I met up with my friend here he comes to this place often I've never been it's pretty nice I sat outside and the restroom were very clean which was awesome. I ordered chili cheese fries and a chili cheese dog I didn't get a good picture of my chilled cheese fries sadly though but I did get a picture of the chili cheese dog I think they kind of skimped out on the french fries a little bit on the chili dog just a little bit but overall everything was really good I will say though with the chili cheese fries The paper under the tray that holds the chili cheese fries It doesn't do well with the food because it sticks to it and it allows you not to eat all your food I would say they need to figure out a different solution towards that I understand it's an easy clean cuz then you just throw away the paper but I think there should figure out something else That's one little gripe I had about it everything else was great.

We’ve been regulars at Vincent’s, especially during the pandemic, and it’s been a consistent favorite. Their patio seating is perfect for dining out safely, with the staff always taking the necessary precautions by wearing masks. When we opt for carryout, we’re always impressed by how the food stays hot, crisp, and flavorful. And just look at the size of their salads – huge, fresh, and packed with so many great ingredients. Every meal is a treat, and the quality never falters. If you haven’t already, give Vincent’s a try—you won’t regret it!

Google
Great place to hang out for dinner or drinks. Food was actually way better than I was expecting. Lots of options and reasonably priced.

Google
Got in mood for fish and chips, Google maped best local to south Austin, am now a regular, Damn good fish home made tartar sauce, fries are like thick potato chips but they are really good. Most of all kept my tea glass full in July right with ice. Can't recommend enough.

Google
Great parking. Free. Cold beer. Good food menu (I had the chili). Staff was attentive and friendly. Plenty of tv's for all your sports needs. Decent little neighborhood bar. We will go back.

Google
We love Vincent’s and have continued eating there when possible during the pandemic. They have well-spaced patio tables and the staff is always masked up. But when we want carry out, we’re never disappointed. The food is hot and crisp and delicious! And look at the size of this salad! Huge, fresh, delicious and tons of toppings. Definitely give Vincent’s a try!

Google
Absolutely phenomenal food, even from the simplest of dishes. One of the few places in Austin that’s consistent. It’s typical bar fare, but made really well. Great place to watch a game!

Greg Rosales

Google
Great place. Good food and good service. It seemed to me that the wait staff concentrated more on the bar patrons sitting at the bar. We had an awesome server prior to the shift change.

Yelp
Buffalo chicken wrap with Fries pictured Great place for food and drinks. Indoor and Outdoor TV's

Yelp
This is a place I really want to like. It has a great looking bar and had a pretty good vibe when I first came. However, they tend to treat newcomers like me as a second rate citizen compared to the regulars. The food is less than mediocre and the service is really lacking. Pretty sure I will never be back. I hope you have a better experience.

Yelp
I was gassing up on Brodie Lane, and noticed this little sports bar next door, so I decided to give it a try. Had a quick online peek at the menu and spotted a really promising hamburger, "Let's give this a try!" Really pleasant sports bar atmosphere, the bartender came over as soon as I sat down, really friendly people here. I ordered the house cheeseburger , and I was not disappointed. Delicious, hot fresh bun, perfectly cooked meat, and all the vegetables were fresh, crisp, and delicious! A really cool surprise was the custom spiral-cut french fries, so fresh hot and yummy! ! I strongly suspect that they are custom-spiral cut to order. They really were delicious. Another wonderful find in Austin, Texas, I will definitely be coming here again.

Yelp
Phenomenal wings and great atmosphere! Just your solid go to neighborhood bar. Great week night specials too. If you're on Brodie check it out

Yelp
If you are wanting a good local English-style pub, this is your place. Inside is full of rich dark wood. Bar looks like you stepped into the UK. Feels intimate. Outside patio is quite nice when it cools off some. Traffic noise isn't an issue. Their fries are great! Unique style that you won't find at any other place. They are good even ordered late at night like we did recently. Great draft beer selection. We prefer the local Austin IPAs and they have a variety of options. So many tvs! Most of them play sports but some don't. My husband and I enjoyed watching some Baywatch Bartenders are polite and welcoming, not to mention, You won't feel rushed even if they come to grab your empties. We've been here several times since they've opened in South Austin and we're very glad they did. It's lovely having a quite, sophisticated place to relax and have a brew.
google avatar

Jesse S.

Yelp
Best bar food you will get. Especially considering we don't have a ton of options in this part of south Austin. But the waitresses sleep with boyfriends. Like go out of their way to throw themselves at boyfriends. Be warned

Yelp
This place has really cleaned up. I've been back several times now and the beer, food, and cleanliness is all up to standard.

Tony C.

