Restaurants With Heated Patios and Fire Pits in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"By day, Vice Versa is a comfortable and casual space for business and leisure. After dark, it becomes a contemporary lounge. The patio offers both a water feature and fire pits, for staying warm while enjoying light bites and cocktails." - Janna Karel

Where to find the best outdoor patios for drinking in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"This trendy lounge in the Vdara features a patio with fire pits, heat lamps and a water feature. The patio space is great for small groups or if you want to get closer to your date. Be sure to try the penicillin cocktail with Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, ginger, lemon and a float of Laphroaig 10-year Scotch." - Janna Karel

We stayed at the Vdara. We ordered steak and eggs and the cheese and ham croissant. The croissant was nice. Really crispy and tasty. The steak however was not. We ordered it medium rare but it was over cooked and not tasty at all. The service was great, the place is clean and has eye catching furniture just like the Vdara Hotel.

Stopped by the VISE VERSA lounge in Vdara. It is Beautiful and elegant. Spacious with an elevated sophistication. A grand view of the city center from the indoor bar lounge or from the patio fireside lounge. I enjoyed a specialty cocktail. I ordered the fig and goat cheese pizza both were Excellent. Todd was the bartender. His service was impeccable!!! Unforgettable. The standard!!! Highly recommend. Thank you VISE VERSA patio and lounge. Sincerely, Shannon

Every trip to Vegas I go here, have had breakfast and the wagyu hot dog and both were were very tasty. The cocktails keep me coming back and I can spend hours sitting at the bar drinking. This is a hidden gem in Vegas, it is not cheap but worth the price you pay. My last 7 trips I have been here and no regrets and my friends also love it.

Google
VICE VERSA Patio & Lounge at Vdara was a standout spot during my two-week stay. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making it one of the more comfortable places to hang out without the usual Vegas chaos. The atmosphere is chill, and they serve what’s now my favorite drink in Vegas, the “Spiced Vice.” If you’re staying nearby or want a laid-back lounge off the casino floor, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Google
I had a very underwhelming experience at Vice lounge under the service of LUZ. She was profiling the group of ladies I was accompanied by for not tipping to a standard she felt was right and proceeded to storm out! I asked to speak to management because when I engaged in conversation she began going back on her words. I have since left my name and phone number with Management and would like to hear back about what transpired.

A classic cocktail bar situated perfectly in the midst of all the action, this spot is the go-to hub for pre-dinner or pre-party drinks that will kickstart your evening in just the right way. The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, making it the ideal place to unwind and get your body buzzing at the perfect temperature before the night truly begins. The service is attentive and efficient, ensuring that your drinks arrive exactly as you ordered, crafted with precision and care. Whether you’re looking to relax with a classic cocktail or try something new, this bar delivers an exceptional experience every time.

Google
This 5-star review is awarded to Todd, Ken, Alberto, and Monique, bartenders who've taken and continue to take great care of me as a return/repeat customer. Regarding the food, while I tend to order the same stuff, truffle fries with chimichurri sauce or steak nachos, it'd be nice to see more options on the menu. With how nice the atmosphere is, there being no casino smoke, you want to give customers more reason to sit and stay longer.

Google
While waiting to be assigned to my room I sat at the bar and tried a couple drinks. Though I dont remember the name of the mocktails and cocktails I do remember they were delish😋 In fact the mocktail was so good I drank two before I realized there was no liquor in it🤭😂 The waitresses were friendly and immediately came to take your order as soon as they saw you sit down. I dont care what season I come to Vegas VV ALWAYS has some tasty drinks. These drinks were perfect for vacation. I cant tell you much about their food because I didnt get to try any in this trip.

Yelp
Liz V was our server and she was awesome. Personable With good suggestions. I always stay at the Vdara and Vice Versa is their restaurant. Food is good and they have awesome refreshing non alcoholic drinks. Spirits and wine selection is lacking in my opinion. Employees have always been friendly which I appreciate. This review is from 2/2025. I have been back since then and had similar experience. Dependable service and food. Can get crowded but staff Does their best to keep up.

