Palestinian Farmers in the West Bank Struggle to Keep a Vineyard Safe | Eater

"A skin-contact winery in Bethlehem whose wines and raisin products are used by chefs in the region; its plump raisins and wines have been incorporated into contemporary dishes (for example, a pasta sauce at a Tel Aviv restaurant), and the label is available at select liquor shops and restaurants abroad, helping link Palestinian viticulture to high-end, hyperlocal cooking." - Adam Sella

Picturesque boutique winery, very close to Tel Aviv. The service was great and the staff was really friendly. Their Picnic package hit the spot and was just right with cheeses, an original salad, a baguette, and other completing items like jam and butter. It was tasty, the vibe was very laid back and comfy. They greeted us with a wide tasting of al their current wines. The prices were decent relatively to what you get and the experience. Their wines are special and they stand out for their very long agining in barrels, up to 110 months!

Very nice atmosphere place with small local vinery, tasty one with calm atmosphere. Recommended to visit before airport to take some glass of wine and relax before long flight

Awesome winery! Strongly recommend. We have been there for a wine tasting, which costs 120 NIS per person and includes a cheese plate. The wines are of a good quality, and the staff was really friendly. There is also a large grass area that is very pleasant to hang in Dogs are welcomed

Excellent wine and experience!

Expensive and not worth it. For 100 shekels each for brunch we expected it to be amazing, but it was just disappointing. All-included brunches usually gives you two drinks and an omlette or something like that. Here it's just a buffette and one drink, which would be awesome if we'd pay half the price. The atmosphere also is very casual, not one that suits this price

Great wine selection and hosting, honestly learned things I never knew about tasting wine and the drink in general. Great for a couple or even a group of friends, and an awesome accompanying cheese and munch plate to go along with it.

The wines are unimpressive, the guide wasn’t pleasant at all, forceful with his audience rather than letting the guests enjoy the place. The location is very pretty though.

You have to buy a “picnic basket” which you use on their garden at a super overpriced rate. The wine is mediocre at best, and there are no red wines included in the basket. Service was also bad. Not recommended at all.
