Victoria's Secret

Helpful sales person. Quality is ok. May not be better than any other brand. But for sure the name of Victoria secret is famous in us and Europe and would make great gifts to friends or family.

Came in ready to buy a lot (I’m on vacation and was very excited to shop), started looking through the panties when an associate came up and kept saying “excuse me maam” over and over, I realized she was speaking to me and looked up. She said “can I HELP you??” as if I was doing something wrong. I was confused for a second and then realized she probably thought I was stealing (or that’s how it felt) and I was completely embarrassed. I told her “well, now you can’t” and walked out while listening to her scold another guest right after me. Idk why she thought I was doing anything nefarious, but I’ve been to this location multiple times and spend well over $500 every time I’m here. And now I will never return, as apparently I look like the type to steal even while wearing designer sweats with a designer bag. Absolutely shameful and gross.

I visited this location 5/17. I was sized and decided to swap the current sports bra i had on with the correct size. So I did not have the receipt. However, I did have the transaction number and proof of purchase on my Victoria's secret app. The associate and manager or whoever these ppl are MADE return without a receipt which is strange to me. It was the same exact sports bra and was price matched with no problem but why did this have to be done as a no receipt when I had the receipt. The associate said the transaction number would not work.

I had a great experience with Aranza at VS PINK! She greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful, took bra measurements with ease, and went to the back to get the right sizes. Aranza also clearly explained all the current deals, including the free tote and optional scarf with a $100+ purchase. She was kind, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Aranza is exceptional!

I got so much stuff last week they had everything I wanted to purchase. Girl in the fitting room was fast and on top of everything. I even left my wallet behind by accident and she saved it 😁 I recommend going here. Was in here on 9/6 Jazmin h and Jazmin m helped me out LOVEEE the customer service from both of them and they even wished me a belated happy birthday 🎂 they changed my experience from the mission valley location. I ended up buying more sweaters.

The manager ( I’m sorry I forgot her name ) , she was so kind and patient . Bri helped me along with 3 other customers and was still friendly and attentive . I heard the manager tell the staff many times they are doing a great job with please and thank you’s. I will purposely make the drive to this Victoria secret since it seems to be run efficiently .

I have always been a VS shopper, love their bras and love their customer service. I just moved to SD and lost a bit of weight, so time to go in for a fitting. Fortunately, these folks didn't let me down. Someone up front measured me and sent me back to the fitting room, where they've got a gal there to help you find the right size/fit. I've always loved their fitting room set up, they have all of the styles and sizes, in the same color, and then they bring you bras based on what you like. I am *the* worst shopper and need supervision to make sure that i get the correct size, fortunately they are accommodating and judgement-free. Once I figured out the right size and what styles I liked, she radioed to a stylist to have them meet me when I left. She took me to the drawers of each bra that I liked and patiently waited for me to look at the colors to pick out what I wanted. While there are less expensive bras out there, NO ONE has been able to match the customer service judgement-free shopping that I experience at VS. That's why I continue to shop there. The only reason I gave this experience 4 stars, instead of 5, is the poor girl behind the counter was also expected to pick up the phone. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, with a number of shoppers and a line of people at the register and she had to leave me standing there half rung up to answer the phone. She used the radio to find someone to check the inventory, then had to get back to the phone to give the caller the results. The people in the store should take precedence over those on the phone, I know it's a bit of a juggle but other stores are able to make it happen. Hopefully it was just a fluke this once. I'll definitely go again. The mall is conveniently located at a trolley stop and, again, VS has always been my fave place to shop for bras!

I have been to the store multiple times and, unfortunately, I have often noticed the really poor organization. At the checkout, you sometimes have to wait 20-40 minutes. This should definitely be improved, as it severely impacts the shopping experience.

Called to do a stock check and employee, Christina, would not help me. She simply did not even check and told me its not in stock. Did not ask for sku number. I am very disappointed. Do not get help from Christina! She is horrible.

