Viktor Bene's Continental Bakery (Gelsen's Market)

For the last 30 years, I have been buying their cookies. Now theyre $24.00 a pound. I usually purchase 4 pounds. This time I bought 2 petifours with the 4 pounds of lady finger cookies and my friend and I had to spit it out! Not edible like brick with sugar on top. Portos beats this anyway! I called Georgia, the manager to explain and she was not understanding and had no patience.horrible customer service

We have been purchasing from Viktor Bene's Continental Bakery on and off for the past few years. The staff has always been very welcoming and kind. We tried the Parisian cake and the crème brûlée, and both were delicious.

Ordered a custom cake for a party. The cake was beautifully decorated and they added fruits in between the cake layers and on top. Wish they added a bit more so you can have a piece with every bite. My friends thoroughly enjoyed the cake. Their website makes it easy to order ahead.

Wonderful and kind employees! They are the only VB that answers their phone too it seems! Cookies are always fresh and love their service and seasonal offerings. If i need a dessert or sweet treat this is always a reliable stop and conveniently located in Gelsons!

Best kept secret is that this upscale bakery is located within Gelsons plus it makes an authentic princess cake which is delicious

in a supermarket I was charged 5 dollars for a glass of soy milk, I live in Beverly Hills only for a small glass of soy milk I have never paid $5 dollars.

Garbage looks beautiful but should you want to eat it. . . Tastes like sawdust. For 200.00 should not be inedible!!
