There's no clasp, you just pull it on over your head, and there's no padding, so it feels much more like a cami than a traditional bra. The wide band doesn't pinch at my skin, and the adjustable straps are a big plus. It's my new favorite lounging-around-the-house bra (so it's been getting a lot of use), and I can see it being a go-to for long plane rides in the future."
