Really cool bar with a nostalgic feel to it and plenty of places to hang out. There are multiple rooms, in addition to the main bar area, that are designed to feel like you're in someone's house who either loves collecting old things or hasn't bothered to update their media/game rooms in thirty years. I particularly loved playing Street Fighter II. Good to know I haven't lost my skills!
When I was there, it was beautiful and sunny, so we sat outside, which is designed like a backyard. I like how the different areas make it feel smaller than it is, but I can also see how they might get crowded easily. We had no problem finding a place to sit, though, neither inside nor outside.
I was not as impressed with the beer, but I appreciate the variety of flavors. The Mexican Lager had a strong lime flavor that was a nice surprise for the first sip but was just a little too intense for my taste by the end. I also tried a strawberry margarita sour beer slushee, which was unique, but I wouldn't get it again. This is partially due to me not really liking sours that much (I think I was expecting more of a margarita flavor) and due to personal preference in slushee consistency, where I prefer them to be more liquidy than it was. The beers weren't particularly bad, just not my personal taste. I suggest requesting to try a taste of a beer before ordering it.
Just off of Mill Plain and with a large parking lot, the location is convenient. The service was great, and I'll probably go back to try new beers if they add/replace any.
