I recently had the pleasure of visiting Viejas Casino & Resort, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience, largely thanks to their incredible host, Katy! She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, offering personalized recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The casino itself is top-notch, with a wide variety of games and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. But what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Katy. She is an absolute professional with a genuine passion for making guests feel special. Whether you're a seasoned gambler or just looking for a fun time, Viejas Casino & Resort is the place to be, and Katy is without a doubt one of the best hosts in the business! I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant place. Good chance of winning something here. Food is very good people are extra friendly. Especially the bartenders Amy and Jacob are grade A 1 prime choice. Very cool people always cheerful upbeat and kind people. Love talking to them. They always make delicious drinks with a smile. They even have time to get me a coffee. I will spend all my money here because of them.

Amazing casino with 5 star accommodations and the food? YUM!!!! So much to choose from as well. I won a bunch playing black jack and just had the best time ever. Can't wait to see the show in the fabulous outdoor amphitheater!!! Highly recommended.

Did not stay in the rooms, so wouldn’t be able to give an evaluation with proper perspective. However, did peruse around the casino and was very impressed at the attention to detail. The casino is by far a top-notch location. I definitely would recommend this gem of a vacation (mostly because it felt like a well-cared-for location.)

First, I will review the casino. There are no loose slots. I lost $200 within 40 minutes playing the penny slots if you play $.88 your return is $.10. I never hit any of the free games not one time. Did it go to the board All the other casinos have much better slots!||As for the hotel when I booked it through Booking.com, it said there was a refrigerator in the room. They charge you 40 extra dollars for a refrigerator very misleading. The shower doesn’t get super hot when I signed up for a players card. They told me that there’s fireworks tonight however, when I checked in to the hotel, I asked where the fireworks are. She said you can’t see them. It’s for a private event. I’m sure anyone that is standing outside. If you’re pointed in the right direction could see them I would not recommend this hotel or casino.||I ate it one of the restaurants, ginger root terrible I ordered an entrée two appetizers and soup. The soup came out last the entrée came out first by the time we were done with the appetizers and soup entrée was cold in flavorless.

We had appointments at the spa which were challenging to get a time we could go and when appointments were available. There were four of us. The facility was nice, the room I had for the treatment was cold and had to ask the technician to turn the AC off. There was no aromatherapy (apparently that was extra). The steam room, jacuzzi and pools were nice, we ordered lunch and spent time by the big pool (which was very cold!). It was difficult to get shade as the umbrellas were small. The service as friendly and efficient. The facility clean. It would have been nice to have sunscreen and moisturizer available after the steam room, jacuzzi and pool - didn’t think to bring my own. We did enjoy a nice time together and the amenities were available to us all day - nice!!

Music on the weekend was great! Gambled a little. Ya win some and ya loose some. Haha. All in all, everyone was helpful on the floor. Bartenders were great and kept the drinks going. Had a great time!

Lovely experience, stayed at The Willows portion very nice. The beds were super comfortable. Rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous view and beautiful patio. I just wish those slots were looser!

My wife and I have been going to dinner almost every Friday to Viejas casino for now about a year or so. We enjoy the variety of food and atmosphere. The restaurant manager Anthony is the glue that makes our experience 10 of 10! You can't teach someone to care so much about their customers like Anthony and his staff do each Friday that we come to spend some time for date nights Thank you Viejas and Anthony for your amazing service & experience! Three times in a row we did not get the full experience we wanted : sections blocked off in 2024 and today there were computer problems . Could not place Viejas card to get points or free play money . Ticket redemption machines out of service Having said all that , we nearly made back our slot machine investment , really liked some of the "new " machines . Staff knowledgeable and eager to help . Fountain soda / coffee bar very clean and satisfying (especially those at the Bingo annex ) Barons restaurant as usual exquisite ! I had probably the best steak burger w blue cheese crumbles in my life . Indescribable . Fries .... Okay Karla the server was professional and friendly . She got my "a little rare" burger order on the money ! This time I'll give the casino a 3 . I want to add it is very strange that one must walk through the smoking section to get to the non smoking section ! Thank you