The staff in this store at Fashion Valley was very nice except for whoever was managing at the time. I work at the mall so I was in a hurry and asked two members if I could put two bras on hold for just an hour until I was off work. They said yes and told me to bring them to the register. Then the manager lady at the time behind the counter looked at me like I was dumb and yelled at her associates to see who told me that they would hold my 2 items. She made me just stand there and watch her yell at them and did not even make the smallest attempt to help me or make me have a positive experience and I was extremely uncomfortable so I had to just walk away. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and VS lost a sale because of the way she acted in front of me and treated me.

Poor quality, poor value for the price you're paying for. Very disapponting product. What's going on Victoria Secret???

Everyone at this Victoria Secret are so sweet and patient with all their customers. I came in to find a comfortable bra for work and everyone was so accommodating and helped so much when trying things on in the dressing rooms. I got so many compliments and it just feels so welcoming being able to come in and get help without judgement. All of their bras are such good quality with a wide selection of styles and colors. Their pajamas are also so soft and comfortable. Prices are also very reasonable for such good value. They always have the best sales so I 100% recommend.

I came and waited in line to get into the store due to Covid19 social distancing. I got the best sales girl named R.C I think. We picked out the style of bra I was looking for and I was on my way out the door in less than 1 hour. Great job!

Just walked out and had the best experience thanks to Victoria (her name is actually Victoria-with the gorgeous curly hair I'm case there is more than one Victoria!). So sweet and kind and helpful and not pushy whatsoever. I'm a nursing mom and it's so difficult finding bras that fit me and are comfortable and cute. Victoria sized me (I was buying the wrong size this entire time how annoying am I) and give me multiple choices to try on. I went with 2 bras but if I had the budget would have bought them all. With this type of experience and the quality of bras I don't know why I even try shopping anywhere else. 100% worth the price. Amazing service and amazing quality. I hope Victoria is there next time I go back! My big tatas thank you honey!

Left my security tag on. This review is for the Victoria Secret store upstairs where I experience such a poor experience. On 03/02/22, I went into the store were I was greeted and passed off to someone who would help me with a t shirt bra. Whoever was in the fitting room was extremely helpful and I found the perfect bra to wear to my work event that evening. I got to the register, paid for my item, and was on my way. When I got home, I noticed that the security tag was still left on my bra. I was so disappointed because I was wearing this to a work event just an hour before. I first called to explain my situation and frantically returned to the store. The manager (short hair) who approached me displayed such a condescending using a "bubbly" style demeanor to talk to me request that I provided a receipt. I was such in a rush and she kept asking me for the receipt. At some point, I feel that one of the girls told her that I was just there buying a bra where she stopped asking me and then handed me a 20% off card. First, I'm most upset because your cashier left my security tag on. Second, the manager team needs to do a better job with their floor management. I have 3 different problem asking if I need help and it overwhelms my experience. This is why people shop online. Second, I appreciate the card, but if your manager would have just empathized with my experience and stopped making it worse with how I was approached, that alone would have made my experience semi better. Fyi, I found my receipt and the cashier number but it was overshadowed by the manager, so I rather not put the cashier in trouble as mistakes do happen. I rather not go back to the store and talk to their manager, I've resulted to use this platform because I don't want to feel like I'm being talked to like a child. I'll happily shop online going forward.

Come on! Get it together Victoria Secret! I've been shopping here for decades. I have to say over the past year it has gone downhill as far as style and as far as customer service. They are also always out of sizes which makes it difficult to get coordinating ensembles. I recently wrote a letter to the corporate office regarding the styles and colors that are available at Victoria's Secret. It is starting to look more like Macy's basics lingerie instead of fun, colorful, flashy pieces that you'd expect to see. All I have seen for the past several years are mostly basic looking gray, taupe, beige, and black and white. Long gone are the fruity colors and bright glamorous brassieres that I used to spend thousands of dollars on every year. It seems that the focus of this store lately is on cheap smelling toiletries and lotions. The quality of their lipgloss has also gone down. It used to be my favorite. And they are all muted shades of the same color. I also had a hard time finding anyone to assist me in the store to find sizes since they were out of the one I needed on the sales floor. When I finally found a bra I went to the dressing room and some sales associates were eating nachos! (Only reason I am mentioning this is because they did not offer me a bite) The worst part was waiting over 30 min in the checkout line since there were only 2 cashiers and they were opening up charge accounts for people so it was taking forever. Please bring back the FUN! Underwear isn't meant to be boring ;)

