Vince Neil's Tatuado Restaurant & Cantina

We visited the restaurant located in the circus circus hotel on November 8th 2013. We should have acknowledge the fact that there was no customers before we even ordered our meal. The waiter was awful took forever to even come to our table and ask us what we would like to drink. There was a lot of employees walking around playing on there cell phones while I waited over 40 minutes for my meal (that doesn't include how long we waited prior to that. We had a coupon for there restaurant and they wouldn't honor it. The food wasn't that good for the price and the wait. The manager was polite. When we asked the manager what took so long her only answer was the cooks didn't know what they were doing. Wouldn't recommend!!!!!!!!

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. When the waitress found out that we were on our honeymoon and huge Motley Crüe fans she brought us a free autographed bottle of Vince Neil's Tatuado Vodka. Very nice service.

This restaurant does not belong in a Hotel like Circus Circus where everyone is lively, friendly and helpful. HORRIBLE Service we received at the Restaurant Vince Neil's. They will have people out in the hall area handing out coupons. DO NOT go there. It will not be worth your while. we received by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. We waited over 30mins for our food that our waitress did not bring out. they didn't bring out my very hungry 4 year olds meal. no one came to check on us as we all give him some of our food so he can eat with us as we look for someone to please help u sin getting his plate out. my other children got french toast with no butter or syrup but were so hungry had to eat it without because again no one was in sight to help us get these things. when Manager was finally ATTEMPTING to help resolve the issues she didn't seem to know why we were upset and needed her assistance then apologized that they had people call in so they were under staffed and that it was an on going issue with the service there and asked my husband if he needed a Job. very unprofessional. Had to basically battle with her just to get her to take off a plate from our ticket. So Horrible. This place needs a huge makeover! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE again and I visit vegas 2 - 3 times a year. if I like a place I will go back. I will make sure that anyone I know is going to vegas does not eat here!

this was our 3rd holiday to vegas but first time at circus circus. we went to vince neil's in the casino the first day we got there. the bartender was awesome and made us the strongest slushy drinks ever. we went back to the restaurant area for dinner, i had a veggie buritto and it was fantastic!! good protions. our waiter manny was the BEST!! everytime we went to the restaurant we asked to sit in his station. vince neil's offers karaoke monday and tuesday nights. tina runs the karaoke and she's just so fun!! so to sum it up you MUST go there for drinks and dinner/ lunch. if you are lucky vince neil might actually be there :) even if you aren't staying at circus circus its worth coming for the food and drinks

Good food and the majority of the wait staff was very friendly. Food took a while to come out but was tasty. 3 big tv screens n several small ones so it was good for watching football.

Food was horrible. The pancakes were bland, toast was cold and the bacon was limp. Its not good at all. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very vice, although disorganized. Don't eat here, its a waste of money.

Worst food ever. I'm not kidding. Worst chicken meal of my life. Bad fries too. Avoid at all costs if you own a taste bud.

The restaurant looks really cool but the staff and customer service is horrible! I will not ever go back or recommend to anyone.
