Vinason Pho And Grill - Review - South Lake Union - Seattle - The Infatuation

"If you want Vietnamese food but are more in the mood for a banh mi, the ones at Vinason are excellent. You could also do a vermicelli bowl of some pho, but the lemongrass pork sandwich here with a squeeze of sriracha and hoisin is way better than a bowl of soup. photo credit: Erin Lodi" - Aimee Rizzo

The pho was really good, they also had keto noodles (extra 5$), and antibiotic free beef! It's mostly take out place, so not much about atmosphere))

Google
Fresh Broth and Perfect Portion ! So flavourful . I had the vegan one with tofu and worth the price ! I will definitely visit again ❤️

We used to have Vinaison pho delivered when we lived farther away, and truly enjoyed it, but I feel they have really lost a step in the last couple years. Just moved back to Seattle, and right across the street, so it seemed like a no brainer. Unfortunately, it just seems bland at this point. Really disappointing broth on both of ours. My wife also found the meat to be chewy in hers. This location is basically a take out counter, so I won’t weigh in on service or atmosphere. The order was ready on a timely basis. One of our other favorite places for pho in Belltown area shut down during the pandemic, so hate to say it, but will likely be doing delivery from a better pho place in another neighborhood down the line.

Paid $20 for 4 pieces of dry chicken, I definitely got catfished. The chicken is so dry and hard, and I already ordered dark meat. Not worth it at all.

There are days you just need food delivered. Comfort, expedience, just a little taste of happiness for treating yourself to a luxury. In the year 2025, when I spend $50 on a meal, I would really like to be able to say I got my money's worth. My spouse and I ordered the Tofu Banh Mi and the Combo Pho with veggies, brisket, and meatballs. Bo vien is not usually my first choice, but my childhood best friend was Vietnamese and they can feel nostalgic. I felt confident. Excited even. The portions were good! A decent amount of meat and veggies, lots of herbs, and a hefty amount of noodles. Cute logo, impressive packaging too. Stylish. But it fails on substance. The banh mi was dry and too light on the veggies compared to other places. The tofu marinade is too sweet, and the broth is much too salty. We ending up trading our meals. We just could no longer bear how intolerably sweet / salty the food became with every bite. We tried to balance the salt with limes we had. Even then, we didn't finish the pho. Maybe this is harsh, but there are so many good pho options in the city. Go there instead.

I was staying in a hotel a couple blocks away, and decided to grab dinner from here before a hockey game. I ordered at the store and waited for my food - the computer ordering system was easy, and my food came out quickly! There are some counter seats but it's mostly a take-out place. (I took it back to my hotel room.) I got the chicken banh mi and the pork spring rolls. Both were awesome! The banh mi especially was great. The bread was nice and crusty, and the chicken tasted great. I would definitely come back if I stayed in the same hotel again!

Google
Pho is good, but the online ordering system needs serious improvement. I ordered for a specific pickup time (1 hour later) because I'm sick and wanted fresh, hot soup ready when I arrived. Instead, I got notified 45 minutes early that my order was ready—completely defeating the purpose of scheduling ahead. I tried calling multiple times to address this. No answer. I sent a chat message. No response. Now I'm faced with a crappy choice either way: pick up cold, hour-old soup, or show up at my scheduled time and wait (while sick and potentially spreading germs to others) hoping they'll remake it fresh. This experience turned what should have been convenient into stressful and time-consuming. The online ordering system promised efficiency but delivered the opposite. For someone ordering ahead specifically because they're unwell, this failure hit especially hard.

Google
I love the food here, but the prices have gone way too high considering the quality of their food lately. Over the past couple of years, what used to be an $18 bowl of pho has slowly inflated into a $25 bowl of pho. I suggest checking out other local Vietnamese restaurants for more affordable pho.

