A little gem in Ravenswood. The winemaker gives tours and tastings. He makes wine onsite. It’s a process and a labor of love. My favorite is the super Tuscan, Barbera and Tenot. Movies nights outdoors for the next few weeks. The tasting room is very comfortable with plenty of cozy seating. Check out jazz nite one a month and salsa night as well!

A fun little place to have a glass of wine! You’re literally just a few feet away from where they make, blend, and bottle the wine. The bar is a nice comfortable room in kind of a warehouse setting. We did a Groupon here the other night for a wine tasting and had an amazing time. Madeline, the bartender, thoughtfully explained all of the wines and was very attentive. She couldn’t have been nicer or more interesting, a world class bartender. We got lucky and Warner, the wine maker, was there working during our visit and he walked us through some of the process and answered all of our questions. What an unexpected and cool delight! I haven’t even touched on the quality of the wines but would truly give every single wine we tasted an enthusiastic thumbs up. This little place knows wine and hospitality, I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. I just moved into the neighborhood and was so pumped when I found out that they had salsa night with live music on the first Friday of every month. I love that they have live jazz music frequently. The atmosphere is amazing. Please never stop doing these live music with dancing events!!!

Vin 312 is the literal definition of a hidden gem! We signed dup for a wine tasting that came with a bottle to go home with. Our host was fun, friendly and knowledgeable about everything we tasted! They have a small but mighty selection, we can't wait to recommend this spot to family and friends. Shop Local! <3

We popped in here on a whim 5 months ago and loved the wine so much we left as club members. Great wine, interesting varietals, and friendly staff. Every time we visit, it's a struggle to decide which wines to take home since we usually want them all.

OMG!! Have been a member for 4 years and love Vin 312. Most recently, Tempranillo 2021 was released for the first time. The most excellent locally produced wine ever! We served it with sloppy Joe's, Italian style, disordinato guiseppes. Thank you Warner.

It was basically a free wine tasting class filled with fun stories, interesting facts, and of course, great wine. Personally I was a fan of the Super Tuscan. My wife enjoyed the Cab Franc. But all of us Rosé haters LOVED the Touché Rosé. Talk about a fitting name. The small feel made this place stand out from all the other over-commercialized wineries and truly showed the beauty of unique and complex wines. Not to mention you can't beat the price!! This adorable little tucked away winery is a can't miss! It's attached to a nice brewery/taproom which is larger but just as cozy. You do need to enter in a side door or through the main taproom/restaurant to get here. Side note- heard the food is delish. Once you enter the winery room you will see it's low lit and warm and friendly. The perfect escape with friends or on a date. There are a few tables and some cozy chairs. They have a great tasting of 4 wines for about $15. At the end you get to state your favorite wine and get a little extra pour of it. Genius! It was so busy when my friends and I went (valentines event). We were warned but fine to be patient. The server took away a wine pour due to the busy atmosphere even though she didn't need to. She was an expert on the wines and I loved the red and rose. Honestly they were all amazing. Great wines and tons of passion behind the business. Go here. It's a delight.

Decided to try out this place after finding it on Groupon. I had a great experience with my tasting. I was able to schedule my tasting right through the Groupon app. The owner is very passionate about his business and he treated all guests well. Sometimes places treat their wine club members better but I was happy this was not the case. The tasting consisted of 5 samples, one of which was a cider. Overall I enjoyed all of the wines. With the Groupon I purchased we also got a bottle. It was a nice experience and didn't feel rushed. Something fun to do.

Loved this place! I found it out via Groupon. I was looking for a local winery and I was pleasantly surprised to find VIN312. The bartender Roy was very welcoming. I enjoyed all our tastings and I joined the wine club, of course! I can't wait to go back.

Great the lady. Was nice and knowledgeable. They had a Groupon option so check that out if it's still available when you read this. The wine is dry so if that's not your type of wine don't go. I'm not a dry wine drinker so it was interesting but it's worth a visit

Love this hidden gem! I've been so curious about trying a Chicago based wine and found it in ravens wood. The owner is amazing and the have tastings every weekend. When I entered I felt very welcome and I learned more about wine in the short time that I was there. My favorite wine so far is the super Tuscan blend. Took some to go. Will definitely be back!

I spent my 30th birthday here for a private event and it was absolutely spectacular. Warner was so knowledgeable and personable, it made the tasting and the experience so special for me. Thank you Warner and we will be back asap!

