With all due respect they definitely should not call themselves an Italian restaurant. For this place only practically having one dish on their menu on top of that not even Italian naw I'm good lol! I mean Olive garden we all know they're most definitely not Italian but this place makes Olive garden feel 100% an Italian restaurant thsts pretty bad. Vinces is more for like toddlers when they want spaghetti with meatballs that's a hit right there! Guaranteed your kids will love this place. Service wise too, our server she had horrible attitude I mean there's bad and then there's horrible. The place was really clean and the booths were nice and comfy but that's really about it, think that was the highlight of our night. So yeah if you want microwaveable "Italian bland food" then you'll love this spot lol!

Google
this place is truly amazing. great food... great vibes.... really something special. I definitely will be back. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce... topped with melted cheese. that was spaghetti was BOMB 💣 was so... good. the garlic bread and cheese bread 🍞 was also delicious. only thing is... the place is expensive. make sure your ready to spend at least $120 for 3 people. meatballs didn't disappoint. they were really good. soup and salad was a nice edition.

Delicious! I've been coming to Vince's since the late 1980's. The original location is what I grew up on. I was in the mood for Vince's but the original location is closed on Wednesdays. I figured to come to the Rancho Cucamonga location. By 6:00 pm this place was filling up fast, the parking lot was full and the spaghetti was FLYING! Juan was fast, courteous and professional. My order was taken promptly, and the food was delivered hot and delicious. I went with the half order of spaghetti with meat sauce, two meat balls, garlic toast, and Italian dressing on my salad. Let me tell you I was happy with it all. Oh, and I added provolone cheese on top of the spaghetti! 😉

Driven pass this place so many times. I decided to pull over and give it a try. Great location! Super clean. Friendly staff. The spaghetti was very good. I’ve had better meatballs. The salad is just a small bland salad. Nothing fancy about it. It came with the spaghetti. I also tried a vegetable soup. It was alright. Would I ever come back? Yeah, maybe….. It’s a very, very small menu. I actually wanted chicken parm but this restaurant doesn’t sale this or lasagna. It’s not that kind of Italian restaurant. Are you really an Italian restaurant if your don’t serve lasagna? Hmmmmm…. Oh, it’s a little pricey. Happy holidays everyone.

Google
I saw this place and thought it could be the whole in the wall spaghetti place and it was exactly that. It's not fancy or upscale but it is pretty good and they give you a generous portion of food. I bought the full and I had 4 plates total and no I did not eat 4, I ate 1 plate and took 3 back to my hotel for lunch for the week. The meatballs were just right in density and the taste was good. The garlic cheese toast was the perfect companion and I will definitely go back and only get a half order next time. Go try it if you are in the area.

Google
Classic diner with an old school atmosphere. Spaghetti dinner with meat sauce and garlic bread is my go to order(salad included), but I have had the other options without worry and have been completely satisfied. The beef dip sandwich is a very good option, as are the huge meatballs. If your not a meat eater, no problem as the meatless marinara sauce is very tasty. So get out to Vince's for a reasonably priced meal and very good service to boot.

A family classic! Our family has been enjoying Vince’s Spaghetti for several generations. The ambience, food and service are great. I also want to note that they do wonderful things for the community. Great place to enjoy so delicious fellowship, and food.

Google
Food is delicious however the sause is very watery and not thick. I along with many others often leave with needing to urgently use the restroom before making it home. Service is outstanding usually. Place is clean and inviting.

Yelp
This place had been on my wish list for years and I finally had reason to be in Rancho Cucamonga (lovely area, but if you're not local, it's a ROYAL PITA to get to with traffic!) so I stopped in for a To Go order. I noticed that they close between 2-4pm (very European, which is cool) and it was 1:30 so I rushed in. I was met with a very strong chemical cleaner smell throughout the lobby, bar and restroom. Very off putting; this should be done during closed hours and what I should be smelling is the food. That said, hours later when I finally got home, we proceeded to have an amazing dinner. So simple - the dinner special for 2, which includes salad, soup, pasta and bread - but wonderfully executed. the meat sauce was to die for - my partner declared it "Elevated Chef Boy Arr Dee" which I know sounds funny, but it's true! The garlic bread had excellent seasoning. The minestrone was the best we've ever had and was even better re-heated the next day. The salad was just basic iceberg with shredded carrots - I added garbanzo beans and Romano and it was delish, as is their house oil and vinegar. We are now craving this, LOL. The problem is, with only 3 locations all in the IE we won't be able to visit that often...but we will keep this as a reminder any time we are in Ontario, Rancho or Temecula!

