Vincitorio's Restaurant

I will not be coming back and this place is lucky I didn't take note of everything and call the health department. I saw glowing reviews but clearly they are not valid. If you send out lasagna frozen in the center and gnocchi pomodoro with pesto microwaved to the point where the cheese has curdled and the oil has separated I can not leave a positive review. The service was great. Food was severely lacking. For a Valentine's day meal I was completely disappointed and made sick by the gnocchi. Also, the fact that a supposed amazing Italian restaurant is empty on Valentine's day speaks to its level of quality. $70 frozen, microwaved laziness. Replace your "cooks". Clearly they can not prepare fresh food. Pathetic. Edit: I forgot to mention, once the lasagna was reheated for the third time and was served back to me, I just put it in a box and took it home. My dog wouldn't eat the meat sauce. She looked at me as if she was being punished. At this point I trust my dogs palette over everyone that left a positive review for the food. The new owner is going to lose this business shortly after buying it and making it worse. I didn't realize that was possible. Vincitorio's was what we call mid quality a few years ago. It has definitely declined. All of the 5 star reviews are from people that have no idea what fresh food is or from people looking to manipulate Google reviews to pretend as if their opinions are valid or to become a "local guide". As local guides to the Phoenix area, please bring people here to show them how terrible Vincitorio's is. Maybe it will change for the better for once, I doubt it. Edit: This giant paragraph may not look proper but I am not writing a thesis statement as to why this restaurant should be shut down. It's disheartening to find that so many restaurants, specifically in Arizona, are subjected to such lack of caring for their consumer base.

This is second year we came for new Year dinner. And it was enjoyable having dinner and listening to music. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

The food is delicious and they have an extensive collection of wines, and will help you to find the right pairing. Place can feel a little crowded as some of the tables are set close together. There’s live music on certain days. We’ve been there quite a few times and it’s become one of our favorites for Italian food.

Hubby surprised me with date night here for my birthday! We were greeted and seated front row to the piano which was a surprise as it was our first time! We had the pleasure of being served by Marcie who gave great recommendations through and through from wine to appetizers to food! Everything was incredible, the food fresh and the flavor made us feel like we were back in Italy on our honeymoon! Really great, authentic Italian food! We also got to meet the beauty and the brains behind the operation, as well as chef since it is family owned! I'd say we'd definitely be back but we literally went back the next night for take out pizza that was so go good..our now go to ◡̈

I went there with my family on Christmas Eve .as we walked in the owner greeted us and handed my wife a rose wishing us a merry Christmas. We got seated right away. The atmosphere was filled with a great Christmas spirit as the owner Imad continued handing out roses to all the ladies as they walked in. We ordered their Christmas specials I had the seven fishes and my wife had the chicken parmigiana and the kids had their pizza and pasta of course, I must say the food was an absolute delight the service and ambiance were unmatched . The live music was awesome. I must say we had a great experience it was truly a night to remember. Not to mention the owner recommended a wine that was absolutely a spot on. We will definitely go back. Thank you Imad for making us feel at home. We will see you on New Year’s Eve.

Loved the vibe here. Food was great. Service was awesome, thank you, Juan. Excellent wine list from all regions of Italy. Live music was at the perfect volume to enjoy and still be able to talk/hear your dinner mates. We will be back for sure!

This was one of our favorite Italian restaurant for years and started going more often ever since LaStalla (our favorite) closed. We were very surprised in July to find out that it was under new ownership. We felt that the food stayed the same but the portions are definitely a lot smaller for the same price. My husband has to eat more bread to be satisfied and I can finish a meal which is not something I usually do. Also service was rushed. We did have an issue recently using a gift certificate and things got "testy" for a while but was resolved. We left the restaurant very upset and after 10 to 15 minutes realized we left the leftover lasagna on the table. I went back in and they said they threw it away and wouldn't even go back in the kitchen to check. I think we will find a new Italian restaurant. Nothing can replace LaStalla's.

Oh my gosh. Was so amazing. Love the small town feel with huge portions for the great price. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. It was middle of the day, yet I'm told night time dinner with the piano playing is worth it! Can't wait to go back!

