The 16 Best Wine Bars In Rome - Rome - The Infatuation

"You don’t come to Vinaietto for the best meal of your life. You come to stand outside on the uneven cobblestone street, wine glass in hand, striking up conversations with strangers. You’ll sip sparkling wines from northern Italy or Primitivo from Puglia, but don’t expect any substantial pairings—here, the only sustenance is a humble hard-boiled egg. All that adds up to a certifiable Roman classic establishment. Head here for a glass or two before dinner at Emma." - annie replogle

We love this place. We have come here every night since arriving. You can stand outside with a glass of wine and enjoy hanging with the locals

Google
The best wine bar! We stumbled upon this place by chance and ended up spending hours here trying different wines. The owner asked about our preferences and offered so many great options to taste. The selection is huge, with plenty of opportunities to discover something new or enjoy your favourites. Prices are excellent, and our only regret is not finding it sooner, as we would have come back every day.

Super tiny and cozy wine bar. You know it’s good you visit for apertivo and multiple parties are just standing outside with wine glasses. There are various chairs/stools first come first serve. Good wine and good prices! Snacks also available for purchase

Stopped in for a round right when they opened at 6pm. Great spot to chat and relax. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced for the quality.

Favourite wine bar in Rome. Get some pizza from Roscioli and pick a few nice wine bottles for aperitivo.

Great little local wine bar. It's small and can get crowded but you're free to enjoy some wine out on the street!

Google
Best little wine bar where you can choose a lovely glass among a very wide selection, then stand on the sidewalk sipping it and chatting with the locals. Or bring a snack and sit at the few tables inside. So great.

Drink a glass of wine with the locals here in the afternoon. We stand in and out on the street. If you like the wine you can buy a couple of bottles and bring home. This is the real Rome. We got 3 lovely bottles at reasonable prices compared to the Vivino app.
