Villa Morelia

A fantastic hotel which we found by chance. The room was superb, with great outlook to garden and mountains. The pool and outside bar very cool! Robert and his team were superb and Robert arranged to get my car washed as it was dirty. Food as spectacular with an extensive wine list. We stayed for one night, we will he back and will stay longer next time. Thank you for a superb stay. Steve and Jan.

Beautiful hotel. Full of charm. Beautiful grounds and pool. Outdoor bar with fantastic views. The food is absolutely outstanding. We have stayed in rooms 4 and 201 on the two occasions . They are beautiful and well equipped. I'm looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

The most magical spot in such a magical little Village. When you check in, ask for a fan for your room, but beyond that all else is top notch. Also, take the walk to the top of the Church and cemetery across the street. You won’t regret it!

PRO'S: Villa Morelia has the valley's only excellent room facilities. Large modern rooms, excellent views and lovely romantic grounds. The complimentary full breakfast was excellent. CON'S: Hotel service did not offer to help with luggage SUMMARY: Vila Morelia Hotel is an excellent place to stay in this valley.

A gem. A very warm welcome, after a long day cycling. A lovely modern room in the new annexe and then a delicious meal, especially the asparagus. After a very comfy night a morning swim before a glorious breakfast set us up for another day in the saddle climbing Col d’Bonnette

The room could have been, little bit more villa exposure instead of standard bussiness, little bit more romantic.

Charming and characterful hotel nestled at the bottom of Col de la Bonette. Staff and service are always excellent, food is as good as it gets, garden bar and swimming pool are like the Bermuda Triangle, time just seems to disappear. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to return year after year. It’s an oasis of luxury and tranquility.

The Villa Morelia is an oasis in the French Alps. We traveled for a week with our bikes and stayed for one night. The rooms are if very high standard and the dinner and breakfast are close to Michelin star levels. We also enjoyed the garden, the bar below the pine tree and the nice pool area. I can recommend it highly ti anyone appreciating quality.
