Vila Foz Hotel & Spa

Excellent location in Porto. With across the road access to the esplanade, where you can cycle, go for a morning run and an evening stroll. The concierge service is what is expected of a top hotel and the food is excellent. The breakfasts are amazing, with proper cappuccino 😁 and expertly made and served poached eggs!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Gorgeous hotel with friendly, attentive staff. It’s a great neighborhood as well. My husband and I are already planning our next visit!

I would recommend this hotel,, but sadly the air conditioning in May did not work, except for one brief 60 minute period. we had to open the door, and jam it open with luggage to get the temp down to 20C. With the door closed and the thermostat on 19. the room was 23C, I could not sleep, and the lovely staff made endless excuses instead of telling the truth. Not at all acceptable for a luxury hotel. They would not make any downward revision on our bill, but offered cosmetics instead. Ridiculous.

Located in the best area of Porto, Vila Foz is a truly extraordinary hotel. Friendly staff, amazing views and excellent spa experience. Will be coming back again!

Great location, nice spa, comfortable rooms, helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast has room for improvement, especially compared to similar hotels in Porto.

This was the BEST hotel I have ever been to. I came in May for my birthday, and was treated better than royalty the entire time. I opted for a sea view room, and it did not disappoint. The staff and service was excellent, we loved spending time in the bar at night to enjoy their signature wine and play cards, which was in the heart of the restored mansion, and exceptionally done. The Michelin restaurant is not to be missed; it was outstanding. Location is also great; it’s near the beach and many additional restaurants to enjoy, and a large public park. We got a couples massage in their sleek and considerable spa (including a beautiful pool, sauna, steam room), and it was magical, and ended with a tea service in their outdoor sunbathing beds. This hotel made our already wonderful trip truly the trip of a lifetime. If I could ever go back, I would.
