Via Italian Table

Came for the $10 lunch special for the month of January. The service was great even though it was so busy there. They were able to seat all 12 of us. ***Food Mood Note: They have Coke products here! Their Diet Coke passed the crisp test! ***I love a good casear salad and you won't find that here unless you like a block of lettuce grilled and soggy.

I’ve been to Via Italian Table before and liked how sophisticated architecture has it! Very stylish decor and wood accents. We ordered Brussels sprouts for appetizers and for main course we got Eggplant Parmesan and Sausage & meatballs pizzas, which all were very delicious! I loved how they made the eggplants and its texture. Also shoutout to our waiter “Wizard M” who was very attentive and professional. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fancy italian place in the area.

We have been going to Via's since they opened and they never disappoint. The food is wonderful and wait staff (Jeremy and Rob this time) are equally wonderful. The chopped salad is great but huge. I usually have them give me a small plate and pack the rest to go. Save room for the layered cake shown below for dessert. Only challenge is parking so we pick our time carefully.

We had a fantastic meal at VIA during Pig Fest 2025. Service was attentive, professional, informative, and pleasant. The atmosphere was old school and modern at the same time. Prices were quite reasonable. Now the good stuff - what we ordered: Rhode Island style fried calamari (included battered lemon slices!), pork belly, carbonara, porchetta, wild boar ragu, tiramisu, 15 crape cake. From the bar we had an old fashioned, raspberry mojitos, wine, and an espresso martini. We had a great time, departed with full bellies and leftovers for later. We will be back!

Great lunch esp for the low price during the week. So great to see a place thriving and the help being enthusiastic and competent. Dad and I will be back

This was great. We had such a nice time. The food was all delicious! I got the rigatoni with roasted chicken but switched it to spaghetti, delicious. My husband got the scallops on top of risotto, also very good. We tried a couple of appetizers; the clams casino and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Very tasty, our main dishes come with soup or salad. We both got salad, the dressing could use some work as it was a little bland. Nothing special but tasty. They do give you complimentary bread and oil which was nice. We tried 2 desserts as well; the cheesecake and crepe cake. Both very good. As it was our anniversary they gifted us a scoop of vanilla gelato…which was soooo good. Honestly the best gelato I’ve ever tried. Between the 2 of us we got 4 drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. Came out to $250 after tip which was not bad price wise. We brought our entree and dessert leftovers home and ate them the next day. Would definitely go back again.

Great group dinning experience. The veal chop, amazing presentation and flavor was dynamite. The brussel sprouts were tasty. The Octopus dish was quite delicious. Get the grilled ceaser, great dressing. Good wine selection and decent price on the list.

Via Italian Table in Worcester is fantastic! You feel like you have stepped into the North End of Boston. Service is amazing from stepping inside and leaving. I mentioned briefly to the hostess that there was a birthday boy with me, just as a small chat nothing more. At the end of the evening she told our server who brought out a bday gellato which was the perfect way to end the night. The wine flights are recommend along with one of my favorite raspberry mojitos. Swordfish was cooked in parchment with the veggies which was excellent!!! Parking is a challenge since Shrewsbury St. gets very busy on the weekends with so many restaurants. A reservation is recommended. You will really enjoy and not be disappointed.

The menu pricing is bimodal. You have eggplant parm at $30, spaghetti 3-meatball at $30, meat dishes at $40+, and then Pizza at $17-20, and it's not small! Good deal. The pizza was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and the Fig & Prosciutto was a hit. $5 cocktails should be more common! Good deal. Especially good because the ice water tasted.. not great -- metallic, dusty.. not sure how to describe it, but get some Brita in here. Hope they don't make the ice with that. Plenty of evening parking, even for a full restaurant. Great service. Would go back.

Via is a beautiful restaurant-- no doubt about it-- and the service is mostly excellent (I've had some down experiences) but recently I went for lunch and I ordered a BLT-- I know, who orders a BLT at an Italian Restaurant? But that's what I felt like. Now what is a BLT? It's supposed to be crisp (hot) bacon, chilled tomatoes, fresh lettuce, a bit of mayo and some really good bread. Now a place like Via can't just do that but if you're going to call it a BLT you have to at least come close. This was inedible-- first bite, the Aioli sauce came spraying out everywhere-- the "thick cut Bacon" was cut so thin there was nothing thick about it-- and it was more like a piece of ham because there was nothing crisp about it. And to add insult to injury there were maybe three pieces of this raw bacon so you couldn't even taste it. When the waiter asked if I wanted a box-- I told him to take the sandwich out back and shoot it. It was without a doubt the absolute worst BLT I've ever had and will ever have because in the future I would send something like this back-- I didn't in this case because we were dining with friends and I didn't want to make an issue. Stay as far away from the BLT as humanly possible.

