Someone needs to figure out who’s responsible for the common areas: Trash & filthy chairs / benches, corn hole “bags” are empty. Upscale prices with public park atmosphere. Great place to hang out because of the businesses BUT bring your bleach wipes if you plan on enjoying the outdoor common areas.

We had a blast here. Stopped by for ice cream and had fun rolling around on the chairs outside.

At this point there are very businesses open. My hairdresser is located here, but that's pretty much all that's open. Lovely location. Looking forward to additional shops to open.(I've heard June is the target date for most shops.

This will be a great place to shop and hangout when there are more permanent shops. There is a wonderful common area outside as well.

Yelp
The Village at Rancharrah just keeps getting better! The more shops, restaurants and services that open up here, the more I want to come visit. Over the summer they have movie nights. There's live music, different holiday and family-friendly events, and all kinds of other fun things to do throughout the year. Aside from all of the events that they host, there are amazing restaurants that offer so many different options, so whether you're looking for coffee, brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner, sweets or drinks, there's something for everyone! They have a dentist office, salon, physical therapy, day spa and other services that are wonderful, and shops that range from pets to clothing/home goods and more! If you have not been here, I highly recommend taking some time to visit!

Yelp
Super cute with great atmosphere! We stopped for some rolled ice cream and walked around. It wasn't very busy since most of the store were closed but the pizza and ice cream place was open and had customers. Will be back to see the other shops!

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - How is it that I have never done a review here? Is it because when I come, I usually go to Grafted? Well not true, I am also almost always at Perenn. Anyways, it is one of my favorite places to hang out, either during the day at Perenn or during the afternoon/evening at Grafted. We (my wife and I) also frequent the other many businesses. I just really like to eat and drink. Atmosphere - Beautiful modern center. Actually, one of my favorites. 8 small businesses to shop. 7 businesses to dine. 6 wellness businesses. See website. Family friendly, plenty of parking. Service - Depends on where you shop, eat, or drink. Most, if not all businesses, are "high end" so service typically reflects that. Price - Above average, but that is the cost for quality. Although the happy hours are reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2021; I will try to remember to do my Yelp check-in when I am here...

Yelp
Why two stars? Well I will tell you. Two stars could easily be 4 or 5. And because the mall chooses to make decisions with zero thought for the environment or atmosphere. They get 2. It's not something outside of their control. The mall is compact, and has a nice centralized courtyard area where people can gather. It of course is an outdoor mall. When it originally opened it took some time to fill the different spaces. And they were filling the mall with quality tenants. But now....they just seem to be using the "strip mall" approach to filling the spaces. I would guess that 30% or more of the mall is medical offices of some sort. Not high foot traffic, customer inducing places. But instead just giant useless in the mall with ugly offices facing into the common areas, completely contrasting with the upscale feel of the mall itself. They also seem to favor businesses that close early even during the summer. Recently we walked through the mall at 6:15 and already half of the mall was closed. Perenn has expanded its footprint which is nice, but they close early which darkens larger sections of the mall during business hours. It seems every decision the mall makes undermines the greatness that it could be. An example would be the two fire pits on the west side of the mall are basically a waste of resources in the evening because no businesses are open near them when they could be best enjoyed. There are some really good restaurants at the mall and a handful of good shops, so I will of course return, and hopefully they will make better decisions about what an upscale mall like this should be filled with. And encourage the dentist offices and physical therapy to fill the strip malls they should be taking over.

Yelp
After visiting The Village a few times, in both regular and special event settings, I feel super confident that this will become one of Reno Tahoe's top places to eat, drink, shop and play in short order. Thus far I've found parking to be easy and comfortable, with no spot too far from any one business. It seems there's enough to handle higher demand too, so it should stay easy in the future too. The mix of tenants is rad. They all are standouts on their own, but the synergies snake them super special. Dorinda's Chocolates and Rolled Mountain Creamery speak for themselves. The selection of handmade confections and specialty chocolates is so impressive, and each piece is perfection. Rolled Mountain is an incredibly fun experience and delicious treat. The infinite combinations and amazing staff keep you coming back for more. Chuy's Tequileria y Botanas is a beautiful restaurant with authentic charm and modern flair, in atmosphere, food and drink, and an extensive selection of top tier tequila. They serve botanas, appetizers or small plates, which will pair up nicely with the tequila. Grafted Wine and Whiskey is another standout. This is a sultry and sophisticated restaurant with small plates and an expansive menu of wine and whiskey by the glass/bottle/retail, and cocktails too. Great place for a date, happy hour or group gathering. There are some very exciting upcoming additions including Centro and Hinoki Omakase, so there's a lot more to come. Very excited for the future of this retail area!