I've been gambling at Viejas Casino for over 20 years. Today/December 20, 2024 @ 2:40pm (approx). I arrived at Viejas Casino at the Valet Park Service as you enter the Viejas Hotel/Registeration Desk. *The Viejas Valet Representative DEMANDED $460.00 (upfront cash) to have my car parked by their Valet Service. *Unfortunately, I did not obtain the Valet Service Representative (young-hispanic man). *I asked him 4-times about his DEMAND of $460.00 to park my car. The Valet Representative laughed at me for questioning his demand of $460.00 from me. The Valet Representative laughed at me 4-Different Times as he demanded the $460.00 *I decided to NOT pay his demanded of $460.00 and drove my car to their nearby self parking building/garage. *I did report the DEMAND of $460.00 by the Viejas Casino Valet Service Representative and about his Total Unprofessionalism and Belittling towards me to the Viejas Casino Security Officers. The security officers took a report and will submit my complaint to Viejas Casino Management. *In the 20+ years as a patron to Viejas Casino. I'm in complete shock that an Employee of Viejas Casino would treat ANY CUSTOMER in the manner that I experienced. I hope Viejas Casino Management will contact me soon, as I hope that no customer will go through the trauma that I experienced.

As far as the hotel it is probably the best amongst the local casino chains. All of the staff we encountered from the house keeping, front desk, security, and phone staff were all super polite. Clean room and great stay.

Bruh, what a scam. It's clear that customer service isn't a priority here anymore. They have like five hosts at the customer service redemption desk, and none of them make you feel welcome or happy to be here. I explained my situation below, but it's just disappointing to see how little they care about their customers. Date OCT -13 -2024 time 1am I visited Viejas today, excited because I expected to charge my car for free as advertised both online and in their promotions. However, when I got there, I discovered it was a bait-and-switch--there is no free charging offered at all. I'm extremely upset, especially since I came here relying on that free charge. It wasn't about the money--I can afford to pay for EV rapid charging--but the free charging was a key incentive for me to visit this casino. I spoke with a VIP host, and despite explaining the situation, they didn't offer any compensation or even a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. While I did win $500, so I'm leaving on a positive note, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this casino.

When we first walked in we got sucker punched with the smell of cigarette smoke, both my husband and myself had horrible allergies the whole time we were there, we spent 2 nights with a few other guests, 3 rooms altogether. I found the machines to be super tight. They had a really good live band at a bar near the hotel entrance, they had people dancing for sure, they were the best part of the experience. They would improve if they got a system to suck up the odor.. heavy duty air purifiers or something! The Asian restaurant, I ordered an orange chicken dish, worse thing I ever tasted. I won't be back.

I just read the exact apology to "Chill" as the apology I was given. Why in heck do you request our email and Viejas members (if we have one), like it is so difficult to obtain a member card. Where is the member service in that? Do you want others to think that you're obviously taking care of your patrons!!! It's a front that it. TU business manager

I highly recommend Viejas's Casino especially during New Year's Eve celebrations! It was PHENOMENAL ON 10! Every room they had a celebration in was incredible. If you hold a Viejas's membership card you can reserve a room also they severed a 4 course meal in a special dining area with live entertainment! Also give away gifts. The meal includes a gourmet salad Champagne Lobster Filet Mignon , Chocolate Truffle cake. Tastes so good breaks DA MOUTH! I had the best New Year Eve time ever every round was lit! The rooms are beautiful & well stocked with a mini bar & snacks! BRAVO ZULU VIEJAS !

Absolutely the worst experience during the new years celebration . No clear line assignments, end up redirected 3 times. Food was absolutely inconsistent. Others were served faster and the entree of a lobster (moist and great), overcooked dry steak, and completely unseasoned corn and unknown vegetable was extremely disappointing. No seasoning at all. A few others have left the table. Everyone left their pates as is which was actually really embarrassing to see that it was a common factor. I was left the night without a dessert or champagne while others were targeted to be served. I would not recommend. Entertainment was great but service overall was completely not worth any of the trouble. For a casino who's been arouna so long, the competitors have gone above and beyond or at the very least adequate.

