Villatel Orlando Resort

Traveling with a group of 12 can be challenging, but Villatel Orlando made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. The home was stunning, with every amenity we could think of—spacious rooms, a heated pool, and even a private movie theater for entertainment. The kids had a blast, and the adults appreciated the thoughtful layout that allowed everyone their own space. The location was unbeatable, close to everything, yet the villa itself felt like a peaceful retreat. We loved the free shuttle service to Disney and Universal, which made getting around hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding; they were quick to address our requests and even upgraded us when there was an issue with our original booking. Villatel made our trip truly magical, and we can’t wait to return

We stayed in a 4 bedroom house. We had a great time staying there, everything in the house is new and looks high end, the kids loved the theme room and the private pool. The service was also top notch, we needed additional laundry detergent and it was delivered right away (with a lot of smiles).

I had a truly wonderful stay! The houses are absolutely amazing, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly large and spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to play and enjoy their time without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for the whole family to relax and bond together. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

The strict check in time is crazy even if room is ready. We were there 35 minutes early and still not allowed to enter. You have to wait on the porch with you cold groceries. Kids rooms are fun. It’s great that the kids room come with dusty corners. The room was clean so well I found two tynels laying around great for a family place.Please be careful the arcade machine was not stable enough looked like it could tip over very easily. Don’t feel like it was worth the money.

Overall stay was great. There was issues with their system verifying my husband's credit card. Ended up having to cancel the reservation and rebooking. The day of our arrival our villa was changed so we did not get the themed room we wanted for our girls. The glass door to the pool did not have any privacy screen so anyone outside could see inside especially with the lights on at night. Despite all of that, we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. They responded right way to any questions we had. Would stay with them again.

My husband was unsure about us coming here but as soon as he saw the master bedroom, he extended our stay. The interior design is fascinating-it kind of blends with the environment pretty well. Other thrilling features include the hero-themed kids’ rooms and the 27/7 available swimming pool. We loved this villa.

Villatel Orlando was perfect for our family vacation. It’s brand new and so modern, with amazing amenities like a heated pool, a movie theater, and an easy check-in process. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from Universal Studios. We loved the free shuttle to both Universal and Disney, making our trip stress-free. The customer service was fantastic, always there when we needed them, and the free gift voucher to Dezerland Park was the cherry on top!

Rented a large condo 7/12-7/14/25 and had a great time , food and drinks typical high price for FL resorts. Great service from Brian and Savanah, and manager Bear!!however... the other bartenders were awful, unfriendly and it wasn't busy. Don't know how they'd make it without the mandatory tip.

First, You can improve on hiring employees who won't steal from your guests. Specifically housekeepers. Our belongings didn't just walk out of the house on their own behind lock and key that's for sure! Secondly, when a guest notifies you of missing, lost, or stolen belongings, you can improve on circling back to your guests as soon as quick as possible. This shows you take the complaints and or inquiries seriously. Not doing either of the two mentioned means this company is one that should not be visited or used in the future. Had the employees not tip'd themselves to our belongings, they would have received currency as a tip. Definitely will not be coming back and won't positively mentioning this business to anyone.
