"New kid on the block Vice Beer serves beers with an abundance of hops and fruit along with ’80s and ’90s nostalgia. A VCR and television, along with a stack of VHS tapes like Jurassic Park, fill a small room in the back. The bar’s 10 taps of beer flow with Vice brews like Breakfast Club, a mimosa sour, and the Freshmaker, a fresh-hopped West Coast IPA, as well as a machine churning out beer slushes made from fruity brews like POG Drip — a smoothie sour with pineapple, orange, and guava. Edy Prado serves Jalisco-style seafood and tacos as well as less traditional fare like birria ramen from his food truck outside, El Viejon. Vice opened a second, smaller taproom in downtown Vancouver called Little Vice." - Rachel Pinsky

I had an amazing experience at Vice Bar in Vancouver! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by an incredibly friendly bartender who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with simple yet thoughtful décor that adds to its charm. What really caught my eye was the clever touch of using floppy disks as drink coasters — a fun and nostalgic detail that sparked conversation and smiles. Now, onto the drinks — Vice Bar truly delivers when it comes to their beer selection. With their own in-house brewery, you can tell they put a lot of care into their craft. I tried the light beer, dark beer, and the chocolate beer, and all of them were outstanding. But the chocolate beer? Absolutely phenomenal! Rich, smooth, and with just the right hint of sweetness — it was a real standout and something I’ll be coming back for. The bartender’s knowledge for their brews made the experience even better. They were more than happy to chat, offer recommendations, and ensure every guest felt valued. If you're in Vancouver and looking for a laid-back spot with excellent beers and fantastic service, Vice Bar is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Google
What a fantastic local hangout! The staff and fellow patrons are a blast to chat and drink with. The craft beers are exceptional, and the brewmaster is not only friendly but genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet. We enjoyed the Vienna Lager, Krush and Not Getting Any Younger, California-style IPA. All delicious!! The 80s/90s decor creates such a welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The food truck is amazing--those hot sauces are to die for, and the portions are huge. Be sure to bring your appetite! Plenty of parking!! Ask for Doug - fun guy and know tons of trivia!! We only wish there were more creative and fun places like this in every neighborhood!

Google
Really cool atmosphere in this small beer spot, and a nice variety of beer styles to pick from. Cool merch and beer accessories too! They even have a tiny arcade room and a whole “80s living room” done with vintage furniture, an old TV, and a large shelf of VHS tapes. Food truck outside has excellent tacos too

Google
Great drinks, my family really liked their beer. Would totally recommend! The food truck attached is awesome as well. The only downside is for non beer drinkers (i wish i liked beer) they only had 1 Cider available, it wasn't that great (they had ran out of a much better Cider earlier that day). I also wish they had an online/live pour website like other places as it really helps non beer drinkers like myself feel confident knowing there's an option to drink.

Google
Nice little micro brewery with a surprisingly diverse tap list of beer styles The IPA was solid, Indoor and outdoor seating, with extra seating in the brewery if they are not brewing (very nice bonus). Mini game room and TV room seating as well. Friendly service, beers to go in cans and crowler. No food , but taco food cart outside, the food looked good. Beer coasters are the old mini hard floppy disk, very cute. Plenty of parking, the brewery is set back in a strip mall area, so hard to notice from the street.

Google
Great place for some food and beer! I only wish they did flights so we could try more beers. Also, I think they would benefit from a nicer location. This one is a little cramped and a bit odd. Overall though, a cool brewery!

Google
Beer is mind-bottling, service is incredible, the vibe is fire, El Viejon food truck outside is the best Mexican in the PNW, such a gem to have in Vancouver.

Google
Loved the pilsner. Unique looking tap room. Great permanent taco food truck outside

Yelp
Vice is awesome. The team here is really friendly! I tried a growler of the blueberry breeze cider. It was awesome! Clean, crisp, with a great flavor balance. This might be my new favorite cider! Well worth a stop in! Great service, great beverages!

