread delight. Envoy this family dining experience or Intimate date were conversational dining is possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all categories !

I have come here in the past, and the hostesses have always been nothing but ordinary or even rude at times, which is why I see hostess changes so often here. But if I may say, Aylen and Olivia are amazing! Such amazing faces to welcome you to this establishment, very nice, and if I may add, beautiful young ladies! They explained the rodizio menu to me and the happy hour; both were very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant itself. One piece of advice to the owners: keep them! I would come back a million times again just because of them. On another note, Rick the manager and Joao the meat runner are very kind people who you can tell are genuine and aren’t just like that to keep their jobs. The food is good, and the service is even better; their staff right now is the best it’s been in a while.

Great atmosphere and amazing customer service, there is always someone available to assist and the food is great wether you have lunch or dinner there.

A great spot for Happy Hour. We have yet to try the buffet, so that's on our list. Spencer our server was super friendly and did a terrific job in making the Brazilian Crush Martini. The Brazillian Chicken Skewers were great, and we always love the Balsamic Beets. We tried the Trip Tip Skewer which was cooked perfectly. Finally, the Salgadinhos which is an assortment of appetizers which all were amazing. The interior is spacious and their Happy Hour bar area has decent size tables. We'll be back.

I had a bodybuilding competition today and was depleted! I was hungry!! Yelp said that they were open so after the competition we came here. It was around 2:30. The gentleman at the host stand said they just closed but we are more than welcome to wait at the bar until 3:30. We had two kids with us...so that wasn't legal so we left. Needless to say we left. Update your hours please!

When you've been to one all-you-can-eat Steakhouse, I wish you could say that you've been to them all, but this time it was special. My buddy and I were wanting to have a special dinner before watching the latest Superman movie, and even though we only had an hour, we absolutely loved it. Everyone was so kind, the meats were spectacular, and I would venture to say that it was better than Texas di Brasil - which is saying something. Similar pricing, but I was still impressed and very content after our meal. Even if you have only gone to Texas di Brasil before, give this one a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Hello yall, I went to this location last night on Thanksgiving. My wife Alana, made a reservation for 6:45pm and we still had to wait for at 20 min or more. The price was $67 a person with a limited sides. Only sides we got were mash potatoes, cooked spinach, and stuffing. We had to pay for soda and dessert. The bill came out to $256 for me, my, and my son. Meat service was slow in the beginning and my wife had to ask the server for the meat she wanted. Turkey was quick to come out but I didn't pay $67 per person for dry unseasoned turkey. Meats came out faster after male manager was walking around asking questions. No military discount on this day. I will try Texas Brasil next time to see if it's better.

First of all they have the best happy hour menu in Las Vegas! Not to mention it ends at 8pm, which is unheard of! This means you don't have to rush after work in 5pm traffic to get there and have a drink and food! This alone makes them stand apart! I met my friend for their happy hour after work and we were greeted by the lovely hostess. We sat outside, the couch was very comfortable and the evening was perfect for this. The waiter made recommendations but we have dined her in the past and knew what we wanted. We ordered the beets filet mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of it was delicious and cooked to perfection. We were outside for a long time and we never felt rushed! The owner came outside to talk to us too! She is very lovely and friendly! We will definitely be back.

It was my first time ever trying a Brazilian steakhouse where they take the proteins over to you. It was fun and new-- I liked it :) It was a very spacious restaurant with nice staff. There's this buffet-style area in the middle of the restaurant where you can get different salads, rice, sides, soups. You're given a card that tells the staff if you want them to keep offering you protein options or not, which was so cool to me since I'm such a newbie. I loved the different options of meats since I'm a carnivore. Towards the end for dessert, they came in with a cart to show you their options, we picked 3-- flan, creme brûlée and some kind of fudge dessert. I'd definitely like to go again. I had a good time.

