Location, awesome. Staff, great. Beer, delicious. What more could you ask for? My wife and I stopped in while visiting Virginia Beach and had a great visit. We opted for a flight so we could try a few things at once and really enjoyed their Cherry ale. My wife also ordered the root beer which she is still talking about days later, it was that good. We would put Vibrant Shore at the top of our list of places to revisit next time we find ourselves in Virginia Beach!

A secluded, can that be possible in VB?, bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent selection of beers. All its missing is a food truck.

Vibrant Shore is one of my favorite breweries in Virginia Beach. Not just for the beer which is awesome but for the staff who are always fun and engaging! Make sure you pay them a visit.

Great brewery in Virginia Beach with nice indoor/outdoor space and an easy walk from the oceanfront. On the night I visited, they were hosting an open mic night in the front courtyard, so it was a lively scene with plenty of locals. For food that night, they had a stand out front cooking up different types of sliders. The beers were all solid. My favorites were the Tropical Torpor- a New England Hazy IPA with some tropical notes, and the Imperial Maren. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I'll definitely come back when it's warmer to check out the back deck biergarden.

Great tasting beer served here! They have a large selection of beer, friendly and knowledgeable bartenders (that are super cute too😊), and a food truck outside. The brewer/owner was on site when I was there and he was keeping things running smoothly. They have an upstairs seating area and a nice setup outside. I recommend stopping here for a few beers anytime.

$10 flights, great tasting beer, they have snacks, and also a food truck. Very little parking next to the brewery, but they offer additional parking a couple blocks away. Two levels of seating inside, patio seating, and great service. I would definitely come back again!

We pretty much go to Vibrant Shore every weekend and have for the past 2 years, even throughout my pregnancy we’d go and I’d get food from the food truck and my husband would get a beer. We even went a few weeks after having our son so I could finally enjoy a beer. We’re pretty loyal to this place. I will preface my negativity with the fact that there are almost ALWAYS parents with young children when we go- the past 3 times we went my baby interacted with other babies. What upset me was the lack of any accommodations for parents. My son is old enough to sit up now so I asked if they had high chairs and they did not, no big deal. After getting food and a few drinks we needed to change my son, to my shock there we changing table in either bathroom. We had to use our changing pad and change him on the floor in the restroom as we rode our bikes. Aslin, Esoteric, and all the other places around us have been more than accommodating for us to bring our 6 month old and still have a great time. As much as we love VS we basically cant bring our baby so we have to choose the options where we can.

The employees are wonderful, kind, and go above and beyond. My girlfriend's mother visited, and had a bad episode from a Traumatic Brain Injury. The staff went out of their way to make sure she was safe.

I had a great time visiting this brewery, some solid beers on hand and great employees that I was able to chat with for a bit. A nice little spot not too far from the beach, as a nice easy walk. The brewery just seemed to emit a nice chill vibe throughout. Definitely worth a stop in the area. There was also a food truck available on site as well, as no food was made at the brewery. Although, I do believe that they may have had some snack items you could purchase.

Great place to meet up with our son while we were in the Va Beach area. They had a food truck on hand, which was okay. I like the options for seating, inside downstairs or upstairs and outside. A little heavy on the rainbow flags, which made me feel like I wasn't their primary customer. I prefer places that seem more accepting to everyone not just certain groups.

What a great spot to hang out and have beers, flights, and adult slushies. I highly recommend a flight and slushy to start, As hot as it has been these days. You can get a feel for what flavors you like when you get a flight. Then you can get a pint of your FAVE. They have a great variety from sours, IPA"s to honey ales and lagers. Flavors are always changing but I am sure they will have something that fits your taste buds. My group of people all like something different and we all loved what we got. Did I mention the slushy??? YOU HAVE TO GET A N ADULT SLUSHY!!! Yum!!! Friendly staff, clean brewery, lots of great seating inside and out. The outside has big fans and it is my favorite to hang out and be comfortable. They do have a food truck. OK lets address the parking. I think they have many options of parking. You can park right on the street by the brewery. Please pay attention to no parking signs. And They have parking at MacKenzie Construction during the week after 5PM and after 1PM on the weekends. So just ask for a parking pass at the brewery. They have signs explaining the parking. It is also 5 minutes from the convention center. There is parking everywhere you just have to look. If your meeting someone and want to be ontime I suggest you show up a little early to find that perfect parking spot.

Great brewery. Can I leave it like that? This brewery is kinda sorta hidden but not really next to all the chaos of the boardwalk. We've gone here a few times so far, and I've had zero issues with parking (like right up front) or seating. There's plenty of seats inside and out. Vang's Sushi Truck is home based here so if you want good, FRESH sushi...this is the one. I spend way too much money on their sushi, and I'm okay with that. The actual brewery has a huge selection of variety from those wierd creations that people seem to like, to just good old fashion style beer. The Beer Tenders are awesome and very nice. Overall, this place has a very local and chill feel, and I really like it. If you don't...it's not the place....it's you. Well done.

