Vinci House - Guest House

An amazing stay at this boutique set of rooms on the second floor (with lift) of this multi purpose block. There are a number of hotels and private appartments in this block, not far from the Rome Termini rail station. Ideally situated, you can walk to most tourist places within an hour max and you have the benefit of being right in the centre for all the restaurants and bars.|The rooms are spotlessly clean, large for central Rome, with air con, fridge and a very smart bathroom. Other guests have remarked on how good the owner, Vincenzo, is. Wonderful host and extremely helpful if you are unsure of where to go or eat.|Will definitley stay here again when I vist Rome next.

We stayed here for 5 nights and could not have wished for a better place to stay.|Firstly, Vincenzo is a magnificent host. He is proud of his city and although we were tired from our journey, it was worth listening to him tell us about the best places to visit.||The room was spotless and anything we needed was just a WhatsApp message away. He even made sure we had gluten-free snacks in our room every day.||Proper air conditioning made our room extra comfortable as the weather was hot when we were there.||The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the rail station and is really easy to find because Vincenzo sends directions.||If I can give you one tip to follow from Vincenzo, visit the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major|(Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore) before you leave Rome.

Location: - Very close to the central station - colosseum is just a 10 min walk - cafe and restaurants are nearby Room - clean room - not a big room but it works as we only used it for sleeping Vinci was an amazing host. Reached out prior to the trip and also recommended nice places and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Vinci House. Our host was excellent as he detailed the wi-fi, security access, and the 'must sees' in the area. The accommodation more than met our needs. The location is really great too. Highly Recommended!!!

We are so happy we stayed at Vinci House during our visit to Rome. The location is great, right near Termini station and Monti, and walking distance to the Colosseum and the Forum. The rooms are spacious and clean and comes equipped with air conditioning. Not only the rooms were great but Vincenzo was an amazing host. He took care of us starting from when we landed in Rome with detailed information on how to get to his place. When we got to the guest house, he welcomed us and informed us about all the good places to see, eat and hangout. He is an amazing communicator. Whenever we had a question, he always helped us out. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2022. Owner contacted us a few days before departing and was great giving us advice on best way to get to them (we landed at Ciampino airport and went to tourist information who gave us a ticket for €1.50 which allowed us to get the 520 bus and then the metro) which took about 45mins and really simple. When we arrived, the owner was really lovely. He gave us great tips on where to visit and answered our questions. There is a brilliant large map in reception and also given a map which we made notes on.||Room was spotless and great space, aircon was perfect too with a mini fridge and kettle.||All main attractions were really easy to get to, got the underground however to Vatican as about 45mins walk. ||There's also a little luggage storage for cabin bags in the reception which was so handy as our flight wasn't until later in the day. ||Thank you for a great stay, if we visit Rome again we will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service provided by Vincenzo. He is a lovely person and provides a perfect introduction to Rome and Italy. The hotel is exceptionally reasonably priced, in a fantastic location within walking distance of many famous sites including the coliseum and right next to the main train station. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We stayed in Vinci House in October 9-12, 2019 for four nights. The host/owner (Vincenzo) made our stay a memorable one with his daily communication to make sure our visit was perfect. The living area and bathroom were very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the the location was perfect (only a few blocks from the train station). Water and snacks were provided free daily, which is something you don't see very often. Our first trip to Rome won't be our last, and neither will our visit to Vinci House! We highly recommend you stay here!
