From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service – the staff truly go above and beyond, always with a smile and genuine care. My suite was an absolute dream: perfectly designed, elegant yet cozy, it immediately felt like home. The amenities are incredible: The pool is simply gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, while the gym is massive and incredibly well-equipped – one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Dining at the Piano Bar was an also a highlight – delicious dishes in a chic setting with a warm, vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a huge variety of options to satisfy every taste. And the location? Absolutely perfect – central, convenient, and close to everything Bangkok has to offer. This hotel delivers in every way possible. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for having me!

VIE Hotel Bangkok – “A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bangkok – 100/100” If you’re looking for a hotel that combines modern luxury, comfort, and truly exceptional service, VIE Hotel Bangkok is exactly where you should be. My stay here was almost flawless – a well-deserved 100 out of 100. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding; the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. A special highlight was the Bartender at the Piano Club – simply exceptional. His skills, attention to detail, and warm personality elevated our evenings and made our stay feel truly complete. Honestly, he sets the benchmark for hospitality here. That said, no hotel is perfect – and if there’s one area that needs improvement, it’s the swimming pool staff. Their service felt… underwhelming, to say the least, and certainly didn’t match the high standards set by the rest of the team. Perhaps a little training from the bartender downstairs wouldn’t hurt – he could definitely teach them a thing or two about genuine hospitality. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Bangkok, yet calm and relaxing once you’re inside. Overall, VIE Hotel Bangkok is a gem I’d recommend without hesitation – worth every baht, and I’d happily return.

Our recent stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok was nothing short from perfection. From the moment of arrival until departure we felt that all the details were personally curated and tailor-made to cope our personal requirements. Our Executive Suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for relaxation. The services from all the staffs was also top notch in which we would like to specially thanks to all the individual at Piano Bar as well as the staffs at the Front Office who managed a seamless check-in and check-out process. Last but not least, the food at both the Club and the restaurant outlets was also at good quality, variety, and taste. We’ll be back soon!

This was my first time to be at this hotel. I stayed for four days and had an awesome time with super comfortable bed. Hospitality of this place is top notch. All the staff were very polite and very quick to respond to your requests. |Anand, it's right in the middle is all the shopping areas making the wandering of Bangkok a fun time. |Food was great too and the only regret I have is that I couldn't go their pool due to other commitments but I am not going to miss it the next time I visit||Thank you all the VIE hotel staff for being so awesome!! ,😍

I would like to commend Ginny and her team for making us feel truly welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional and service oriented. In hospitality, a warm greeting is one of the most important gestures, and the team here exemplifies this perfectly. The hotel also accommodated all my needs flawlessly. We had a wonderful time and would gladly choose this hotel again and will be recommending it to our friends. The complimentary tuk tuk service is such a nice touch!

Special thanks to Jane (the intern from Nepal) who was very accommodating and nice during my check-in process. Super grateful that my room was upgraded to Executive Suite (thanks to Platinum status). Room was very nice, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The best one I stayed in Bangkok so far! The breakfast was also nice, but the highlight was the fruits & choco mousse! All the fruits were fresh and sweet. The egg station guy was so friendly and lovely! I love that the hotel use real flowers at the lobby and the room. Too bad I didn't have time to try the Lounge, hopefully I can come back :)

Wonderful hotel that is situated just on the fringe of the main Siam shopping area.  It’s an easy 5-10min walk or you have the option of using their complimentary tuk tuk service to the malls or take the BTS.What stood out was the service.  It’s been a while since we’ve experienced true service where all members of the hotel staff anticipates the guests’ needs and are genuinely wanting to make your stay there as pleasant as possible.  The room was spacious, clean, the bed was decent though it would be good to have other firmer pillow options.  That said, it’s was still a very pleasant stay.Food at breakfast and room service were decent too and they made good effort in changing the Thai hot food options daily.  Again, the service from the Manager and all the breakfast staff were the standout.Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one! Definitely would stay again next time.

This is the second time of my life that I’ve visited this magnificent place. I was here before with my family when I was a child, I remembered this place so fondly that I knew from my entire two month trip to Thailand that I had to book at least one night. First things first, the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve had the absolute pleasure of meeting, I’ve been upgraded via “guest of the day” and my head was absolutely in the clouds. Everything from the superb room, superb food and just amazing cafe, all and all was incredible. I can keep going about this place forever, do yourself a favor and come visit VIE, I know I will at some point again