Sometimes its just nice to get away from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday living and relax. Viejas Casino was a perfect place to do just that! The rooms are very clean! The staff are friendly and accommodating. HOUSEKEEPING DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB! Stayed in a non smoking room that was truly non smoking ....no foul or funky odors which was a relief to my sinuses. Decided to walk across the street to the outlet center and have breakfast in their courtyard. My partner and I enjoyed our meal in the morning sun while music played on the speakers and cute little birds fluttered by in hopes of grabbing our left overs. We did put a couple of bucks into a machine or two ...no big wins for us...maybe next time! All in all ...a great experience!

We enjoyed a quick bite at Baron Long Bar & Grill, after some fun times in the casino. We began with drinks, a Diet Pepsi for me, and an Iced Tea for my partner. I wasn't that hungry so just went for the Chicken Tortilla Soup. As for my partner, he began with the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Baron Salad. Following that, he had The Baron Pizza. We had great service, beginning with being seated at a great table. We had made earlier reservations and had asked for a great booth, and we got a great booth!!!

So the last time we were here seems like you guys really have stepped it up. I was welcomed by an email prior to coming about early check-in process with an email saying that you can check in now and we will email you back with a confirmation when your room is ready. That's never happened before and that's brand new. The rooms seem to be a lot cleaner. There was a welcome letter on the desk in the room which has never happened before. I called down for service to get two more pillows and they asked if I wanted feather or foam and that's ever happened before. So it seems like the whole entire hotel is stepping up its game. The pool is heated. I think personally a lot more heated than before and the lazy river is also heated but it is cooled outside. They're doing a small remodel on the cafe which is exciting to see. So overall I'm pretty happy about it.

Viejas Casino has its pros and cons. Starting with the positives, the tiny but nice bowling alley is a fun feature, and if you have a membership, even the free one, you get some decent discounts in their outlet and at the bowling alley. However, the food options leave much to be desired. Most of the dining choices are in the outlets, which require a walk outside and away from the casino--a bit inconvenient. The cafe isn't much to brag about either. As for the slots, they are definitely not loose. I tried several, and they were immediate duds with no return. For those who enjoy slot games, Valley View or Barona might be better options. The non-smoking section didn't offer much of a respite from the smoke, as it still smelled like the smoking section. The overall ambiance and layout of the casino are not very user-friendly, with a noticeable lack of signage making navigation tricky. On my birthday, the customer service reps didn't offer anything special, despite the membership generally providing perks like free play. We spent today approximately 8 hours at Viejas playing to bingo sessions for my wife's birthday along with small amount of time gambling. Didn't win didn't lose basically broke even which really is all you can ask for! What I liked the friendliness of the bingo hall the friendliness of all the cashiers the cleanliness of the casino in general what I didn't like as we were leaving we tried to get some extra cash out in the area of the bingo hall and over at the casino and it appears everyone was having issues trying to withdraw money from any and all of the ATMs due to an outage. Well that was sort of a bummer we spoke with staff about it who just basically Shrugged it off and said I don't know but maybe next time we go up go have some cash available in their ATMs. Overall this is why I'm giving it three stars

I come here all the time with my family and we have a blast. We do a little shopping across the street at the outlet. Eat, gamble, and drink. We have so much fun spending time together. Customer service is always great and the place is modern with nice eateries inside.

Our check in was supposed to be at 4pm but our room wasn't ready. We were told we'd get a text when the room was ready and shouldn't be longer than 15-20 min. At 4:25pm we headed downstairs to check the status. The room was ready... we were told they were super busy so that's why we didn't get a text. Which we understood. Next morning there was no hot water for showers. The staff just said "you're more awake than us" when we told them about there not being hot water.

On New Year's Eve. We had dinner at Baron's Long Restaurant. Omar was our server an his attitude and personal service was excellent. His comments about the food and drinks, and some little jokes made us feel relaxed and confortable. Although it was really busy, he was attentive to our needs. OMAR YOU ROCKED!!! THANK YOU.

What a blast!!! Roulette was so much fun!! Games are cheap & the dealers are so rad!!! The place is absolutely stunning & it's so clean! Drinks are mad expensive tho! Overall, definitely 10/10 recommend!! There was a spot inside the casino with some great tacos and burgers! The appetizers were delicious!!

