The most amazing and kind staff we have ever met in our lives. A huge thank you right from the start to Boom and Lo who truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return to this hotel without a doubt. The team was always attentive, caring and ready to help with anything we needed. They constantly asked if everything was fine and made sure we felt comfortable at every moment. My wife had an issue with her bag that needed sewing and the staff went above and beyond to help. They personally took the bag to be fixed and arranged it at such an affordable price. This kind of service is truly rare and we appreciate it more than words can say. Once again a huge thank you to Boom and Lo. You are absolutely wonderful. Your kindness, genuine care and positive attitude made our stay truly special. We deeply value all the effort, patience and thoughtfulness you showed us. Thank you so much again. You are a remarkable team and we are so grateful.

Amazing hotel. Very warm hospitality by hotel team. Duplex 2505 and Suite 2308 were beyond amazing, sparkling clean, great view and very well equipped. Piano bar food and drinks are very good with great service. Gym, Swimming pool and the Spa are highly recommended. Spa treatments are really good. Breakfast at the 11th floor is really amazing with great variety and selections of food, juices and hot drinks. Our stay was amazing and I highly recommend this hotel for the 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service, warm hospitality, great Duplex and suite and the great facilities. Well done!

I had a really great time staying here! One of my best decisions ever! So, I've been so preoccupied by work's deadlines and this place offer such a huge space to relax and work inside and outside my room. I can work easily in the working space, or around the canapés time or even by the pool. The staffs are great, really helpful and kind. They always welcome us with a warm greeting and smile. The breakfast is amazing! They offer lots of options, from Chinese food til American. The yogurt, desserts and drinks are so sooo good! I had a lunch at the PIANO BAR and it was so wonderful! The menus are great, the ambiance, the taste, the surroundings.. I love it so much! 🥹✨ Can't wait to go back here again when I visit Bangkok! Enjoy few of my pictures (yes, I do love to take great pictures HAHA) so you can imagine how good this place is! SUPERB! And thank you so much for Cookie the receptionist and Mr. Lo for helping me with the baggage and stuffs! 🙏🏻

VIE Hotel Bangkok – “A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bangkok – 100/100” If you’re looking for a hotel that combines modern luxury, comfort, and truly exceptional service, VIE Hotel Bangkok is exactly where you should be. My stay here was almost flawless – a well-deserved 100 out of 100. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding; the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. A special highlight was the Bartender at the Piano Club – simply exceptional. His skills, attention to detail, and warm personality elevated our evenings and made our stay feel truly complete. Honestly, he sets the benchmark for hospitality here. That said, no hotel is perfect – and if there’s one area that needs improvement, it’s the swimming pool staff. Their service felt… underwhelming, to say the least, and certainly didn’t match the high standards set by the rest of the team. Perhaps a little training from the bartender downstairs wouldn’t hurt – he could definitely teach them a thing or two about genuine hospitality. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Bangkok, yet calm and relaxing once you’re inside. Overall, VIE Hotel Bangkok is a gem I’d recommend without hesitation – worth every baht, and I’d happily return.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service – the staff truly go above and beyond, always with a smile and genuine care. My suite was an absolute dream: perfectly designed, elegant yet cozy, it immediately felt like home. The amenities are incredible: The pool is simply gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, while the gym is massive and incredibly well-equipped – one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Dining at the Piano Bar was an also a highlight – delicious dishes in a chic setting with a warm, vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a huge variety of options to satisfy every taste. And the location? Absolutely perfect – central, convenient, and close to everything Bangkok has to offer. This hotel delivers in every way possible. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for having me!

I'm here to pick up my tourists, so no comment on the room. I found the hotel os very well placed in terms of most of attractions. Close to several transport hubs like BTS, bus, speed boat, etc. Near shopping mall, BTS skytrain line, Jim Thompson house, Siam Square, Siam Paragon, and other shopping malls. At the same time, you can catch a transport to join more historical places like grand palace, classic temples, etc. Swimming pool with BTS Skytrain view and restaurant with Michelin stars are available, but need to reserve in advance as per the information from my tourists. The most impressive service of this hotel is that the hotel looks neat and clean, enough space in the lobby for waiting and the most important is hotel staff from the door to the reception are at very good hospitality with smile and good vibes. Thank you so much. I will also recommend my tourists about the hotel options in Bangkok when they need advice. 🙏🙂