Yelp
If you are looking for a place where you can cut your kids loose and have a good time this is for you. it's like a daycare with beer. you can send the kids inside to play games or watch tv and sit outside and forget about them. yippee. however, if you're an adult and want to sit in a brewery and have a cold pint, there are far better choices. their beer selection is limited, and the unsupervised kids are annoying. I like kids, but not in a bar without their parents. El Viejon, the taco truck,is great, and largely responsible for the popularity of what would otherwise be a rather unremarkable brewery.

Yelp
They are tucked in an industrial strip mall that doesn't face the main road, so while we have driven by them numerous times we had no idea they were back there. But thanks to Yelp we finally discovered them. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they have several seating sections to choose from: inside up front, at the bar, in the little "living room" area (complete with couch, high-top table & a TV with a selection of 80's movies on VHS to watch), the back brewery section that has picnic tables (plus a ping pong table & video games), and their little outdoor patio in the parking lot. They play 80s & early 90s tunes to complete the vibe. And their beers? Quality selection of their own varieties of brews on tap & canned to-go. They regularly post on Instagram so follow them for updates. And if you're hungry THE BEST taco truck, El Viejon, is parked next to them. Highly recommend! They will be opening another taproom location in downtown Vancouver soon, next to Slow Fox Chili. Not sure when that other location will open but really looking forward to it!

Yelp
Vice Beer was a recent brewery that I tried. A fairly new brewery that opened in Vancouver, WA. For a short time I had all of Vancouver 's breweries all tried and visited for the category of " breweries I have yet to try in the Portland metropolitan area". But give it a time and new breweries are a hatching out. For Vice Beer I had their Mexican Lager called Cut My Lime (Into Pieces). Not a bad Mexican Lager and I found out I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to Mexican Lagers. Maybe not the best Mexican Lager I've had but a pretty good one. I'm always on the search for Mexican Lagers and kind of a rare thing is finding one that's aged in tequila barrels but whenever I do it is always worth the search. If Vice Beer made a variant of this lager with that then I would s really head over heels with it!

Yelp
Small Newish Brewery that took over another's location. They offer a variety of beers which was a nice opposed to seeing 10 different IPAs. They don't do a taster trays in which I really wish they did. They will give you a small taste however but some beers are tasty but sit heavy like the pumpkin ale (tasted more like banana) so that as part of a taster would be nice. The strawberry margarita was tasty and so was the suitcase full of cash. The mimosa sour didn't hit the spot for me as I wasn't getting the mimosa flavor. The place is pretty small but offers a few environments - the typical new brewpub up front, an cozy living room, and they also had a table setup in the Brewery portion through the living room's sliding door. A variety of seating, we were at the high table in the living room and the chairs were quite comfortable. Late 90s and earlier 2000s music playing such as Blink 182. There was also a small game room with I 3 machines I think however looked like only 1 pinball machine was up and running when I was there. Decent outdoor seating area in the parking lot directly out front of them. There is also a Mexican food truck you can order from that I didn't try.

Yelp
This place is so dang cool! Like popping right back to the 80's. Service was excellent, different little areas to sit and arcade games best of all... the beer was delicious. I had the hazy that was on tap.

CarrieAnn W.

Yelp
You nailed it with your hazys...keep rocking the windu to the maul. Make it a flagship hazy and you will see us every week

Robert K.

Yelp
Man this place is da bomb!! The beers are amazing here. There is quite a selection and all the beers I tasted were so good. It's kind of a small place but there is a lot of outdoor seating for larger groups. It's kind of retro S well with a small tv sitting room in the back with a 29 inch tv with vhs player. They were watching Rocky IV when I was there. They had just been open less than a week and still need to iron out some kinks like get a self service water bottle set up for customers. Other than that I will come back again for sure. Very nice people there and nice employee who was pouring major beers for all the thirsty patrons.

Jeanne Z.

Yelp
Delicious beer, great theme & vibe. I would love to see another food cart here with more Vegetarian options. But the beer is really well done! And the staff is really inviting and friendly!