This place is awesome!! Such a fun outside environment. The food truck here today was The Potato Peeps and it was phenomenal!! We got a baked potato with bacon, butter, cheese, green onions, and sour cream (I got it on the side) and the steak and cheese plz fries. Both dishes were absolutely amazing and the owners were so sweet! They're brand new so check them out!! Vibrant shore itself was also great! They have a ton of different beers to choose from and a few non-alcoholic beverages as well. Our bartender was so nice and knowledgeable about the beers. He mixed the raspberry and oranges goses together and it was so good!! They have an upstairs patio along with their front patio so plenty of places to sit and enjoy the weather. We will be back for sure! :)

It was a beautiful Friday evening. Full disclosure: we came here for the Vang's sushi. I am not much of a beer drinker but I will say this: they basically have a beer for everyone here! It's a lot bigger inside than you'd think. Being someone that is naive to the beer industry, I really appreciated the boards with the listing of beers and their alcohol content. I ended up choosing the Raspberry Gose'. It was delicious! I drank it outside with some Vang's sushi and my Friday evening was set! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Very cute atmosphere. If you're visiting the oceanfront, this could definitely be a great spot to stop if you like beer tastings. They offer reasonably priced flights, which we took advantage of, however none of the beers WOWed us. Typically a huge fan of gose, but theirs was not very good... to the point that I didn't even finish my small flight sized tasting. Maybe I didn't choose wisely on my flight, but the beers just didn't hit. I did like the outdoor seating and the service was good!

My husband and I were on our way to another restaurant when we drove by and seen Vang's sushi parked out front of Vibrant Shore Brewing. We had been dying to try Vang's sushi so we stopped to eat here instead of the restaurant we originally planned for. To our surprise we fell in love with Vibrant. The drinks were good. They even have delicious made in-house non-alcoholic drinks. I had a lemonade that was super delicious. They have ample amount of seating outside, inside and on their rooftop. We didn't even know they had a rooftop until we left so we hope to come back and hang out there. It was also very clean inside. Staff came around cleaning up through out the time we were there. The staff members were very nice and we had great conversations with them. My husband ended up buying a T-shirt because they had nice merchandise with nice designs. We loved the vibe here. Will definitely be returning.

Really good beer - especially for a tiny place. There was a food stand out front. We didn't eat there - but did get a bag of popcorn. People were friendly. Space was nice.

Loved this place! Great selection of beers. Great dark beers and some tasty IPAs. They usually have a good truck there for food. Service was great and knowledgeable!

We have been wanting to try this local brewery and just happened to be visiting the oceanfront with a group of friends. We arrived later in the day on a Sunday and there were quite a few patrons inside, but we managed to grab a table to accommodate our group of seven. The beer selection was diverse and the bartender offered suggestions and samples to help us choose. They also have freshly popped popcorn and light snacks inside and a food truck outside for more substantial offerings, although we didn't look at the menu. When checking out, you can sign up for a coupon towards your next purchase. The only downfall that I'll mention was that their online tap menu did not match what they offered at the brewery, so the beers we had wanted to try were not available.

Ok, the most important thing-the beer-yum. I had two different IPAs and they were both delicious. The bartender was nice and helpful. The brewery is smallish, but that's ok. The worst thing is the parking...I'm never sure where it's ok to park and where it's not. But I haven't been towed yet, so I'll call that a win! Go have a tasty beer and try it for yourself!

This might now be one of my favorite local breweries. Tucked off the beaten path on 18th St, they are brewing some amazing, diverse beers. I LOVED the Scarlet Future IPA. I'm not always an IPA fan, but the blood orange takes the edge off the bitterness in a wonderfully balancing way. They were really friendly, and let me sample a few before choosing. The Rising Bun (Japanese lager) and Better than the Devil (Vienna lager) are great, tasty sippers for the poolside or the beach. The Unlimited Strength was a really tasty Belgian-style Tripple ale. I look forward to returning many times. I also really appreciated the nice big, bike rack out front, as this was a post-ride pint.

Cool spot! Good beer selection and also loved that they had boardgames to play. They have seltzers they make also, which one of my friends got because she doesn't like beer. Only change I wish was that they had bigger tables so we could more comfortably fit bigger groups, or even 5-6 people. We ate at the food truck there and it was very yummy.

Good beer and fun bar games. They had a sushi maker the day we were there as well. Super cool to have beer and sushi together!

