My husband, infant daughter and I stayed here in December. I can honestly say this was the BEST hotel we've EVER stayed in. We had questions about the hotel and suite options before booking, and the staff were so helpful. We ended up booking the Foch Suite and it was incredible. Our daughter is 9 months old and they provided everything we could have possible needed for our baby (infant bath, soaps, bottle warmer, diaper pale, pack and play, teddy bear, sleep sack and more!). The suite itself was BEAUTIFUL, we never wanted to leave. The location was perfect. The staff were excellent. We planned a tour of a nearby vineyard and the staff planned everything. We only had time to visit vineyards on a Sunday and usually vineyards aren't open on Sundays, but the staff worked to find us one that was open, we would have never been able to figure that out ourselves. We cannot wait to come back! Best place to stay in Bordeaux! We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here while in Bordeaux during the holiday season, and what a wonderful place to stay! Right near the holiday market, 10 minute walk to the center of town, close to the river and many fine bars, restaurants, and the public gardens! The staff was amazing, very kind and hospitable, and the room was unbelievably cozy and comfortable! Worth noting: the hotel bar is VERY good and makes some amazing cocktails. We will certainly be returning, as it was the most pleasant hotel experience we had both had anywhere as of recently!!

This hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager, Mohammed K., who helped us a lot during our stay. All their rooms were nice and comfortable, but we didn't like that our first room had the toilet on one end and the sink with the shower on the other, plus the sink was very small. We spoke to the staff, and the manager helped us get another room that was much better for us. It had a separate toilet closer to the bathroom, which was an improvement, and a larger sink area. We ordered room service, and the food was great. The AC wasn't strong enough for us, but the staff provided us with powerful fans that made the room nice and cold, just as we wanted! We also hoped that there would be a menu for the breakfast because we didn’t want to eat from the buffet but that was the only option.

Extraordinarily nice high-end hotel. Top notch service, with warm and friendly service personnel. Rooms very luxurious and nicely appointed - only negatives are small sink in the bathroom and toilet room is separate from bathroom, and does not have its own sink. Breakfast very good. Location is great, close to the old city and many restaurants in Bordeaux. Laundry service is quick and good. Great beds - very comfortable for sleeping.

Fabulous! We booked 2 Jr Suites and they were perfect for our family. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are exceptional! They couldn’t do enough for us. They even went above and beyond for my 12 month old grandson by providing every baby item we could possibly need. |We highly recommend this hotel!!! Location was great too.

Perfect boutique hotel. Everything you could want when looking for that special place in fantastic city. Perfect location and great staff. Our room (101) was spacious and quiet (looked into inner courtyard). Great bar-man who made some great cocktails and taught me a few new ones (B & B). Highly recommend this hotel. Stop looking and book it.

If you ever visit Bordeaux, you must stay at this excellent 5-star hotel. The staff provided outstanding service from beginning to end, and the room cleaning was impeccable, which is crucial for us. As for breakfast, what can I say? All the delicacies were excellently prepared and presented. Bravo to all!

Perfect! Definitely a 5 star hotel!! We had two jr suites, one with a 12 month old. The staff had everything we could possibly ask for for the baby, including a teddy bear, sleep sac and hand written note to the baby. We would recommend highly and will definitely be back! Thank you so much to the entire staff!
