"Listen to the Buzz Open since 2000, Victrola is a fixture on the 15th Ave strip, and its mismatched outdoor seats are always full of patrons sipping coffee drinks and enjoying the people-watching. The cafe features art openings and local art on its walls, and the occasional live band on the weekend. At Victrola's online store, you can buy single-origin coffees and blends, including the popular Streamline Espresso served in their cafes. There's a roasting schedule posted on their website, so you'll know when to expect your beans; they're shipped within 12 hours of roasting."
Great spot! There are 6 areas of various types of seating - including a set of single tables full of laptop workers - great place for working. Smells of delicious coffee- soy latte was super. They are have a nice tea menu.

Friends and I are here every Friday to play cards and have great coffee (and chai) I have thoroughly enjoyed sampling their food selection. I have yet to have something that was wonderful. The atmosphere is quaint, with a full functioning encyclopedia in their community room. If you're in the area I highly suggest stopping in.

The kind of coffee shop I’d love to hangout in if I lived nearby. Lots of seating choices.
My espresso macchiato was very good

In the age of coffee shops coming up with multitude of wild varieties and seasonal drinks, this coffee shop keeps it simple and limited to the classic coffee preparations. The decor is all wooden and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. We got a mocha and a drip coffee. It also has a bigger room at the back for larger groups to enjoy coffee together. The coffee was good especially the drip. But the vibes made it better. Well done.

This place has plenty of seating so a good place to wfh or study. The tables by the wall have outlets. The place is a little dim though so reading is possible.
The kombucha was ok. I wouldn't get the sausage muffin again. Food and drink came out fast.
Since it is cap hill, paid street parking on 15th or there is 2 hour limit neighborhood parking.

For over 20 years, the good folks at Victrola have been pouring some of the best coffee in Seattle, and I'm happy to say I've been a regular at 15th for most of it.
Today I witnessed an interaction between one of the baristas and a couple of people sitting outside of the shop. I am very sad to say that in light of the barista's aggressive tone and behavior, this no longer feels like a safe, welcoming space.

Asked for a cappuccino for here to relax and enjoy sitting in cafe and share photos of experience on instagram. The barista made a mistake and made it to go. When asking to get it for here they barked at me, took the drink and poured it in a ceramic cup and said “it’s the same! I’m busy!”. Asked for a refund. They refunded the wrong person. Contacted management to get a refund and several days later after several failed attempts to refund I had to get my bank to do a chargeback.