Yelp
Ohmygod, I had some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had at this restaurant! They have so many vegan and vegetarian friendly options. The vegan pho broth is literally to die for and I will be craving it until I come back. It was extremely flavorful without being too salty, and it was such a comforting bowl of broth. I really appreciated that you can order just broth for $4, because I was able to have a taste of soup alongside my banh mi. The tofu banh mi is a delicious vegetarian option. The bread was soft and not too hard to chew. It was packed with a hefy portion of tofu and fresh, crunchy veggies. I walked to the restaurant, but I can imagine it being difficult to find parking. It's more of a small storefront actually but there are a couple of seats for you to enjoy your meal inside. I recommend placing your order in advance using the Snackpass app! I placed an order before heading to the store, and it was ready within 10 minutes. I will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu. :)

Yelp
Headed over to get a quick early dinner and we ordered from the digital counter. There isn't much inside seating and the space is small so we opted for the to go option. The order came out pretty fast and they provided all the utensils we needed. Spring Rolls - Pretty decent spring rolls, it was filled with shrimp, lettuce and vermicelli mainly but the star of it was the peanut sauce. It was sweet, creamy, aromatic and had a pretty bold peanut flavor. Pork Banh Mi - It was a decent size for two people to share. The pork inside was soft and flavorful from the seasoning. I enjoyed the pickled veggies for the freshness it brought and the bun was easy to bite into, soft with a light crunch. The only downside was pricing as it was 10 dollars for two spring rolls. Though for a quick dinner, this was a great option and they also had some pho and meal combo menu items as well.

Yelp
The good: convenient location with good flavors The bad: inflated prices for food amount I got a couple of phos and grilled pork sandwich and even reviewing the food pics you can tell the amount has gone down and prices are more than doubled. I expect my bahn mi to be overflowing and there was barely any meat or filling to cover the bread... so ratio is off

Yelp
Ordered delivery while in town for an event. Looked like a small hole had been burned into the top of the soup container, so a good majority of it spilled out by the time it got to me. Aside from that, I had ordered normal beef pho. It was not good. The broth had little flavor, and the beef had basically no flavor at all. Without the broth flavoring the noodles were bland. I personally will not be ordering again but I cannot comment on the in-person dining experience/food quality as the delivery time was a factor.

Yelp
I placed a pick up order and the food was hot and ready when I arrived. You are able to grab any to-go toppings or utensils needed. The restaurant is smaller, but there is some seating if u want to eat there. The Pho itself was really tasty the packaging separated the pho toppings like jalapeño, basil, and bean sprouts. The portions were fairly big and I had leftovers to eat the next day. I would recommend extra cilantro and onions when ordering pho of u enjoy like I do!

Yelp
I just ordered online to this restaurant Vinson and ordered the Bah Mi (Pork) . First of all I can't believe how much Bah Mi gone way up in price. But this Bah Mi is pretty good . I was impressed about how tasty and so much meat in these sandwiches, but only thing is that it was cold meat. I preferred hot meat.

Yelp
Solid spot for a quick bite in SLU! Staff is really efficient and helpful. I got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl which was pretty good! Portion size was really generous and I was stuffed after. The chicken was a little sweet for my taste but it was still pretty yummy. Vegetables were fresh and the vermicelli was great as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out for some quick and filling Vietnamese food!
google avatar

Candice L.

Yelp
I had the Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli with Fish Sauce and it was delicious. The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the greens balance out the greasiness well. I wish there was a little more of the vermicelli, but they gave a generous portion of meat and veggies. However, this bowl was $17 which was pricey, so this won't be a place I come back frequently but definitely a solid spot for viet food!
google avatar

Yelp
Vinason is a small place across from Trader Joe's in SLU with a contactless ordering system and limited seating. The food is fast and tasty, if a little pricey.

Yelp
Was looking for a quick meal after visiting the Space Needle and decided on this photo spot. Parking is a bit challenging here, but ended up finding street parking after a few rounds. The shop on a corner and very small, mostly take out orders. They do have 2 small tables outside (if weather permits) and 2 small bar tables inside. Ordered on a screen and waited for staff to bring us the food. They were friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 different Phos. Food wasn't too bad, would recommend paying for extra for the fresh noodles. The broth itself was very salty, but palatable (just drink a lot of water after). Not sure if i would return, but wasn't bad.

Yelp
I loove this chain :) This location is a pick up booth located in SLU. We ordered 3 spring rolls (normal chicken, lemongrass chicken, and steak) online. It was ready super quickly and perfectly packaged, also I love how generous they were with the peanut sauce. Only thing - they were out of banh mih when we ordered :( Maybe they ran out of bread or something.
google avatar

Treena C.