Yelp
My review is for the food. It is absolutely overpriced garbage. The waitress did a great job. Maybe some of the other dishes are better. However, the chicken fried steak and shrimp tacos were not good at all. Live and learn.
google avatar

Yelp
I'll definitely be adding this neighborhood bar to the list of spots to watch sports and hit up for happy hour. We visited on a rainy day for happy hour and ordered a cider, two well drinks, and a patty melt. The patty melt was cooked perfectly and was pretty rich, which made it delicious. The fries were crispy and good too. They had a bunch of TVs so I can see how this place would get very busy during sporting events. The bartenders were also friendly and attentive. Would recommend for a local hangout.
google avatar

Sav C.

Yelp
The wings are VERY good. Love a good crispy wing with a unique sauce. Buffalo chicken wrap was also slammin. Also want to say Betsy was lovely, attentive, and fun!

Yelp
A fun neighborhood bar. Great outdoor seating and you bring your pup. Everything we have ordered from here has been amazing. My favorite item is the brunch burger.

cobey c.

Yelp
Food is 4/5 Service is 1/5 If you're not a regular, don't expect anything. They dismiss walk in guests. Been coming here maybe two or three times a month for 6 months + Only reason I come back is for the food. I've never felt welcomed by the staff at any point. The food is just good and I'm close.

Yelp
My buddy and I went to Vincent's on a whim, because we know their food is legit. The Burgers, fries and shrimp quesadillas did not disappoint. On this Wednesday, June 14, there were very few patrons so we got a couple of prized seats at the bar. What was odd was the amount of time for the bartenders to acknowledge (or greet, as happens in most bars) or even wait on us. We joked that we must be invisible - which was funny, until it wasn't. We were there for food and beer - and they have food and beer. When the exact same thing happened to another group of 4 who also sat at the bar next to us - we watched and snickered. When time passed and they were also overlooked, we told them 'Hey, it's not YOU, its THEM.' - but they did not think it was funny. Honestly, they didn't stay - and who could blame them. WRT the service, energy, vibe of this place from the bartenders - after this experience, I can tell you I will NOT be back.

Yelp
Food is good and drinks good. But their menu said happy hour daily. I ordered well drinks and they were $2 more expensive than listed on the menu. I'm so tired of getting ripped off at bars. There never seems to be transparency. They just assume you are drinking so you don't care or won't notice. #clarkhowardfan
google avatar

Rachel G.

Yelp
I think we're all glad that Vincent's has become the neighborhood bar. It has everything you could ask for--plenty of bar seating, TVs constantly playing sports, dark interior, cheap happy hour, and actually good bar food. You really can't beat their $3 well drinks, and the food is not to be missed either. If you live in the neighborhood, come on by!
google avatar

Amairany M.

Yelp
Stumbled across Vincent and very glad we did. 1) Great service! (We sat at the bar) 2) The fries have no business being that good. 3) The music! Idk if it was a requested playlist or they play good music all the time but the jams were there. 4) Reasonable prices
google avatar

James K.

Yelp
This is a solid sports bar to go to. They have both indoor & outdoor seating and good food choices as well

Kelsie S.

Yelp
I (24 y/o) have come here multiple times (trying to give this local neighborhood spot some chances) but every time i have been disappointed. The customer service is always poor and the bartenders clearly only care about their "regulars." I won't be recommending this bar to anyone else anytime soon save your time & money and go literally ANYWHERE else!!

Yelp
I went for the 1st time about 2 weekends ago and was pleasantly surprised. After finishing an early gig, my drummer and I went elsewhere to unwind and have a drink. After being grossly overcharged and hanving our order messed up at another South Austin establishment, we headed here. The staff was friendly, served us what we actually asked for, and were great about not hustling use out the door. We were able to finish our drinks without being rushed, and they were friendly at the end of a busy night.

S K P.

Yelp
I hate to knock a local joint, but unfortunately I can't leave a good review here. I went to have a beer and a bite to eat. Server came and took drink order, and offered us menus. once drinks were delivered she asked if we'd like anything else....we let her know we needed just a couple of min to read the menu and that we intended on ordering food. Thats the last we saw of her as she literally went to every other table to take orders, then to her computer to put orders in, then to bus tables, then into kitchen, back to other tables , repeat. Even after our empty bottles of beer were placed on the edge of the table to let her know we were empty and hopefully get a refill, still nothing. We sat there for at least a good half hour , I know because we watched several innings of the Astros game to kill time while waiting. ... . When you're there for dinner, and watching other patrons come in and sit, order, and get there food before your server even bother to takes your order, it's infuriating tbh. My husband got up and had to go find her to give her his card to get the check. She was prompt with that but not so much to even apologize for the wait or delay or anything. Kind of bizarre tbh. It'd be one thing if she was in the weeds but she wasn't. Anyhow I'm sad to say I probably won't be back.