I made a reservation for a Christmas Eve dinner in October. As soon as I arrived with my family that evening, we were greeted by Imad the owner, and he was handing out Roses to all the ladies that walked in, wishing all a Merry Christmas. The restaurant was humming with a great vibe. We got seated in the wine room that was oozing with the holiday cheer. Live music that was very pleasant adding a sense of romance and joy to the atmosphere. I had the Christmas special, the seven fishes and my wife and kids had the chicken parm, pasta and pizza, not to mention the wine that Imad the owner recommended was spot on. I must admit it was a great night we had lots of fun. Food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. I thank you Imad for making me and family feel at home. We will see you on New Year's eve.

I went hearing mixed reviews from friends but the food I got was some of the best pizza and Bread here in phx. Peopls said the pizza was to greasy but it wasn't really at all it was perfect also the staff were grea,they would be there every time I fin my water to refill it and were all nice people. It wasn't dirty at all I can tell the try there hardest to keep it clean all in all I truly rec this place for you.

So this was a weird dinner. We went on a Saturday night and had reservations, so we were seated immediately. Our waiter came to visit quickly and was very amiable, but he was the only waiter working that night and quickly became overwhelmed. When he was at our table, his gave us his full attention, but it was hard to get home over to us when we needed him (like to order food). I blame the management on this because they seemed oblivious to the fact that service was so slow and that they needed to provide additional staff and help during the busiest time of the night. The food was generally pretty good. The Bianca Pizza was fantastic, and the ravioli carbonara was almost too bacon-y (how is that even a thing?) Everyone else seemed pleased with their dishes as well. The other issue we ran into was volume of the live music. It was a single classical guitarist playing background music, but the speakers were so loud that it was very difficult to have a conversation. We asked several times for the volume to be turned down, but it never was. Honestly, the room was small enough that no amplification or speakers should have been needed. So, in summary: good food, slow service, and a general lack of awareness of the atmosphere. Two of those are a caused by management and should be easy enough to fix. Maybe next time I just get a pizza to go...

After a long & foodless day, I pulled up yelp to find something nearby that sounded like a great place for my husband and I to decompress for an hour or so and enjoy a meal together. Vincitorios was nearby and looked good, so we headed over. We were quickly greeted and sat- the hostess and staff were all very friendly. We were sat in a room with a stage and a bar. The room was crowded and the walkways between tables extremely small. So people are bumping into/kicking the chair constantly. We ordered the calamari & the chicken parm dinner. Our waiter asked us twice if we were okay with the spicy marinara. I love spicy stuff- so no big deal. It was just their regular, extremely sweet, marinara sauce with red pepper flakes on top. The calamari was on the light side of fried, but it was the best thing we had at Vincitorios. The salads came out and my husband said his was really good- the Caesar. It looked good. My salad- just the regular salad, was not very fresh. The onions were soft and wilted even. The chicken parm dinner came with a side of broccoli that had visible brown rot on it. The pasta was extremely overcooked - it was mushy and cold. The chicken parm was an extremely thin piece of chicken. Like literally three credit cards thick. The guys walking around refilling drinks refilled my sprite with water twice. So I started having to say "it's sprite" as soon as they came by. But they did come by often! In the summer, I am sure they are a godsend! We had to hit a drive through on the way home even through we dropped $60 here. I suspect the good reviews are because everyone in the dining room seemed to be a regular. The waiter and busboys were chatting with every table extensively, except us, of course. But asking about school & the family. So I suspect this is a neighborhood hangout joint.

We arrived and were greeted and seated in the wine room. The live music started shortly after our arrival providing a pleasant atmosphere. We shared the anti pasta appetizer, and then both ordered the Seafood Fradiovolo for our main, which includes clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and calamari in a spice tomato sauce served over linguine. A salad and garlic bread was included. We enjoy a bottle of Pinot Noir with our meal. The food was delicious and service on point. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We tried Vincitorios on a recommendation as we've been looking for a good Italian restaurant in our area. First off, Emily our server was great. The young man bussing tables was also very good. The food? So so. We ordered calamar to start. Good not great but I'd order it again. My wife had lasagna, just ok. Lacked flavor. I ordered Maccheroni Al Forno. Not good. Just a lot of pasta smothered in cheese with meatballs. No flavor. The mushroom soup that was included was excellent. It was the best part of the entire meal. The setting was nice and service was very good but based on the food I doubt we will return.

