This is my second time coming here after the renovations were completed and this new redesign is spectacular. So much more modern that still offers a 360° walk around that offers an amazing view of the city. The new restaurant located underneath offers a more outdoor sky-walk with drinks and appetizers. It's a must-see for tourists and locals to enjoy all year round.

Google
Best observation deck we’ve visited anywhere on the east coast! Staff were super friendly and helpful right from the beginning. Elevators offer a fast and smooth ride to the top. So many different vantage points spread over 3 floors, including an open air platform. Ample seating to take in the views and enjoy a beverage from the chic and well appointed bar. The illuminated model of Boston on the way out is mesmerizing! We honestly hoped to have a chance to return for a second visit, but our itinerary was stacked. We will DEFINITELY return the next time we’re in Boston, and next time we’ll plan the time to try the restaurant. It was our favorite attraction.

Google
Easy enough to go up at sunset, lots of great views. Would have liked more guidance on what we were looking at throughout, they had little models of some buildings but didn’t have where they were on a map. Top floor was an inside view, middle floor was a bar and outside views, and lower floor was an “exhibit” that wasn’t worth anyone’s time. The price of admission was steep but it was well maintained and the views were great.

Google
Fantastic. This blows 875 North Michigan Avenue (AKA John Hancock Center) in Chicago out of the water. Easy to get in and out, educational tech, everything is nice and modern, drinks are available (adult and non-alcoholic), plus places to sit and enjoy the view. Recommended if you’re in Chicago.

Google
A must-visit! Viewing Boston has been on my list of places to visit for a long time, and I’m glad I finally went. I was initially worried when the weather was a bit gloomy, but it cleared up by the time we reached the top. The view was stunning, even on a cloudy day, so I can only imagine how beautiful it must be on a bright, sunny day! 🤯 If you haven't been, I highly recommend it—you won't regret it. I’m definitely planning to go back! 🥹😂😂

Google
Great view of course. Even on a day with less visibility. They have a gift shop and a restaurant. They have outdoor seating. Cute date night spot! Get tickets ahead of time! Located in a mall. It’s very sleek!

The vantage point from the Prudential Center is truly impressive — from the bustling streets below to landmarks like the Charles River, Back Bay, and beyond. It’s an ideal spot for photography enthusiasts and anyone who wants to soak in the urban landscape from above. The facility itself is well-maintained, with helpful staff and informative displays that enhance the experience by sharing interesting facts about Boston’s history and architecture. Accessibility is convenient, with elevators and amenities that make the visit comfortable for all ages. Overall, the Boston View at Prudential Center is a must-visit for tourists and locals alike. Whether you visit during the day to catch the city’s vibrant energy or in the evening to see the twinkling lights, it’s a breathtaking way to appreciate Boston from a unique perspective. Highly recommended!!

Google
View Boston is good only if you are looking for the view out the window. There is no informative information about the city or building. The only things to get information from are touchscreens, only half of which responded when I touched them. When I looked out the windows with my sunglasses on, some of the windows had strange striations in them, no one quality checked that? I went outside and it was a barren empty cold uninviting wasteland with a giant piece of machinery in one corner being guarded, sorry I thought that was weird. Very few places to sit in my opinion. There are multiple bars but few things attractive to kids. They have a big diorama of the city, But accompanying it is only dramatic music and not an informative voice over which they could have had. They had a circular projection room that made me dizzy. There are tons of books about Boston but none of them are available in the gift shop. No mention of the many sports championships. This is the definition of a tourist trap. This is an attraction for people who are visiting Boston and immediately leaving it. Boston is a 400-year-old city and has been home to millions of people since then, and the tower you enter was built by and is still occupied by thousands of hard working Bostonians, but this attraction does not mention any of them.

Yelp
View Boston is a really cool concept, a great way to see Boston from on top of the Prudential Center. There's essentially two floors to explore. You first arrive on the 52nd floor, which is enclosed by glass windows. Here you enjoy the 360 view of this level, and theres a few interactive things to do. There's small models of buildings you're looking at in the distance, and you can scan your ticket to add to a virtual itinerary you can build. They also have computer kiosks where you can explore Boston and learn more. Then you descend a level, where they have a bar, a restaurant, and an open-air roof deck. In my opinion, the open-air deck is the best part of the entire place, and why I'd keep coming back. You're experiencing these breath taking views while getting to feel the Boston breeze surrounding you. It's quite magical. I've been here twice now, once during the day and once at night. I'm glad I've done both, each view was different but both still lovely. I will say I wish they shut the lights off or dimmed them a little during the night time, as taking photographs was a little challenging and there's a glare on the windows making it harder to enjoy the view. I've heard when you visit attractions like this in other cities they do this to make your experience better. As you exit there's a cool 3D model of Boston that plays a projection which is cool to see, as well as a video of Boston as you leave to go to the gift shop. The itinerary concept is cool but they don't really explain to you that your ticket is what you use to do it. I kind of also skipped over the interactive stuff and enjoyed the view. Overall I really like this attraction at the Pru and recommend bringing your out of town guests here!

