We had a wonderful time staying at VIE. Good breakfast selections, great coffee, mostly tailored to western cuisine. The service was excellent. Good sized gym with new equipment. In house spa was wonderful. Pool area was a little small but was still lovely, and great service. Rooms were large and spacious, modern and clean. Always plenty of bottled water, complimentary drinks and snacks whilst waiting at the lobby was lovely and made our stay even better. Always attentive staff and made us feel comfortable always. Loved our stay overall, and would definitely come back.

VIE Hotel Bangkok is an absolute gem in the heart of the city, and my recent stay was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A special shoutout to JANE at the front desk, whose warm welcome and attentive nature made me feel right at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist with a smile. The concierge team and bell staff were equally impressive, providing seamless service throughout my stay, even though I didn't catch their names. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from the BTS Skytrain Ratchathewi station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok's vibrant attractions and shopping districts. With shopping malls like Siam Paragon and the surrounding malls, and also local eateries nearby, everything you need is within easy reach. The overall vibe of the hotel is welcoming and friendly. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely cheerful and eager to help, which truly enhanced my experience. The attention to detail in service made my stay memorable. Breakfast selection is excellent, despite the restaurant being small. The piano bar lounge provides good refreshments for members. I can't wait to return!

We had such a great stay at VIE hotel MGallery in Bangkok. We stayed at one of their executive suites. It’s very spacious with a lot of natural light and the most amazing views. The bed is one of the comfiest we’ve slept in while in Bangkok, the breakfast buffet offers a lot of variation, even vegan and gluten free options are available. We didn’t use the gym but spent some time by the pool which also offers some amazing views and is such a good place to relax a bit. We had a great stay and can only recommend it.

Service was simply impeccable!! From the concierge to front desk, to the executive lounge, the restaurant and housekeeping. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, each staff member added much extra smiles that made my short stay truly exceptional. The hotel facilities and amenities were luxurious and refined. Thank you for the wonderful room upgrade where I had unmatched spectacular floor to ceiling views of Bangkok's skyline. VIE hotel is my NUMBER ONE choice for hotels in Bangkok! ❤️❤️❤️

Room is exactly the same as advertised, house keeping was efficient, room service was served fast, breakfast selection was not as varied as I thought but was totally fine and the quality was good. Apart from that, benefited the late checkout from the loyalty program for this stay. Despite some water dripping out from the AC ventilation in the bathroom, the stay was pretty good.

Hotel is 5 star up to the mark. Hotel Manager (Mr Nicolas) & his team was kind enough to give us a lovely room. Hotel Lounge severed nice refreshing drinks & canapes everyday. Restaurants at the hotel serves delicious food almost every food was satisfactory. I would always stay at Vie hotel when in Bangkok.

The experience with VIE Hotel has been amazing. We were met with incredible staff, the room was wonderful, the pool beautiful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast buffet had a great range of delicious options, and even a gluten free section to eat from. We had the daily cocktail and canapés option added to our package, and it was definitely worth it! It was a great way to end our holiday!

I am a family of 4 from Macau. The service of the hotel staff is very good. Every colleague has a smile. There is a welcome drink when checking in. The room is beautiful and tidy, the air conditioning is sufficient and the facilities in the bathroom are also very complete; At Fourth days , my daughter was injured in an accident and needed to go to the hospital. The hotel staff provided timely service. One of the employees, Ms. Boom, thoughtfully provided her with a contact number and told us that we could call us at any time if we needed anything. The service was very good and exceeded my expectations. We will have more services in the future. Will stay again if possible.
