Amazing experience and food. Food is 5 star definitely. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they got a Michelin star in 2024. So the food was quite a fine dining experience but a very very nice one Stuff was amazing and we really liked the hotel as well, especially the courtyard.

We had an AMAZING experience at the Vila Podvin restaurant! The service was top thanks to Zan Zak, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and we felt very welcomed! I wanted to surprise my partner and I invited him to Vila Podvin for dinner. They did an exceptional job and went the extra mile for us to make the diner tailored and unforgettable for us. Partner still talks about this evening! Food was top, coupled with selected rare Slovenian wines. Very good price for the quality they offer. Thank you Vila Podvin for the unforgettable evening!

Me, my girlfriend and our 4-month old cocker spaniel stayed at Vila Podvin for 3 nights and had a lovely time. A short recap of a review that follows is that the staff is really friendly, professional and willing to help. The room, the property and location are nice and convenient, especially if travelling with a dog. The food was absolutely delicious.||The room and the property itself - cozy restaurant terrace and a beautiful garden - were absolutely great. Whenever you want to have a cup of coffee, glass of vine or even just seat outside and enjoy the greenery, you simply step outside. It is also extremely convenient for anyone traveling with a dog. The location is also really nice with Radovljica 5min away by car. Lake Bled and Bohinj as well as the river Sava Bohinjka with all the mountains around offer many beautiful places to visit. ||We were positively surprised by the extreme willingness of the staff to help and make our stay as nice as possible. One example of that was preparing an amazing midnight snack the first night, when the kitchen was already closing and they even rounded it off with a chocolate-ball dessert. Needless to say, all the staff was friendly and helpful.||The dinning experience was also above and beyond our expectations, even though we were expecting a really nice food. The combinations you get on a plate, the flavors and textures are simply delicious and extremely enjoyable. All in all it was probably the best dinner we ever had.||We also met the owner of the place, who was very kind and accessible and took her time to personally make sure that everybody enjoys their stay.

Vila Podvin is a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from Lake Bled. The rooms are cozy with beautiful views from balcony. The Michelin restaurant has unique dishes, such as frog legs and beef tongue, expertly prepared. There’s a unique story and taste behind every plate. They also have a large beautiful yard for weddings and special events. It’s the perfect place to rest and dine when arriving from Ljubljana airport or visiting Lake Bled region.

I recently had lunch at Vila Podvin, and I was blown away by the incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their attentive and friendly approach was truly impressive. The food was an absolute delight! Every dish was expertly prepared and presented with a touch of elegance. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Vila Podvin has won me over, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional meal. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers not only outstanding food but also top-notch service, this is the place to go!

I've visited Vila Podvin on a couple of occasions in the last few years. My most recent visit was for "Teden Restavracij" and I must say it was generally a very pleasant experience. Not perfect, but I did enjoy it very much. Complaints? Just two. I wish there was a bit more time between the first courses - it felt a bit rushed and the prices for drinks were a bit exaggerated. Great whisky selection though. The bread for amuse-bouche was exceptional and so were the deserts. Great job!

Perfect place with a magical garden and amazing food. It really is a serene oasis. The food was amazing, took the 5 course option and was really pleased with creativity and flavour combinations. The wine selection was a bit limited due to some resrocking issues bit we still foind an amazing bottle to enjoy. The price is appropriate and I think everybody would enjoy a wonderful foodie experience here.

After a day trip in Bled and Bohinj, me and my wife wanted dinner in this lovely place. We tried to book a table, and on our surprise we got different restaurant in Radovljica town, tryin to get us there. After research we found right place in Mosnje 1 and had a lovely dinner.|We had amazing 3 meal course, with fresh trout, marinated in beet root juice , following asparagus soup and for mains I had Mangalica pork, with “ajdin krapek” like tortellon filled with mushrooms, and my wife had the veal cheek, with kind of potatoe pie, and lovely “aldente” vegetables.|Over all we had an amazing experience, we almost stayed one more night, because Sašo is an amazing host.|Good luck in future.