If looking for an awesome spot in Las Vegas you must check out viabrasilvegas and their sister restaurant @loadedempanadas. Meats, salads, soups, veggies, rice, great bar and on weekends a special brunch which has made to order omelettes, or crepes with all the toppings. We love it and have never been disappointed!! They also have at each location different fun nights.

Came in with my husband on a Wednesday evening for their HH. I did not realize that on the HH you can order the all you can eat salad bar for $19.99, which is a phenomenal deal considering most "buffets" start at $30+. It was a bit slow so we were able to sit at the bar and order some drinks as well as indulge in the salad bar. I love that they have cold and hot options to choose from. You definitely get your moneys worth and it was very tasty. I would come back for the salad bar alone. Considering this is summerlin area it's great and service was very prompt. Love it!

I came in last Saturday to celebrate a birthday!! Service was good, food was great. There was a missing item we were promised for the birthday. However, I sent a message the next day and the owner called back promptly and assessed the situation with professionalism and kindness. Overall, I would come back to via brasil and would recommend it. Especially if you like a quieter environment and delicious meats!!

I hate to share this but I have to. Food!! Top notch meats the garlic steak and rib were my favorite but all the meat's excellent! We went to watch the super bowl and I will tell you I will make it a point to come again. They had a huge screen with the game. The sound system could use sone improvements. But still good view. The salad bar and food bar so so good lots and of salad choices and lobster bisque was tasty. They also had this rice dish with meat and chicken in it let me tell you it was seasoned so well absolutely my favorite dish!!! I will go back just for that. Service was excellent everyone super not nice and attentive. Drinks filled and requests were attended to within seconds. Ambiance very roomy don't feel crowded and in very nice location. We will be back!!!!

I had to come back and take the BF for his Birthday dinner! He enjoyed the food and all of the meat that kept coming. There was an event that night, but service was fast, quick and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wanted specific meat cuts and they came back and provided more once it was ready. This was the only time I didn't fill up on the rice!! LOL Salad bar was good and lots of selections with kinds of rice: White steamed rice, Garlic rice & fried rice. I know there are other restaurants out there but this was closest to my work and prices were great too! will be back again! LOL

We came with a party of 8 to celebrate an anniversary, and had a terrific experience. Wait staff were attentive and efficient, and the meats were delicious. Some were a bit (too) rare, but one of our waiters frequently checked with us to see if they could fire something up for us, so it's not as though we ever went without a specific cut of meat. As it became more crowded, members of my party indicated that it felt like there were long lulls between meat offerings, but trust me, no one left hungry. To finish our meal, they brought a celebratory dessert for the anniversary couple. A terrific special occasion meal!

Have been coming to this awesome restaurant for the past 10 years at least. Always great, always very family like. Owners are so attentive and greet everyone is person. Salad bar is always fresh, personal is attentive and so friendly. Love practicing my Portuguese with them.

I came here today with my boyfriend and my brother and his wife to celebrate, as it was both of our anniversaries. As we walked in, we were greeted as soon as the hostess was off the phone and was able to be seated immediately. Going inside, they have a nice big sign of "Via Brasil." The interior was very spacious and seemed quite classy. As we sat down, the server was able to explain to us how the processed work as it was our first time there. To start off, we went to the side bar that included salads, vegetables, soup, and quite a bit more. I got some roasted potatoes and vegetables and it was pretty basic, not anything special about it. When we were all sat down, it felt like it took awhile before any of the meats came to us. I had managed to finish a majority of what had came from the salad bar before the meat came around. Some meat were really good while others felt a little dry. When we were finished for our meal, we had to ask for our check several times before we actually got it. From the initial time we had asked for it, we waited about 15 minutes until we actually received it. Overall, I believe this place is decent but there is room for improvement.