The wine is fine but don't sign up for the wine club. I canceled my membership over a year ago and they still continue to bill me to this day. I'll give them the first time but this has been multiple times now and the last time I still haven't received a refund. Now I'm going to have to claim fraud on my card and cancel it so they'll stop billing me.

Such a great "speakeasy" type of spot! We had to ask the restaurant next door how to find it, but it is worth the search! This wine bar is cozy and intimate, with twinkle lights and candles at every table. There are couches and comfy velvet chairs all around, plus plenty of seating at the bar where you can chat with the owner, Warner, who will teach you all about the wine he makes. He was kind enough to give us a tour and show us how he produces his wine while we tasted all of the varietals he has to offer. My partner doesn't usually like whites, but absolutely loved the Viognier! We ended up taking home a bottle of a Super Tuscan blend and even signed up for the wine club! I'm glad to know of this hidden gem and am looking forward to bringing my girlfriends here soon so I can continue to support this local winemaker. Thanks for the great time, Vin312!

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY during the zombie apocalypse! This is a wonderful, unpretentious, locally-owned winery that deserves your love in good times -- and definitely needs it in these crazy times. I happened to need a gift for a co-worker in Chicago, and Warner -- the winemaker himself -- literally brought it to her door. (And hopefully no further than her door, 'cuz viruses.) We're all stuck inside anyway, so drink up, friends. And when the mayhem ends, go enjoy some good conversations and great wine in Ravenswood.

I bought 2 groupons for this place and booked it. Got there just before 2 on 8/14 and they were closed. According to the note on the door they've been closed since July (before I booked our event) and are working on getting their liquor license. Why are you still selling groupons and allowing bookings? Very disappointing. Of course Groupon hasn't refunded me for this because since I booked it, it shows used. Your sign was out front. The store was empty. There were other people waiting outside.

We had a great time at VIN312. The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable. The wine is delightful! I've been hunting for a good local winery and I've found it! Joined the club and can't wait to see what they do next.

Our tasting consisted of 2 reds, a white, and a cider. The wines were made with grapes from California and the cider from local apples. I dont' usually go to tasting where I enjoy all of the wines that I try but this was one of them. I enjoyed the overall set of wines better than those of any tasting in California. The server, Sabrina, was delightful and did an excellent job taking care of us as well as explaining all of the wines. Food is not served here so I would recommend bring your own met and cheese platter.

If you want delicious wine personally served to you by the winemaker over lovely conversation, this is the place for you. Warner, you and your Dad are going to do great things! Thanks for being so nice to our group of friends. And the Rose-ay was delicious. I will certainly be back!

What a gem! We wandered in here and discovered delicious and reasonably priced wines with a knowledgeable guide who shared lighthearted and pleasant commentary on each wine. We are not getting out of here without purchasing a half case--this wine is a keeper!

This is a cute spot next to Band of Bohemia. We saw it while visiting there and have wanted to try it out. We finally made it in today and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wine. The space is "urban rustic" and has a nice vibe to it. We tasted 4 wines and ended up buying 2 bottles. I imagine at some point we will end up joining the wine club, as it is more cost effective and tastings are included. If you would prefer to hang out at the space, you can buy a bottle and sit at the bar area or in one of their areas with couches. I am looking forward to returning and trying some of their new releases in the future.

The owner was awesome! Very knowledgeable. I am studying to be a Sommelier and he was fun to talk to!

Vin's 2016 Super Tuscan reserve. Excellent, delicious, beautiful. Full bodied, dark fruit, mellow tannis. The wine is highly recommended as is the Winery and the great staff. Thanks VIN

This is a very nice local winery. Definitely come and support. Amazing wine and at good prices. We will be back and bring more guests when the new batch is out. Right now there are 3 to taste!

Small winery and taste room "hidden" next to Band of Bohemia. Owner is friendly and easy going and it shows in his wines. It feels like this is one of the businesses that starts as a hobby but continues to grow past the tipping point. My wife and I really enjoyed the tasting and went home with a bottle of each (4 different at the time of this review). Tasting room has a few couches and chairs, so bring some company. Currently only open on weekend nights.

The winery is a hidden gem in Ravenswood. Walking in you get a very homey feel. The winemaker does an amazing job at explaining the process of winemaking and he seems very passionate in his craft. If you are looking fora new place to unwind and have some great quality wine with some friends, this is the place for you.

Super fun and tasty, affordable wines from CA grapes but Chicago made. Would definitely recommend visiting the tasting room if you can find it.