Outstanding. An absolutely HUGE selection of beers. The people working here were so chill and nice and patient. Major shout out to them. I honestly think I had one of everything, and I'm not even kidding. Jack the Dripper was the gold medalist, though. I'd get that every time. Didn't eat any food, but they have a food truck outside. So it is there if you want it. The live music was good. The couple doing the thing were called The Bee Keepers. I dug them. They were so patient with the crowd, and I hope people tipped them well. They even called me up to sing Piano Man. So I did. The bar was really busy when we were there. Tropical Storm Elsa was hitting, so people were looking for indoor things. Moreover, there was a huge field hockey recruiting thing going on in VA Beach that week, so a lot of coaches ended up here. And we ended up partying down with a lot of them. So cool. The bathroom paper towel dispenser had a sticker on it that said "Voice Activated." I can see how after a night of drinking, people are in there yelling at the paper towel dispenser asking for paper towels. Heck - I had only had two at this point and I did it. Yes yes, it got me. Funny stuff. If I'm ever in VA Beach again, I'll definitely be back.

I liked almost all the beers I had. The Mai tai beer was good, I like that they had a food truck since they don't make food. I like the gay pride stuff

Great staff, cozy ambience, and excellent beer! They also make their own root beer and occasionally have a delicious non-alcoholic beer on the menu. Highly recommend!

My husband came here on a weekend night. Can't pass up Vangs sushi. :) I am not a beer drinker....just putting that out there. I always order the "closest thing to a Miller Lite." And I got a beer I could drink. There were 2 ladies behind the bar. Cassie waited on us and was wonderful. Kind, didn't laugh at my Miller Lite request, efficient and even asked me if I wanted to try it 1st. There is lots of seating.....upstairs, downstairs and outside. There is some parking.....some. It looks like they have a popcorn machine.....not sure about it though. Vangs was great too! Sushi and beer. Yum. I would go back....even though I am not a lover of beer.

Came to Vibrant Shore Brewing as part of the VA Brewery Run series. The company is tucked back on a side road near some condos/townhomes so can easily be missed if you are not familiar with the area. The place was busy after the run, but still ample room for everyone. For the size of the establishment, they had s wife selection of beers to choose from. I had the "It's So LA" a west Coast IPA - which I normally love - but this one had a bitter aftertaste that made it hard to drink. My husband's drink, "The Future" was great though! Would definitely return if back in the area!

Coolest place to hang out with great beer. I'm local and it's a go to for me. Love the atmosphere it was designed really well. Owner is a really interesting guy too. Recommend checking it out you won't be disappointed!

Really good beer! Friendly and fun beer tenders. If you are in the area don't miss it. So dog friendly! Food trucks provide a variety of options on a rotating basis. Closed on Monday, :(.

I have been wanting to visit here ever since it took of the CrossFit gym that used to be there and it disrupted a couple people I know's lives (oh shame, buh-bye CrossFit). We went on a weekday with the hopes of it not being too busy and we were right. It was a little smaller on the inside than I anticipated and is like a smaller version of the Veil's location in Norfolk. I love it. The menu was A LOT more extensive than I was expecting. They had everything from hoppy to dark to a seltzer to HARD KOMBUCHA! If you can't tell hard kombucha is my new love. I got a flight and then had the seltzer because the lemon lime was very flavorful and refreshing. If you are a new beer drinker and want to try literally everything -go here!

Great service and tasty beers. Lots of indoor seating options with several outdoor tables. Dog friendly. Limited munchies for purchase,, including fresh popcorn. They often have food trucks on the weekends so check their social media pages for more info. The only tricky piece is the limited parking. If you didn't walk or bike here (which I highly recommend) be sure to check where you parked with the friendly bar staff to ensure you don't get towed.

Triple berry super gose is smooth sipping! Barrel Distortion whiskey wooden old ale was delicious. Dan enjoyed his IPA's. Great beachy vibe. Good beers. Def making this a return visit.

They refused to serve me tap water. Would only sell me bottles. About 80% sure this is a violation of VA and/or VA Beach Liquor Control Board but not worth the time to look into. Might file complaint tho. Garbage and insane business practice though lol

I am not a fan of seltzer but they changed my mind! We enjoyed the company of a new employee, Carson, during our first visit. Being on vacation, we try to stop at local hang outs and this did not disappoint. Started with a flight of beer and enjoyed food from the food vendor. Delicious pulled pork sandwich with wasabi coleslaw and gochujang chicken wings. Not on the oceanfront but worth the walk a few blocks.

Wanted a Marzen and they did not disappoint! Good beer! Too bad they don't really have parking. Highly suggest to car pool!

Snapshot: There's a beer here for everyone. The vibe is pretty dope. The location is great. Those three things alone make this a go-to. Personally, I dig the names of the beers. I'm curious to the inspiration of the names. I have tried most, if not all, of the beers and they are all pretty tasty. The place hasn't been overly crowded whenever I've been but it's definitely a popular spot that picks up during peak hours. Check their IG for food trucks/live music they generally have both throughout the week. The owner is an awesome guy, he's always around and will chat with you.