I want to love this place but every time I come here there's some sort of issue with service... I'm the only one sitting at the bar and the guy that comes behind the bar to keeps opening wine bottles has not even acknowledged me. Literally no bartender to be found.

So this place as soon as you walk in... smells amazing!!! I've been looking for an Italian place and man we found it... I'm so hard on restaurant because I always compare it to back home in Ca well this place did not make me miss my hometown at all.. our server was amazing but the young lady for refilled our drinks and pretty much clean the table for us was even more impressive.. I've never wanted for anything and my drinks were always filled, btw they are Coke products so yes!!!! And a win for me We got cheese sticks, lasagna cheese, ravioli, sausage, peppers, with pasta, and a sandwich a Philly sandwich to be exact.. so yum the place is good if you want a cool date night or even to bring the family it takes you back you lose track of time Honestly I felt like I was eating in the great hall at Hogwarts. I was almost waiting for one of the ghost to appear. As you can tell I'm a big Harry Potter fan We will be back for the pizza it look amazing but we didn't get it that night

Food was bland and we went on Christmas eve so the menu was blahhhh. Service was good. Ambience fine. Was disappointed as I thought we had finally found a genuine Italian place. Not even real grated parm.

12-23-25 Dinner with friends From the moment we walked in it seemed something wasn't the same as last visit Which we loved, service was poor at best and new owner or whomever this guy was inserted himself into our party conversation 3 times this night, very annoying, then when wife ordered a grand marnier it came out less than was expected so she sent back, this guy proceeded to come back to our table to mansplain why her expectations in this drink choice wasn't what she was thinking it should be, very rude about it and even came back to our table again and even followed us outside to keep harping on about the ordeal, not ever going back Gone are the days of Mario

We really love this restaurant! The owner was actually raised in Italy and brought his knowledge and talent to Tempe. The atmosphere in this restaurant is romantic and rustic. On one side is a rustic looking room with black and white checkered tablecloths and the Stonewall what's the murals painted in. The other room has a bar and has a wall full of wine bottles. There's a piano and on weekends someone is playing live music for dinner. There's a third room off of the wine room that seats large groups. There's a good size menu with the standard Italian dishes that were used to at most restaurants, and some more authentic, less common dishes as well. There are sandwiches and pizza on the menu, too. Hubby ordered the Chicken Scarpara, which is chicken with mushrooms and pepperoncinis in lemon butter and white wine sauce. It had quite a bite to it, but it was absolutely delicious. It served with a side of pasta marinara and broccoli. Definitely enough food for a couple of meals. I ordered the Ravioli di Formaggio. Even though it's simple cheese ravioli, the red sauce with so delicious. Both were served with warm garlic bread and a salad or Italian wedding soup. Both were good.

What a pleasure to dine here. The ambience and decor were relaxing and beautiful. There is a full bar, the restaurant makes almost ALL of their own pasta onsite, the service was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the food - our group of 3 tried a meatball appetizer, cesar salads, and different entrees (eggplant parm, ravioli carbonara) and ALL were terrific. We will return!

We got to the restaurant when it wasn't busy at all. We ordered right away. It took over two hours to get our food. We talked to the manager multiple times and he said he would give us a discount for waiting so long. In the entire two hours we were never offered refills for our drinks. We asked for refills multiple times and didn't receive them until our food finally arrived. In the end the discount was only $10 off of our over $100 bill. It was a really poor experience.

The food was good but the server was stressed as she was the only one waiting on the front room. We didn't dare order desert or coffee . Apparently they thought it was a slow night (Friday) so they did not have enough coverage. The hostess was overwhelmed with takeout orders and then was drying silverware on a side area next to our table. We felt like we were dining in a Cracker Barrel paying premium prices. All in all it was very disappointing . $100.00 later which included the tip . Not the classy Vincitorios of the past. We use to love going for the unique atmosphere and service. Instead of understaffing on a Friday maybe rethink how it affects your staff and your business. The waitress was not the issue she was doing her best. She was amazing considering the poor decision of the owners.

