Fantastic showroom and great staff. Displays were stunning and the team there knew their product. I came in for a training session and was blown away by the team and their products. Great job!

I visited this showroom yesterday after being drawn in by their promotional materials and website, which clearly advertised a chef experience. Unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found during my visit. The whole point of attending was to engage with the chef, ask questions, and see the equipment in action. Instead, I was met with a beautiful demo kitchen and staff who seemed unsure about why a chef wasn't present. There was no explanation, just a vague "unsure where the chef is." This was not only disappointing but felt misleading. If you're promoting a hands-on culinary showcase with a chef, then that should be honored—or at the very least communicated in advance if plans change. The showroom itself is decent, but without the promised experience, it felt like a wasted trip. I would recommend calling ahead of time if you’re looking to speak to a chef but the staffs are great resource for information of all the appliances.