Yelp
I found Vinason because it was close to Soul Cycle so after a late afternoon class I headed over and ordered. They seem to prefer if you order online but you can order there as well. They do have a few seats inside- maybe 4- and then 2 tables outside so this is primarily a pickup spot. They were friendly when I had some questions as I did seen on their website that they offer egg rolls - but unfortunately not at this location. You order at a kiosk and then they bring out your order. I love the containers they offer so everything is easily packed. My chicken pho was perfect. I had plenty of chicken and all of the ingredients were super fresh. I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
WAY too sweet. Ordered the beef pho + lemongrass chicken Banh Mi. Both were overly sweet. Not authentic Vietnamese food. Steer clear of this place until the owner fixes the recipe.

Yelp
From word of mouth, I've heard this place was really good but I was a bit disappointed. Though the experiences I've heard about were from their other stores in Kent and SoDo. Overall experience was average as there was limited seating and small portions for the price. Walk in and order on one of their two tablets, fairly simple. I would encourage visiting the other locations for a potentially better experience (I believe the SoDo one has more menu items as well). I prepped myself for the vermicelli and it was all sold out so I was very sad. In total, we snagged a tea, spring rolls, pho, fried rice, and banh mi to try without the vermicelli available. Thai Iced Tea - good Thai tea, normal size and price point. No complaints. Large Shrimp Spring Rolls - would've expected more especially with the description hinting at plurality. In the end, it's $8 for one spring roll cut into two. Peanut sauce given is watered down and not viscous. Combo Pho - steak and brisket were very good and fairly large pieces as they weren't cut up too much. But besides that, the rest was pretty average. Broth wasn't extra rich or anything, something I'd find normally. On the side is a lime, jalapenos, and beansprouts, but no Thai basil. Beef Fried Rice with Extras - the bowl looked really good but it was just okay. Friend decided to add a bunch of extras so the bowl was upwards of $20 but the bowl itself wasn't super full or anything. It looked just like all the other pictures, so was there really much extra? Beef was great but the "fried rice" is really just white rice tossed in some oil for a short amount of time. More of a rice bowl than fried rice.

Yelp
Great spot for Vietnamese! The shop is very small so it's more of a grab and go place. I got the banh mi and it was so good!! The meat was very tasty and flavorful, and the sandwich overall felt really balanced with the veggies. I especially enjoyed the garlic aioli! If you're looking for a quick lunch (and in the mood for Vietnamese) this would be a great spot. I'd recommend the banh mi!

Yelp
[Review for catering] We went with Vinason Pho Kitchen for one of our team lunches, and ordered through EZCatering's website (which allowed edits to the order up to 24hrs before the delivery). We went with the Banh Mi platters, steak and tofu, which came pre-sliced but each platter is advertised as feeding up to 15 people. The Banh Mi was delicious, the sauce and toppings were a good amount but I have to take a star away as the portions for the actual steak and tofu were very minimal. I'd say there was more bread than steak or tofu, pretty disappointing given the cost per platter. Thankfully we did have enough for everyone but next time will certainly order an extra platter. The star of our lunch was the vegetable spring rolls. With or without the sauce, our team polished off the platter within minutes. Order arrived on time, and the driver even called when they were a few minutes away. Food was still hot, labeled, and well packaged. I'll certainly order from them again for a business meal, and hoping the portions being minimal was a one off...

Yelp
I am a lover of all things pho. This is my first time in Seattle and my husband and I were walking to Whole Foods for water and we walked by this establishment. The name immediately caught my eye. This is not a sit down restaurants although they do have a couple of seats outside. This is more of a quick order and take out establishment. There was a couple sitting outside the restaurant that heard me say "I wonder if it's good" and she immediately said it was. I decided to give it a try. I got the vegan pho that came with carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts, onions, basil, and jalapeños. It was very good. I would recommend.

Alicia Z.

Yelp
The portions are small, $15 salad, $8 coffee + tip (order from a tablet) I asked for no ice since there's no hot option and they gave me about 3ounces of condensed milk with a splash of coffee. So I asked someone to return for any coffee, they have no coffee, it's something they have to "microwave"? They took my 3 ounces and came back with a warm bowl of condensed milk with coffee and sugar with no apology. Idk, they could've just said no and given me a drink refund or some desert. Their service needs to understand their customers better. There's more seating, better food options and way better service at whole foods next door :)

Yelp
Love this spot! Know what you want before arriving. This is good for any time of the day, I personally recommend it after a night out.