Yelp
Wow, 5 star experience! It's a relatively new observation deck. It's not as crowded as the ESB or the Top of the Rock (NYC). I initially came on a cloudy/rainy day (with zero visibility), and the staff re-booked us for another sunny day. If you are not from Boston, visit whenever at your convenience. If you are from Boston, I'd recommend coming here on a Sunday morning at 10 AM. There is free street parking (you will have an easier time finding street parking if you get here before 9 AM. Park and walk around Newbury or Eataly.) Then get in line at 9:50 AM right outside of the glass doors and be ready to "rope drop." I'd say you can squeeze this in under 60 minutes if you need to (for tourists). If you are not in a rush, then I'd recommend around 90 minutes for the whole experience (elevator rides/security line, visiting the indoor deck, check out views, then outdoor deck, take the free photo, check out interactive exhibits, email yourself the free photo at kiosk, etc.) Clean bathroom at the top floor, plus a clean changing table and free sanitary products. All the staff members are very kind and friendly and will offer to take your photos! They really should consider adding a binoculars station. Good money making business if they charge like a quarter per guest visit (for a few mins). Very good indoor air quality! You might want to bring your sunglasses with you, since it can get pretty sunny. WiFi password: Theview24!

Yelp
Five stars for the view alone!! Came here on Friday evening as the hubs had a work holiday party here - great place for it! Very impressive. You walk in through the Prudential center mall and get checked in through the event check in and security. They had coat check right there too which was convenient. Then you wait in line for the elevator. Not too long of a wait. The elevator ride itself is pretty quick and has these visuals flashing on the walls as you go up to the 52nd floor. The views are spectacular with the lights of the city looking at the different landmarks. Walked around the entire space. Then we went down to the next level and then the 50th which had the event going on. Very nice holiday decor with the white Christmas trees. Great photo ops! You can also go to the outer deck - which we did only for a few seconds to get some photos as it was freezing cold!! The event itself had food stations and a bar and music and dance floor. There were tables interspersed throughout. We had parking covered/ free as part of the event at the underground garage but it showed $46 in case anyone was wondering what regular parking price might be for about 2.5 hours. It was a great experience especially for free at a holiday party event!

Yelp
We had Ben as our tour guide and he did a fantastic job! We've learned so much about Boston and all the great sites we still have yet to tour. Interactive displays, digital maps with descriptions, and a professional team make this a must do when visiting Boston!

Yelp
Beautiful and great experience! Great way to see the city. We went at night and there was a private holiday party going on so we didn't have full 360 access. We only had access to a portion of the top enclosed floor. There is a photo op station that we did also but I totally forgot to check it out and purchase before we left. Our family really enjoyed this.

Yelp
Wow! This place was amazing. The view on the 52nd floor is amaazzzinng! You can see the whole city of Boston from up top, including fenway park, logan airport and a river (i forgot the name) and you have no time limit to be here. Only $25 per adult and $10 per child. They have food and drinks on the 51st floor and they also have a little immersively lit up mini built city of Boston inside. This is a great place to go on a date with a friend or a spouse. They have outside dining and an outdoor deck where you can stand and view the city outside of the building! I would definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely be going back! :)

Yelp
I'm an out of towner and this was our first and introduction to Boston. I highly recommend this and I'm really glad we checked it out. The view is amazing and informative for people like me who came all the way from Florida. It's really breathtaking to be so high and see all of Boston. There's also a really nice restaurant that we hit up that was a little pricey but we enjoyed the experience. Definitely a fun place to visit as a tourist.

Yelp
Lovely view and fun interactive experiences. We loved the theater and the display of Boston. Getting there at sunset is a game changer and absolutely beautiful. Very reasonably priced as well.

Yelp
While I was disappointed that Top of The Hub closed a few years back, I am blown away at what this space now is! Floor to ceiling glass windows, open space to walk around and truly "view Boston", kiosks throughout showing what you're looking at and the history behind it and even a bar! I attended an event here and what a breathtaking venue for any sort of event! I can't wait to come back on my own to check it out!