Yelp
My son and I decided to check out this new shopping area that's right off of Kietzke. Glad to see our Biggest Little City grow and bring more shops, especially these higher end, well designed, and organized shops and restaurants. Maria Chuy's, Centro and Hinoki Omakase, are some of the restaurants there. There is is a bar, Grafted Wine and Whiskey. Other stores there were Bone-ito, a high pet supply store, Dorinda's Chocolates, and other exciting options. Santa was there for pics with the kids, and there were outside games, such as bocci and chess. Great family entertainment area.

Yelp
Hard to star a development that isn't quite finished yet. The Village is like a mini town in the center of a new housing community just off McCarran and Kietzke. Some stores are currently open for business like Dorinda's Chocolates, Dolce Spa, Desert Strand salon and a dental office. Others to be opening this summer are Chuy's, Centro, Peren, and a whiskey bar. It looks like there maybe a few spaces still open to move into. The ReMax offices are located on Kietzke that represent the area. The store fronts face the center courtyard with nice large parking lots surrounding the shops. The courtyard has a giant chess board, bocce ball court, fireplace, and several seating areas. I think the area looks like it could be a great date night spot. My only thing- the signage to each store is kinda small and can only be read from one side. Hard to find what you are looking for on your first visit.

Yelp
The Village just keeps getting better as more shops move in. Dined for the first time at Mari Chuy's-such a great experience! Picked up some bread at Perenn and had a beer at the Village Well. Afterwards we strolled through the Center enjoying the sunset, fire pit and lighting.

Yelp
Went to the village at RanchHarrah today. It is such a neat unique place. There's something for everyone between Armando and Son butcher shop Chuy's Mexican restaurant say bourbon because his Grafted whiskey has all kinds of pours and Perenn Bakery so good

Yelp
Todo, we ain't in Reno no more. You can time travel and escape the hickness of this red city, at this spot. There's everything an entitled person with money to burn would want. You'll love it all, but you'll pay more for it. Folks seem happier and nicer here than the Walmart down the way. There's a dog boutique that supports a shelter for victims of domestic violence, there's the best bakery in Reno, there's a sustainable living store, a real deal health smoothie and juice shop that is also delicious. I can't wait to visit the spa.

Yelp
We attended Bacon, Bourbon, and Brews last night at Village at Rancharrah. It was a great place for this event. Lots of space to walk, vendors were set up throughout the area so everyone was congregated in one place. It was outside so no masks, but some of the grass was wet and squishy causing a little bit of a problem. Both men's and women's paper towels were never replenished so very thankful to Fig Tree Catering for sharing their napkins and a roll of towels The food was delish, every place put their spin on a bacon dish. Fig tree catering had awesome bacon Mac and 7 cheese, spinach salad, pulled pork sandwiches, and a crostini with marscapone, fig jelly, and bacon-yummy!!! Chihuahuas had tacos and micheladas. Mari Chuy's had fire roasted chiles with sausage. The chiles were fire roasted on site cool to watch!! Jonathan Chapin made skewers with mushrooms, shrimp, garlic, and bacon that were tasty too!! Verdi Distillery made a signature cocktail with their bourbon and watermelon juice along with other tasty items!! I really enjoyed Sierra Nevada Summer Break!! Also Imbib's Playa Dust. Hubby enjoyed PigeonHead's black lager. There was also a DJ that keep a lot of us dancing throughout the night!! There was also a silent auction that was run through 32auctions with QR codes. When I placed my bid on the item I wanted I got an email when someone outbid me and was given the option to outbid the last bid.

Yelp
The Biggest Little City is stepping it's game up big time. When I was back in Reno on one of our regular visits, we decided to check out the relatively new Village at Rancharrah. The entire shopping center is an experience. It's beautifully constructed, has an amazing atmosphere and the collective dining and shopping experience is next level. Upscale yet comfortable, a definite recommend to anyone visiting Reno.

Yelp
Be very wary of the shops / restaurants that their website says are onsite. Hinoki Sushi and Centro have never opened. Perenn Bakery is open but most of their baked goods are WAY over cooked and the bake at home croissants are the greasiest in town.

LA P.

Yelp
Love the Perenn Bakery here. It feels like a part of the Malibu Countrymart got transported to Reno. Very posh and so excited for the rest of the development to open!! Kudos to Rancharrah - the view of the main house is gorgeous.
