The 16 Best Wine Bars In Rome - Rome - The Infatuation

"You don’t come to Vinaietto for the best meal of your life. You come to stand outside on the uneven cobblestone street, wine glass in hand, striking up conversations with strangers. You’ll sip sparkling wines from northern Italy or Primitivo from Puglia, but don’t expect any substantial pairings—here, the only sustenance is a humble hard-boiled egg. All that adds up to a certifiable Roman classic establishment. Head here for a glass or two before dinner at Emma." - annie replogle

Really good choice of italian wines by very reasonable prices!!! Wonderfull, totally relaxed, but indeed crowded atmosphere, people all around, inside and outside, sitting, standing, enjoying drinking and eating snacks (no real food here). Ordering only at the bar (there are simple rules above the bar). It's a perfect place to feel a local spirit and street life od Rome and, of course, to taste good wines.

Experience hanging at cool wine shop with a great vibe that serves a great selection of wines by the glass. Very reasonably priced. Nice shop staff who are genuine and welcome you there. We went on a Monday night at 6 and with no seats we just hung out outside on the street with the Romans who were grabbing a drink after work. Great wine selection with many wines that are domestic sold only.

Super tiny and cozy wine bar. You know it’s good you visit for apertivo and multiple parties are just standing outside with wine glasses. There are various chairs/stools first come first serve. Good wine and good prices! Snacks also available for purchase

Excellent! Self/bar service and very fair prices, you can't find a better deal in central Rome! Very lively

Interesting concept bar. Just enough places to stay in, and a big choice of wines.

Nice place to meet with friends, with a great wine selection. You can buy wine by the glass at the counter or get a bottle of wine to drink there. Gets really busy in the evenings with lots of people standing outside.

We love this place. We have come here every night since arriving. You can stand outside with a glass of wine and enjoy hanging with the locals

The best wine bar! We stumbled upon this place by chance and ended up spending hours here trying different wines. The owner asked about our preferences and offered so many great options to taste. The selection is huge, with plenty of opportunities to discover something new or enjoy your favourites. Prices are excellent, and our only regret is not finding it sooner, as we would have come back every day.
