VILLA BADI

The room is a little tattered but the service was good. Ikea-like furniture, felt more like a college dorm than a hotel room. Broken easy chair, drawer underneath sink also faulty. Only place in 8+ hotels I stayed at in Croatia that offered tea in the room, not just coffee, a rarity. No elevator so up the stairs with heavy luggage to third floor. ||||My room had a view of the beach. Minuscule balcony but nice view of olive orchards and sunset over the Adriatic Sea.||||Off-season so pool wasn’t open. A good 8-10 minute walk to the beach where there is a walkway. Definitely not much to see or do once here but a good place to relax from a long day of biking. Makes for a quiet place being so far from anything. ||||A lot of biking tours seem to stop here so they are used to dealing with us hungry bikers. Breakfast was average but sufficient. Nice to be able to sit near large glass doors with a view.

We stayed in Villa Badi for three nights in September. Great hosts, excellent breakfasts and location close to the beach. I particularly liked the "reading corner" where all kinds of books in different languages were available for the guests. Advantage is also a swimming pool, but the spa was not operational (unfortunately the information we received only upon making a booking and paying half of the amount). Luckily the weather was nice and we did not mind.

We were here in April and we had a great time. The people were very friendly and the house was very clean and beautiful. ||The location is very close to the sea in a nice area. We hope to come back to Villa Badi very soon! Thank you Hrvoje Badurina for a great time!

ISTRIAN ATMOPSHERE AT SEA, We especially liked the good vibe in this nice notel, and the fact that the superior rooms are really big and with sea view. Having bikes included in the price is also nice. The sea and other villages are near, so very good for tours...

During our stay in Loverčica, at the Villa Badi, we really enjoyed the Wellness offer like the Sauna, every evening we used the Sauna after a whole day biking around the region.... Umag-Novigrad- Buje. Also great thanks to the brilliant restaurant staff.

Meeting and banquet facilities are also at guests’ disposal, as well as numerous sports faculties such as tennis and soccer courts and boat rentals.||||Numerous cycling tracks can be found 9 km from the property, while guests can get free bike maps of Northern Istria at the reception desk. ACI Marina Umag is 6 km away. Secure bicycle storage is provided, as well as a tuning tools.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and amazing pool. Highly recommended.