Yelp
We were in town for an evening Red Sox game and we had some time in the morning to see Fenway from the top of the Prudential Center. We got lost trying to find the ticket booth and ended up wandering through most of the mall! When we finally arrived at the ticket booth, they had a special if you were wearing Celtics/Sox gear that you would get a discount. We just happened to be, so they honored the discount. After our fast elevator ride to the top, we had 2 floors of 365 views to explore. There is also an outside bar to enjoy. Restrooms are behind that bar area. We were there on a Friday morning in June and it wasn't crowded at all. Hardly anyone there really. The views really are great, and you can see just how densely packed the city is. There could have been even more markers/signs around for what was what. That would have helped really map out the city for visitor.

Yelp
Beautiful views of Boston in every direction. Amazing service. There are staff everywhere ready to help and point you in the right direction. The lighting is terrible, it makes seeing out of the windows difficult.
google avatar

Talyah J.

Yelp
This was the most amazing view I've ever seen!! It's a 30 minute drive from the airport and worth every minute. The food and drinks definitely had "a view tax" because it was a little on the expensive side for lunch. You do have to pay to enter but they have different ticket price points to choose from. We spent hours here and was well worth the price paid.
google avatar

Yelp
Boston 360 is a total must-see! This spot offers stunning panoramic views of Boston, and if you time it right, the sunsets are breathtaking--perfect for capturing those Insta-worthy shots! Be sure to grab your tickets in advance since it's a popular spot, and if you're going in fall or winter, definitely layer up--it gets pretty chilly at that height! The combination of Boston's skyline and harbor views makes it an unforgettable experience.

Yelp
We timed this perfectly- no line. No wait. Nobody in the queue at 11 am and hardly anyone on floor 52! We saw the Harvard rowing teams in the river as well as sailboats taking advantage of the breeze. We took our time and walked around all three floors. No rush. No crowds. A bit pricey at $29/pp but felt we got our monies worth. A nice thing to do while in Boston on an absolutely beautiful fall day.

Yelp
Recently had the opportunity to visit View Boston last week. I got my ticket as part of the City Pass package, which I highly recommend if it's an option for you. I paid around $80 for the City Pass and was able to visit a few other attractions in addition to the view (whereas a single ticket for View Boston is roughly $30 on its own). I came early on a weekday, so it was nice and empty. I was able to take my time looking around. The top level is an enclosed 360 degree level, and the floor right below is an open air 360 view. I was able to get awesome views of the architecture and of course the amazing Fenway Park. Definitely a great spot to visit if you're a tourist in Boston.

Yelp
We got 4 free tickets to visit View Boston at the top of the Prudential Center building, which has a big downtown shopping mall downstairs, and was easily accessible from the hotel we were staying at (Westin Copley Place) connected by a couple overstreet bridges....so, we didn't need to walk out on the open streets to get here. We still needed to buy one ticket as we were only given 4 by our hotel. It was easy though, as just across from the entrance to the elevators are several self service kiosks where you can buy your tickets. After purchasing them, you just cross the walkway to the front entrance, get your ticket(s) scanned, and just go down the hallway to the elevators. I can see how during busy times, there may be a line, but for us, there were very few people visiting, so we got to the elevators and went straight up to the 52nd floor.... and later came back down from the 50th floor. Wow! What an incredibly awesome and breathtaking 360-degree view of Boston! Simply amazing! I can never grow tired of gazing out into these kinds of stunning views from so high up as it gives me such an overwhelming feeling of freedom, joy, happiness.... and gives me real hope that, despite all the craziness in the world today, there are still opportunities like these that take us away from and make us forget about all our everyday stresses, even for just a few minutes. Ok, now that I've finished my daydreaming...up here, they have a bar, and restaurant, and small gift shop too.....it likely would have been fun to enjoy a drink and/or dinner and great views up here, but we had other plans. Great experience and highly recommended.