The place didn't even smell like garlic bread cooking or anything. We've been here many times. She forgot the cheese sticks. The food that tastes good was my daughter's manicotti. My granddaughter chicken Alfredo was too thin and tasteless. My lasagna was a flop. I couldn't see any layers. My husband frozen dessert was so hard. He couldn't even cut through it. It just wasn't the same. Olive Garden would have been better.

Very warm welcome with great wine suggestions. Once enjoying wine together, my friend considered an appetizer. He was delighted with meat ball choice as an Italian by birth. Lynn's pleasant and helpful demeanor added to our pleasure. She made our one hour wait time until showtime a memorable gathering. Food good: service amazing. Hope to return for luncheon meal soon.

Earlier this month I made a reservation for a family lunch at this Italian neighborhood restaurant. I've eaten there prior and I liked the food. It's not upscale and neither does it serve known specialties. Upon arrival I noticed there were limited starters and entrees available.It was a "New Years Eve Menu". I wasn't aware that a neighborhood family restaurant was going to charge approximately 70% more for dishes that usually cost between $18-$22. The cheapest dish on the menu was $29 for some pasta and eggplant dish, and the most expensive, the lamb Oso Buco was $59. I paid $37 for pappardelle ai porcini. I figured I might find some rehydrated porcini in the sauce, but no! Just sliced button and portobello mushrooms. My husband's dish was served lukewarm, and he had to send it back to have it reheated. The other dishes we ordered were mediocre at best. Thankfully they had an overpriced , yet very limited children's menu. The place was nearly empty, the service was below average and the overall mood was strangely somber. To sum it up - there was absolutely nothing special about their special menu. It's a complete rip off and I will make sure to stay clear of that place. I can get better Italian food in dozens of local Italian eateries.

Great ambiance, restaurant decorated very well. Staff was friendly particularly at the greeting. Service was about a C, it was slow and the staff seemed like they were very harried even though there was not a huge amount of people in there. Food was only ok overall, and very slow to come to the table we give it about a C. Wine was very good

We have been coming to Vincitorio's for years under the previous ownership of Mario and Ginger. It has always been a lovely experience with good food and wine. We returned with the new ownership and were happy that the pizza was still very good. However, we were very disappointed to see that they are now adding a 3% charge to use a credit card. We were very saddened to see this charge added. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. Do they really think that people carry enough cash or want to use a debit card when they dine out or make a purchase? We hope they return to the previous policy of no 3% charge. This has really become a disappointment when dining out. Prices have risen and now many establishments are adding a 3% charge.

We just went to try to have an early dinner and sat there for 10 mins before the server came without even water( I had to ask). They brought garlic bread still no water. Server came and we ordered 2 glasses of wine and preceded to sit there for15 more minutes. When I inquired where our drink now were he said that their bartender wasn't in yet. It's wine that he could easily get himself. His nonchalant, zero urgency, careless attitude along with the disorganized restaurant will keep us from ever returning. When I told the server we were going to leave he said he would do the same thing. We left and will never return!!

Recently went to this restaurant for the first time and I wouldn't come back. Another Italian restaurant up the street in better in my opinion. I ordered the Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo minus the sun dried tomatoes and Caesar Salad (Note: this salad is a $3 upcharge for wilted iceberg lettuce). This Alfredo entree was very bland, the Alfredo lacked any kind of flavor. The noodles were mushy/overcooked and broken into small pieces making it hard to twirl onto the fork. My friend and I order this and we both had to doctor up their white sauce with salt, all of their cheese at the table and pepper. Also at the time of our visit their soda machine was down and they literally just had tea and water.

the kitchen was very backed up but the service was still great! our server, Stefano was awesome. The food was still great when it did come out and we had live music the whole time. the manager came by and talked to us through the whole dinner!