Yelp
This spaghetti joint is freaking awesome! It's nice and dark, big enough to accommodate a large group. You have enough space between booths so you don't have to listen to baby Jr son of bitch cry the entire time while you eat your meal, like at the old spaghetti factory. The hostess was nice and the server was knowledgeable and friendly. The food portion was large!! The portion size is so big it could fill in the booty part of a pair of leggings, making your eyes pop out of your skull. The flavor of their tomato sauce is unreal. I questioned every bowl of spaghetti I've had in my life before. I cried, I laughed, I ate. When I told my therapist, all they asked was for directions to Vince's spaghetti. The soup and salad was included in the dinner special. Great value by the way, can't beat it, not even Michael Jackson could beat it. The cheese bread is crack like. I woke up in cold sweats mumbling....gaaarrlic bbbrread. It is crunchy, buttery and flavorful. I'd sell my kids or steal a car radio to be able to get that garlic bread. Overall, this spaghetti joint is beyond dope! It's good for a date, family dinner, or like me.....a kind of fit kinda of fat gorge fest with the wife and pigs. Bring your friends or family because they have to experience Vince's spaghetti. Or don't bring them, so I don't have to wait to be seated. This is a must before you die....true hidden gem.

Yelp
Great casual eatery with huge portions. I ordered a half portion ($9) and it was plenty for me. I preferred the red sauce and the spaghetti, but both sauces and pastas were good. I like that they have a very simple menu with just a few items. I also highly recommend adding the fresh cheese. Service was also quick. We came on Saturday around 5/6 and were seated right away and we had our pastas out in 15 min.

Yelp
Super affordable and delicious pasta! When in the area I always make it a point to stop by Vince's . The restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30-2:00pm then again for dinner from 4pm-9pm. The lunch deals include soup or salad, garlic or garlic cheese bread and pasta for around $14. Fantastic fresh homemade pasta, fluffy bread, and amazing sauce to dip your bread in. The portions are huge so bring your appetite and expect plenty of leftovers. You can order any pasta with shredded provolone on top. I highly recommend getting it baked. If you want good pasta at affordable prices. I would definitely make a stop here. Plenty of parking Large dining room Dedicated area for takeout orders

Yelp
My cousin brought me here for some real authentic spaghetti and omg is she right! The minute we got out of the car I can smell delicious aromas. We both got the Vince's dinner thtat included soup and salad. And everything was amazing! The minestrone soup had a ton of veggies. The cheese and garlic rolls were savory and crunchy. And the spaghetti sauce was definitely not a chain sauce. You can taste the hours of simmering, the freshness. and just the decadence and love. The place is big but busy (even on a weeknight) and I can see why. The service was also top notch. Everyone was friendly, checked on us several times, answered any questions. The portions are also humongous and there was enough spaghetti left for another 2-3 people! We are usually in the area to visit family so will have to include this place on a 'must visit' list. Just have to come hungry.

Yelp
Inexpensive food that fills you up. A complete dinner of soup and salad, half portion of pasta and bread is about $17. Just a half portion of pasta is $8.65. I got just the half portion of meat sauce. Stephen got the half portion of meat sauce with cheese ($2.65 more), and we split an order of garlic bread. The pasta was covered in cheese! We left satisfied and full!