Yelp
This was my first stop after arriving in Boston from SoCal, and it really set the tone and mood for the whole trip. Located on the top floor of Prudential Building, you really get 360 degree view on Boston skyline. Spacious and clean, with huge clear windows to see everything. I went at nighttime, and the lights were so pretty and romantic. But back in November 2023, it was extremely cold and windy outside (I'm only used to temperate 60-80F weather in Cali), be prepared and bring a thick jacket or coat. We got the standard tickets, where were $29.99 each, which is honestly a tad pricey, but I suppose other skyline places cost similarly anyway. My friend doesn't drink alcohol unfortunately, but if he did, we would've spent some time at bar area. The gift shop had great items, really suitable for souvenirs and surprisingly affordable too, make sure to check it out when you're visiting!
google avatar

Yelp
While staying at the Marriott Copley Place they gave us two free tickets for this attraction - Well worth visiting! The views from the top of the Prudential Building are stunning! Great views of the Boston area, airport, barrier islands, and ocean. There's a cool exhibit below the top level that also provides excellent points of view for you to visit. They have a restaurant and bar up there too. Highly recommend stopping in here!
google avatar

Preston C.

Yelp
Best views around! The pictures can't come close to grasping how beautiful it is up there. If you are looking for your favorite landmarks (almost all of them are there), looking for an excellent photo with your family, or just want to dine 50 floors in the sky, this is definitely the place!!! Absolutely stunning views up there! I highly recommend if you've got 20-30 minutes! Oh, and by the way, the model of Boston? Amazing! Definitely see it up there. 1000/10 recommend!
google avatar

Vivian M.

Yelp
Loved! Loved! Loved it! Get ready and take video of the elevator ride up, it's a great memory. Not to mention how pretty it is. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Shoutout to Brandon who helped us setup the Viewpoint video. Please have your tickets handy so you can set it up too. It is the coolest to see your video on the top of the Prudential Tower! You get a little bit of the history of Boston and their championship teams. Great pictures and videos and the bar and restaurant are just the icing on the cake. You can't go to Boston and miss View Boston at the Prudential Tower!
google avatar

Yelp
View Boston is a three story observation, restaurant, bar and shop atop the Prudential Center in Boston. We went here prior to a Duck Boat tour which we met downstairs. The views of the city and metropolitan area are unbeatable here. The weather was perfect and we had an awesome experience. It's a definite must do when in town. I wish we had a little more time to stay and check out the 3D model of the city, which is interactive. We passed it on the way to the elevator and it looks amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
A hidden gem - so hidden you might almost give up trying to find it as you walk the streets looking for the entrance - but the views are out of this world and the crowds small - so take advantage and find your way here to visit. Go later in the afternoon to see the sun setting from atop the Boston sky, and enjoy both the outdoor and the indoor areas from which you can get a 360 view of the city.

Yelp
Overall: 4 Stars Great for family time and dates! Food: there is the Beacon for dinner, but today we went for the views and exhibits. There is also Stratus which gives a 360 view of Boston and includes a bar! Pricing: $10 for kids 6-12, free for 5 and under, $25 for adults, $23 for seniors Ambiance: open and spacious with beautiful views, there is both an indoor and outdoor 360 viewing area. Do try to go when it's not cloudy, the best views are when the skies are blue Seating & Parking: plenty of seating. not sure about the parking. It's in the Prudential Center in Boston Service: very helpful and attentive Music: no music Bathrooms: male and female and handicap bathrooms Final comments: a great activity to do in Boston
google avatar

Elena J.

Yelp
Wow I was so impressed with this experience! The view of Boston was fantastic and my group and I had fun trying to point out different landmarks around boston. Food and drink were solid as well. We stayed mostly on the open air floor. Would recommend coming here in the early evening on a clear day to watch the sunset and see the city come alive with lights.

Yelp
Great views to see the entire city. This was part of options with the Go City pass and we thoroughly enjoyed it. If afraid of heights safe to say this is not for you. Went during the day but I'm sure it looks amazing at night.

Yelp
Situated in the heart of downtown on top of the Prudential Center, the View Boston observation deck provides an unparalleled vantage point, allowing visitors to admire the Boston skyline including iconic landmarks such as the Charles River and Fenway Park. With its floor to ceiling windows and open air deck, View Boston offers stunning views of the city, making it an ideal destination for tourists. We had a great time here. Aside from the observation deck my kids also enjoyed the projection-mapped 3D city model which was neat and there's also a bistro where you can get food and drinks as you admire the surroundings from 50 floors up. Overall, 5 stars! Undoubtedly cool destination.

Yelp
When compared to similar offerings in other major cities, View Boston is one of the better experiences I've had as it definitely feels more modern from beginning to end and the pricing is also quite reasonable too. One of the strengths here has to be their artwork and design from all the digital displays to the sculptures. The quality of this is quite noticable, particularly in Boston 365. I also loved the neighborhood discovery tool on touch screens. Perhaps the weaker part of the experience for me was viewing Boston outside the windows as I feel that the glass could've been a bit cleaner, though there are many spots to look outside. I did enjoy the different variety of experiences available though and the bar and gift shop available inside as well. Overall, a place to visit if you can on a trip to Boston to help you get acquainted with the city.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
I took a morning yoga class here and it was wonderful! The view was absolutely stunning from above. Perfect way to start the day. There are a bunch of great photo spots as well, so make sure to spare time + dress nice!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing view of Boston with lovely rooftop bar. Quite windy so be prepared if you get chilled easily.
google avatar

Justin O.

