Tijuana’s Essential Bars and Restaurants to Check Out | Eater San Diego
"Tijuana is known for its innovative cuisine, amazing craft beer scene, and a near endless supply of tacos of all sorts, but deep down, Tijuanenses also have a soft spot for old school Italian fare. The temporarily shuttered Via Palermo made a recent return with its all-time classic menu of hand tossed pizzas and pasta to the delight of many Colonia Libertad residents." - Mario A. Cortez
Delicious Italian Food Buffet. Lots of choices and a great deal for $340 Pesos ($19 dollars). The buffet includes salad, main entree, dessert and drink. My only complaint is that, while everything was tasty, tge food was salty. Just cut down o. the salt and you got a 5-Star Menu.

Food was ok, not a lot of options, waiters were really helpful. The parking (if that can be considered a parking) is awful, you need a truck to park there, any low car will take a hit.