Yelp
Good service, good food the salads are huge and fresh. Can't wait to try the Chicken and waffle next visit

N P.

Yelp
2 stars instead of 1 because there are some good people and servers working there. Shianne, Emma and Jeremy. The manager George by far has the worst attitude of any manager I've come across in the service industry. So off and on depending how often you go there. Can be good to you here and there but if you don't keep going regularly he gets an attitude and ignores and smirks..total jerk! Wont go back til he is out.

Yelp
Alyson was great and all the rest of the bar staff! Good beer on tap and great food! Cool place to watch sports.

Superior Moisture P.

Yelp
Great place to gather with friends..... Bartenders are always on point.....great food and awesome place to watch sports..

Yelp
I have driven by this place numerous times and it's always looked appealing. Today I actually went inside. No one greeted us so that was my first impression. Angeline came up to our table after we seated ourselves and brought us waters and menus. I asked her about the Moonshine Slushies and she told me what they were offering. I got the blue lemonade slush and it was delicious. We ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and Hot Texas chili dog. Both hit the spot. Tvs everywhere. Good food and drinks. Angeline was super nice. I always appreciate good service. Highly recommend

Ashleigh J.

Yelp
I went to this place with a friend of mine for a quick drink and some appetizers and it was perfect! The drink Selection is large, and they have daily happy hour specials which is always great! We got queso and chips, Brussel sprouts and a few drinks and all of which were delicious! I would highly recommend getting the brussels sprouts! There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside so you can enjoy the weather if it's a nice day. The server was friendly enough, and parking was very easy.

Matt S.

Yelp
I would not consider this place a "sports bar", they will only put on games that the employees want to watch. The food is OK, but overpriced. The drinks are VERY overpriced.
google avatar

Blaire B.

Yelp
Happenin lil sports bar down in the brodie/slaughter area. Super friendly staff serving up surprisingly delicious food and drinks, with lots of tvs and seating options. It can get pretty crowded and loud in there (not too many options in this neighborhood) especially during sporting events. But the parking is decent and there are benches outside, too. If you're in the area and looking for somewhere to hang and/or catch a game, Vincent's is always a solid choice.

Earlie C.

Yelp
We came in on a Sunday for a burger and a beer. That simple. We sat at the bar and waited for at least 15 minutes without any sort of greeting or acknowledgment. It's like we were invisible. But I know we weren't because that's impossible but also the bartender made eye contact with me multiple times, but refused to serve or even acknowledge us. The bar was filthy and old drinks may around ignored. Needless to say we left and went to the next place. I will not be back.

Laura D.

Yelp
I wish the service was better here because I really wanted to like this place. The waitress that we always seem to get is lacking in all aspects. No smile, always have to flag her down and food was served cold. This last time will be our last.

Darren B.

Yelp
You are great people most of the time and your onion rings are fabulous, but your burger cooking is inconsistent and you somehow decided you deserve downtown Austin draft beer prices at the bad end of Menchac. Stop being greedy.

Barbara J.

Yelp
Chili tastes like it came out of a can and the huge amount of greasy melted cheese on top was gross.
google avatar

Tiffany S.

Yelp
After rough week with the power outage went for a quick birthday dinner. We had a great time the staff was amazing Betsy she was so sweet and attentive. The food was so good. The fried Brussels sprouts are amazing and the hot dogs (yes hot dogs) were delicious. Will definitely be going again. Great neighborhood place.
google avatar

Janet B.

Yelp
We had such a good time at this place! It feels like a neighborhood pub filled with friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and so attentive. We never had an empty water (or beer) glass, and they were just plain nice. With so many restaurants struggling with staff and service, it was a welcome change. The food was top notch as well! I had the brunch burger and my hubby had the mango habanero wings, and we split the queso and chips. (And by the way, their queso was hella good, especially considering they aren't a Tex-mex restaurant!)
google avatar

Patty J.

Yelp
The food and drinks are good. The personnel, not so much. Unless you're a daily drinker (a regular customer), good luck on getting any help from the employees. And if they do help you, it's as if you are disturbing them. Their attitude needs correcting. They don't acknowledge your presence. They actually ignore you. I really want to like Vincent's because it's in the neighborhood, but it doesn't feel like it has a neighborhood vibe.
google avatar

Tammy G.

Yelp
Great little gem! Great food and great service for a happy hour drink. The fried pickles are huge but oh so good! Fish and chips were great as well. We will be back!
google avatar

Juliet J.

Yelp
Me and my 3 year old were feeling hangry on a Sunday. I didn't want to cook, so we ordered for pick up from Chow Hound. I know there is a no children policy on the weekend. Waitress gave us water while we waited outside. Food was absolutely delicious and worth the extra 10 minute wait. We got the chicken and waffles and sunny side up eggs and home fries.

