Villa Grabau was an absolutely breathtaking venue for our wedding. Everything was truly picture perfect, from the stunning villa to the impeccably maintained grounds, which are so clearly cared for with love by the Grabau family. The entire experience was unforgettable, and the accommodations were wonderful for hosting our family and spending meaningful time together. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with beautiful grounds and on-site accommodations, we highly recommend Villa Grabau.

Villa Grabau is absolutely magical. As a destination wedding photographer, I’ve photographed weddings all over the world, and truly—nothing holds a candle to the ethereal magic of Villa Grabau. Every corner is stunning, a dream to photograph, and an even more breathtaking place to get married. It feels like stepping into another world—elegant, peaceful, and rich with history. The gardens are lush and meticulously maintained, with winding paths, citrus trees, and centuries-old architecture around every turn. After photographing a wedding here, I now know this is where I want to tie the knot when my day comes. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel elevated while remaining full of heart. Beyond highly recommend—just book it. You won’t regret it.

Villa Grabau in Lucca is an absolutely stunning wedding venue, and as wedding photographers in Italy, we can’t recommend it highly enough! The villa itself is breathtaking, with its historic charm and elegant architecture, but it’s the beautiful gardens and surroundings that really make it stand out. The gardens are perfectly manicured and provide the ideal backdrop for romantic ceremonies and photos. We also loved the Limonaia – it’s such a unique and gorgeous space for dinner Settings, with its natural light and classic Italian style. If you’re looking for a romantic, picturesque venue in Tuscany, Villa Grabau is the perfect choice. We had an amazing time capturing every moment here!

Maybe nice as a event location but not recommended for a touristic visit. You pay 5€ for visiting the garden which is nice but no comparison to villa real or others close by. There is no option to see the interior as it is used privately.

Absolutely breath taking venue! The only downside is the gravel! Environmental friendly and in keeping with the grounds....I KNOW....... BUT it wrecked all the ladies shoes and my very expensive shoes were irreparable and went straight into the bin. Ladies make sure you take wedges or flats to this venue

Amazing historical tuscan Villa in the middle of the hills of Lucca. The Villa can be rented for wedding or private events, there is also a secondary building, the old Limonaial with ivy hanging from the ceiling that creates a wonderful atmosphere, the gardens that sorround the buildings are really well curated and all the details are perfect!
