"Arriving at this Anglo-Norman-style villa (1902) feels like coming home. The cosy interior, reminiscent of a cottage, and the endearing personality of the hostess are irresistible. The youthful kitchen team favours a resolutely modern approach to cooking. They play with textures, allow the main ingredient to shine and sometimes come up with surprisingly imaginative ideas. Hand them a butternut squash, and they will turn it into something amazing, with great technical skill and subtle influences from around the globe." - Michelin Inspector

Comfortable and nice hotel, 10’ walk from the beach. Staff is excellent. The chef and his team do an amazing job. Never ate a meal without gluten or lactose that was so tateful and beautifully presented. The wine offering is also excellent. Price quality is very good. I already stayed 5 times. And I will return. We had an Amazing stay at Villa de Duinen.
The whole team is very friendly and professional. Our arrival was perfect.
Room was great, bathroom was very roomy and well equipped.
Breakfast was wonderful, so refined.
Dinner was out of this world, beats many 1&2 stars restaurants of the country, wine pairing was sublime.

We had a wonderful stay. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. The staff were absolutely amazing & very helpful. We were with my mother in law who is not well & they were very helpful & understanding.
The breakfast was excellent with great choices & it was delicious. We will definitely be back for an another stay in the future.
Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful.

We had a great dinner on the terras at Villa de Duinen. The food is high on taste. Lots of nice sauces and great pairing of two dishes (we had the 7 course all-in option, served in four rounds). The wine pairing was very interesting and worked well for most of the time. One of the glasses was a beer, I was less enthusiastic about the beer. My wife has the alcohol free pairing. Most juices were vegetable juice, not tasting all that great. She would order regular drinks or water during our next visit.
View from the Villa is very nice. Staff is attentive and they really make sure you are well looked after. Price point is about what one would expect from a place close to a Michelin star. Well done, we will come back!

I stayed here for a couple of days on a business trip. The hotel is lovely, authentic and charming. It’s definitely a nice experience - especially the breakfast! Rose - one of receptionists - was exceptional. Such a great tentative attitude is scares in the Netherlands!
The restaurant seems to have a Michelin star, so of course it’s a little bit pricey. I only had a quick lunch here, but every bite of it was delicious!

Yelp
My first time back at Villa de Duinen in four years and I am happy that it's as lovely as before. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the service staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is my favorite in Noordwijk. We indulged in the all-in tasting menu and it was wonderful. Our only disappointment was that the "faux gras" isn't the impressive presentation it used to be, but the dishes were still delicious. Happy to be back.

Yelp
Great hotel, road at the front makes the rooms at the frontside a bit noisy with open windows. Very good service, very nice interior.
