Vincci Rooftop Bar Gran Vía

Lovely terrace. Superb location. Cocktails were 14€, which seems steep, but is probably standard these days for rooftop bars.

Amazing view of Madrid with very tasty food and drinks…you need to wait a bit before going up ( price around 8 euro) and maybe also for the table on the terrace, but in the end it’s worth it!!

A very good location near Gran Vía in the center of Madrid, but the service unfortunately is very poor. The tablet was completly dirty and anyone cleaned it during all the evening. The strawberry mojito was very blend, light pink and full of ice (for 12€). The waiting time for any drinks neverending. And at last the stressfull momento of paying, it's like you are disturbing paying by cash. I think this was my first and last time here. Customer service is something else guys...

It s a nice rooftop near the centre area, on Gran Via street, you have a nice view, but 360 rooftop is much better. The drinks are good and very friendly bartender.

You don’t pay fee for entrance. Glass of wine is around 4,5€, there are also cocktails for 14€ The view is nice but not the best in Madrid. Since there are quite high walls it prevents from having the good view. But chairs are comfortable (bare in mind that during hot day there are no umbrellas and it might be very hot under the sun).

Great location for a late night drink and some tapas. We also stayed at the hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful place with incredible views of the Gran Via.

The reason I'm giving this one star is that the waiter tried to rip us off. What happened was that we started out ordering drinks. He brought us a tapa -- a free tapa is very standard in Madrid. Then we decided we were hungry, and with the food, bread was bought -- very typical in all of Spain. When we got the bill, we had been charged for the "appetizer" -- he thought we were just a couple of dumb tourists who would be too embarrassed to say something and would just pay it (even though we both speak Spanish). They did take the charges off the bill when we said something, but the waiter said, "in 80% of the bars in Madrid they charge for for the tapa (they called it the appetizer)," which is an outright lie and I told him so. I'm disappointed that this happened. I really like that hotel, but now I won't be back. And as I think about it, the last time I stayed at that hotel, the taxi they called for me tried to take me to the airport tried to rip me off. At the time, I thought it was the individual taxi driver that was dishonest, but now I wonder if ripping tourists off is a general theme at that hotel.

Really nice rooftop with a beautiful view but there were just two tables and they needed 20 minutes to ask the order, the waiter was doing everything except his job. Also the coffee was bad and we got something that we didnt order. Not recommended