Yelp
Located in the Lobby of Vdara, my favorite place to stay, is this convenient dining option. I've only had breakfast and only at the bar. Hugo is great! Espresso Martinis with a little chocolate is the way to go! They have a really good ice tea as well that Ifind myself having multiple refills. I typically go with a Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich with side of hashbrowns. It not listed on the menu this way, just order it if you want it. The space is never crowded and there is always upbeat music playing. Staff are friendly and the food doesn't take long to come out.

Yelp
Todd the Bartender and Joanna the server. This 5 stars are for YOU!!!! We were just a couple of out of towners. A couple of mom's whose raised their 3 kids, work hard and wanted to just celebrate ourselves for Mother's Day weekend for the first time. We've never left our kids for Mother's Day weekend..lol! She has kids in their 30's and I've got a couple in their 20s so you do the math..lol! Todd was respectful, kind and patient. I said I wanted something with pineapple and Captain Morgan and he crafted the most beautiful, smoothest cocktail that deserves to be added to the menu! Then he even came to our table to ensure our drinks were to our satisfaction. What a class act!!!! To Joanna, who chatted with us a bit. Who checked in with us often to ensure we were pleased. Who even offered to take photos to commemorate our Mother's Day weekend celebration. You my friend are a gem! THESE TWO ARE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE is about! Thank you both for making us feel special. For being part of the reason this trip will go down in our books as one worth the memory bank. Blessings upon blessings to you both.

Yelp
Cute lounge in the Vdara hotel. Great drinks. Good place to unwind if you want to get out of your room and not leave the hotel!

Yelp
I want to rate this higher. I've eaten there once before and the food was wonderful. That was two years ago. Since then they have gone through a recent renovation, so I thought it would be even better. Here's the thing: The ambiance is fantastic! It's a nice respite away from the stress that traveling and gambling can bring on. It's spacious, no smoking anywhere near the place and the music is at a relaxing volume. The bartenders rock at what they do. The cocktails I've had are on point. The service is friendly and solid. But...the food. My flat bread was a disaster. I've had way better flatbread at an airport restaurant. I ordered flatbread with figs, goat cheese and arugula. I figured it would be cooked. Or at least warm. When my flat bread came, there was no goat cheese in site! I had it sent back. They just spooned out some dollops of goat cheese and randomly put them on. My flatbread was cold and tasted like card board or had that consistency. The figs were canned or jarred. That's not a bad thing, but at least try making them into a spread or maybe, um, cooking them? They were whole. (My server said that the flatbread came with a goat cheese spread. It didn't say anything about a spread on the menu!) This place is still great for a drink. My two gin drinks were amazing. I would probably stick to a hummus plate if I ate here again after this experience.

Yelp
Stayed here for 2 weeks and ate here 3 times. The food is good, but it doesn't make up for the poor service. I asked for eggs on two separate occasions and had them cooked incorrectly both times. On one occasion I sat down and was served water then had to go looking for a waitress so that I could place a food order. Bartenders seem nice however waitresses seem inattentive and lackadaisical at best. Expect to go looking for someone for a check as well. I would recommend for the food but expect average to below average customer service.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of trying their cheesesteak sliders. These bite-sized delights had perfectly seasoned, tender steak piled high on soft, pretzel buns, topped with gooey creole cheese sauce, cherry peppers and onions. The flavor was rich and satisfying, with just the right amount of savory goodness. The ambiance of Vice Versa was chic and had a relaxed atmosphere. My server was friendly and prompt. I highly recommend giving their cheesesteak sliders a try!

Yelp
This was a great surprise! I wasn't expecting much from a hotel lobby bar but this was really lovely. I had a MyVEGAS deal - buy one get one cocktail. And the drinks are great. I highly recommend stopping here on your way to a casino and picking up a delicious cocktail to go. They also have a really good menu with some fun and tasty options. Shared sliders and fries and they were very good and served with a trio of sauces. We found this the perfect stop after checking in and before heading out to gamble. It's not inexpensive and the seats can be pretty uncomfortable (high-top tables), but we will absolutely come back to try more of this interesting menu. A winner.

