"Picture an oasis of greenery in the urban fabric of the Parisian suburbs: as you make your way across the wooded grounds of this 19C villa, you will see a vegetable garden, beehives and even a greenhouse for citrus fruit. This lush exuberance sets the scene on the menu: aubergine marinated in dashi, Greek yoghurt, aguachile sauce; rainbow trout, horseradish and pine oil stock; barbecued duck, red cabbage and an aromatic verbena gravy. In fine weather, take advantage of the terrace dotted with white parasols and decorated with fairy lights. The vibrant, modern cuisine is served by a bouncy youthful team." - Michelin Inspector

Undoubtedly, the most formal of all the lunches we had the week we were in town. Finding it was a little confusing. There’s quite a ton of construction happening outside. I saw the sign, but couldn’t find an actual door. We actually ended up on the other side confused. Then I saw a pathway. The first thing I noticed was the outdoor seating area. Surrounded by an abundance of greenery and all the things they’re growing. The explanation of the menu was a little confusing. One option wasn’t ava which turned out to be what we wanted to get. We opted for the tasting that would give us surf & turf. The standout for me was the fish on a bed of beans topped with jus. They were all about the jus. That dark chocolate dessert situation was so good. That’s coming from someone who isn’t the biggest fan of dark cacao. Impeccable service. They were great at always refilling the water. What was a little confusing for us at the end was how payment worked. We kept noticing everyone around us end their meals and just get up. Me and my sister realized that no staff member came with a credit card machine. So we figured we probably had to get up and pay at the bar which was by the front door. They ended up giving us our petit-four as we were paying. All I could think of was how good it would’ve paired with a cup of americano. I ended up bumping into the chef who was on his way out after ending lunch service.

Food was great! Service was nice but I have experienced better at Michelin starred restaurants. For example, the waiter could have been more knowledgeable about the food (we asked some questions and he couldn’t answer). As well, there were a few mistakes on the cutlery (i.e. one waiter set down a set of cutlery, only for it to be promptly changed by another waiter because it was the wrong set) Not a big deal and we had a wonderful time, just an area for improvement. We sat outside on the patio which was beautiful but there were mosquitoes. It would have been nice to have some anti-mosquito contraptions around.

We had a nice romantic dinner there, and everything was amazing. From the staff, and their knowledge of the wine, ingredients and processes, to the food that was very well presented and had a story behind every platter. Great experience.

Lovely lunch at Villa9trois. I chose the three course set lunch menu as well as the wine pairing and it was perfect. The pacing was excellent and all the staff were very professional.

Very disappointed. We arrived at noon for a 6 course meal and left at 4pm in the afternoon. We were very frustrated with how long the meal took. The waiter explained to us that he had forgotten to tell the kitchen to prepare our dessert. Cuisine was not up to Michelin star standard, nor was the service. Since we stayed for 4 hours we ended up ordering 4 bottles of sparkling water for our table of 7 along with the wine pairing. The waiter also spilled water on the table and drops of sauce, it would have been nice for them to apologize for the wait but no apologies were given. The sparkling water should have been offered in my opinion… Unfortunately, this dining experience was a waste of time and money. We had been there last year and had a delicious meal but this no longer the case. The atmosphere is nice, but there is a severe lack of training for the service (the waiter had squeaky shoes and I could hear them throughout the entire meal). The dishes need a spark to deserve a Michelin star and unfortunately they fell flat. The dessert was most disappointing…the ganache was very dense and heavy, I did not finish the dessert. Very disappointed and I hope they improve for their future guest.

Warm atmosphere and quiet. Service was perfect. All waiters were polite, respectful , professional and very nice. Wines proposed were good. Food was subtil and so so good.

Very good menu and quick service makes this restaurant a great choice for lunch. Their homemade miso butter is the star, you can enjoy it from beginning to end as it is amazing. The entree, main courses were great, they could certainly use some improvement but we were pleasantly surprised by what they brought to the table. The dessert was not to our taste unfortunately, it was full chocolate and we were not a fan of dark chocolate on a full course lunch menu, too heavy and bitter while having some freshness would be more appreciated. We are very grateful to the staff for their attention and the free parking on site.

I like the tasting menu, it tried to cover certain types of food through the menu. The food service speed is average, not too slow, not too fast, about 90 minutes without wine. I also think it is good value with 90 euro for 6 courses. I am not familiar with the neighborhood, but seems a rough location. But it does have parking lot at its backyard. The highlight is the chocalate dessert, the duck we had in our dinner was too rough (with too many strings inside the meat). The waiter and waitress asked "do you like the dish" each time to clean the table.