Waited 45 minutes to try something on. Look how disgusting the dressing room is!! Order online or so somewhere else. Not worth it plus only 1 employee was actually nice and helpful lol the girl who first started helping me walked away after a minute. Not a good experience

I am writing this review for the Pink store in Fashion Valley since I cannot find their yelp page to give Brett a HUGE shoutout for her amazing customer service. I came in and the sale they had on leggings had none in my size, so I was recommended to get the biker shorts instead and was given the wrong price for them! I didnt take the time to check my receipt until I got home.. so I called to see if they were actually on sale or if they are taking returns (covid) and Brett took over the whole situation and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I am so thankful and she deserved a shoutout! Hopefully her management team sees this! Customer service is so important.

Why in the world would you make two separate stores for Victoria's Secret and Victoria's Secret Pink?!? Doesn't make any sense. You can't just make one stop anymore... uggg. :( The regular fancy Victoria's is located on the second floor. PINK is located on the first floor by Macy's. I was pretty tired, and didn't feel like making an extra stop, but I got a free panty coupon... but it was a free panty from the VS Pink store... so yes, I was going to make the extra stop at Pink. Ok, you win VS. Pink is a bit small, but the staff is still friendly always willing to help. Love the logo tees! I do enjoy getting the freebie panties... who doesn't?!? Ladies, it's worth getting the VS credit card, special discounts monthly in the mail, special early bird shopping times, heck yea! So shopping here has become an addiction of mine. Especially since you can shop online and return in the store! VS card holder ladies enjoy free panties all year long! ;)

I will preface my review in stating that we are not ones to complain, nor are we sensitive. However, it was appalling to have been "fat shamed" and humiliated at the door. We were in line for about 15 minutes to get in and not a single other customer ahead of us was greeted with, "We now have extended sizes up to size 40 and XL. Do you need to be sized?" NONE of us wear a size 40 band, but thanks for indirectly calling us overweight?

This place it was nice. After i go gift fir valentines day. I have only.tag. 49.99 i wants to exchange for perfume. Because i dont have receipts 16.99 this store likes robbed people. Sorry latina she is minds personshe dosent have skills customers services. I never going to buy again

I'm a fan of VS products and this store was no exception (located next to food court in Fashion Valley). However, while other VS branches tend to have attentive customer service, this branch seemed to need more employees staffing the store especially at the dressing rooms. On a Monday afternoon, there seemed to only be one employee manning the floor and they were in the middle of the store, so there was no usual welcome and check-in that I've experienced in other branches. However, the main issue laid with the dressing rooms where there was only one attendant helping anywhere from 3-5 of us. Though she tried her best, there was at one point when I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come by after I pushed the help button. Other stores can get away with this; however, being VS and an intimate apparel store, you expect quicker and attentive customer service for the price you pay for products. It's a fine location with consistent products, but more employees should be hired or staffed during this time.

I Came to do a return and the girl helping couldn't find the underwear on the transaction. (Think she was new) and a snooty blonde with bad extensions named Kelly treated me so rudely. When the girl told her she couldn't find them on the reciept she quickly responded give her the lowest selling price. It wasn't until I told her, I didn't want the lowest selling price and explained the items had been a gift along with other items and I wanted the price my boyfriend paid for them that she walked over to "help" and suprise they were all on the reciept. Kelly learn some manners and customer service skills. Being polite goes a long way. Oh and to top it all off they left two sensors on my underwear

I went in to get measured. My complaint was that the bras I have been looking at recently have had too tight of a band, so I might need to be resized. What does the store staff do? They bring me a bra with a tighter band. I told them I could barely breathe in it. They bring me yet another overly tight band, even tighter than my present band. This was absolutely terrible customer service. Listen to your customer.