Never had been but was celebrating my birthday and it was close to home. I absolutely loved the Italian vibe. They had a water pipe burst, so the live music and back area was closed. Honestly, sometimes the live music is distracting. The food was so good. Our waitress was attentive and considerate. Even got a birthday dessert and go on Wednesday. The bottles of wine are 1/2 price. Will be returning!

Excellent spot for a warm, Italian meal. The VinciTorio's staff were kind and accommodating. We arrived just before the dinner rush and were seated right away (I believe my family made a reservation as well). The decor inside is cozy and warm, exactly what you'd expect of an authentic Italian restaurant. The food was delicious.. we ordered a few appetizers including the ravioli, and assorted pasta. I left very full with leftovers for the next day. Next time I'll remember to take pics.. haha! Overall great spot !

Wow! My first thought after leaving dinner last Saturday night! I went out with a group of friends and am just blown away by the incredible food and service we received. Our server was Lynn who was friendly, patient and extremely helpful with menu recommendations. Food came out on time (and hot)! Lynn was super attentive to our party and she made our first time experience incredible! We will definitely be back and this is definitely going on our list of recommendations!

Family restaurant to a T! Literally the kindest owner. Showed us new wine and made sure we were good throughout the night. We sat at the bar with Julio and he was so attentive and kind. The marinara sauce was some of the best we've ever had, it was delicious. Piano was such a nice touch for the atmosphere. This will be our new neighborhood bar!!

They have raised their prices by about 40% and cut the portions in half. No wonder why the place was dead for happy hour. Very disappointing!

The Capellini Campagnola and Chicken Scaparra were fantastic! We enjoyed an evening at the bar with a bottle of Masi and some love piano music. Our server was gracious and let us taste wine before making a decision. Looking forward to returning.

We dined at this Italian restaurant in Tempe, AZ, and much to my surprise, it was wonderful and authentic! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere reminded me of the Italian restaurants in Littly Itlay, NYC. The food was wonderful, and even fresh made pasta! I would highly recommend it. We went for piano night not realizing that it was $40 per person with a set menu. So, we opted for the dining room. It's very pretty and the staff is friendly. But the food is what gives it this rating. The noodles were soggy and overcooked, the sauce was basically just canned tomatoes without seasoning, the chicken was rubbery and unflavored, and the bread was like something you would slap together at home. I was very disappointed that the dish didn't have any flavor and it was runny.

Amazing chicken parm. Owner came and spoke to us twice on a busy night. Piano player was great not too loud and a very nice tone. Great place to eat. Good job!

Great atmosphere for a place that looks from the outside, no different than any other diner. The actual food is good too, but I have to take off a star for the cream of mushroom soup, that thing is so sweet, it feels like a supermarket cake. Take it easy on the sugar please! Otherwise the pasta and other stuff are good.

The service was very good. We were greeted and seated quickly. A bus boy brought us water and the house garlic bread promptly followed shortly by our waiter. We already new what we wanted to order as we tend to get same things from Italian restaurants often. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and my wife ordered the Lasagna. For sides my wife had the diner salad and I had their cream of mushroom soup. The salad was pretty average, not special or bad. The soup was ok but needed seasoning. Quite a bit. Which seemed to be a common theme. The garlic bread was fairly bland as well more like a sweet buttered roll with barely a hint of garlic. My chicken was quite hot. Well cooked and not dry but it tasted like the chicken was either reheated or cooked by boiling and the watery Marsala mushroom sauce added as and after thought. Not part of the cooking. It probably would have been better if they added Marsala to the soup and put that on as a sauce. It came with a side of pasta and meat sauce. The pasta was overcooked and barely warm. The sauce was ok, but not great. There was also some broccoli on the plate that I didn't even try. It looked like all the color was cooked out of it. On to the lasagna. The wife took one bite and not only was it cold but just a big mass of cheese and noodles. I took a bite and found it to be bland and cold as well. This is one of the first restaurants that I can remember where neither of us wanted to try something else on the menu when getting something neither of us liked. They offered to make the lasagna again but it wasn't good enough to want that. And what can you do to make a bland meal better the second time when pretty much everything you had up to that point was bland as well. They did not charge us for the meal so I have to give them credit for that. As for the decor. A bit odd and dated but that's not how I decide on my reviews. If the foods good and the place is passably clean I'll go there often. One last note, a musical note. They had live music. Not a reason to come or go. Just an odd eclectic couple playing Patsy Cline and Moon River while singing an occasional happy birthday. I see they have plenty of 4 star reviews and my sister says the pizza is good and supposedly they make their own pasta. Hopefully your experience will be better than ours. They are nice people so I would suggest you try them and have a different experience. If not let me know or post your own review.

