"Housed in a beautifully located villa, this restaurant is run with great dedication by young couple Sandro Lüthi (kitchen) and Paulina Soares (front of house), along with their friendly little team. They propose two set menus, one of which is vegetarian, plus dishes à la carte. They also serve a "Business Lunch" in the winter season. The cuisine is contemporary, seasonal and ingredient-led – predominantly French and Mediterranean in style, complemented by international twists and a healthy dose of creativity. Examples include "unstuffed" foie gras, vanilla, nashi pear and sour cream, or baked egg, spinach, parmesan and truffle. The atmosphere in the modern and elegant interior is pleasantly relaxed.