The food was delicious. Would I say it's worth $61 a person, you pay for the service and experience. The manager came over twice and was very nice. The staff waited on us hand and foot. Our drinks were never empty and they offered us clean plates twice during our meal. The shrimp showed on their menu thag it had gluten in them but I was able to request them plain without the seasoning so it was gluten free and delicious. My 18 year old niece loved it. However we were a party of 9 and we had asked ahead of time if we could bring cupcakes and were told yes. We were not told there was a fee, we just ate them in the parking lot instead. It was nice that the birthday girl got a free dessert and boy do they party. With a crazy bubble gun, fire cracker candle and a led flashing light it was alot but she had a good time. The venue is very large so its nice that they spread people out so it feels more intimate. We were the table closest to the salad bar which was nice since we had two younger kiddos with us. We also had asked if we could get an order of sliders for the 13 year old picky eater and that was an easy fix since it was on their lunch menu. Minor issue my seat was at the edge of the table and I eneded up being right up against a beam, the table could have been moved over a few inches to avoid that but we were also very close to the kitchen. Family and friends all agreed it was a funny dinner experience.

The salad bar was awful, the meats were tough, service was terrible. What else do I need to say.

This has always been my favorite restaurant but our last dining experience was not so great we went on October 16th for my husband's birthday and brought 2 out of town guests with us, I couldn't stop raving about how amazing Via Brasil is.. We never were served all the selections of meats.. we kept waiting but they never came.. no salmon , no shrimp and only one type of chicken came .. I have always felt that the price was always fair due to the amount of selections you get but to pay what we did for about half the meats and not get all that is stated on the menu was very unsatisfactory!!i was very disappointed and felt a little embarrassed because of how much I raved about it.. this was the first time I left unsatisfied and not sure if I would come back

5/5 Amazing! Service, ambiance & food was so good! And don't get me started on the dessert CART! First off, the selection of the buffet section was beyond my wildest dreams. Now it may not be the VEGAS style buffet but it was just the perfect selection to go with the sides & meat that you get with your meal. AYCE meat with sides & buffet chefs kiss. Anna and her staff always go above and beyond. They paid special attention to our requests especially when it came to how the guests like their meats cooked. Some of my party like their meat well done while I like mine medium rare & oh boy did they deliver. This place is perfect for groups or even intimate parties as well. Celebrating something special? Definitely go to Via Brazil. They'll bring out the glitz and glam to make your special day feel extra special.

Absolutely loved dining here. Went for a Mother's Day brunch on Saturday and 10000/10 recommend. Between the service, the food, and the bottomless mimosas for $25 you can't go wrong! They even had fresh crepes, waffles, and a make your own omelette station. And for all of this and the pichana meats it's only $35.99!

Excellent Dinner - service was decent for the most part I would give it 4/12 - overall As with any Brazilian Steak House the meats just keep coming. If there was something you wanted the waiters would make sure it came out to. A few things that were making the rounds: Filets wrapped in bacon, Sirloin (seasoning was great), Sausages, Garlic Steak (lots of garlic), Turkey wrapped in bacon, Lamp Chops. We requested the Ribeye which came out a few minutes after the request - along with some amazing Beef Ribs Everything we tried was prepared perfectly. The restaurant is full out decorated for Xmas - It's clean with plenty of seating Waiters are constantly checking in, Good salad bar (fresh) $59 per person (pretty good deal with the quality of the meats) Drinks are an additional charge as well as the Desserts The only hiccup we had - is that we ordered some sides that took far too long to reach our table We had already been eating (only meat) for 15 minutes before any of our sides were served We had to ask a few times With that being said that's way I didn't give it a 5

Ive been coming to Via Brasil for about 7 or so years now. It's my absolutely favorite restaurant! Not only because the food is exquisite but the service it next level! I live bringing my daughter here also! We're treated like family! We met a manager (besides the owner) Jace & he was very welcoming & friendly as well! Had us try to new Bottle of Alcohol they just received called Gran Malo! (Spicy Tamarindo!) he told me it would change my life, and in fact he was correct! I generally can not take shots! I didn't even make a face according to my boyfriend! A+++ to Jace! He knew! AND Oh my goodness' LUCY! Lucy is my server! always! I must have her every time! The other servers are great, but I have a bond with Lucy, she is so great with my daughter Stella & her service ethics are top notch! Love love love her!! We missed Ana again, she had a new baby Loaded empanadas in Boca Park, MUST TRY Also!! The environments are always uplifting and low light! And good music!