Yelp
I came on a busy night on a Saturday. Vince's does have a parking lot so no need to look for parking. Okay, you should only come here if you're cravings for spaghetti and that's it. Vince's spaghetti does spaghetti well and that what you should order. The menu is small and straight to the point. Its nothing fancy and the price is right. I ended up getting the dinner special that comes with garlic bread, soup, salad, and spaghetti. Next time, I'll just order a full order of spaghetti and that it. The soup was okay and the salad was more dressings than salad. The spaghetti tasted kind of watery but somehow it tastes so much better the next day. I don't know what's about it but I have been cravings to go back. There is a magic to it. They do serve lasagna and sandwiches too. The service is on the slower side. I think I'll prefer ordering it to go when I go back. Overall, if you're cravings spaghetti this is your spot.

Yelp
Was there for an early lunch promptly at 11:30 AM, when they opened. The actually opened the doors a wee bit early. Sitting was prompt. The restaurant was very clean at that time and the aroma of meat sauce filled the air. service was prompt. I ordered the Lunch #1 and added a sausage. Drink was brought and a few minutes later my meal. Wow, the meat sauce was great, the sausage cut with a fork and the garlic bread delicious. I highly recommend Vince's as a must try.

Yelp
Vince's Spaghetti is a timeless staple and never disappoints! I've enjoyed numerous meals here over the years and have always had an enjoyable experience. From the rustic, classic atmosphere to the caring service, Vince's is some of the best! Recently, I was informed by a friend they sell their sauces in half pint, pint, quart, and gallon sizes, which is perfect for holiday and/or family gatherings! I quickly visited their website and placed an order for a couple gallons of their meat sauce and a couple quarts of their marinara sauce. I set a convenient time for pick up and paid online. After worship rehearsal at church, I drove over to Vince's and my order was sitting there waiting for me, piping hot and packaged nicely. They also include the cheese for topping! All that was left to do was boil our own pasta of choice and feed the masses! It was a hit! Everyone enjoyed the meal and left full and satisfied! Thanks, Vince's!

Yelp
The ambience is family style but not too loud. The food is basic but good. If you like fancy this is not the place for you. Basically 2 or 3 pastas, 2 or 3 sauces and a salad like we made at home. Garlic bread yummy! It is good, just not fancy.

Yelp
I've had the spaghetti and meatballs from here multiple times and always taste great!! I took my girlfriend here for her first time and we both ordered the half size spaghetti with meat sauce and she said it was delicious! Very generous portions!!! The garlic bread was also very good and prices are very reasonable! The service was good and food came out fairly quickly. We did have to wait about 15 mins to be seated but usually normal because this place gets packed! There's a lot of seating and the restaurant is very family friendly, also very clean. I recommend this place for some good spaghetti!!!

Yelp
Old school and comfort is what you get at Vince's. Portions are large enough to share. Been coming here for years - looking for a good spaghetti meal, this is your place
google avatar

Yelp
VERY Good, totally decent spaghetti w/meat sauce, This review is for an online order, but I have eaten there in the past and the service is always very good and quick. Everything was packaged perfectly and easy to assemble at home. The full order of spaghetti with meat sauce for four of us was like the book Strega Nona with the spaghetti that just kept coming. I can't believe how much they pack into that full order. Served four women no problem. I must say a couple men in the mix and we could've put an end to the spaghetti. It was very good and everyone raved about the flavor. The antipasta salad was great as well. Loaded with shredded provolone. Eat in or take home, Vince's is a solid good spaghetti dinner. Menu is very simple with just a few options - that's what makes it so good. You know why you're going there.

Yelp
We have been going to the Ontario location since I was a kid, we were asked to go to the Rancho Cucamonga location for a family member that was out of town together. We had 10 people, it was before 5 and they sat us all in a cramped hard to get in booth. Our elbows were touching etc. I did ask if they had different type tables besides the booth, they said they had a banquet area, but that's all they said?! Booths are very uncomfortable. Our server seemed annoyed with servicing such a big crowd, and you could feel the negative attitude. His name was Jesus, we were nice and patient with him. We did ask for separate checks, & he seemed VERY annoyed by that (it was 4 separate checks) He did get a nice tip from ALL of us separately. It made us feel uncomfortable with our out of town company. He didn't check on us as much as we would have liked to. He didn't even take care of us at the end, and I seen him walking around. Now the food is always spot on, it's delicious and always tasty. We won't be back to the RC location due to the staff, and the horrible hard and uncomfortable booths. At least the Ontario location has long open up tables and chairs they can sit you at so that the whole party doesnt have to get up when one person sitting in the middle of the big booth doesnt have to get up.

