Viking Burgers & Wings

I had the blue sky burger and it was definitely one of the better burgers of my life. So delicious! They let me sub carrots and celery for the fries and their house made ranch is out of the world. Not only was the food delicious, but the team in the truck could not have been nicer! My son and his friend are doing a project designing a food truck for their 4th grade class and asked if they could just peek inside the truck for ideas. The lead gentleman (the owner I guess) brought them in for a tour and then taught them and allowed them each to cook their own burger on the truck. What a super cool experience to get to see inside the truck and learn how it is done. These guys are absolutely incredible! This is her son and it was so fun to make my own burger and fries, the burgers they make are SUPER GOOD and they were really nice to let me and my friend make are own meal!!!

My boyfriend and I had Vikings for dinner and it was sooo good. The fries are lightly seasoned and have a nice crunch. The burger was great! I’ve never had a smashed burger on a brioche bun, and it paired really well with it. The wings were tasty too! Overall, great experience and makes me want to try more food truck food!

Amazing food truck! The burgers are juicy, full of flavor and with amazing ingredients. You can taste the quality of the meat. Go for a Thors double and thank me later. Give this place a chance, it wont disappoint.

BEST BURGER AND WINGS!! First time at our complex and oh my gosh , I am excited for them to come back! Be sure to try out their food and on top of that , they have an amazing team! They are soooo nice Good Food Good People 🤍💪🏼

The Blue Sky burger was delicious, so much flavor, fresh, absolutely the best burger I've eaten in a long time.

I wasn't that hungry and just wanted their fry boat. These were the best fries I've ever had! They have it down to a science, I can only imagine how good the burgers and wings are. Great service and everything! Give them your business!!

Hugo is a great chef and an even better person. He runs a tight ship, and man these burgers are good. In the winter he serves chili, you’ve got to try it. 10/10!
