Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen

Absolutely incredible! This Italian restaurant is a true gem. The pizza was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of cheese and fresh toppings. The pasta was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love every bite felt like a trip to Italy. Even the salads were impressive fresh, vibrant, and beautifully dressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a long, relaxed dinner, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend! Definitely loved this place I will definitely return you won’t regret it.

This restaurant is a self serve, me and my kids always love this Italian restaurant, every time we go to Bergen Town center and in a mood for Italian food this place is out go to, it's been here since they opened this outlet store and the taste of their food is consistent, its price is reasonable and they taste fresh, the server is nice and they are fast and efficient, inside they have enough table and sitting area to enjoy the food they also have a bathroom for customers, considering it's a fast food style this Italian food is one of the best in this area and I recommend for everyone that goes in Bergen town to give it a try.

Sophia at Villa Pizza was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and made sure our order was perfect. The service was fast, and she had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great customer service like hers is why we’ll definitely be coming back!

As we were strolling through the mall, we decided to get a plain slice from here for our daughter’s lunch. The store is decent, mostly clean. There are sitting area in the back. Ordering and pick up was smooth and easy process. $5.70 for a single slice was over priced in my opinion. I didn’t like the taste of the slice either. It was too thick, didn’t have enough flavor in the sauce or the cheese.

Absolutely the best service and food! Everyone was very courteous and polite and professional! I will be back!

First time in this restaurant. I got to do my shopping at the mall on lunchtime and decided to stop at this Italian-style food place. I chose a pizza combo with a side and soda: Pizza Marguerite, Mac&Cheese and regular Dr Pepper. I added a small garlic bread. The pizza tasted good. The Mac&Cheese tasted very good... the garlic bread was cold but tasted good. The girl who served me at the food bar explained to me very calmly how the restaurant worked and I think that if I asked her to heat my garlic bread I would have done it ,but I was hungry! The place is big, clean and familiar; The food bar and the cashier were fast to Serve customers. Thanks to the team and blessings

Stopped in for lunch for a quick bite. Service was quick and I ordered the two slice and drink. Pizza was just ok

Way overpriced for what you get. $15 for spaghetti with meatballs is outrageous considering the portion is small and the pasta is just sitting out there pre-cooked. Their combos are not good deals either.

PROS: the staff was very nice and the food tasted great. The menu variety was plentiful and they served it fast. A lot of space to sit and eat as well CONS: prices were a tad above what I would pay for but then again they're just covering rising food costs and mall rental OVERALL: I would definitely eat here again, I'll just be more mindful of the prices

Their prices are ridiculous . I order for my son a slice plain with a battle of soda $11:14 for 1 slice and very little cheese. Also I had to wait 10 m for a slice to be ready. Will NEVER GO BACK. Hopefully managwr or owner will see this review.

The pizza is good.... Not much a must but it doesn't disappoint. The majority style is pan but I did see some plain thin slices. My slice's crust was heated to a crispy bottom but for some reason the cheese wasn't oozing like they normally should.... kinda reminded me of my school pizza back in the day. There is many other things on the menu. Plenty of seating . Staff is friendly.

Service is fine had no problem with service. The pizza however was just plain, there is no flavor at all. There was barely any cheese on the pizza at all and looked like it was sprayed on. The only flavor on the pizza was the barbecue sauce. I liked the bread as far as texture but even that once again had no flavor. For the cost of almost 4 dollars for a slice of pizza I would expect a lot more I've been in a lot of pizza places and this one is one too which I won't be going back.

Overly priced and terrible food. I was shopping at the mall with my hungry kids so stopped to grab them a quick slice of pizza. The boards with prices are very confusing and do not clearly state prices just lists display different value meals. I ordered 2 slices of pizza, a salad with grilled chicken, 4 individual meatballs and 2 drinks (I asked them to put the third back when I saw they were charging 4.75 for a small bottle of ginger ale. My total came to $57. Seemed very pricey but as is life these days so went and sat down with our food; when I looked at my receipt I was charged for things I did not get and it made no sense (Alfredo pasta with chicken parm entree, Mac and cheese entree, ect). On the way out I asked the cashier about it and she went on a rant basically telling me it waz cheaper to do it that way. I had 4 kids with me so didn't have the time to sit and try and figure it out. When I got home I looked at the menu I was in fact way overcharged and feel like I was scammed in a way. Not to mention the food was gross- my chicken looked like plastic and tasted disgusting I had 2 bites, my 1 year old who eats everything wouldn't have more than 1 bite of a meatball. I've also never written a bad review in my life. That is how bad this was.