Yelp
Food was so good and fresh! We got sat right away and the servers were pretty efficient. No complaints with this dinner at all. Large portions so we definitely have lunch for tomorrow.

Yelp
We love Vinces, just wish they served Pinot Grigio! My grandson is 9 years old and he said Vinces is his favorite restaurant!

Yelp
Been coming here for years and always am satisfied with the value, service and overall quality of Vince's!

Yelp
What a blast from the past, hahah! This is so nostalgic and made me so happy. The food is large portioned and so good. The service was fast and friendly end the restaurant is very welcome and clean.

Yelp
Best spaghetti I have ever had. Mostacoli and meat sauce with a bowl of cheese! My favorite meal. I live in Redondo Beach but will drive to Rancho at least once a month to get a to-go order!
google avatar

Carolyn V.

Yelp
The food was delicious. We all ordered the Vince's Dinner half order. There was so much food. It comes with a cup of soup, house salad, garlic or cheese bread, and spaghetti or mostacholi. Glad we ordered the half order. I took home 3/4 of my pasta as there was so much food. It reheats well. I ended up having enough leftovers for two more meals. There used to be a Vince's Spaghetti in Torrance. I never had the opportunity to eat there before it closed. Now I wish it was still open as I would probably eat there at least once a month. Unfortunately the Rancho Cucamonga location is a bit far for me
google avatar

Rich S.

Yelp
Since Vince's left Torrance, which was a regular spot for my wife growing up and she introduced me to after we started dating - she especially craves it. So coming home from Vegas is a great opportunity to stop by and have a spaghetti feast. And yes we did! We got here a bit before the dinner rush, so there was no wait. My wife mentioned that the bread seemed different, not in a bad way. The soup, spaghetti with meat sauce was all very good. I was a lasagna eater but didn't see the old special.

Janette J.

Yelp
My fiancé and I love Italian food and are new to the area, we found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. We both ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing we waited 20 minutes to be seated and our sever Angel really created an amazing unique experience for us! We will definitely be returning and asking for Angel to be our server again!
google avatar

Wendy L.

Yelp
Good food. Decent price. Good service. Vince's spaghetti is pretty consistent with its food and service over the years.
google avatar

Lillian J.

Yelp
So glad we took the time to drive to Rancho Cucamonga from the Coachella Valley to try this place. We arrived right at 12 noon when they opened. Place was already getting busy, so that's a good sign. The service was good. Waitress was really nice and patient with us. The dining area was cute. Rustic looking. The food was served pretty quickly. Portions were nice. Food was hot. Taste was really good. What threw off the whole experience and kept me from giving this a 5 star, was the take out containers we were given to take our leftover spaghetti in. Chinese carry out containers. I ate about a quarter of that huge plate. Plate was probably about 12x7 inches and we were expected to slide that into the small opening of the boxes. We made quite the mess as spaghetti and sauce were running down the sides of the box. Great place, only recommendation is to maybe get different containers for leftovers.
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
Best sketti's ever! I love it here. My in laws have been going here for decades and now I'm hooked.
google avatar

Sherry M.

Yelp
Great food, ambience & service!! I forgot to take pictures, probably b'cuz I couldn't wait to start eating. We had a great server that made us laugh as we all ordered so much food, he said, "you guys came to eat!" Vince's is one of my favorite restaurants that we miss very much since moving from California. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Ruben B.