Yelp
This bar is located in the lobby area of Vdara. Hubby and I ordered old fashioneds. One was a standard old fashioned, and the other was on their menu called the Nutty Old Fashioned. Both were just overly sweet, but we preferred the Nutty Old Fashioned if we had to choose.
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
Stopped by the bar for a few hours. Service was way too slow for how busy it was. Drinks were okay but pricey
google avatar

Katrena H.

Yelp
Breakfast Sandwich was huge and filling. The service was fast and customer friendly. The ambiance was casual.

Yelp
Came to grab a quick drink while waiting for friends. Nice and friendly staff. Drinks were good. Nice area to get together and chat with big groups or smaller parties.

Cindy T.

Yelp
Sat here for 15 minutes without any service. Server took order of guests who came in after that sat behind me but didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Ultimately no came over to take my order even though the walked past me a few times, so I just left. Don't know if food is any good, but they seem very selective in who they serve.

Yelp
We received a BOGO coupon for MyVegas (IYKYK!) and spent a leisurely afternoon at this semi-quiet lounge inside Vdara. Vdara is a no casino hotel just off of Aria. It's great if you're looking for a quiet spot to chat and don't want to hustle of a casino. It's also a great dog property since there's a dog park nearby. It was quiet at 2pm and we found ourself a comfortable seating area to chit chat. I ordered the yuzu cocktail and it was a delightful and refreshing drink on a hot August day. We thoroughly enjoyed Vice Versa for what it offered and being that it was a quiet respite from the Vegas slot sounds. It's also a great people watching spot since Vdara seems to attract quite the conference crowd. Our server was quite friendly, and prompt with cocktails. While the menu was sparse and nothing to really get too excited about we found the spot nice for what it was.

Yelp
Vice Versa is fine spot for some quick food during your stay to Vdara. Honestly, there are so many great places to go that I'm not sure I would choose this one, not that it was bad, but it's nothing special. The service was great, but the menu is quite small, and the ambiance is good - I would recommend sitting outside, if the weather allows. However, the food was just ok - nothing good, nothing bad, but I'm sure you can find something better, at the same price point, somewhere else.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
This expensive option at the Vdara hotel was ok. The prices are outrageous, even for Vegas. Maybe it's a better lounge than a dining option. The only reason we ate here was we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready and we were hungry. The cafe across the hall or Starbucks in the lobby may be better options for something to tide you over till you can go somewhere better. There's plenty of way better options close-by.
google avatar

Cheryl M.

Yelp
Located in the lobby of the Vdara Hotel & Spa offering small bites/snacks and cocktails. Laid back vibe with friendly service. Table seating and lounge areas to chit chat and enjoy a drink, hangout and people watch...hmm that looks like a "transactional relationship"...hey no judgement just an observation :) Cocktails good but on the high side ($15-$21 drink with mezcal). Any cocktail can be made to order or non-alcoholic.
google avatar

Miranda Y.

Yelp
We stayed in vdara for a few nights and went here for lunch one day. It's very convenient for us hotel guests. The food was impressive for a hotel lounge - it wasn't any fancy restaurant but all the dishes (including wine) we ordered were really tasty, probably even tastier than a fancy restaurant we went to. I removed one star because the portion is relatively small for the price.
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
Had the yuzu cocktails here one night and they were delicious!! Came back two days later for a takeout order, cheeseburger and truffle fries, and it was just okay. Burger was okay, they didn't cook it like what I asked for and the fries were okay but don't think the fries were worth the price. Decent meal if you're staying at the Vdara and need a quick bite to eat. Service was good both times. Would recommend eating here over the pool food if you're staying at the hotel.
google avatar

Janelle S.

Yelp
Cute little bar / restaurant inside the Vdara Hotel. The outdoor area (when open) is a great spot for large parties. The berry smashing cocktail was a favorite for my party. We ate there for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I would not recommend the Benedict as the eggs were over cooked and the breakfast overall is very expensive. The lunch was good though
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
Very relaxing atmosphere! Enjoyed having a cocktail on the patio this evening. It would have been nice, and this is only my opinion, if the cocktail menu had been a little more extensive. My drink was very good, and I did enjoy it. We sat by the water feature, which was nice. Highly recommend having a drink here in the evening hours, otherwise it might be hard to see the tv's. The staff was helpful and I thought the prices were good for being in Las Vegas.
google avatar

Catherine M.