We come here about every couple months due to the amazing food and prices on the happy hour and bar area. Service is always amazing and everyone is super friendly. My only feedback since it's happened twice now, is to maybe label the empanadas on the top like some other places do to make sure customers are getting the correct one. It happened in March and then again this past visit. I ordered the chicken empenadas and had one at the table and took one home for the next day. When I went to eat it, it wasn't chicken it was the meatball one. Wouldnt normally make a fuss but second times it's happened.

This last weekend the Bitches celebrated our 3 year anniversary! Aprils brunch was held Via Brasil Steakhouse and we ate ALL the things! This place is super cute inside and like most Brazilian steakhouses, if you leave hungry that's your own fault! All you can eat meats and salad bar of course but at brunch they also have omelets, pancakes, waffles and crepes cooked to order. These Bitches are eating all the things, one fabulous place at a time, and moving into year 4 of doing it! Went for the Valentines Day dinner and the food was great! Great variety of options for the cost and I was glad they allowed the children's pricing. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the flier and ads showed there'd be balloons, flowers, and a photo booth. I was looking forward to those since I had my daughter with me, but those things weren't there. Not sure why they'd be advertised. I did specifically ask about the photo booth and the manager said they were working on setting it up. It was almost 7 pm and they opened at 5 pm.

Food was amazing! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server was so attentive and gave us amazing service! We forgot his name however he was exceptional! The restaurants decor is beautiful especially the bar area definitely sets the mood for whatever you may be celebrating. Overall my partner and I had an amazing experience! 10/10 will come again for sure.

I had an awful experience at Via Brasil Steakhouse. The food was a huge letdown. The steak was bland and chewy, and all of our drinks tasted underpoured, like they were cutting corners on the alcohol. The cheesecake was the worst I've ever had; it tasted like mildew, almost as if something in it had expired. What REALLY disgusted me, though, was watching a manager and several employees haul dining chairs out of an employee bathroom that was crammed to the brim, and place them out on the floor for guests to sit on. It felt unsanitary, chaotic, and honestly like a health code violation. I will never go back.

omg went with my ladies today ! And I was not disappointed at all ! The food just kept coming and the service on a scale of 1-10 MY DAMN SCALE BROKE! The food MY DAMN SCALE BROKE. The wine was amazing but very pricey but it was worth it definitely if you're a wine drinker. The food was amazing! They had different cuts of meat, large salad bar, and extra sides...all included! Ther servers were super attentive and it fellt like they actually wanted us to eat more meat.lol Other places are so stingy with their meats. The place was fancy without being pretentious. It was a great experience with amazing food choices.

The exquisite taste of the food is only exceeded by the outstanding service. From the moment you enter the staff is on their toes catering to your every need and/or desire. We have a meal at Via Brasil every chance we get.

Another amazing date night! Service was spot on and attentive had great explanations for the options available. The food was great all the options they had really was top notch really can't go wrong with any of the meat options definitely worth checking out out. We will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful experience. Ambiance as always highly elegant and inviting. Throughly enjoyed the staff and how accommodating they were. Of course the meat selections were top tier and seasoned well. Very tender and appealing cuts. I appreciated the sides and salads and even the soup. Via Brasil is worth the visit and can't wait to go again .

We arrived about 10 minutes early for a noon Sunday brunch reservation. We were seated immediately, and a hostess explained all about the dining experience. We enjoyed the extensive salad and fruit bar, and the omelet and crepe station, any the never ending service of different meats. Everything was excellent. Service was professional and friendly. A very good overall experience.

