We recently spent a few nights at Villa Franceschi and absolutely loved it. The property is a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. Our room was newly renovated with elegant décor and a spacious terrace overlooking the tranquil park. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool—immaculately kept and surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is nestled in a delightful little Italian town, which added to the authentic experience. A true gem—we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

I had the best experience here! I visited with my mom a couple of days ago, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting - we later learned it’s a family run place, which made perfect sense. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of our stay. I’ve been lucky enough to visit many beautiful hotels, but this one truly stood out. One thing that particularly caught my eye was the stunning chinaware - such a lovely and elegant touch that added to the overall charm. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back

We stayed at this magnificent Villa a few a years ago, and once again in July, this year. Their hospitality is outstanding! From the owners; Alessandro, Dario and Mazia through to the garden staff. The Palazzo, their rooms and surrounding gardens are beautifully appointed, picturesque and vast. Very enjoyable. Their restaurant is superb. An amazing choice!! Even though not in central Venice this amazing hotel has so many advantages! Private parking with free of charge charger for cars. Friendly and polite staff! Amazing energy!!! A great restaurant to dine!!! Amazing breakfast choices!!! Highly recommended!!!

Attention to detail is impeccable. The food deserves at least one star Michelin. Never seen red prawns presented so delicately, and they were delicious. Paccheri stacked like Lego block, frito misto fried to perfection and the deserts were to die for! Would highly recommend. We will return.

We liked it a lot! The people who work at the front desk are very very friendly, and gave us a warm welcome even when we arrived very late at night. The palace and garden are lovely, as is the pool. Its a good location to visit both padova and venice. I agree with other reviews that for the price, breakfast could be better (maybe a cooked breakfast made to order might be actually easier for them, particularly in low season) and the rooms could be refreshed (just a new coat of paint really)

The absolute best hotel stay we have ever had in Venice! It’s not only a beautiful historic villa with an amazing pool but what makes it extraordinary is the staff, over the top attendant service, and cleanliness throughout the hotel and the extensive grounds. The restaurant food is also perfection and meets all of Relais & Chateau standards! An amazing hotel with a perfect location!