I come here twice a year for my aunts annual bus trips. I love this casino and the cleanliness that it has. It's not too far of a drive and they have so many good restaurants that are actually good and you get 10 percent off of you use your player card. The outlets are very nice located right across the street. They have eateries there and some good outlet stores that always have some insane deals. They have food over there as well and good treats. It's only a 5 minute walk if you decide to walk or you can get a ride from the shuttle offered from Viejas. They also have Starbucks coffee products in this Casino, and it tastes really good like the actual Starbucks. It's a very big casino/resort so I would say it's next if you can stay a night to enjoy your stay and shopping. It's a very nice area and it's really clean and does not really smell like smoke, which I absolutely love. So I will definitely come back of course it's always a good time. I don't gamble but it's still a lot you can do to be occupied.

The valet is very rude so not pull in if you are just loading your luggage they will try to force you and pressure you into giving them your keys. This place has the worst customer service the showers do not pump hot water and the engineer team came in turned it on and just told us to "get over it" literally. And there are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. The desk and agents are extremely rude when asking questions and concerns and just try to quick talk you off of the phone. I understand gambling here but DO NOT STAY HERE! A horrible experience is coming your way.

Stop the loud music. It's 10:30 pm private event the music is so loud it's vibrating my entire room. Called the desk and they said it stops at 1 Am. And the music is not even good. This is ridiculous. I am paying for a room and can't even sleep. Waist of money. TALKED TO MANAGER AND HE SAID THE PRIVATE GROUP PAID TO GO TO 1 AM. I told him we didn't. Asked for them to comp that night. He said he can't. We packed up and left. Very disappointed in Viejas and customer service.

It has been a min. since I have been to this casino, I was not a Yelper back in the day, its about 120 miles from Los Angeles Ca. This casino is in Alpine Ca they open their doors in Sept.13 1991 and is own by the Native American Kumeyaay Indian Tribe. The casino area is clean the worker are always and constantly picking up trash, pushing chairs plus checking on the guests, the food selection in very limited here, there are about three restaurant plus a coffee and cafe shop, there is a free complimentary soda and coffee section for all guests. There in a very nice hotel & resort here, a bowling ally, a skating park and a nice outlet across the street from the casino. My experience here is not that good ,because I never win a lot, but I never come back home broke

Okay. I have to share. I always come to the same bar where i know Lilliana will be. She is the martini queen! Very kind, sweet, beautiful girl. Her peach martinis with a Taheen salty rim.. Omg! They are incredible. So much so that I mentioned to her manager months ago. This should be on the menus so everyone else will KNOW, order and enjoy. And ya know what that means?.. longer stay and More gambling, ((Hint hint :VIEJAS managers)) It's not on the menu yet. But I highly recommend. :-)

Dirty casino. No security awareness. You will have people follow you around and ask you for money. Unsanitary practices on beverage and food. Not worth the drive.

The rooms here are expensive but very beautifully decorated. We came for an overnight trip and upon check in at the hotel, we encountered one of the most unpleasant front desk clerks I've ever met. He was dismissive, condescending, and unyielding in a simple request for an extra key. He did not look us in the eye even once during the process. Mind you we were paying for the room not comped in any way, no discount either for our suite at the willows. We did have a good time yet I believe some people should not work with the public, such as this guy.

We recently went to Viejas and we stayed over. We had an unsatisfactory experience and did not fell valued as guests. There were no comps whatsoever. The only good thing about the experience was the steakhouse although at full price. The customer service reps asked for our membership number and guest info. I submitted the info and tried to give them input on the bad experience. They did not care to reach out or follow up. It fell on deaf ears and uncaring hearts. No response. Unless you're high platinum level, don't think they care and will not get back to you. We are now headed to Pechanga for my group birthday party next weekend. Our big group will stay 2 nights, eat at premium restaurants and spend tons of money. We will not be returning to Viejas who only cares about the mighty dollar.

Day trio with Group, had lunch which was good, excellent service . Though I do miss the buffet. Now for the slots, they seen tighter every time I come here.you can drop $100 in about 15 minutes and not get one $20 hit. I know gambling is luck but I remember when you would always get some satisfaction. Not fun anymore. Anyway if I return I will just go shopping.

Arrived early and was allowed to check in First time visitor and went to wrong side (Willow). Staff still checked us in and brought our luggage and vehicle to Viejas side. Todd brought our luggage to our hotel room and was one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered He obviously loves his job and was full of information about the hotel, services and surrounding attractions. The rooms are elegant plush and squeaky clean.

