The cocktails and guacamole were absolutely delicious. However, the whole experience was a bit strange.
After a bit of wrangling, I was able to request a pina-colada style cocktail that was really good (as I am allergic to rum). However, that required a bit of back and forth with our server, despite the bar being 75% empty. If the place was packed I would understand but for £19 a cocktail and a relatively open bar, I’d hope there would be a level of flexibility. We also ordered chips and guacamole, but had to follow up twice with our server. By the time it arrived, the cocktails had been polished off. For food that doesn’t require cooking, I’d hope that it would arrive with drinks - not 30 minutes after.
All in all, the quality of food and drink was great. But for these prices (guac was £10) I could easily get more attentive service elsewhere.
