Villa Torre Apartments

God bless to all workers stuff this apartments. Especially to Gaby Maya, my respect.

This is the second apartment I’ve moved to and I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s been nothing but great living here. I’ve never had any issues. The staff is great! The manager Jayme is very attentive, responds fast to emails and also helps with anything you need when it comes to your apartment. Laura is also great she helped me sign all my paper work. The maintenance staff is Amazing every time I put in a request they always come same day and they’ve always fix the issue. They’re very polite also. The apartments are pretty quiet and clean as well. I always felt safe walking around the block with my kids. Overall I had a 10 out of 10 experience here and I definitely would recommend anyone to live here. I’m so sad that I’m moving but I will be back once a 3 bedroom opens up that’s how much I love it here. Thank you to all the Villa torre staff you have made my stay amazing!

Only once I had a problem here...... &That was from a security guard that followed & threatened me, and I never saw him before or after that..... My friend lives here & I've come by to visit for the past 10yrs..... I'd say it's a great place to live...... Cheers!!

Here how it looks every weekend. Lots of garbage in front of people’s doors.

This is a low income apatment and is a waiting list, but you have to call every month to get a place "gotta be persistent."(First come first serve) It's close to the freeway. Two walmarts near by, theres the plant( Target, homedepot, Ross, Chase, petsmart, boiling crab, L&L and more,) the buses 25, 66, 68, 82, and 73. This is the best location and place to live! The neighbors and staffs are very nice and helpful.

Never fine parking unless you live there and have you on spot Unsafe around

Worst management ever. I called back after I received a voice mail on my waiting list status and told me they called me on 1/11/17 and I told them that in my records it shows they called on 1/22 the rude lady told me well even if we did call on 1/22 we already screened other people so we're sorry. And hang up.... In a way I'm glad I'm not gana live there.I dont want to be leaving in a place where management is so rude and unprofessional👎👎👎

Love these apartments. They are affordable and spacious. Highly recommended

Maintinence is great and management responds fast to house calls...living here has been good so far! Management and front office are very friendly and respond fast to issues. These are probably the best apartments I ever lived in and NOoo roaches!! I feel safe and am comfortable with my kids playing outside.

Jayme and Laura from office are the best. Very helpful and understanding. If you have an issue in your apartment they get to it very quick. I will Miss them.

I called Laura Almost every other day and she was very patient with my questions she is awesome helped me and explained the process to me Laura is definitely a plus to moving in

I love talking to the maintenance and manager (Jayme), and specially the leasing agent (Laura). I've been on the waiting list but I come in every other week to see where I stand for a 3 bedroom (I know it's the hardest to get now a days).