This place is so great! I was in town visiting and drove past it. Had to stop in: The ambiance is amazing and chill inside and out. The bartenders are so kind and helpful! I decided on a flight and loved the IPA and raspberry Gose. Bangs sushi truck was there which made for the perfect afternoon pairing. Would highly recommend this place for all brewery lovers! Also have a few nonalcoholic choices on tap- nitro coffee, kombucha and root beer

How is there no great reviews of this place yet?! I went here for a Saturday morning yoga session (donation based, so fun too) and I loved it! It's in a great location near the oceanfront, really easily accessible even though there isn't a ton of parking. The vibe is very modern-rustic and simple, and they have a ton on tap. Right now they have not only their brews, but also kombucha and nitro cold brew. I got the cold brew after our workout and mannn it was out of this world. Something about coffee out of a tap. I love that they're welcoming in pop-up classes and really getting involved with the va beach community. It was great, now to go back for the beer!

Beer is excellent. Vibes are great and the sushi food truck is bangin. Will 100% be back again and again. Love this place!

Pretty good. Their beer selection is not that bad. I was a bit upset they don't have a hefeweizen beer. For those of you that are familiar with beers or German for that matter it's a wheat based beer, ideally on the lighter side. Other than that the ambient is very nice and hipster like. I would definitely come back.

This brewery is the best! The beer is close to perfection. My favorite is the raspberry gose and and the Future which is their juicy IPA. Super cool atmosphere with two patios. One of the patios has a food truck there regularly that is always bomb. The staff is always so helpful and sweet. I'm loving the new addition of the fire pits and the heaters for the cold. They always have live music and are one of the only places I've found that has enough space to do live music and still have some space around you. Wonderful brewery! They have 16 taps all the time and everything is brewed in house. They have everything from IPAs to dark beers, to sours. The selection is huge and the people are always so friendly! I will probably be here too often, haha! Love seeing the puppers here and the vibes are very beach and laid back.

The Root Beer oh my! My sister turned me on to this place, so I went to get root beer and decided to grab some libations to take home. So the young lady at the counter was a gem( So sorry I can't remember her name), but I was looking for a cider and they didn't have anything which is cool. So looking at the menu I saw a mango beer, young lady suggested that I try it before I got it and she also let me try another...oh wow! So the mango was not really what I was after but the other was on point "Jack the dripped" so I left with 32oz's of root beer and Jack, next time I go back I'm bringing my growler!

Tucked away in the Vibe in the middle of the neighborhood is this great little hometown VB brewery. Perfect spot for locals to hang out, great place for beach goers or those in town on business to discover really good craft beer!

Love this place! Beers selection of food trucks Employees are the best! The "vibe" is amazing & the set up is great Ton of options to hangout and relax. The best part for us It's extremely dog friendly!

The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast and the atmosphere is relaxed. I have enjoyed several of the food trucks they have had as well. Back patio that goes upstairs is nice for sunsets. Pet friendly so bring the doggo! The beer was good too, lots of options and styles.

This is a great brewery. My group has a very diverse pallet and Vibrant Shore had a wide selection from which to choose. The beer was amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Many wonderful days and nights have been spent here! The employees are always cheerful, efficient, and ready with an awesome recommendation. I've been really digging their JTD (Jack The Dripper) raspberry gose as well as the lemon/lime hard seltzer. I almost always leave with a pint of the root beer, it's the best I've ever had and is perfect for a float. All the fabulous drinks are only made that much better by the environment, live entertainment, and food trucks! This will be a forever favorite of mine and I recommend it to anyone with ears.

Myself and two friends visited this brewery for the food truck they had on a Saturday night. We weren't sure if we were going to stay for drinks because it was pretty busy, then we noticed the upstairs, outdoor seating area in the back and found an empty table. They had a good selection of drink options, some being pretty unique--I also appreciated that they had kombucha. I enjoyed a fruity gose as we hung out and enjoyed our dinner. There were some rowdy characters sitting near us, but besides that, the overall environment was very chill. The bartenders were friendly and efficient.

We did a 5k run that originated from the brewery and then returned. Awesome ales and stouts nice outside deck in the back of the brewery on the 2nd floor

This place has the best Milk Stout in Hampton Roads bar none. My brother got the American ale and loved it. I also got the root beer which is the best I have ever had. If you like a cool place to hangout and have a great brew this is the place. Plus the staff was amazing as well

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, including the beer and staff. I had the JTD raspberry and it was delicious. We requested a few samples and the staff was very accommodating. I will definitely visit this establishment again:
