I had such an incredible experience at Villa Monticello, honestly, the staff were unbelievable, and I loved every single moment of it. Special shoutout to Zeinab, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We didn’t lack anything at all. I even organized an event here, and everything was on time, well-coordinated, and our guests had the best time. I was truly impressed.||Fun fact: on my way here with RwandAir, I was reading their magazine and saw Villa Monticello being highlighted. I thought to myself, “Wow, if this hotel is being featured here, it must really be something. I just hope they don’t disappoint.” Well, lo and behold, I was mesmerized. The staff, the service — just top notch.||Coming from someone with over 4 years of experience in events management, that says a lot. Zeinab’s touch of excellence and humility speaks volumes about the hotel’s culture. Honestly, some hotels should send their people here to learn hospitality from Villa Monticello’s team.||A special thank you as well to Jemima and Ebenezer, who were a superb support throughout my stay.||The only negative thing I can say about Villa Monticello is that I have to leave on Friday. I can’t say goodbye, only à bientôt.

The ambience in this gem of a boutique hotel in Ghana is one of the best in the world that I have stayed in . Excellent First class service. Food was great. Rooms were very big. Make you feel at home. The moment you walk in to the front desk you greeted with warm smiles. Very comfortable beds

Enjoyed my stay at Villa Montecillo. It's convenient, pleasant, near the airport. It is a quiet spot in Accra with comfy rooms and friendly staff. It’s clean, relaxed, and well-located. Great for a short, easygoing stay. There’s also a nice little lounge and outdoor area where you can relax with a book or a drink.||

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 An Unforgettable Experience at Villa Monticello – Stay & Event We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Monticello in Ghana on July 27th, and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Our group booked six rooms, each uniquely named, and had the honor of staying in the Presidential Suite as well. Every single room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with luxurious touches that made us feel truly pampered. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of stellar. The professionalism of the staff, their attention to detail, and their genuine warmth made us feel like honored guests rather than just visitors. The ambiance of the property is simply phenomenal—elegant, serene, and welcoming, with top-tier décor that perfectly blends modern comfort with sophisticated style. In addition to our stay, we also hosted an event at the hotel, and the level of detail and care put into ensuring everything was seamless was beyond impressive. Every aspect—from the setup to the flow of the event—was handled with precision and grace, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy ourselves. Villa Monticello exceeded every expectation we had. If you are considering booking a stay or hosting an event here, do it—you will not be making a mistake. This is not just a hotel; it’s an experience you will remember for years to come.

From the moment I arrived at Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel, I was greeted with such warmth and genuine care — it truly felt like coming home. The reception team is incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The entire environment radiates comfort and class. The staff are not only supportive but go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. As of now, I’m still staying here, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy. I’m so glad this hotel exists in Accra. It’s a shining example of true hospitality in Ghana, and I will always recommend it to friends, family, and fellow travelers. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that blends luxury with heartfelt service, Villa Monticello is the perfect choice!

Excellent service, room and food was great ...location nested in a quiet area devoid of vehicular noise. |House cleaning person - Christabel - was very pleasant and did a great job of cleaning without noise and on time.||I would recommend staying at the location and would obviously come in again when I'm in Ghana.

Absolutely wonderful experience.! Every single member of the team were knowledgeable and helpful and caring and genuinely invested in making my stay wonderful. From housekeeping to restaurant to maintenance to front desk, everyone knew everything. This was a business trip and the two drivers, Michael and Nana, were always available to meet my tough schedule. They drove beautifully and safely and walked with me on all my walking around the sites I had to visit. And the food!!!! Everything was amazing, but the prawns—Next Level ! I tasted lots of the local cuisine, but I most likely had the prawns 10 times in my 3--week trip. The very best in the whole wide world. And the ginger tea- made with fresh ginger and lemon every time. What a treat Every Ghanaian that I interacted with was wonderful, from the market trader to the traffic officer to the customs officials and airport staff. I’ll be back and I will definitely stay with my new “family” at the Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel, Accra, Ghana.