Yelp
If you are visiting Boston and are tired of being gouged by high prices and disappointing facilities (I'm looking at you NE Aquarium) take the time to visit View Boston. The views themselves from the 52nd floor of the Prudential building were worth the $10 each it cost for 3 over 12s, and $7 each one 11 year old to enter on a cloudy drizzly day. Floor to ceiling windows wrap around all 4 sides. Go down a level and there's a restaurant and an outdoor deck. Go down another level and there are interactive displays.

Yelp
Beautiful views of Boston...Fenway, colleges, common and airport...and wonderful (but expensive) drinks!

Yelp
Wow! What an excellent experience! I was very impressed with View Boston! We were only in Boston for a few days and View Boston was in walking distance to our hotel. I am SO glad we decided to come here on a Friday evening just as the sun was setting! This is an amazing 360 view of Boston! There was even a Red Sox game going on while we were there and we got a great view of the Fenway! You can spend as much time as you want walking around and checking out the view. There were also signs showing you where some of the most notable buildings are on each side. This is a must see in Boston and I would definitely go back again!
google avatar

Rosemary S.

Yelp
Such a tourist trap. I beg anyone visiting Boston who actually wants to be immersed in the culture here to go to the Custom House tower instead for a much better view from a historical building. Locals would never go here. Only reason I was here was for a work event that was free and even then it was not worth the time. Absolutely zero effort to integrate Boston aesthetic or history in to the experience. You get shepherded around like on a middle school field trip; overpriced and feels poured out of a can into any city in America.
google avatar

Valerie V.

Yelp
Awesome experience , but at night the view is blurry bc of the lighting . Maybe suggest to come during the day. Or dusk.
google avatar

Joanne J.

Yelp
Love this place. It was like a ride at Disneyland. As you go up the elevator, the elevator car becomes a theater of what you would be seeing as you escalate to the top! The customer service was superb. It is quite obvious that a ton of Benjamins were invested in this project. When you enter the elevator, you shoot up to the 52nd floor (my ears popped). The top floor is all observatory. One side has interactive free-standing, 360 degree rotating computers that identify landmarks. The two lower floors are for observing as well but have a couple bars and food service. The drinks were in the same price range as the city. If your in town, I highly recommend this experience.

Yelp
We had an hour or so to kill before our flight, so I decided to take my 3 year old to the View. My husband opted out as he thought the price was not worth it (especially since we had been to the Top of the Hub several times in the past). It was almost $40 for me to buy the base ticket, but my son was free. I don't think any of the more expensive tickets would have made sense to buy, as there was no line at all and the View was pretty dead at 2pm on a Sunday in early February. We spent about 40 minutes looking at the 360 views of Boston. We did not try any of the food or go to the bars, but they were empty. I wanted to buy an ornament on the way out in the gift shop, but there wasn't anyone around to check out with. As others have said: views are good, but it is overpriced and it would be helpful if they had more history of Boston and people or signs to show you what you are looking at if you are not familiar. Would I do it again? Probably not, but I had a nice time checking it out once.

Yelp
View Boston is a new attraction in the heart of downtown Boston located in the Prudential building, one of the tallest and oldest high-rise buildings in Boston. They did this right! There is one main inside viewing floor with sweeping views of Boston in all directions through floor to ceiling glass that soars at least 20 feet. Come about 30-45 minutes before sunset for the best views of the setting sun to the west. They sell drinks there as well so you can enjoy your adult beverage while experiencing spectacular views. The floor space is huge, and they have upper levels so if the main floor fills up you can still see by using the elevated platform. There is a full restaurant and bar on the floor just below the main, top floor. The restaurant bar has sweeping views to the west and great cocktails, priced for the view! This lower deck also has an outdoor platform that is huge. The day I went it was 20 degrees outside and the wind was howling, but I still could not resist going outside to see the amazing view. I will be rating this attraction with 5-stars. It is well worth visiting to see the city from this perspective.