I had an amazing experience here. My personal shopper, Dace, was so helpful and on the ball, she deserves a promotion. This woman is honestly too good to be at Victoria Secret (no offense). She belongs at a high end Euro lingerie boutique downtown, or even to own her own shop! She is gold! Every person who works here should follow her lead. I've never had such great customer service at a Victoria Secret. She definitely makes you feel like you are at a much higher end place with her 5 star service. I will be back.

Best friend works here, confessed to me that during covid the managers have been filling their hand sanitizers with water to make the sanitizer last longer... if you don't believe me see for yourself because I went in today and there's a puddle of extremely watered down sanitizer under the container ... unacceptable!

Always bright, always pink, and always up to date with the latest trends. All the employees here are usually friendly and efficient. Although I do agree that the lines move super slow here. I usually find something I like, whether it be a bra, panty, clothing or accessory. And most definitely come here for the semi-annual sales!

For both Victorias Secret and Pink stores; PROS: I like the way the stores look (decor.) Many options more so for everyday wear lately. Fair price point and great sales and ways to save, essential when buying in bulk for certain items. Nice down to earth employees eager to help, sometimes too eager but for sure need more employees on the floor in both stores. CONS: Victorias Secret: 2nd level Im a loud music girl however VS is not the place for crazy loud (and I mean painfully loud) up in da club type music. Its not very romantic to be bumpin in the club while trying to buy soft delicates, I found this in both stores. Where did the sexy go? Why are all of the clothes & lingerie so blah this year. UGH I can't get excited about any of it. When I do find the random piece I want guess what? Never my size. Seriously? This has been an ongoing thing for decades with you guys. Make more of what you sell and less of what you don't Haven't you ever noticed VS your sales rack? Always more of one or 2 sizes and not of the most common sizes? Most of the population is getting taller daily why do you only sell Tall's online? And again higher more employees for the checkout. Pink: 1st Level: Odd these stores are spaced so far apart would be easier closer together. Super loud music -- I couldn't even remember what I came in for......how relaxing, to go with the relaxing clothes. I noticed it wasn't as busy lately and there was only one checkout person and no one else on the floor to help. I guess the reason I walked out without anything purchased was because everything still screams PINK on it. We get it - you're loud and proud, but its a gimmick now with the outer PINK logo or dog on absolutely every single thing. Dear VS-its ok to put a logo on the inside of something you make.

Lots to choose from, they had their semi annual sale going on so I got a great deal on underwear. I also received some cute and comfy sandals which was a really nice and unexpected gift with purchase! They also had sales on their body sprays and lotions. So if you've been waiting for a sale I would go check them out asap. The staff was friendly without being over bearing and bothersome which was such a nice change from most vs stores I've been to. I would come back to shop and I definitely recommend this store! Thanks for the great service without the harassment!

The environment was great, everything was organized and clean. The fitting rooms were closed which kind of upset my girlfriend. All the workers seemed pretty nice. Sadly, the worker named Vanessa wasn't very helpful.

LOVE Victoria's Secret but don't most females... onto this store specifically. Clean, even during semi-annual sales which is amazing since those things get crazy busy and are a hassle to shop at in my opinion. The ladies working here are always so helpful although I hate that when trying items on in the fitting room they try to push items on you... quite annoying. I get that you probably have to reach a quota of items sold but it's not going to make for a happy customer to push bras on me just because they happen to be in my size. *I will say that all the stores all guilty of this, not just this location.* The store is good in size and there is plenty of swimwear, fitness wear, bras, lingerie, panties, Pink, and beauty loot to browse through.