Yelp
Located in the lobby of the Vdara, this cute location provided a respite from the loud Vegas strip. I needed something quick and was craving veggies. The salmon salad hit the spot!
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
Arrived and checked into Vdara close to 9 pm and decided to try this place. It's not a dinner place so our menu choices were limited. Luckily food wasn't bad. Service was great and ambiance was nice since it wasn't loud or crowded like other hotels with casinos.
google avatar

Abdul S.

Yelp
Believe it or not we have always walked past this bar and never took the time to sit down and have a few drinks. Located in the Vdara lobby it provides an incredible convenience in the ability to unwind while waiting for your room to be ready. Service was fast and staff members are super down to earth. Keep in mind, prices can be a bit higher than expected, but you are paying for the convenience. Wouldn't mind planning more time to spend here in the future.
google avatar

Rudy D.

Yelp
At the bar lounge at Vdara. We were told to sit anywhere. Tables were either dirty or occupied. We chose a couch area near the end of the lounge. Saw a server when we just arrived. About 20 minutes later a lady ask if we had been served yet. Our table had stuff on it from a previous patron. Took our order of drinks. Drinks came out fast and our fries arrived later and were warm and didn't taste fresh. Sent Em back. Drinks were really good. Bottom line, we had a comped certificate for an issue at check in. Unbeknownst us, only the drinks were comped.
google avatar

Yelp
So I stayed in the hotel that has the vice versa. It's indoor and outdoor, the indoor is where the bar is. Has a lot of seating around because it's basically in the lobby area. The outdoor has TVs, fire pits so that you won't get cold if need be, and is very spacious. It is a really good vibe. There isn't much of a view, you're basically looking at the Aria but that's perfectly okay. The way staff seem really nice and really friendly, no complaints in that area. Is right downstairs so it's really easy and convenient. If you walk in the door you go to the right you have a Starbucks and that's where the drop off point is so everything is in the same area so it's actually pretty convenient. If I was in the same hotel, I will definitely come back. The fool was pretty good, even though I only had pancakes. The wait was pretty excessive though. Not sure why, but it did seem like it was longer than usual just for some pancakes. But the servers were very friendly about it though. If you do come, just be aware of what time you come because of the end of the day, it could really be crowded. You could come for a lunch time situation and it'll be full so just keep an eye on that.
google avatar

Sarah Mackenzie S.

Yelp
We came here because my friend saw the wings in passing and couldn't not think about them all well. The fried chicken sandwich was delicious. My friend said his burger was ok but since it was just the burger, no side it wasn't really worth the money. The wing were not as good as we thought they would be. The service was slow at first but it got better throughout the meal. The restaurant, itself, wasn't loud.
google avatar

Chaye U.

Yelp
Service was great. Bartender was nice and fun to chat with. The other group was really fond of him.
google avatar

Yelp
Very attractive bar at Vdara As you enter the hotel, can't miss it Bar seating as well as tables, lounge seating and outdoor seating Bartenders and wait staff are very very nice Fun and relaxing atmosphere Bar menu is available Extensive cocktail menu We stopped in numerous times while staying at Vdara
google avatar

Marcela O.

Yelp
The only lounge within the Vdara to grab a drink but also a quick bite. Service was exceptional, food was actually really good too. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich with garlic fries, as well as the eggs Benedict for breakfast along with a pretty tasty Bloody Mary! Oh and I also had the best tasting espresso martini! For it being the only place to eat within the Vdara, I enjoyed the meals and drinks.
google avatar

Meka M.

Yelp
I had a cocktail there and it was okay. But the location was great. And they have outside seating as well, as hightop tables. I tried one of their signature cocktails and it was okay and nothing memorable. Our cocktail waitress was nice and attentive.
google avatar

Mimi L.