Yelp
It's awesome to see that this place is still as amazing as it was 5 years ago, when I initially wrote my review. Stopped by today for a Bahn mi sandwich and ended up trying new amazing shrimp bahn mi. And even better, they happen to be making a fresh batch when I came by, so my sandwich was amazingly fresh and tasty. The bread was just as delicious as I remember --perfectly soft and chewy on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The staff was also really nice. I didn't see the macaroons anymore but they've Def expanded their menu in other ways. I can't wait to try the pho, next time I'm by. Thanks for a great meal! I highly recommend.

Yelp
I ordered pickup / takeout here and the food is prepared in a timely manner and packaged really nicely. At the moment, I don't think people dine in since it's really small unless you sit outside, but it's too cold for that. I got the fresh shrimp spring roll and beef brisket pho. The fresh shrimp spring roll is really good, and the shrimp is very fresh. It's definitely one of the better ones I tried, and the peanut sauce is just the right amount of sweet and salty. The beef brisket pho is decent as well, with noodles and the fixings nicely separated from the container of pho soup so that the noodles won't get soggy. Noodles are just the right texture, but some of the beef is a bit tough to chew, almost like cardboard, and the soup is a bit on the sweeter side and a bit too salty.

Yelp
awesome place to eat. Great taste for a reasonable price. It lost two stars because being a person with a disability I was told, " Vietnamese coffee is more concentrated and since I ordered little ice, my cup is only half full. " Funny thing is; they said the same crap in Buenos Aires 30 years ago. What's the lesson? Bigotry against the disabled is cross cultural, so enjoy the food here, but if you have a disability, don't get discourage. Discrimination is everywhere and the only justice you'll ever see is posthumou.

Yelp
Food was delicious, staff were pleasant and attentive, ambiance was quiet. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Yelp
Yummy little pho spot perfect for a cold rainy day! This place really is LITTLE and some of the photos posted here are actually of their other location! We asked the staff about it and they said they have 2 other locations, the owner wanted to keep this one because of its prime location. Keep that in mind because we were surprised when we arrived to see only 6 barstool seats which are separated so our party of 4 couldn't eat together. There were 2 outdoor tables but it was raining. There is a takeout window if seats are full! Anyways, the pho was flavorful and had a fair amount of meat. There menu is simple and there's only one size. We also enjoyed the steak spring rolls! The menu doesn't list the quantity - it was 2 for $7. The staff was friendly the entire time. Proof of vaccination required to dine in.

Yelp
WOWOWOW! This is a must try! I had the chicken vermicelli bowl and my boyfriend had the pork banh mi. The flavors were to die for. I love a good vermicelli bowl and banh mi and they knocked it out of the park. The bowl was flavorful and a great portion size. I didn't think I would be able to finish it but it was so good I couldn't stop eating it! The spicy sauce they have too is great to add to it. The banh mi was flavorful with a perfect amount of pork to toppings. I will definitely come back here!! I'm drooling over the food as I write this review LOL!

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant for Pho and Vermicelli Bowls. I like the rare steak pho and the chicken thigh lemongrass vermicelli. I usually have the food delivered, so have not actually been to the restaurant. However, all the food has been packaged in to go containers that keep the food fresh and aesthetically pleasing once it does arrive. I usually have to warm up the Pho broth, which is fine, as there was transport time. The to go container is a large bowl that I can actually eat out of. The same goes with the vermicelli. It is great that I do not have to do any additional dishes once the food arrives. I wish the pho came with a slightly larger portion of noodles though. The pho broth is extremely flavorful, which is a make or break it for me.

Yelp
This place has a prime location to scam Amazon employees. I paid $15 for a bowl of pho and it didn't even come with bean sprouts, basil, sriracha, or hoisin sauce. Literally the first Vietnamese restaurant that I've ever been to that doesn't give you free toppings for your pho. I wouldn't mind not getting free topping if the pho was cheap, but $15 for just broth, noodles, meat, and onions is kinda pricey. The pho itself was just ok. The noodles were clumpy but I got takeout so that's understandable, and the broth had a nice beefy flavor. The brisket was extremely fatty which I liked but I feel like they didn't give enough meat. I got 2 small slices of brisket and a couple of small meatballs (again it was $15). The spring rolls were also alright but they just had meat, noodles, and lettuce so it wasn't anything special. The food was alright but way overpriced compared to the other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. If you work on the Amazon campus the location is pretty convenient but I don't recommend it unless you can get your manager to comp your meal.
google avatar

Christina V.

Yelp
It's not the best, it's not the worst, it's reliable. They give you plenty of shredded chicken on their pho ga and the broth has a nice flavor (though not particularly robust). It's a great fall-back place. My cousin got the lemongrass chicken and was not impressed.
google avatar

Taylor N.