I feel like I need to check the receipt every time I leave. I went to the event tonight and just checked over my receipt and they forgot to take off $10 from a coupon I handed them..guess it's too late to prove anything now..SIGH. But this isn't the first time I've had issues with recipe ts being wrong. I just feel like I shouldn't have to double check EVERY time. Anyways, the freebies are nice, but it seems like every year I buy less and less items. I am a bigger bra size and the bras here cater to women that require more padding than support. I used to be a normal size- 34c which meant that I could buy anything including bras during the annual sales. Now that I'm a 30E or 32DDD, it's a little harder. Kudos to Fashion Valley for carrying this size, but turns out that I can only wear one style now. There are a couple 32DDD styles, but the cup is cut so low that it doesn't offer enough support and I fall out of the top. I try to tell the sales associates every time that I need fuller coverage and they offer me a push up or a low cut style. Forget about trying to get 32DDD's at the sale- those offer no support and are completely useless. If I'm spending $50-70 on a bra- it better fit correctly. I used to love their makeup, but I seem to react to their skin products now. I tried a foundation and a blush and completely broke out the next day. I don't know if they changed the ingredients or what, but I think I can only use their eye shadows and lipsticks now. The mascara always clumps around the top as well and just leaves a black mess everywhere. Anyways, the sales associates and helpful and bring you bras in the dressing rooms, but it just isn't always what you're looking for. They always seem to bring me the same two styles even though I request a fuller coverage bra. They just need to pay more attention at the cash wrap. I HATE having to go back to deal with a wrong receipt.

So annoyed! I had 8 items. When the cashier was ringing my stuff up, I noticed TWICE the price came up higher. $20 higher for one of the bras and $8 more for one of the undies. I spoke up both times. She corrected the price. I asked her twice to make sure that the prices were correct, she assured me three times they were. I got home and looked and I was still overcharged. Seriously?!

I just went to an after hours event here the other night... My sister made me go with her. More like asked, and as the invite said, there was free stuff to be had, and who am I to turn down free? Turns out the whole thing was some sort of a hoax to get people to spend a lot of cash without giving away any goods. They did a raffle maybe 4 times while we were there, and being one of the maybe 600 people attending, made your odds pretty slim. The only thing free they have out was lipgloss. I was so disappointed that they would even list this as an 'event.' The deal, if you could call it one, a coupon making you spend at least $75 to get $15 off. Seeing as though we were there, why not. I should have just walked out, knowing that I had been tricked with hand outs when in turn I was handing over my credit card. Check out was a nightmare, and the cashiers weren't helping at all in moving the line along. Instead they were taking their sweet time folding panties and offering to get other sizes, while the line wrapped down the store. Don't be fooled by VS events. Save your time and dish out an extra $15 bucks for your frustration.

I love their bras and their panties, taking away one star for the outrageous prices. Their convertable bras are great, and I really like the Pink line for their cotton thongs. They have their semi annual sales in Jan and June. I always say that VS exists throughout the year for men to shop and the only time women show up are those two times a year. Its outrageous, the way they're vulturing through the bins, you'd think they ran out of underwear.

My review is about the horrible costumer service of this store. I have been there and bought some products with discounts. The cashier scanned the products and the price was wrong, not 50% off, but 40. She realized that and asked another cashier: should I overcharge her? She replied she didn't care, so the cashier just left the price like that. I was buying a lot of stuff, so I questioned her about the price and also because she talked to the other lady about overcharging me right in front of my face! So disrespectful number 1. Then, she said: it's take or leave it! It was a long line and everyone was looking at me. I have never been disrespected like that in any store before. I will never come back!!! I made an official complaint with the manager. Hopefully, he talked to her. If you don't like to work with costumers, find another job. There is no excuse to treat people like that!

Pink had an event for Pink Nation members where if you were one of the first 25 people in line, then you'd get a free day bra, which was AMAZING! So of course I had to go with my friend. We arrived and the staff was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Plus I've been to this Pink before just to shop and the employees are always nice and helpful and are consistent :) compared to other Pink stores this one is my favorite!