First--Tony, my waiter, was awesome. A lot of servers just don't give a shit. Tony was excellent and very attentive. Via has a great ambiance. I have gone here since my son was a freshman at WPI years ago. I ordered the sucking pig off the Pigfest menu and I was not disappointed. Wicked good. Cheesy gahhlic bread was off the chain too. Only criticism was the calamari--a little light in the portion and very "fried" tasting.

Very nice restaurant for an Italian dinner. The crepe cake was the star of the show - such a delicate and delicious dessert. The server was also so friendly and gave us many other recommendations in the area.

Via Italian Table is a beautiful restaurant, located on busy restaurant row on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. Worcester is the second largest city (by population) in New England. Via also offers very pleasant patio style dining in the summer, I really like the venue. Their service has always been very good, including this evening when I ordered takeout. They have some great menu choices and I decided on: CHICKEN PARMESAN $29.99 Lightly breaded, sautéed chicken breast served over spaghetti with marinara, melted fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese with Tortellini. MUSHROOM FIORI $29.99 Fiori pasta tossed in a herbed wild mushroom cream sauce, smoked honey, porcini mushroom powder and parmesan cheese. (2) BURRATA CAPRESE SALAD $7.00 each (up charge) Fresh burrata mozzarella, heirloom tomato, basil, herb oil, and balsamic reduction. I waited at the bar sipping on a nice Austin Hope Cabernet, Paso Robles, 2022 ($17), which was suggested by the friendly and attentive bar tender. Service at the bar was excellent. The food arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes, just as the hostess estimated. Via is a quick 15 minute drive to my house. The food was warm when I arrived, but unfortunately it was disappointing, in great part, because it was very dry. The Mushroom Fiori had a nice flavor, but the pasta absorbed too much of the sauce, so we didn't like the consistency. And either there was too little sauce for the Chicken Parma and Tortellini, or the pasta absorbed too much, and the result was very dry and unappetizing Tortellini. The Chicken was pretty good, not as dry as the pasta, though some sauce would have helped that too. And lastly we get to the Burrata Caprese Salad. First of all, when I ordered this, I didn't realize there was an up charge, I was told a salad came with the meal (perhaps just a house salad). That said, had I enjoyed the salad, I would have forgiven the transgression. The Burrata with Balsamic Reduction was delicious!! But the tomatoes were TERRIBLE! The texture and flavor was really unappealing. Though not in season, we get vine ripened tomatoes or grape tomatoes which are usually pretty good, even during the cold month of January. These tomatoes tasted like cheap, bulk, left over supermarket tomatoes that I would never consider purchasing. I ate one bite and tossed the rest of the tomatoes. An interesting aside is that the Burrata Caprese Salad came with a cup of balsamic reduction on the side for the salad. I'm surprised more Italian restaurants don't provide a cup or two of sauce to help refresh their takeout orders (in the future I'm going to request that). My guess is that the two entrees would have been much better had I dined at the restaurant, though I definitely would have returned the salads. Three-stars for this visit.

Great food and service as always. I enjoyed the charcuterie board which included all types of meats, jams, and cheese. My lunch entrees was the Salmon Puttanesca over polenta.

Had an amazing lunch experience here. We ordered several appetizers, all of them delicious and fresh. The entrées were equally amazing. Their new $10 lunch menu is mind blowing in terms of the quantity and quality of food for the price. Our server was wonderful, simply wonderful. Love the open kitchen plan. Nice cozy atmosphere. Everyone was top-notch. Beer was super fresh. Great job, highly highly recommend Via!!