Yelp
This lounge has gotten better and better over the years. It's on the lobby level at Vdara hotel and spa, an outdoor patio and dog park outside. We ordered a lot of drinks here during our long weekend stay. The Mezcal and caffeine cocktails our super friendly mixologist Todd made for me were so yummy and strong. It's strange that they don't have Modelo at a lot of bars and restaurants in Vegas. Michelada with Corona tasted not as great as Modelo though. I enjoyed the salt and vinegar popcorns from bar snack, you can also order food here from the market cafe facing this bar. The drink prices were very fair for a luxury hotel lounge in Vegas. This is a very convenient stop to have a drink or two before heading out of the hotel or after coming back from somewhere else!
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
Just wanted to grab a quick meal after work while still working on my laptop. Service is pretty slow and not a huge menu. Bar is just ok for a lobby bar but I liked the outdoor space. This place is fine, but wings were flavorful.
google avatar

Jerrell P.

Yelp
Vice Versa is a nice bar. Both informal get-togethers and more formal occasions are perfect here because of the ambiance that the soft, ambient lighting creates--one of relaxation and intimacy. Every cocktail is a taste adventure that embodies the bar's dedication to quality, ranging from traditional formulas to creative trademark beverages. I had the pleasure of being served by one of the bartenders named Todd. He made me an Old Fashioned and it was so good! The Vice Versa Bar at Vdara offers an unmatched experience where refinement meets indulgence, whether you're sipping a painstakingly made drink or soaking in the spectacular views of the Las Vegas skyline from the outdoor patio. I recommend this spot for dates, small gatherings, and you can just come by yourself to relax and network with people. Shoutout to Todd for the great service.
google avatar

Walt P.

Yelp
So disappointing. This bar has gone down hill since reopening. Service was good same as it always has been. The staff was very attentive. The negatives. The outdoor seating is worn and needs to be replaced. They used to give you a complementary snack tray of popcorn, wasabi peas, nuts etc with a drink order. Now they charge 5 dollars for the small tray. What's is also disappointing is their wine list and liquor menu. Now it's limited. I used to get very nice wines like Turley and many other selections by the glass now the selections are limited to poorer quality and fewer selections. The same hold true with the liquor selection it is very limited. The menu is also disappointing with most of the higher end selections being removed. Prices are the same if not higher than pre COVID.
google avatar

Terri A.

Yelp
For whatever reason, I love the vibe of the outdoor patio here. It could be the comfy lounge chairs, the fire pits, the birds that sing and enjoy the water or the greenery you are surrounded by, but it's just a nice relaxing place for a drink. Prices are Vegas level, but you know that things are pricy when you get here anyway. If you need some mental TLC, I'd recommend.
google avatar

Kitty L.

Yelp
Nice and cozy place to chill. Service is exceptional! Good spot for people watching.
google avatar

Jon R.

Yelp
Pancakes here SLAP. Even regular tea here with the honey they serve. The potato wedges are amazing too. Great service! The lounge area is very elegant as well. My colleagues got a variety of things... Dude, the bacon is actually crazy good lol. 5/5 - I was so full.
google avatar

Kita C.

Yelp
Great place! Cozy and comfortable. You can sit on a couch, at a table or on the patio to enjoy your meal. The menu is small but everything we tried was good. I don't have a photo but the veggie flatbread and the Vice Versa Waygu Beef hotdog with caramelized onions is so good. The service was great! The prices are good for Vegas.
google avatar

Diane R.

Yelp
The service was attentive and friendly. We just missed happy hour as it ended at 3:30 pm. There are different happy hour drinks then on their regular menu. We ordered off their regular menu, our drinks were accompanied by the popcorn and snacks. I loved my Gin and Tonic! We also ordered nachos which came in a large deep platter accompanied with sour cream and Pico de Gallo on the side. We added beef to the nachos and were enjoyed the toppings, the amount of toppings were generous. I find the lounge inside and outside relaxing. We usually are able to find a comfy place to sit and relax with out the smoke smell! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing drink and place to hang out.
google avatar

Eddie S.