When I went to this store for the first time this staff asked me for my bra size, and I told her what it was and she laughed at me and told me that my breasts were definitely smaller. She didn't take time to measure and just wrote down my name and the size that was over three sizes smaller than what I told her. The other staff brought me bras that were the size as listed to the fitting room and I tried it on.... Of course, they were all TOO SMALL. I kept on telling her to bring me larger size and the one that finally fit me was the size that I had told her when I had come in to the store. I haven't had experience as bad as this one until recent. I was looking for a certain type of bra and the staff showed me something that was different. And I asked her for the certain type of bra and she told me to go to Target or a cheaper clothing line. I wasn't offended, until I found what I was looking for at the store. I don't think I'll ever be back......

The woman standing at the door to greet customers is literally wearing a lace bralete with a lace sheer shirt over it with a blazer that's unbuttoned and black pants now I know "Sex sells" and Victoria's Secret is a lingerie shop but that's absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate we are not in the red light district we are in fashion Valley Mall with families that's absolutely absurd and I've seen it more than once throughout the months

I like this location, the workers are nice and friendly. They're always trying to help you find the right fit, and the right merchandise. They also always have deals going on where you can get free goodies with your purchase. Definitely go get your bathing suit from them before the summer. They're all so cute and they have a great deal on them right now.

I am writing this review for the girl with red hair at Pink Fashion Valley, I can't for the life of me remember her name but she helped me and my daughter both find comfortable bras. I wasn't going to get any bras but she was so helpful with my daughter and knew exactly what kind of fit I wanted. she convinced me and my daughter to get 8 bras! She was so helpful and so sweet she made bras shopping with my daughter a breeze! I will definitely be going back and getting her to help me again. Thank you so much!

The best victoria secret around! The service is awesome! I even use to work here and the mangers are great especially Maria. I always seem to find what i need and the staff is so friendly I always wear Victoria Secret's Pink collection because not only is it SO soft but its super cute as well.

Victoria's Secrets is one of my fave stores, and I have always been pleased with the outstanding and friendly customer service. On this VS visit, I wanted to check out the tail end of the Semi-Annual Sale. To my demise, there was nothing worth purchasing, so my back up is always fragrance, lotions or hair products. There were lots of employees, but they seemed pre-occupied by folding already folded lingerine and straightening already straightened products. Perhaps the employees here aren't interested in helping customers. So, I opted to stock up on my hair products. There was a promotion going on for 3 for $30, which is a pretty good deal considering each product is about $15 a piece. Luckily, I know my VS products and I don't need to spend too much time in the store.

VS must have read the negative reviews about customer service and fixed where they had issues. I've been in here twice recently and have had excellent customer service both times. First visit: I was trying on their comfortable and super cute sports bras with matching pants. Everything that I wanted was out of stock in my size...just my luck. The girls in the dressing room looked up all the items online and found out that they could order my size for me and have it shipped to my house for free. They brought items in my size of colors I didn't want just to make sure all the sizes fit. They were really patient and extremely helpful. Second visit: I came in for some new swimwear (trying to get a head start on beach season). I wasn't sure of my top size but the girl in the fitting room helped me out. There is a card they give you when you enter the fitting room with your name on it and your needs Ex: bra size, needs bra fitting, etc etc. This card allows for a more personable and efficient experience. The girl at checkout was friendly and carried a conversation with me while she was ringing up my items. I'm addicted to the VS sports wear and will def be back to this store to buy more!

I stopped by Victoria's Secret today to get fitted for a new bra. My bra specialist Cynthia was the nicest and most knowledgeable employee I have EVER encountered at Victoria's Secret! She is the best. Ask for her if you shop at this location. Thanks Cynthia. You made my day!