Let's be honest ... the food here is always average, at best. As a frequent traveler to Italy ... it's not really authentic Italian, its more what I'd call Italio-American fusion. Which is fine, although I think that's not exactly how they see themselves. What sets Via apart is that the staff is usually fantastic and the atmosphere is classy and fun. Parts of it are weird ... like having to practically walk through a kitchen with slippery tile to get to the restroom. How their risk management people let this slide puzzles me. But overall, its warm, cozy, just dim enough and has that wonderful buzz you want in a restaurant without being overly loud. (Unless you are next to the kitchen/service area) In summer months they have a covered outdoor patio, which transports you to Europe. Like Europe, parking is a complete pain in the ass here. There are valets ... but I usually try to snag a spot in the 111 Chophouse parking lot, which the same company owns. The menu here has a good combination of meats, pasta and fish. A secret is that you can also usually order from the Chophouse menu and they'll bring it across. I usually end up getting the pasta and wind up underwhelmed. The filet is probably the best meat on the menu. Chicken parm is so so. Meatballs are so so. Bolognese is good. I've never ordered a dish I felt was absolutely epic here. The closest I've come is the proscutto wrapped mozzerela cheese. It is cooked so the prosciuto is crispy and the cheese is just on the verge of melty. Imagine a bacon wrapped scallop with cheese instead. The pizzas are grilked and are hit or miss ... sometimes good. Sometimes not. For a business dinner, special occasion or just for fun, you really won't find as nice a vibe. I have always thought The Sole Proprietor to be too crowded and cafeteria-like ... The 111 Chophouse is a little stuffy ... Via is like the 3 bears. Just right. While the food is more of the Olive Garden variety ... lots of cream sauces, over-salted, garnished like the early-2000's ... vs. the 4 or 5 simple but quality ingredients of true Italian cuisine, I can overlook that due to the experience.

Another great celebration at Via!!! We sat at the bar and just ordered drinks, appetizers and desserts, they have such delicious appetizers and desserts we just don't have room for a meal also!!! Great service as usual from the bartenders and everything was done perfectly!

We chose Via Italian Table for a post-graduation celebration and it didn't disappoint. After a short wait at the bar to access our table (for an 8 pm reservation), we were seated in a cozy semi-circle booth. It took a bit too long to get our ordered drinks, but the rest of the evening went great! Our waitstaff was attentive and checked in regularly. For a party of 5, the meals were delivered in a timely way. The food was delicious. Entrees come with either soup or salad and I enjoyed Chicken orzo soup. My herb-encrusted Halibut was wonderful, accompanied by asparagus in a tasty Parmesan coating and oven-roasted potatoes. We were pleasantly surprised and touched when our graduates were presented with gratis gelato. We also had some of the best Tiramisu I've ever tasted! The chocolate torta was rich but a bit dry. Overall a great dining experience.

Via Italian Table is one of the more upscale restaurants that Worcester has to offer. I came here with a few friends that live in the city & I am not sure how to feel about their food. Ambiance & Decor: Interior is very beautiful and has a nice vibe. Made it seem like the food was going to be promising and good. Food: We started off with the caesar salad. This was the first time I was served salad with a whole romaine lettuce & had to chop by myself. I didn't mind it to be honest, just very different. For an entree, I had the bucatini with vodka sauce. I don't know... I wasn't impressed. Sauce tasted like it was from the jar & not flavorful... quite bland. For the price of their food, I had higher expectations. I will say, their espresso martini was solid. Probably the only thing I would come back for.

Food. Just ok. Not the best Italian I've had. I had the chicken picatta. Chicken was too thick and sauce was very thick. Waiter was a little harsh. Kept getting aggravated if we changed something. My mom asked for ginger ale no ice. He brings her ginger ale with fill glass of ice and a lime. Proceeds to tell her that's not what she ordered lol. I was sitting right there.

A nice Italian restaurant in Worcester, especially if you're celebrating a special occasion or looking to have a business lunch. While I personally think there are better options for Italian food in the area (for a more affordable price), via is a consistent Italian restaurant in the area. I specifically appreciate the ambiance and service of the restaurant, which makes it great for special occasions. I've been here a dozen or so times for various occasions, and some of my favorite items include the meatball sandwich, chicken parm. Their fries are shockingly one of my favorite foods there. Now, my partner and I prefer to go here for dessert instead, as they have a variety of delicious gelatos.

This is by far one of my favorite places to eat in Worcester. The food is top-notch, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a great meal and conversation. I highly recommend trying the meatballs as an appetizer. I had the salmon, which was excellent, but the Bolognese is outstanding as well.