Yelp
This is not a horrible restaurant but it's definitely not somewhere I would go to again. Portion sizes are huge so if that is enough to sway you into trying this place, then this restaurant may be worth a visit. Customer service was great as well. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone was attentive and nice. Food was ok. We ordered the Mostasagna and it was cheesy and saucy as you would expect. I will say that there was a bit of a background taste that wasn't my favorite. I am not sure if it was maybe too much oil or butter but it had this oily taste that came forward which was a little off for me. Also the salad was doused with dressing. It felt like you were having salad with your dressing instead of the other way around. If you love ranch dressing, you will love this place. The bread that you get with your meal was great as well but very buttery. It became too greasy for my liking. Honestly I would go to Old Spaghetti Factory instead. Or for good Lasagna or any kind of pasta I would try Old World Deli. Their food is all around great!
google avatar

Kristin A.

Yelp
If you are in the area with a large group that wants simple comfort food, this is your spot. We went with about 9 kids and 7 adults. While the wait was a while they do accommodate to large groups. One of the kids wanted spaghetti and he sure got it. We all did. The restaurant looks dated and I believe that's what adds to its local popular charm. And there are large portions. Also, they have white spaghetti on the menu - it just means buttered noodles.
google avatar

Dianne D.

Yelp
Service was great. The staff is really nice this is why I've given 3 stars. We were a party of 4, took about 25 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday night. Not bad in my opinion. The food was ok, didn't really feel like it was anything special. The soup was like something you could probably get out of a can. The salad was just iceberg. No additional veggies or croutons. The sauce that they're famous for was something I feel you could out do at home on your own. It was sweeter than I prefer. The meat sauce wasn't bad, however again it was on the sweeter side. I'd probably go back if someone in our group wanted to go but I wouldn't go back on my own. We have a lot of really amazing Italian restaurants in the area and I'd rather eat at one of those.
google avatar

Claire M.

Yelp
Very disappointed with Vince's Spaghetti. This isn't the first time our online order has been messed up, and it's extremely frustrating. They don't take phone orders, so we're forced to order online--which wouldn't be a problem if the orders were accurate. We paid a lot for basic spaghetti, and now one of our family members has to share because their meal was missing. We were all looking forward to dinner, and now someone has to go without. This is unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that we rely on online ordering since coming in isn't always convenient. We expect better consistency and attention to detail--especially from a restaurant with such a long-standing reputation.

Yelp
Ah, Vince's Spaghetti! Five stars, and I'd give them a sixth if Yelp allowed. Imagine, in my day, pasta was a rumor told by sailors -- "long ropes of flour you twirl on a fork!" they said, and I thought them drunk. But here in Upland, they heap it by the mountain. The sauce is a crimson river, richer than a king's treasury, and the meatballs are so mighty they could be used in battle as musket shot (though it would be a shame to waste them). The bread arrives warm as a hearthstone, ready to rescue every last drop of sauce like a faithful squire. The place itself feels like a banquet hall for the common folk -- loud, cheerful, and overflowing with portions so generous I nearly wept into my napkin. Vince's is no mere meal, it is a rite of passage. Five stars, and long live the noodle!

Mary V.

Yelp
There for b-day celebration Food: spaghetti, meatball sandwich excellent ! Meatball covered I sauce delicious. Service: At first, got seated was ok. Then waitress was very rude, my mom asked about drinks, she said read the menu! Her name is 'Katherine, terrible! Ambiance: very friendly, everyone there seemed very happy. But waitress Katherine needs to work on her attitude!

Yelp
After a disappointing Italian meal from another restaurant, I felt like I needed a redemption meal for some good old fashioned spaghetti. Who doesn't like a good lunch special? I was close by to Vince's so I decided to stopped by. It has a cool old school vibe to this place as it is touted as being along Route 66 and open since 1945. I did enjoy the soup that came with my meal and also enjoyed my spaghetti with meat sauce and the ample amounts of garlic bread. I secretly wish that the garlic bread had more garlic. Maybe I'll ask for that next time. The best part of the meal had to be my waiter. He was extremely friendly and brought my food out with a pleasant demeanor. I'd definitely come back here again in the near future.