Everytime we go shopping at Bergen town center me and my daughter always come here to eat!!! We love everything! The pizza, chicken wings, salad, garlic knots, pasta omg everything's so good lol. We usually get the tray and pick the sides and protein and salad you can't go wrong with that. If we're really hungry we'll order a extra slice of pizza :)

Very average pizza at best. There were at least six people behind the counter and most were standing around looking confused or doing nothing. The guy who I ordered from also worked the register. With all the people standing around there should be a dedicated cashier. No serving food and touching money!!!!! Will not return.

10 out of 10! Great Villa Pizza! This location always has a beautiful display, with lots of colorful foods! So much so it's hard not to order one of everything! Today, I came for a light snack. I ordered two salads and two garlic knots with 2 Pepsi's. I was greeted, and my order came out promptly. Garlic knots are the best in the area HANDS DOWN! and the tables are always clean. It's busy here right now as I write this review, seems to be popular and I can see why! Delicious! Will always come back!

They have pretty basic stuff, like pizza and set meals. But the staff there is not so efficient and it s not maintained very well. The taste of food is okay, nothing extraordinary.

Awesome friendly service and great tasting food. Staff is professional and considerate. Mac & cheese is fabulous. Pizza was tasty and fresh. They even give you samples to try different things before buying. Awesome!

This place does not deserve any stars. I am 6 months pregnant and they gave me an EXPIRED ginger ale. I am appalled and very much disgusted. I'm pretty sure this soda has coronavirus.

Quick, clean and DELICIOUS. I had the Stromboli and a side of the red sauce with a slice of cheese pizza. Can't get a Stromboli like this in saint Louis and it was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and efficient!

Typical over priced chain mall place. Nothing special but good if you need something quick.

As far as fast food/Italian places go, this place is pretty good. A few items I've tried have been too salty (spinach & broccoli stuffed pizza, & meatballs). The chicken parm is dry sometimes (probably due to the fact that it has been sitting out?). I like the taste of garlic roll, but it is heavy and doughy. The yellow rice is bland, but then again it is rice. They have a solid pasta selection their penne in creamy tomato sauce is my favorite. I'm not a big pizza fan in general, but their pizza is good. I can down an entire slice if I'm really hungry. Overall good place for quick and cheap Italian food.

Small portions, lacking customer service skills, and up charge you for nonsense. They swiped my card as I was questioning the bill, so I couldn't dispute it. The food is only good when it comes out fresh, otherwise there's no other reason to go here.

Pizza here is ok but the place is filthy. They use filthy rags to clean the tables. As a result the table smells like a homeless shelter. Clean the water in the rag bucket. Use clean rags if possible. The lighting here gives the place a even dirty impression.

Went to the mall and was dying for a slice of "plain pizza". At the counter was told there would be a 10 minute wait. They had 7 or 8 pies on display but NO PLAIN PIZZA PIES, some with up to 6 toppings. I get that they want to make money and each topping adds more but it's not what I want I just want a plain slice and if all they have are partially dried up stacked pizzas just sitting there i'm walking away, cant wait 10 minutes for a slice of plain pizza at a pizza shop.

First, I like Villa Pizza. It's a bit pricey, but they pay mall rent, and everything I've ever eaten there has been good. The other reviewer, Ang. L., had trouble with the staff, but I never have; in fact, they've gone out of their way to be nice on more than one occasion. The men's room is a bit frowsy, but my biggest problem with Villa Pizza is something they do when business is slow, which is shouting, "Pizza, pizza! Yummy, yummy! Cheesy, cheesy!" into the mall. It makes me gag, gag!

It was horrible, while the pizza was good, the employee would not give my girlfriend a ceasar salad, claimed they had no more. Yet, when we passed 20 minutes later, there was a huge tray of Ceasar salad. Don't go there, the staff is horrible, unwilling to listen, and at $9 for a small piece of pizza, a salad that is about 1/2 cup and a drink, it is extremely expensive. I'd rather go to Olive Garden right outside of the mall, sit down in a warm friendly atmosphere, and get an endless salad, breadsticks, and a lunch for $10. I have yet to get an answer back from Villa Pizza in Bergen Towne Center, for the way we were treated and the expense of the lunch, if you could call it that, and the lack of Ceasar salad.

Putting ambiance aside, the broccoli spinach stuffed slices are incredible!!! It is very hard to do this combo well because most places do not drain the vegetables from water so the dough is soggy. The dough on the slice is a unique egg brushed bread --light and delicious. The spinach and broccoli are perfectly cooked and the balance of cheese and spices perfect ---better than calzones. The manager was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly --Alejandro Marquez. My two girlfriends also were very happy with their stuffed slices mushroom spinach. The side salad with avocado was also very fresh.

My expectations were already pretty low because this is located in a mall and it's a chain restaurant. I ordered 2 slices of plain pizza. Pretty simple right? Nope not for these people. They took my order and my money and told me I could have a seat and they'll call me when it's ready. I waited 10 minutes for cold pizza. I would've been better off going to target and paying $2 for a hot pocket.