Halloween Bash 2024 was a JOKE! We purchased VIP tickets and so much for 7 pm early entree. FAIL. They WEREN'T ready to let us in until 7:30. THIS IS YOUR TICKET: PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE ENTRANCE. Wrong! We went to the entrance and was told to get in the line We found out soon that we they sent us to us to the general admission line. . As we are in the WRONG line as directed by security, we hear a lady tell another couple that if you're VIP, you need to get out of line and get your wristband. This is a true sign of LACK OF LEADERSHIP and COMMUNICATION. And,to top ir off someone removed our centerpiece from our VIP table and four others, next to us

The Grove Steakhouse was disappointing; doubtful that we'll be back. Poor service and average food. We were seated at the time of our reservation and within a few minutes received bread & water from an assistant server who was very friendly, professional and attentive. Our waitress (Taylor) promptly took our orders. And then we waited, waited and waited. Maybe 30 minutes went by and she brought me the glass of wine I had ordered. At 52 minutes after we were seated, we got our meals. When we had finished and most of our table had been cleared, the manager (?) dropped by to ask about our dining experience. I told him I thought 52 minutes was an excessive wait. He agreed that based on our order, 40 minutes was the max waiting time. He looked into things, came back and explained our order had not been put in the proper sequence and offered to take a caesar salad off the bill. Our waitress, Taylor, returned with the revised bill and didn't say a word about the excessive wait time - no apology, no sorry, nothing. My filet mignon (medium) was cooked to my liking but a bit on the dry side. Loaded baked potato was dry. Lobster tail was good.

The last time I came here was in March 2022 but we couldn't even take my daughter inside because now the rule is no one under 21 allowed inside. This place used to be family friendly and now it isn't. I'm sure the rates have gone up since the pandemic. Parking is literally around which is not close walking distance unless you valet your vehicle. There's also a structure in the back side so you can park there as well. I don't plan on ever going here because I can't take my daughter inside here. Used to be a fun place to just hang out and relax. I used to go to the pool and go to the places where you can buy food. I'm no longer living in San Diego but I still ban this casino. If you want family friendly, this isn't the place to take your kids.

The casino and hotel/resort, when I walked in to the casino the smell of cigarette smoke took my breath away. I couldn't believe the ventilation from this resort was this bad..My sister and I went to speak to the front desk about the cigarette smoke. We were told the side of the hotel that we were staying in was smoke free. ( I'm not sure how the resort can keep the foul smell of cigarette smoke from reaching other locations) But as soon as you open your door from your room the smell of smoke is strong. We were supposed to stay 4 days checked out the next day. Our clothes,hair, and skin reeked of the smell of cigarette smoke. As much as the resort charges for resort fees and extras even Internet the building should be free of the smell of cigarette smoke. My chest was burning from the smell of the smoke. This has to be an enormous health risk.

My employer rented the entire bowling alley at Viejas for our company Christmas party. Rather than Uber in and Uber out, we decided to book a room for the night. We arrived at the Viejas Hotel and were greeted by the lovely duo of Megan and Jessica. As Megan was checking us in, her computer stalled and she stated to Jessica that double rooms had been giving her problems all morning. Becky and I had booked a double as we were splitting the room with some friends. Jessica intervened and she too could not find a double. It seems they had some people check out and they left the rooms in need of repairs. I guess Motley Crue had stayed the prior night. Jessica then asked me if it would be okay if she upgraded us to a suite in the Willows Hotel and Spa at no extra charge. Uh, yeah, that would be just fine. So that's what she did. She programmed our keycards so all we had to do at the Willows was head to the room. No second check-in necessary. I walked back to our truck and gave Becky the good news. We took the short drive back to the Willows Hotel, left the truck with the valet and headed to our room. The Willows is the fancier, more upscale hotel on the property. Thank you Jessica and Megan and Viejas Casino and Resort! Five Star customer service! We encountered a slight problem and it was immediately rectified with absolutely zero effort on our part. We didn't even have to ask. Jessica and Megan just jumped in and fixed it. An immediate upgrade to the upscale hotel. A suite at that! No questions asked.

