Villa Medici

on arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff that were curtious and caring. The restaurant was outstanding with a level of presentation and service you would come to expect in a very expensive michelin starred restaurant. The rooms were very bright and open also large and roomy. decorated to a high standard and a comfortable bed. i would recomend this hotel to many.

We reserved the table by internet, just a few hours ahead and were lucky to get a table.|This restaurant serves great authentic Italian food .|The waiters are very competent, and mostly sympathetic.|Some specials of the day thst are not on a menu.|Best thing ever: Some pasta is prepared in the parmesan cheese right next to your table.|We can recommend the fish , as well as the pasta. Everything is just delicious.|They even have a good wine card and probably merrit a Michelin star. They don't have one yet, although they were twice elected best Italian restaurant in Germany, according to the waiter.|A place to go!

Less vegan-friendly than other locations in town. Positiv: There is a bus stop (line 11) directly opposite the building to ride into town (to reach some more vegan-friendly locations). Btw: As you see on the 2nd picture, there is a yellow box for letters you might want to send. Not every hotel and restaurant has such a useful box nearby.

We have been visiting Münster‘s and regional best Restaurants for the last 4 years almost once a week. Usually being disappointed and driving for real good dinners to Düsseldorf, Maastricht, Bruxelles, Frankfurt, or Schloss Bensberg. Villa Medici is the only Restaurant in the region of Münsterland which can be placed on par with very good Michelin Star restaurants. Münster does not deserve such a good restaurant. Munsteraner’s don‘t seem to appreciate the high quality of truly haut cuisine, presentation, service and ambiance. For what Villa Medici delivers, their prices, whilst not cheap, offer top value for money. The creativity, presentation, variance, tastes and service are superior to anything in the region. We have now been four times and hope for many more opportunities. Don’t just expect an Italian spaghetti and pasta joint! Elmar A. Busch

We stopped over from France to Norway.||The room was excellent and in the restaurant the Italian food was very nice.||We are on the veranda _most enjoyable.||One possible drawback was that there was 27 steps to clime to get to our room but our cases were carried for us

Great food and very kind service. The asked prices definitely worth the accomplished atmosphere and variety that is offered.

Food was fab, new location, new owner... let's hope service improves and guests will find them.