Yelp
My friends recommended I check out this place, and it was so good! Bria was super friendly and awesomely knowledgeable about all their tasty beer places. Bria said their goal was to have a beverage for everyone, and they really do! I appreciate they support a lot of local businesses for things they don't make such as wine. The space was very cozy with nice indoor and outdoor space. I really enjoyed The Freshmaker fresh hop IPA. It was perfect in all ways from its crisp finish to the refreshing fresh hop flavor. I look forward to coming back in the future!

Vinh T.

Yelp
Excellent beer, fun 80s theme, great service! The living room setup is a great concept, and the arcade games were a hit.

Gia M.

Yelp
Great Micro brewery beer! My husband had the Pog Drip and I had the Versa IPA. Both were excellent! I love that they play up with their beers. For example, they had a Mimosa and a Strawberry Margarita flavored beers on tap. The bartender was nice enough to let me try samples. All of them were very good! In fact, I had a hard time choosing. In the end, I was happy with my choice. However, with that said, I am stoked to make my appearance again and try out some of their other inventive beers. Their creativity reminds me a little of my favorite brewery in Portland, which is BREAKSIDE BREWERY! Be warned though, one beer can make you as buzzed as a bee on honey!!! ;-)

Yelp
We are avid beer drinkers, so I guess you could say we have high standards. Went here for the first time today and were beyond underwhelmed; the hazy we got was soo average. Not to mention, they don't even serve a full pint; we paid $6.50 for a 14 oz. Going to stick with our usual spots that never disappoint in both price and serving, but most importantly quality.

Jessica P.

Yelp
First of all, I lived by this place for the longest time and it wasn't until I moved 20 minutes away, that I discovered it... so I find myself shamelessly returning to my old neighborhood on the regular. My boyfriend is a huge fan of Hazy IPAs so this is really his beer spot, while I gravitate towards ciders (they have a delicious blueberry one on tap right now). The vibe is unlike any other with their living room setup with a whole VHS collection. I put Never Ending Story on, and chilled on the couch for two hours, enjoying the 80s flick with my cider and tacos from the outside truck. Perfect Saturday night!

Amira B.

Yelp
We loved this little taproom. When we came in, we had the place to ourselves, watched some of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and drank our beers! I tried one of the slushees which was pretty fun. It was so nostalgic and cool, and we enjoyed the beer as well. The bartender was also super friendly.

Ann T.

Yelp
We were there for our friend's BD and tried couple beer. This place is kids friendly which is hard to find around here. Got space for kids to hangout while parents can watch and enjoy beers! Tacos truck right next to it and it was fantastic. Can't wait to go back and bring friends along!

Adam S.

Yelp
Love the beer. Love the atmosphere. Atmosphere reminds me of growing up and each detail is so intentional. And the taco truck outside brings it all together. Outdoor patio with enough shade if you need it. Will be back. #orangePhone

Ralph O.

Yelp
We love everything about this place: terrific selection of beers, delicious food right outside the door, and excellent service all around. The Carne Asada was the best I've ever had.

Daniela M.

Yelp
Great beer with great Mexican food truck next door. Definitely will return. Andrew was a great beertender with good suggestions.

Leonard M.

Yelp
Excellent choice of brews, adjacent taco truck is the best around, comfortable patio area, and seating inside as well

Kristin L.

Yelp
What a cute little place!! Totally off the beaten path and can easily be overlooked.. but compared to Barlows that used to be here, this is a complete upgrade!! I loved the 80's vibe, the outside space was great.. and friendly staff. Will be back for a beer again soon!

MJ S.

Yelp
Good beers, nice staff and the best taco truck ever. Good 80's vibe. We'll be back! Nice outdoor are. Can't wait til it gets warmer! It's a pet friendly area.

Jack W.

Yelp
Amazing beer, wonderful atmosphere and staff, definitely have made this a regular spot!! Taco truck outside is nice too, you won't be disappointed!