Yelp
We were looking forward to this place because several friends recommended it. We went at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, so we were surprised to see several other people there at such an odd time - usually a sign that it's good food! However, we had a disappointing experience. We ordered a full size of the mostaccioli to share between the two of us. Because there's so few things on the menu, the speed was amazing! Literally 3 minutes to get our entree!! However, out came spaghetti, not mostaccioli. We didn't realize at first when the waiter delivered it, but only when we put our forks in a few seconds later. We called the waiter back and told him, and he said they would be right back with the mostaccioli, and he put his arms out to take our spaghetti plate. We were surprised, as usually restaurants comp that kind of thing and let you keep it. I awkwardly said something like, "Wait, you guys are just going to throw that away, right?" He replied that they would compost it. He stared at us seriously/blankly, not seeming to understand at all why we were asking. It seemed like such a strange thing... I'm very anti-food-waste, so it was just baffling to me that they would take a perfectly good plate of spaghetti and compost/trash it! He wasn't getting it, so I had to awkwardly say something like, "Well, we're fine with keeping it and taking it to-go or something." He said he wouldn't want us to get charged for two. I said something like, "But you're just going to compost it, right?" I did not say it in an aggressive way - more like a dumb-founded way. He replied very seriously, "We have a very good compost." o_O Anyway, just a couple minutes later we got our plate of mostaccioli (basically spaghetti, but with penne noodles). The serving size was nice and large and more than enough for the two of us. However, the dish was just... pasta. Really nothing tooooo different than what we could have cooked at home.

Yelp
Easy to order take out online. Food delicious but if you order to go put salad dressing on the side salad tends to get soggy.
google avatar

Calvin C.

Yelp
My date and I were able to come here around 7pm and only waited about 10 minutes. I think we were able to beat a dinner rush so it will be a good idea to come a bit early for peak times. The interior felt historic with the amount of old and new construction but overall very spacious. The food was good! The soup and salad were nice openers, the spaghetti was a massive portion for the price and it was yummy. I think there was SOMETHING missing in the spaghetti in terms of flavor to hit me with the 5 stars, but overall, I think that this place has a great affordability, a straightforward menu, and I enjoy the overall experience. 4/5

Yelp
Last night, my daughter and I ate here at this iconic Italian restaurant off of Foothill Blvd Route 66. I have been coming here for many years. It is such a wonderful place to be while laughing and making new memories. It was nice being here. The restaurant appeared spotless inside and outside. Our server lady was so attentive, and each other person that brought utensils and food out were very kind. We got so much food to last us through dinner and for a couple of days of awesome leftovers! We ordered 2 full order dinner plates of the Mostaccioli with meat sauce, which was so good! The dinner comes with salads. She had ranch and I had Bleu cheese dressing. It also came with cups of minestrone soup and two garlic breads each. To quench our thirst, my daughter had cherry Pepsi, and I had water. Most excellent meal! You gotta come here!!! See you again soon, Vince's!!!

Kato B.

Yelp
Not sure what happened. Food is usually delicious and spot on. We ordered take out and i had drain at least 1/2 a cup of salad dressing out of the paper takeout box and dressing is still coming out after i dumped it on a plate. The salad was wilted and inedible. Maybe someone new working in the back. Not sure. Very disappointing as we live over 30+ miles away.

Yelp
My past review still holds true to this day and this shall always be a childhood and adulthood favorite of mine! They have the best garlic bread and I am still weirdly obsessed with their plain white buttered spaghetti after all this time! It helps that they always have consistent fast and friendly service too!
google avatar

Yelp
Plenty of parking available. Old school looking italian restaurant, but very clean. Friendly service with a smile. Very small menu consisting mostly of red sauce pasta. Everything single thing they serve is done so well. From the salad and soup to the entree. The pasta is cooked perfectly, the sauce is incredibly flavorful, and the bread is toasted to perfection. We don't live anywhere near here, but we will be back!