A M A Z I N G The atmosphere is great: comfortable, charming, and energetic and the food is even better. The calamari is fresh, the octopus is perfect. The Ragu of Italian Meats is massive. Plan to bring it home or share with someone. The Ziti with Roasted Chicken is a perfect blend of vegetables, protein and pesto cream. The only disappointment is that we didn't start coming here a long time ago.

first time trying via - ordered for takeaway. every entree comes with a side soup or salad which is a nice deal. i tried the caprese side salad which was basically full sized and absolutely delicious. also started off the the ricotta and honey - one of my favorite appetizers of all time. ended with the papperdelle and alfredo sauce. everything was delicious. will definitely be going back

Had the best service of all time. My server jack was the best and sweetest and the bartender Billy made the best drinks, perfect blend of all Ingredients. 10/10 would recommend if anyone wants to have a date night or just regular night out.

I met my BFF at Via Italian Table for lunch at her recommendation. The service was excellent and my meal was delicious. I had the Tuscan Herb & Crumb Crusted Haddock. The fish was very moist and there was a generous portion of roasted potatoes. The asparagus was standard. My friend enjoyed her meal, as well. We shared a dessert of 3 scoops of house made gelato & sorbetti (chocolate, coconut & limoncello)-so good! The portion was very large- we didn't eat all of it. We were not rushed at all. The atmosphere is lovely. Parking was a bit tricky. Recommended.

I'm a regular here, once a month. Stopped in recently and this older couple was at the bar. I was sitting behind them and couldn't help but notice they were given what appeared to be a LOAF of bread AND the entire cheese container. WTH?!?!

4 stars for atmosphere and service , 3 stars for food. It was okay, nothing spectacular, however a wonderful place to go for a date night or a night out with the girls.

Nothing Italian about Via Italian Table. The sauce right out of a can. Chicken Parmesan is just like any corner pizza place! Wife order Lobster Fra Diavolo, it came to the table with no Lobster! The service was slow to the point that not one person in the party had a drink. Everyone said that the food was as sub par! It is sad because the ambience is nice. Never again will I waste my money going there.

We put a reservation two months ago for today and we're still waiting. We were supposed to ELA. It is now 830 and we are still yet waiting. This is ridiculous.

Bartender service is the best! Food was great! We are regulars and it never disappoints.

If you know Worcester you know this restaurant group is the best. They own sole proprietor, one eleven chophouse and this spot. All three are amazing and have great ambience. I like that they all have a different menus and all feel unique. I feel like something that is their main specialty at all three restaurants is their sauces. For Via in particular is we love the bolognese and the meatballs. Flavor flavor flavor. They are very busy on the weekend so I recommend making a reservation in advance.

Heard about Via from a client-colleague. They kept raving about how great this place was and they certainly weren't wrong. This location was great! They were able to seat us right away and took care of us diligently.

I've been to Via many times and have never been overly impressed with their food. The ambiance is great as well as the wine selection, however. Last night, my friends and I ordered the grilled Caesar salad, chicken piccata and salmon over parsnip puree. The salad was a non-generous portion and "just OK," but the dressing had the taste, look and consistency of mayonnaise. The chicken piccata portion size was generous, but the chicken was over cooked and the sauce was gloppy and thick, like cornstarch was overly used. My salmon dish was the least favorite. At $33 (yes, $33.00), the salmon was dry, flavorless and sat on an even less flavored pool of parsnip puree. Literally no taste. After requesting lemons, and salting and peppering the salmon, it was barely edible due to the dryness. This is the last time I'll dine at Via. Such a disappointment and not nearly worth the money spent.

During our recent visit our party of 3 was quickly seated. We were attended to almost immediately by Kelcie, who was very pleasant. Our beverage order was taken and delivered quickly. We ordered an appetizer, Arancini, which came quickly, and was consumed even quicker. Our meals were delicious, as was the dessert we shared. I ordered ravioli with meatballs, which were also delicious. We enjoyed our dining experience, and are looking forward to going back to any one of the three restaurants in their consortium, The Sole, 111 Chophouse, and Via.

Best Italian food and best service we've had in years. Started with jumbo shrimp and a tomato/mozzarella/prosciutto/lobster app with balsamic glaze. Delicious. I had the lobster stuffed shells. Amazing! One of the tastiest dishes ever. Paired with a Pinot Noir, just sooo good. Could not resist the gelato for dessert. The waitresses (two!) were total professionals. All in all, a very special birthday treat. Five stars!

