"Château du Coing is known for its Muscadet, a dry, crisp, low-alcohol white wine made with the Melon de Bourgogne grape and famously paired with oysters. The vineyard is in Nantes, on the western edge of the Loire, where the Sèvre and Maine rivers meet and cool ocean breezes help moderate the climate, which is responsible for the wine’s refreshing acidity and hint of minerality.