While walking around i was approached by a sales associate and told her i already knew my size but she wanted to help anyway which i had no problem with. by just glancing at me she said my body was hard to measure correctly and was "curvier than what we usually market towards" and insisted i was a 32D without even physically measuring me. She said this pretty loud in the store and it was busy because of the sale so i was taken aback and embarrassed. i trusted her opinion and bought 3 bras bc the fitting rooms were closed. i tried them on at home and they were a horrible fit and nowhere close to fitting correctly. i was frustrated and saddened by her words and went to return the bras and went to Nordstrom where i was measured correctly as a 36B.

The customer service is pretty bad. No one greets you when you walk in, and no one offers to help They are always too busy patting the bras on display, trying to make themselves look busy anything to not have to talk to you

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. My mom and I stopped in to check out the sales and we were kindly greeted by one of the sales girls. After that point it just went downhill fast. There was a blonde sales girl who was extremely pushy to the point where my mom and I were really uncomfortable. She asked to get my bra size and I said that I wasn't interested then she asked what my bra size was to make sure I was in the right section so I told her. I started to move away from her because I thought the conversation was over but from across the room she started telling me that my chest was more petite than the size I thought I was and I really needed to be sized. I told her I didn't want to be sized and she proceeded to say condescendingly "I'm not going to touch you you just are wearing the wrong size" while looking at my chest. I told her I wasn't interested and walked to the other end of the store and she continued to follow me and tell me that I had pockets in my bra because I was wearing a size up and my chest was more petite. For context - I was wearing a sports bra and sweatshirt so it almost felt like she was just trying to get a little dig in because I had denied her help. I literally went to hide in the corner because I was so embarrassed by the scene that had been caused over my petite-ness. My mom and I left in shock by the experience. I appreciate that these women have to speak to customers and help when needed but this was way over the top. I will never go back to this store.

Wow never have I bought so much of a variety of lingereee at once! Eileen was so helpful, she helped me find so much stuff I loved and she fitted me perfectly. Ask for her if you need a fitting for sure!

I took my teenage daughter in to shop for bras here today. We were helped by Allison. She suggested that my daughter get fitted for the appropriate size bra and we went through the bra fitting. It turns out she needed a size larger! Allison was super helpful in finding us the right sizes and styles at my daughter wanted. Very good customer service and excellent product.

The worst Victoria secret I've been too, when it comes to service I was rudely told that my husband could not come with me when I need his opinion on what I was trying on. Then I pushed the button for help and waited forever and no one came. The worst experience I've ever had at a Victoria secret I will not be buying from this store front again.

Mfs kept harassing me when I was trying to make a bra exchange. They kept following me around the store like I was gonna steal when I was here yesterday. I came back today bc I got a bra that was too small. And while in line before I came in this white girl asks me what I was in there for ??? Like obviously to fucking shop??? And then asks if I wanted to get sized... I literally say no and I'm nice about it then this bitch kept harassing me and so I was just trying to be nice so I was like ok fine get someone to size me even tho I already know my size. I'm usually a B but literally the recent bras I have are in C's and they fit me better. They even size me which is a B then the other employee looks Hispanic kept fucking harassing me following me. Giving me all these bra suggestions I didn't even want. Didn't even ask me what style I wanted Til I bring up if they have a certain style. Literally when I just wanted to be left alone to look for what bra I wanted in a different size she proceeds to keep telling me well that's not your size trust me. Like bitch I've been wearing Victoria's Secret for 4+ years like are u in my body??? But I literally just stay quiet no matter how annoyed I was. I was annoyed about it. I also didn't see anyone else getting followed especially the white people coming in but yeah y'all racist in here and if a customer says no then stop fucking suggesting ! Cause now I gotta go back again and get a different bra. They made me uncomfortable and basically made me feel like "well we sized you as a B so if you're getting a bigger size it doesn't fit from our measurements." Like does that make sense? I feel like it's a girl who's making fun of me for having small boobs and claiming I'm lying about fitting in a bigger size type thing ? Idk if that made sense but next time leave me tf alone! And stop asking people what they're going in the store for cause it's obviously to shop! Like I'm grown and I know how to ask for help.