And we were craving Italian food so we decided to head to Villa for dinner. The food, service, and ambience were all excellent. I was really impressed with the wine selection. They have many imports, California, and Pacific Northwest reds to to offer, varied and price point. I think one thing that sets Via apart from other Italian restaurants in town is the ambience. The interior has a nice modern, open interior. There's a cool bar area to sit at and some of the tables face an open kitchen. Eating in this restaurant just has a sort of cool vibe to it - not what you normally experience in Worcester! I am not an Italian food connoisseur however, I can say the meal was excellent. Definitely check out their appetizers, they have some awesome choices. We will definitely be back, and this will probably be a go-to one visitors come in from out of town.

First off, this review should be 2.5 stars, but since that's not an option, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. In any case, the food was good, albeit a bit pricy for a restaurant of this level. The ambiance was fine. (We sat out in the porch area.) Unfortunately, the service was less than stellar. Primarily because we waited 30 minutes (absolutely no exaggeration) from the time we had finished our appetizers, to the time the server finally returned to our table to take the order for the entrees. This was totally unacceptable, and it put a damper on our "date night". I won't mention the server's name, but if and when we go back, and if she's still working there, we will make it a point to steer clear of her section.

These 2 stars are for: The hostesses accommodating us when I inadvertently checked-in for my reservation to their restaurant instead of One Eleven Chop House. The man was even nice enough to cancel my reservation for me & we were promptly seated. The food & drinks tasted good but were overpriced for the portion size & what came with it.. Our waitress Clara came over in a reasonable time. She told us she & Alex are working together & asked what kind of water we wanted to drink. She returned with them in under 10mins & asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for a few more minutes since we didn't know the drinks were on the other side. Approximately 20mins goes by as we watched current diners & a new table seated near us being waited on multiple times by Carla & Alex. Even a new table near us was given their bread & oil & receiving their drinks before us. At one point, while Carla was talking to Alex, she gestured over in our direction (the corner), he turned & looked our way. But no one came over at that moment while we just sat with only glasses of water. By the time she came over, we gave our drink order & decided to give her the meal order as well. She returned within a few minutes, dropped off the bread & straight plain olive oil & jetted off again. No offer of fresh parm cheese like the new table had received. Another woman brought us our drinks after a bit. A second new table (larger group) was seated on the opposite side of us. Our salads came & my friend asked if there was dressing on it. We were told it was a balsamic vinaigrette, offered & accepted the fresh grated parm cheese. We couldn't see or taste a stitch of dressing, so we both had to drizzle plain olive oil for the bread, onto the dry salad. I continued to notice the frequency that Carla & Alex were at the other tables. At one point, while trying to get to the new table next to us, Alex bumped our table. Not a single apology was given! Our meals came in a reasonable time after the salads. Of note, I'm always surprised when I've order a meal with fries & not offered ketchup if it's not on the table or anything else. On her way by, Carla did ask if everything was ok. We said yes. I decided I didn't need the ketchup or wanted to wait for it. We ate about 1/2 our meal since we basically had the bread & salad so close to our meal. Carla boxed our leftovers, we decided against the dessert or coffee & got the check. Not one time did Alex come to our table except to bump into it. After my observations during our 1hr 20mins (no intentional delays on our part), that will be the last time I patron this restaurant. I have waitressed in the past, so I'm familiar with the role. I'm not expecting special treatment, but I expect the same level of interaction & customer service as the other patrons. We might not have looked like it, but when we receive that, we go above & beyond on our bills!

For a popular restaurant in Worcester, I expected a lot but got very little. The wait staff were pleasant, the ambiance upscale and the wine suggestions were spot on. But alas, I primarily go to a restaurant for a good meal and this is where they failed me. I have eaten my fair share of grilled Caesar salads and this was by far the worst. It was almost devoid of dressing and the chicken had an odd flavor that I cannot pinpoint but I did not enjoy. The croutons varied between rocks and rubber. I also sampled the pork meatballs and sweet and sour pork appetizers, and both had odd and pasty pork flavors that greatly disappointed me. This will definitely not make my referral or go-to list.

If this restaurant had more vegan options, I would give it a solid 5 stars. The house made ricotta is sooo good and a great way to kickoff a nice dinner. And don't forget to save room for gelato -- staff is attentive even if the place looks super busy.