Yelp
For the last three years I have made it a point to come here on the day of my birthday to sit on the back patio near a fire and to have one glass of rose. This year was exceptional I received truly amazing Lee good service I was left alone to have my own private time the patio was empty and not full of people so it was like having my own private time with the fire I highly recommend that you come here and try the lobster tacos but ask for soft shells as the crunchy ones are weird with the lobster texture. Definitely a very relaxing location drinks or $15 though so you don't come here to be a cheap date you come here to be an impressive date. As with most to Vegas though there is so much going on around the small area you have plenty to do so take a few moments relax deep breath of Vegas air gather your thoughts and go have a blast!!!
google avatar

Phoebe A.

Yelp
Service was very slow and our waitress Luz was unattentive and we waited 30 minutes just to receive the check.
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
I can say this was one of the better bar experiences I had in Las Vegas. It is located in the Vdara Hotel and was certainly upscale. I went simple this time and opted for vodka and tonic, My lady decided to drink the Berry Blossom. it was a wonderful blend of raspberry vodka, maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon & white cranberry juice. It is definitely a "girly" drink, but a real man isn't deterred by labels like that and decides that he can drink a pink cocktail in public and not worry at all about stuff like that. One good thing is that there were no children running around the Vdara and therefore no kids underfoot when enjoying adult company. I will certainly get back here on subsequent trips to Vegas.
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
Vice Versa Patio & Lounge for the Win!!! Inside of the lovely Vdara hotel you will find this chic and vibrant lounge right when you walk in. This place has to be one of my most favorite to relax and have drinks with friends. I had some family members come out from Minnesota and stayed at the Vdara so being that Vice Versa is located in the center of the hotel, we didn't have to go far for great drinks. The bar area isn't the biggest but If you can snag a spot on the patio I would encourage you to do so because the scenery is gorgeous! On a night when the temperature is cooler they have some nice fire pits going so no worries on that part. When we were there they had live music which really enhanced the experience. I was happy that my family was happy with my suggestion for this place so kudos to Vice Versa Patio for always nailing it for a great time, drinks and little bites to eat!
google avatar

Brena E.

Yelp
I've been here several times before and this time I came specifically for the lobster tacos! So good! It was about 6:30 and the bar was busy, but I was able to find a seat at the bar with no problem. I was waited on promptly and the service was good, but not overly friendly. I ordered a pomegranate margarita and lobster tacos. The bill came to about $32. They have a great patio and a nice variety of drinks. They also bring out snacks to munch on. They have a happy hour from I think 11:30 to 3:30.
google avatar

Scott Z.

Yelp
Great spot to catch a quick drink or relax in the Vdara (Las Vegas). Since there is no casino and no real "attractions" in Vdara this is the only bar area (is across from the Market Cafe and Starbucks). The food and apps are okay...not a big menu, typically take a while to come out, and not large portions. But you're mainly there to hang out at the bar and get a drink before going elsewhere or heading up to the Vdara pool. I love staying at Vdara, it is dog friendly, close to both Aria and Bellagio, and there's no gaming floor...so a TON less smoke. You get gross enough walking through all the other properties, it's great to have a smoke free place to grab a drink and chill out before trekking out for more madness. There's usually some sort of friendly people at the bar area, or out in the fire pit / pond area outside. The wait staff are quick to get the drinks and they usually pour pretty heavy since they're not a club trying to rake your cash. Like I said, it's a calmer place to spend some time, the food does not come out fast, and don't count on it as your big Vegas dinner...but enjoy those drinks and relax!! ENJOY!

Yelp
Every Vegas trip, regardless where I stay, I HAVE to come to Vice Versa and visit the amazing Brandi! Her amazing personality is reason enough to stop by, but her bartending skills are out of this world. Make sure you enjoy her company and delicious drinks, well worth it!

Dawn M.

Yelp
Some of the "so called" assistant managers need to learn what customer service really means. The food was expensive, not very impressive, nor was it tasty.

Yelp
I thought I reviewed this place and posted pics but I guess I didn't. We came here because my friend told me about the Surf and turf sliders. (lobster, filet and mushrooms) so delish. They have a unique menu. Various cocktails. The servers were very friendly. It's located in the vdara, the hotel looked pretty cool. And I also saw the bartenders serving up some cool mules.
