The location is perfect at the heart of Leicester Square within short walking distance to Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street and mamy other attractions. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room size was decent and more than sufficient for a 4 day stay. Pınar at the reception was so helpful and friendly. I would easily recommend this hotel.

Excellent location at a great price. We really love this hotel, and this is our second time returning to stay here. An unbeatable location, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk from many major tourist attractions. The rooms are pleasant, clean, and decorated in a classic British vintage style. Despite the central location, the rooms are quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The only downside in my opinion is the breakfast served at the hotel (rather sparse and uninviting) — it’s better to have breakfast at a restaurant outside the hotel. Bottom line: the best value for money you can find in central London — highly recommended!

The staff were amazing, we met a very nice gentleman Thruv who helped all the way with food,suggestions and maintaining good service as did the other brilliant staff across the hotel. The food was delicious and they gave a little gift including an upgrade and two free drinks to celebrate my partners birthday. Would 100% go again, the area is perfect for entertainment and dinner. There is easy access to help around the whole hotel and they are all very approachable.

Amazing Hotel, from start to finish, Young ladies on reception to greet you were so nice, friendly and helpful and a credit to this hotel. Location perfect can not get closer to Leicester square and the room was spotless and looked almost newly decorated. Bed and pillows were to die for, wanted to take them home. Bathroom brilliant shower and decor, even the communal toilets were spotless. A bargain stay for the price and will be the choice of stay whenever back in London

Can’t fault this hotel at all! 10/10. Lovely staff upon arrival, we really appreciated them! Was given a lovely little surprise of an upgrade to a suite! Which was perfect. The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! No issue with noise whatsoever despite facing Leicester Square and no noise from other rooms. So modern and lovely and they also allowed us to have a slightly later check out time which was nice and we much appreciated it! Literally don’t have anything negative to say. Would highly recommend and for the price compared to other places in Leicester Square! Perfect.

Location is great, accessible to several main areas within Central London. Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, several cinemas and musicals are all within a 5-10min walk away. Staff were also extremely helpful whenever we have questions or needed help. Amenities & facilities provided are the bare minimum and basic stuff. So don’t expect too much, as you will be spending time outside most of time as well Refreshing welcome drink beside the reception ☺️

Awful Experience – Stay Away I rarely write bad reviews, but this hotel was so poor I feel I have to warn others. Despite a refurb, everything feels cheap and low value. Breakfast was dreadful, the lift was never working, and the staff showed zero interest in resolving even the simplest of issues. The worst part was customer service – completely indifferent, unhelpful, and even rude. I left a personal item in my room and the hotel refused to return it, declined to help with courier arrangements, and even hung up when I asked to speak to a manager. An awful experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