Both the food and service are always excellent. There is never a wait for your next potion of some of the tastiest meat, chicKen and sausage that you've ever eaten. Their salad bar is just as plentiful. Save room for a couple of the 100% beef meatballs in a delicious red sauce. Unfortunately, I have enough room for desert because the main courses are so delicious. They look wonderful though. You also can't beat the service. Everyone is highly attentive and you never have to wait for the servers to stop by your table. Worth every penny of the price and then some. Cant wait to go back!!!

Another girlfriends happy hour adventure led us to this restaurant. I had no idea they offered HH. I just associated this restaurant being a typical Brazilian steakhouse. Pleasantly surprised with HH. Drink specials were a nice assortment. I'm a wine girl so I never stray !! We ordered apps to share which included calamari (Omg delish !!), beef carpaccio, 2 different empanadas, lamb chops and a ceviche (eh ... I'd pass on this one.) Service was subpar but that's really my only strike on this restaurant.

Saturday, December 9, 2023 - I waited all day for dinner! I was invited to a Christmas Party with my Sister. I enjoy trying new places especially Brazilian Steakhouses. We arrived about an hour early and just waited because we didn't want to rush to the other side of town. I was excited because I love steak and the salad bar. I walked in the door and was so fascinated with the Christmas Decor and all the headpiece tree toppers, they were so pretty. They were still setting up the room we were going to be in. We waited by the bar area and it was small but welcoming. Soon most of the party guest arrived and we were escorted to the party area. Drinks were ordered, everyone headed to the salad bar and than the meat service started. I don't eat the chicken, sausage or pork items because I enjoy the steak and cheese bread and salad options. I was not disappointed with the flavors, it was all so good. There was an Eggplant maybe stuffed with goat cheese which was so delicious as well as the acorn squash. As always I had to get my Mozzarella Cheese Balls. Because this was a private party, they did something different, when the meat service was done, they had a Bubble Gun to announce dessert. One of the choices was Chocolate Mousse, because of my diabetes, I was glad that this was not very sweet and I was okay to enjoy it. We played a few games, prizes were won and we had an awesome time, lol yes our team won the first game. We were on Charleston and Fort Apache, so if your in the neighborhood, they do open at 4, so stop on in with good company for good food and I guarantee you a great meal!

It's kinda expensive. Food is good tho. Service was great. I've been a few times because it's close but like I mentioned before the only real knock is that it's just kinda expensive.

The food was AMAZING, everything was cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy, seasoned very well, very flavorful and savory. I grabbed their Alfredo pasta and I will say this very delicious one of my favorites! The restaurant overall was very beautiful you can tell it was very well designed and thought out! The lighting was well dimmed, the placement and spacing of every table is distanced very well to where you don't feel claustrophobic or uncomfortable. The only thing that I personally didn't like was the flooring was just slippery I had slipped almost two times while being in the restaurant. The service was great they were on top of everything, had great attitudes and you could tell they were happy to be there with their big smiles. I was celebrating my 56th Birthday and decided to try this Brazilian restaurant. From the moment we entered 5 stars plus For customers service everyone was outstanding thank you to everyone. Pearl server had incredible recommendation I highly recommend the Brazilian Lemonade and coconut cake. We like that they serve seafood and not just chick and steak ect... I wish we could have gotten more before we were full because I don't eat a lot. Everything was delicious... The soup & salad bar had a lot of nice choices. On the way out a very sweet young lady offered to take our picture for us and I really appreciated her kindness. The manager deserves 10 stars for running a great restaurant with exceptional customer service.

We were here on Monday, the day after Father's Day, we just moved to the side of town, typically when we want to eat Brazilian churrasco , we normally go to Fogo , we decided to give this place a chance and we were very impressed. Their food was pretty good. Meat was perfectly cooked. Our servers were Alejandra and Pablo and they did an amazing job. Pablo almost convinced me to try one of his coffees, but I was too full. Very good service definitely will be back. My family loved it, I don't have to drive all the way to the strip .... Thank you
