Best place to shop for nice quality clothes for work, special occasions, or every day! Cute clothes for women of all ages and tastes, as well as shoes, jewelry, and housewares. Thrift store (or better) prices but in a nicer & better organized atmosphere. All around a way better & more fun shopping experience than retail chains! I consign here too and it is a very easy & worthwhile process, but keep in mind they are a small local shop so are selective based on what will sell and are not able to take consignments every day.

First time, and I will be coming back! Amazing prices and really beautifully preserved 2nd hand items. Bravo! Purchased some summer dresses, top, sweatshirt, lamp and frame... shh $60 total.

A huge range of clothing jewelry and decor. Prices are on target. Items are in great condition. The displays are beautifully arranged and artsy. The staff are not so friendly. Not willing to really assist when asked.

Love this place! Staff is always helpful friendly and kind. My mom and I visited this past weekend they were celebrating there 5 year anniversary! Live music food and thrifting, so much fun! From clothes to homes goods and so much more there are so many treasures to look at, check it out for yourself!

The store has a nice selection of gently used clothing, accessories, and home goods. I love to stop in every few months since they always have a rotating selection and you never know what treasure you'll find :)

I absolutely Love village basement… it’s not a typical consignment shop. It really looks and smells like a beautiful boutique. The woman are so nice, very helpful and the displays are amazing! I always find something to buy!! Always! Love love love this store! Definitely worth the trip!

I haven't shopped here in years as I moved out of state. But I met a friend there recently and its just as lovely and we'll organized as ever.

Cute shop filled with reasonably priced "gems". Assorted goods including furniture, jewelry, crafted goods, wall art and clothing. Nice staff. Discount for cash.

I love this shop so much. The selection is different every time I come in and the prices are reasonable. I never struggle to find cute stuff.

My wife brought nice clothes their on a regular basis and always had a balance due more than a small amount, which she would then spend on other clothes. Well, recently this place was sold and the balance due my wife suddenly disappeared. Pretty crappy - especially that she was one of the first few customers that help established that place. Bad way for the new owners to start off in business.

I really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. This place is FANTASTIC. The selection is consistently changing, the prices are very reasonable, the shop itself is very clean and the staff members are super friendly! Definitely check this place out!

Second hand clothes and miscellaneous furniture, dishes and household items. Staff can be unpleasant and has been seen mocking customers. Would not recommend. Adheres to prices listed on clothing, will come down some on other items.

This is the most established consignment shop in the Mohawk Valley and for good reason. The owner is excellent at building relationships with her consignors and shoppers. She remembers them by name and has a sweet and welcoming disposition. In my early 30s, single professional and trendy with a love for fashion, I love he selection of clothing and home decor. Excellent quality with more than fair pricing. Some cons: the clothing can hear more toward an older crowd and the clientele isn't necessarily attracted to trendy or more up-to-date pieces. You'll be better off with Plato's Closer for these pieces. However, quality still is superior. The owner is fair in her percentages to her consignors as well. The only other issue I have had trouble with is the consigning process. It changes without notice and is really disorganized and archaic. The number system they've employed is most certainly a disaster waiting to happen and I can't imagine mistakes haven't been made a million times. Again, it's a minor issue to contend with when compared to all the positives this village gem offers.

Very kind, They only take women's wear. When I mentioned having things for children she pointed me out to Once Upon a Child in Vestal, NY (Binghampton) and another place out in Rome, NY.