Christopher O.

Yelp
Good atmosphere. Feel at home type place. You have your regulars that frequent the bar, but they are nice.
google avatar

Cory O.

Yelp
This was a nice place to stop on my way home from work. They has a ton of beers on tap and the bartenders were really nice about letting me try different ones before I ordered. Never had the food, but the atmosphere and staff is great!

Yelp
I have been having a tough time finding a place to enjoy an adult beverage and watch sporting events in Austin. Most places are these large indoor/outdoor spaces with music and food trucks. Or located downtown. Or you have to drive 30 plus minutes. Vincent's Sports Pub is just down the road from home. It has plenty of TVs. I mean plenty. You can stand or sit anywhere in this pub and watch your game. AWESOME. A lot of thought was done here with the placement of TVs. Service outstanding. A very friendly and nice Team. You like beer. You have choices. Lots of drafts and bottled beer choices. Great feel. Very welcoming pub. Plenty of tables. Great looking bar. Nice crowd. No jerks or muscle beer dudes. I judge a place if my wife would feel comfortable alone. Vincent's Sports Pub passes with high marks. The food is very tasty. I had most of the apps and was very happy. Tasty. Great to share. Shrimp dish very good. Crispy. Wings have some pull and good. Nice pub menu. A scratch kitchen. I did not feel or taste it was a frozen product. Vincent's Sports Pub will definitely be my go-to pub for drinks and sports on TV. It has a nice welcoming feel. Combination of design of the restaurant, the bar placement, the tables, food and most importantly the staff. Plenty of parking. CC friendly. Union payment option.
google avatar

Suzan B.

Yelp
It was very good. Nice neighborhood pub. Buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious. Hotdogs were pretty good. Lots of tv screens to watch sports.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
If you're looking for a chill spot with better then average base food.... this is your place. It's a very casual vibe with a great drink selection. The only downfall is the lack of seating. This is not a big place and it stays pretty crowded. The food I've had so far has been pretty good for bar food. It's definitely a step up!
google avatar

Eduardo S.

Yelp
First time visiting and enjoyed the atmosphere. Clean. Flat screen tv to view sports. Friendly service. Great selection of beers and awesome food at fair price. Highly recommend

Yelp
So, haven't exactly figured out what to call my area where i live..however there are few places i do enjoy! ONE OF THEM...is Vincent's bar.. they have good friendly staff , great bar and a no frills, but on point approach on their food that comes out in a timely fashion. And Tod is a HUGE PART

Yelp
I should frequent this place more as it's just down the street from my house. It's a great little neighborhood bar. Dogs are allowed on the tiny patio, but you can smoke outside so there's that. The patio is small so if anyone is smoking you are too. ‍ This place is a sports lover's dream. I should have counted how many TVs there are. There isn't a bad seat in the house if you are there for sports. The food is decent. We had the shrimp appetizer, which could have been spicier. We added some hot sauce which helped. We also ordered the fish and chips to share. The fries were an interesting shape. We liked them. It was a Monday night so the place wasn't too crowded. I'm not sure what the places looks/feels like when it's crowded. If you live near this place, make it your neighborhood bar. Too bad they didn't have a frequent flier card for those of us that live close. ‍ *They do have Electric Jellyfish on tap.

Imogen S.

Yelp
Great neighborhood bar. Everything on the menu is great! Service is steady. Lots of beer on tap.

Yelp
So it's been 6 months or so since this place opened, I've been a handful of times since and thought I'd write a quick update. My first review came shortly after opening and we all know it takes time to get things in a good rhythm and sorted out, especially in the restaurant business. The menu was a little odd to me when opening but has since won me over. They often have specials and have even opened up for lunch. Last weekend they had a crawfish boil at a very reasonable $7 lbs. The beer selection seems to be somewhat static, fortunately they have several to choose from, but it would be nice to have several rotating handles, given we are in one of the best craft beer markets around. I was a bit surprised to learn a local Pinthouse beer was $7. It's only a dollar more than at the brewery, but still, this isn't LA. All and all, I like the direction this place is going, nice outdoor, dog friendly patio, food specials and hopefully some new local beers on my next visit.
google avatar

Joe D.

Yelp
this has been my neighborhood to go place. My review would have been 4 star originally. I dined there yesterday after not visiting for maybe 2 weeks. One reason i loved the place was their unique 'curly' french fries. Yesterday, i was quite surprised to see they switched the curly fries to the scoop shape that their sister pub, Brick, serves. Meh. Friends from north Austin would often ask when I was going to Vincent because they liked the curly fries. My friend with me yesterday, said the same thing, whaddup? i know it's not earth shaking but it made Vincent stand out for me. BUMMER

Yelp
Friendly service, good food portions. We went to watch a football game and had a good time.