Yelp
i'm not tipping to do everything myself here, including pouring my own drink. also, over half the menu items were unavailable. hard pass- at this point i would rather pay extra to get something fresh from the ballpark.
google avatar

Jesse B.

Yelp
The food is 4/5 good, but WTF are these prices man. I guess it's Seattle but I find it crazy just ok to-go restaurants feel like they can charge this.
google avatar

Emili A.

Yelp
First of all, I needed a quick bite to eat and this place has a really efficient online ordering system. I could pay through the site and text messages were sent to update me on the status of my order. With that being said, I got the vermicelli bowl and viet coffee for $21 before tip; it was a little disappointing that the meat was very very salty. I almost felt like there were either not enough noodles or too much salt in the meat. I'm reading other reviews and I think a banh mi would be a better balance so I will definitely try that next time! Solid 3.5 stars. The viet coffee was extremely sweet, I added a bunch of ice to dilute a bit. There is very little seating so be prepared to take the food to-go or wait for a seat if everything is booked. Worth trying again and will update!
google avatar

Cameron T.

Yelp
I get this place almost every day for lunch. Their vermicelli bowls are and the pho is one of the few broths I'm willing to have without the extras added! So. So. Good. They're also very quick to get meals out.

Sierra F.

Yelp
Look no further! This cute Vietnamese place is IT! Looking forward to returning again and again.
google avatar

Sara V.

Yelp
Really good food, of course it's priced for the city but the quality is good and its still a good value for the area. I didn't receive one of the add ons but easily got it removed and reimbursed on uber eats. Got thai tea as well and it was so refreshing and delicious on a hot day. I got a tofu vermiccelli bowl and bf got pho. I ended up serving half the vermichelli the next day for lunch and it was still awesome and delicious. I used to order catering for large work events here - I'd get a few varied trays of banh mi's and they were super popular, fresh and delicious, and the service was consistent and reliable.
google avatar

Steven T.

Yelp
Pretty fire food, but like others mentioned, it's a tiny place with mainly outdoor seating. Feels like it's meant for takeout and online orders and it's excels in that area. Their menu is pretty small, but is highly customizable and covers most of the common Vietnamese sides and street foods like pho, vermicelli bowls, and spring rolls. (Their fish sauce is very sweet, so don't put it all in at once) As a someone who grew up around Vietnamese cuisine, it could be better and I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but it's fine for a quick lunch meal.
google avatar

Audry Y.

Yelp
I don't write bad reviews often but paying $5 for a drink and receiving the cup less than half full is kinda.... horrible? I've noticed this place has been skimping on portions but this kinda tipped me over the edge, just go to pho bac and save your money
google avatar

Marisa K.

Yelp
Warm, delicious, simple but flavorful broth in the vegan pho. The tofu was cooked to perfection, including in the tofu spring rolls -- it even tasted a little marinated! I got my meal delivered and everything was hot, fresh, and neatly organized (veggies separate from broth and noodles, etc). I've been looking for a new pho place in Seattle and this hit the spot! Can't wait to visit in person.
google avatar

Sara L.

Yelp
The pho here is amazing! I'm gluten free and their menu had gluten free items marked clearly, which was helpful. It was so good, I got it again during my visit to Seattle.

Kai L.

Yelp
The meat they served was raw. Not rare, not undercooked, just never-touched-a-stovetop raw. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I've had beef from sushi restaurants that was more cooked than this.
google avatar

Lindsey H.

Yelp
It's great that the SLU area has a place to grab some quick Vietnamese food! This is some place that I would come if I'm craving something fast and simple - like pho, vermicelli or banh mi. Their menu is smaller and doesn't offer many other Vietnamese dishes besides the standard staples that most people get. I was however impressed with the pho! I got it to-go and they packaged it really well so that the meat and noodles are separated from the broth, and the toppings come in a different lid type of container as well. When I got home, the soup was still piping hot. The noodles were great - they didn't stick together but also didn't break apart, and the meat was tasty as well. I personally didn't get pieces with a ton of fat which was so nice, and the broth was on point as well! I will say though that if you're a big toppings or sauce fan, ask for more when ordering! I definitely needed more, but Luckily I had a few things in my fridge I added right in.
google avatar

Jeff C.