Service was amazing. I went with my son after a baseball game on our way through Worcester to get to Hartford. The place has a great ambiance and fun vibe. They seated us pretty quickly and I was served a drink while we waited. My son upgraded his salad to Caesar. It was served as a head of lettuce with cheese on top and dressing. He had to cut it up himself, but he loved it! He also had the chicken parm and was stuffed by the end of the meal. I eat vegan, so they made me pasta with garlic and veggies. Delicious. Our waiter was also very attentive and accommodating. The only things I didn't like were: 1. It took 1.5 hours to get through the meal. There were very long wait times to get food, and 2. The prices are very high. The Caesar Salad was an up-charge of $7 on top of $12 for a regular salad. The bill was a little over $100 for me and my son. No appetizers and no desserts.

If you haven't had the grilled Caesar salad from VIA then you haven't truly lived! If you like one eleven chophouse or sole proprietor then you will absolutely love it here. It's good for date night or just a casual outing with your friends. Staff is always friendly and food is always good. I definitely recommend making reservations especially if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night cause this is a hotspot. Don't hesitate visiting this establishment!

Parking was a little confusing here. Other than that, everything was great. The ambiance, the food, the service... all enjoyable. We were a table of 6 colleagues. We ordered some appetizers, and they were awesome. (Meat & cheese platter and I forgot what else)... I got the lobster risotto, and it was delicious. Their wines are nice as well. The cheesecake dessert was mouth-watering good lol. Great spot!

We stopped in for lunch Friday and we were pleased with our meals. Beginning with a grilled octopus salad with fingerling potato "coins" capers and a tomato coulis. Then my wife had the eggplant parmigiana and I had a seafood stew that consisted of haddock, shrimp, mussels and calamari in a smoked tomato broth. (Mine was better). We ate at the bar and the bartender, Amanda was very attentive. Prices were good although the $35 lobster roll was over the top for 6 ounces of meat.

Finally got to try Via. Unfortunately, left disappointed. Service was friendly but felt rushed. Servers clearing plates before a course was finished. Ricotta board was awesome but we felt we had to eat it fast or it was gone. Salmon was good but overcooked. Haddock was completely tasteless. Asparagus was too big and not trimmed. Lovely restaurant but it didn't live up to expectations.

Very nice place . Decor and ambiance is good . Parking is fairly easy but food is so-so . Arancini bolognese was really good . Chicken piccata was so so. Service was very good , waitress was helpful . Would go again and try something else .

Great restaurant! NOT CHEAP. You pay for quality, taste, and prevention. WORTH IT!! I ordered the Prosciutto/fig pizza. AMAZING! It was larger than expected. Very good and decently priced (see pic). I also ordered the blue bombshell (drink, see pic). YUM. Deceiving strong hahaha The main course I ate was their pork belly (it has a different name on the menu!!). YUM

Went for dinner with 6 other teachers. For some of us it was our second time back because food is so good. This time it was all decorated for the holidays and very cozy vibe. Food was great but our server Lori was EXCELLENT! I had to ask if we could all have separate checks she immediately said "yes". That's a big ask.

The food here is very good. The ambiance is also amazing. It's modern yet slightly old timey in an amazing way. The service is also pretty good. I would definitely recommend going here

Food service was amazing, portions are very filling. You are greeted with bottled water of your preference either sparkling or tap. Upon arrival, I was greeted and sat down immediately.

Been reading about Via for years. We finally got there today. Arrived at an odd hour (2pm) and we were seated promptly despite a nearly full house. We enjoyed the warm octopus salad followed by grilled Caesar salad, bucatini bolognese, and finally the crepe cake for dessert. Sorry, no picture of the octopus salad... we were hungry. Can't wait to return.

Via is a really nice Italian restaurant. I used to come back in the day when I lived in Worcester so upon moving back I've been several times. The bar service is good, the wines are what you'll find at the sister properties of Sole and One Eleven for the most part, which is good, and the food is great. The portions are usually manageable here but beware if you get the Chopped Salad for lunch. It can literally feed 4 people. I was taken aback by this when I ordered one a few weeks ago. Even the people sitting around me were astonished. The menu here is great and is a go to Italian restaurant for me in the area.

Delicious food - very knowledgeable & courteous staff. Lovely ambience. Parmesan risotto was excellent