Yelp
I have been going to Vinces Spaghetti, starting with the original Ontario location for 47 years. I was excited when this location opened up years ago as I lived in Upland. Last night I placed an online order for a 700pm pickup time. Just meat sauce and garlic rolls. I was on my way home which is additional 45 minute drive. I waited 20 minutes for my order. I saw a couple of guys thru the window opening jump up on a counter with dirty shoes and on there cell phones. I witnessed the cashier standing with her back to the register and also talking to other employees as other Customers waited to order. She was oblivious to the fact they were even there. After 20 minutes I walked over to the register to ask for a refund. I saw several teenage boys doing more messing around than actually working in the kitchen. They seemed to start working when the older gentleman, presumably the supervisor came back inside after stepping out for a few minutes. The cashier walked up into the kitchen and got my order and brought it to the counter. No apology for the wait, nothing. Just placed the bag on the counter. I would like to add that the cashier tried to give me someone else's order when I walked in. A couple of full dinners etc., for someone named Kristi. I new it wasn't my order and told her some, but after my aggravating experience, I wish I hadn't been paying attention and taken it home. Vince's you need to do better. This is the 3rd online order that has been messed up. I am pretty sure that it is because the staff has no pride in the service they are providing. Disappointing is an understatement.

Yelp
Since moving to the Rancho Cucamonga area a few years ago, I've wanted to try out Vince's. I have nostalgic memories of Vince's from when I was a kid. We came to Vince's when I was 11 or 12. I had good memories of the experience. So when my wife asked be where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner, of course I said "Vince's ". When we arrived the parking lot was packed. I was excited by that, thinking it must be really good food. I was disappointed by my experience. 1. The interior of the restaurant was old and Dusty. Old is okay with me but when you don't take the time to clean your restaurant for so long that the architectural elements and decore has a noticeable layer of dust, that shows a lack of respect for your customer, which is unforgivable. 2. Our server did not greet us. He did not introduce himself. He just walks up to the booth and says "What can I get ya". The service got no better the rest of the evening. Sitting drinks, salads and soup at the edge of the table for us to sort out. 3. The food was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The salad was straight out of a bag. The soup appeared to be straight out of a can. if it wasn't canned they should consider switching to a canned product because what they are serving does not taste like it was scratch made. The sauce was heavy, bitter, and over cooked. It lacked the brightness and zestyness I expect in a good sauce. The biggest fail though was the amount of water in the bottom of the plate. Come on man just drain the pasta! I know a lot of people love Vince's but I was really disappointed with the entire experience. The lack of respect for the customer shown by not cleaning the restaurant, not properly training wait staff and not caring about The quality of their food really made the whole evening a waste of time and money. I see a lot comments indicating the low prices. Dinner for two with a beer and a wine was $60. That's not inexpensive.

Yelp
My husband and I went to lunch here with a friend a few weeks ago. He ordered a meatball sandwich. He ate it so fast that I didn't even get a bite! I ordered a half portion of the spaghetti with meat sauce. The portion was huge! I barely put a dent in it. The garlic bread was absolutely delicious! I look forward to eating here again!

Yelp
I am 30 years old and I have been coming here for 30 years. Seriously my first memory was eating at Vince's Spaghetti. There is no place like Vince's. I'm like the food critic Ego from Ratatoullie becoming nostalgic with the first bite and transported to so many core memories eating Vince's. My all time favorite dish is the white butter spaghetti. It's so simple yet so delicious. I don't know what they do to the noodles or butter sauce, but it's heavenly. I also love the garlic bread. Perfectly toasted. Many times for special family gatherings we order the family meals. Comes with salad, garlic bread and meat spaghetti. We always get a side of provolone cheese. Game changer. Service is great. Catherine was very attentive. She made her rounds frequently. Very friendly. I've always had great service in Vince's. Ambiance is simple. Vince's hasn't changed and I don't want it too. It is comforting to know it has the same charm. The space is clean. There is also an extensive to go counter upon entry. I know I'm biased, but I will continue to come here until I'm an old lady using a walker with my brittle bones. Vince's has a special place in my heart. Best spaghetti in the IE.

Yelp
My favorite place to grab spaghetti, I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Everything I have tried is amazing, their soup is the best and the bread is always warm and super crispy.

Yelp
Vibes in there are super chill and kinda nostalgic, like something out of a throwback movie. Staff was nice, food came quick, and I left full and smiling. The wait was very short too. The vince's sub was 10/10 would definitely recommend as well as the french dip.