Anniversary Day/Birthday and wifey wins the 1st game of the session!!! This is one of our favorite bingo parlors/casinos/places to eat when in the area.... The people working here are super friendly they actually have a nice little outlet mall so you can get your shop on when you make all that money in the casino or behind the bingo screens... No use taking that money with you to the grave so go shopping and buy something you can wear to it LOL Customer Service 5 stars Things to do and games to play 5 stars Shopping Convenience 5 stars Like I said just a real cool place to come hang out with friends or 11 or by yourself if you're a loner looking to have some fun!!!

So great! Good facilities, good food, good people. The staff were amazing. Met this great guy, Alejandro, what a guy! And another staff member, Hunter, such great service. Love this place.

I truly love this hotel, valet is always nice and caring. They have waters that they are always offering and constantly assisting with carrying your belongings. I also love love, love, love, love the food downstairs. I had the mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, brisket quesadillas, which are amazing, and the lemon pepper wings. Wings aren't always easy to make perfectly in these definitely worth it. They give a nice amount of wine also. It's never too crowded at this casino which I love but it's definitely, always a good amount of people around where you can bounce off of peoples energy. Even their salad was light and filling.

Wife and I went to Viejas Casino and hotel for my birthday. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed overnight. In a time when Vegas continually is increasing their table minimums, Viejas had $10 BJ Saturday morning and afternoon and opened a couple $5 tables in the evening. One table next to the table I was playing at was raised to $25 late afternoon and was empty; but, when I next looked over, it was full and was back to a $10 table (Vegas will never lower a table, they would rather it be empty). When I registered for my players card, they gave me a birthday pin that I was to wear through the stay. Every Veijas employee, dealers, servers, guest services, etc, ALWAYS wished me a happy birthday when they saw me. Dealers were very friendly and chatted with all the player - regulars or not. The only slightly negative was slow service at the steakhouse; but, when we were asked if server had come to our table (after about 10 to 15 minutes) and we said no, the manager soon showed up and said he would find out why the delay. Throughout the remainder of the meal the staff continually checked on us. At the end, the manager stopped by and chatted. When asked, he told us that the they had not expected the large volume of customers for the evening. He said it was same as if there were a concert (and there was not). Also, hotel rooms being limited in number, are not cheap. All-in-all, I HIGHLY recommend Veijas Casino and Hotel.

I really hate this casino. I bring my mother here weekly ever since my dad passed away because it's too far for her to drive. I don't play myself, but she gets enjoyment coming here. I usually just want a place to sit down and wait while she plays. Well, today they insisted I follow my mom around the casino if I was going to be inside, rather than sit on a bench or a chair. Or wait in the outlet in the sun or sit in my car. Great idea for the summer and winter... I don't appreciate the condescension about the matter either.

Pretty disappointing. Slots were acting strange.put a 100 dollars in and bet minimum and never got a bonus. Have been going for years and i have always hit a bonus. Veijasi as has a lot of construction which means tighter machines to payout. I would avoid this place.

I do not recommend this place. I ran through the casino to meet a friend of mine and they kicked me out for running. Don't spend your money here. These people are ridiculous.

Ugh. Was excited to check out the new parking garage with all the ev chargers, and what do you know? Greedy viejas is trying to make money off of that too. What a disgusting business decision, as if you don't already make enough money off the casino floor. I won't return just due to that and urge others to avoid so this doesn't become the new normal. All the other casinos offer free charging....

Staff is friendly Food is good especially Barons Casino is clean Slots could be a little looser

I give this place 5 plus stars. Everyone was very helpful. The dinner I had lamb, unbelievable! Enjoyed the taste and the prices were so reasonable. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Ok stayed this weekend and the majority of the hotel is under construction and only 1 and 2 floors are available. The pool was closed and everything looked under construction. The rooms was old and furniture had stains but the price was ridiculous. The website never noted or sent any email/ text saying it was under construction because I would have not booked a 300 dollar room. I will say majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful which is why I gave it 2 starts. Great customer service at the hotel. Which made up for the actual hotel. Also the restaurants had great customer service which made it better. Horrible customer service at the grab and go store, the ladies didn't seem to want to be at work so it made any exchange awkward. We went Sunday at 8am and they need more training. I would wait or check before booking to ensure they are done with construction.
