There were some situations where communication with the property owner felt unclear.
In addition, there is room for improvement in maintenance and repair services. I understand that the agency acts only as an intermediary and is not directly responsible; however, there were cases where repairs to appliances or furniture needed to be redone within a month at the same location. This made me feel that the quality of the contractors varied, and I hope more care will be taken in selecting and managing them.
Furthermore, it was sometimes difficult for them to fully understand the condition of faulty furniture or appliances through LINE messages alone, which caused some stress during communication.
Overall, their speed of response and Japanese-language support are excellent. If the maintenance and repair aspects improve, this would become a much more satisfying service.