Yelp
Would love to give 5 stars for the kitchen and chef because the food is great but don't order Uber eats from them. They forgot utensils when it was specifically requested in the order, like come on!! We ordered for 8 ppl and you forgot to include utensils, how are we supposed to eat it!!!!

Stanford L.

Yelp
Stopped in today because it is close to T-Mobile Park and I love pho (both Southern and Northern styles). I ordered the Pho Hanoi and it was probably the worst pho I've ever had. Based on other reviews here, other menu options might be better, but my bowl was so bad that I won't be going back to find out.
google avatar

Ami Y.

Yelp
The pho is decent but it's not my favorite because the broth is on the sweeter side. Small sitting area, so I recommend coming in by yourself if you want to eat in. One of the four-ish seating was taken up by someone that looked like an employee taking a break. He was watching tiktok or some kind of short-form videos with max volume the entire time I was there. That it made the experience quite unpleasant. Staff was not communicative and seemed frustrated to be there -- I guess this isn't a place to ask for hospitality but I wish that person could've been a little nicer with their tone.

Yelp
Just ordered chicken wings and got served 3 of the smallest wings I've ever seen. They were literally the same size as my pinky finger.

Yelp
Ordered delivery through Door dash and was not disappointed! Had: - lemongrass pork bun: super flavorful, pork was tender and not overcooked - lemongrass pork banh mi: awesome bread, great sandwich. Good meat to veggie ratio - brisket pho: very flavorful broth, could have had more protein Think we've just found our go to Vietnamese restaurant for delivery! Will definitely order again

Yelp
I ordered from here after trying Pho Bac. A couple things I wasn't too thrilled about: 1. The order had missing components, like onions for both of us and a lime for my partner. They told me they were out as they handed me the food, but I already paid and tipped, and I specifically order with onions. What am I supposed to say at that point when I'm given an incomplete order. 2. I ordered the vietnamese coffee for $5+ and the cup was literally half to 60% filled. I realize that might have been the portion size but it was weird to me that the picture in the menu didn't match what I received. I saw one of the workers preparing another coffee and it was literally 1/3 to 40% full, before adding ice in a regular plastic cup. I finished it in 5 sips. The menu picture and description needs to be more accurate. 3. The price was high for the quality received, cannot recommend even considering Seattle downtown tax. The broth itself and spices were solid, however, the meat was a really cheap selection imo as were the fresh noodles. 4. So much plastic waste, not a fan but that's just me it may not matter to others. 5. The area is tiny, it is meant for takeout, so I'm not penalizing the review for ambiance, please take the following with that consideration. The inside is okay. I had to set the table myself with utensils despite ordering with a spoon and chopsticks, they did not come out with chopsticks, and napkins for my partner. The table tops were not cleaned, but again it's a takeout place so whatever. No bathrooms. It can fit about 4-5 people max.

Yelp
Its a bit too pricey. $8 for one spring roll & the sauce wasn't that good. Will buy some sauce tomorrow at the store to finish eating them. Ive never been to a place where no one said anything to their customers. Its cool you can order the food yourself but employees do see you and walk by but dont say hi or greet. Was disappointed. For two people i paid $49 with tax. Sandwiches where sold out so it must be popular there but the bowls didn't have enough protein. Honestly ill never come back, seattle has too big of a selection of restaurants to go to unfriendly places. The only time anyone said anything to me is when they called my number.... Mind you its a small place smh

Yelp
I can see the appeal of this place being a pho restaurant with beer on tap next to the stadium. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: futuristic cool service. Order on the app and pick up your food at the counter. Serves really good alcohol options. Cons: I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to pho and the broth was sweet in a sugary way. Not to my liking. I had to use two wedges of lime and that's not normal as pho broth should just be perfect. -portion was kinda small. -eating out of a paper bowl is weird and not very Eco friendly tbh even tho that's what the restaurant is trying to promote. If you're truly eco friendly; reduce, reuse, then recycle.

Yelp
Had the lemongrass pork banh mi and the spring rolls here. Pork was delicious, vegetables were crisp and flavorful, and perfect amount of jalapeño. The bread was delicious too nicely crispy shell but soft and light on the inside. Not soggy at all even with all the fillings. The spring rolls were also really good. Thin and light peanut sauce. My only critique is a full order could use 2 peanut sauces instead of 1. Take out was fast, ready by the time I arrived. The staff was very friendly and I like that they have a seperate window dedicated to pick up orders. All in all, highly recommend!