Yelp
We love a good observation deck on a trip. This one was expensive at $37 something per person but we HAD to do it for those fabulous views! Strangely this place is in the middle of a mall! I recommend going just before dusk. That way you'll get daytime, sunset and night light views! You're welcome!
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
A great time but a little pricey. I recommend watching their insta or Groupon for deals. The standard ticket is fine. The gift shop is ok but the restaurant is meh. The management is not helpful, leave the servers fighting for their lives. I would recommend other viewing points of the city before this one.

Yelp
An amazing experience!!! I've seen the advertisement that it was coming soon every time I was visiting Boston. This time I was perusing the mall and noticed that it was finally open! I made the last minute decision before my flight to go check it out!!! Was an amazing beautiful day and I enjoyed every bit of exploring the 51- 52 floors with 360 views!!!!

Yelp
The view is amazing... that's the easy part. But my my wife wanted oysters so I made a reservation ELSEWHERE.... BIG MISTAKE... One little trip downstairs to The Beacon with our guys, Brant and Thomas CHANGED EVERYTHING! Brant is a force of nature! Perfectly balanced cocktails with all the charisma and flair of a world class artisan. My wife and I literally cancelled our other plans and had THE BEST TIME right here!!

Yelp
If you like city views, you'll probably enjoy this. From the top of the Prudential Center, you get a 360 degree view of Boston. It can be breathtaking to come here as a one time thing, but no more than that. I only spent about 30 minutes looking around until it started getting boring. The interactive neighborhood discovery tool was kind of cool to use. There is also a little lounge area with a bar so you can order drinks and chill. You can either purchase your tickets online or when you get there.

Yelp
After checking out the Boston Public Library, we took a quick stroll over to the View Boston Observation Deck located in the Prudential Center. This was another item included in our Go City pass. If it hadn't been for the rain and cloudiness it would have made for a much better experience. Not much we could do about that though. There were brief moments when the clouds did clear out, but it didn't happen very often. As you might suspect, you get an awesome view of Boston from the upper level. There is also a restaurant, bar, gift shop, and exterior sitting area. There is also a mini movie showing off some of Boston's landmarks. There is also a large scale model of the city with some far out lighting effects. If only the weather had cooperated!!

Yelp
Finally the Prudential has opened the 360 degree view of Boston at the observatory. Registration and tickets begin inside the Prudential, near Eataly and Vineyard Vines. We booked our tickets online and in advance. It was a good experience for our city and they do indoor and outdoor experiences. They have interactive machines telling you the surrounding areas that gives you a brief history. At the end it leads you to a bar, a restaurant, and a gift shop.

Yelp
We went and it ended up being foggy and raining but it was still work the money. You have a 360° view of all of Boston on the 52nd floor and you walk down a flight of stairs to 51 for an awesome view on the outdoor open air patio and a bar. Then you have the shop and an a few really cool interactive things in that floor there too. This will be an amazing experience in nice weather.

Yelp
View Boston exceeded my expectations. Finally Boston has an observation deck that can compete with some of the bigger cities. My experience at View Boston lasted over two hours and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was so friendly and approachable, and they were happy to help with any questions. I love that you're not being rushed out like some other observation decks make you feel. They even let you go back to the previous floors, in case you missed anything or just want to go back. There are three floors, plenty of great views, and a few interactive sections. There is also a bar, a restaurant, and a few spots to have photos taken... and the photos are free!!!

Yelp
Went on a Saturday, wasn't very packed. Booked on Get your Guide. Would recommend the views were awesome and clear. There's a restaurant up there as well as some outdoor seating. Only thing I thought it was lacking was sitting space other than the restaurant to enjoy the view and some binoculars.

Yelp
As a lover of city lights and been into nyc and chicago's observation decks. This place gives a great view! Just get into the prudential building mall and instructions are seen, the entrance is also clearly marked. There was no wait compared to nyc and chicago's. They don't have any printer for souvenirs pictures but they are able to send it to your email. Souvenir shop is available.

Yelp
As well rounded travelers, we've been to too many top of tall buildings for amazing view. We were short on time during our weekend trip, but we found out there was a sale for the admission price during Labor Day. So we're like hey why not? Thanks to the nice worker for the info! Entrance was on ground floor inside the mall, and were were scooped up to the 52th floor of the Prudential Center in a couple minutes. You are rewarded with 360 degree view of Boston. It was nice to see and point out all the places we just visited over the weekend. There's a bar on top floor where you can relax with drinks. Lotsa great photo ops and the bathrooms are clean! You can also scan your ticket code for some nice background pictures where normally other tourist spots will charge you for it. I thought that was a nice perk!