Family members brought me here because I had not been here before. Ambiance really reminds me of Italy. Mushroom Soup,Eggplant Parmigiana, birthday dessert were delicious. Service was excellent. Singer/Guitarist added to the evening. I have already visited a second time

We've been wanting to go here for a while. And now that we've been, I cannot figure out why this place has 4 stars. All the pastas were drowning in sauce. No...no...NO! The pesto sauce was very oily. No...no...NO! The kidlet's meal came out after a wait and after the adults were served. No...no...NO! The 2 glasses of wine were flavorless. Opened too long. The bread was heated sammie buns. No...no...NO! The tiramisu was awful. It was yellow (?) with no coffee flavor. The panna cotta was rubbery. Good panna cotta is silky soft. The service was okay. The tacky plastic tablecloths showed evidence of previous diners. And the hanging lamp over our table was dusty and stained. We will never return to this place.

Had a graduation dinner party of 20 and VinciTorio's was perfect to accommodate our large group! Everyone enjoyed the food, service and food was timely, our waiter had great recommendations. Something for everyone young and old to eat. No issues at all for such a large group. We will definitely come back! Bonus: portions are generous and almost everyone took home leftovers!

We stumbled into Vincitorio's as a backup when another restaurant's AC went out. The restaurant's interior is cute and feels like an Italian wine cellar. The wait staff was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. I greatly enjoyed how entrees came with garlic bread and your choice of soup or salad (Caesar salad for a small upcharge). My partner ordered the gnocchi with pesto sauce and I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. My partner enjoyed his gnocchi and overall my eggplant parmigiana was good. The broccoli was an interesting touch that I enjoyed but the pasta on the side seemed like an afterthought. The marinara sauce in general had decent flavor but a little bit more watery than I typically prefer. Overall, a cute spot with reasonable prices. If I'm in the area I would be happy to return to try out more of their menu offerings.

I always love the restaurant! It's a classic neighborhood place. The value you get is amazing and the food tastes so good. We are not a huge fan of the pizza, the cheese is a bit much but the pasta dishes and phenomenal.

Always have a great time here. Food is yummy and homemade. Staff is friendly and fun. We take everyone that visits us here and recommend to everyone we meet!

First time at VinciTorio's here are the highlights! Dueling Pianos!! Nothing is better than dinner and a show! The dueling pianos are amazing! You can make requests and enjoy the show while having dinner. They also have a great selection of drinks/wine and a bar area. In the back room you are able to order food but it is a limited menu and around $40 per person (entree, soup or salad and a soft drink). The only reason I'm not at 5 stars with the piano is because of the sound system- it is hard to hear in the back room since the sound is projected from the front of the room but it's still pretty fun. Reservations are required for this since it fills up! Service I have to say I take my hat off to this great service! Despite the huge crowd and the dueling pianos and very easy possibilities for chaos the waiters/waitresses are amazing! They were attentive, got every order correct, checked in on us in a way that was not overbearing. Amazing staff! Food This was the only part that was disappointing. I am not sure if it was because of the fact that we went for the dueling pianos but the food just wasn't that good flavor wise. It was cooked well no complains there but there was just something missing in the flavor of the sauce. The sauce for the ravioli was just like plain heavy crème. Desert 100% recommend the cannoli and cappuccinos as a treat to end the dinner

Never a bad meal or service in this place. Food is always top notch. Like sitting on the wine bar side and listening to the music.

Three must have dishes include the latest on our hit list: *Macheroni al Forno: House made pasta baked in meat sauce goodness among meatballs and melted ricotta and mozzarella. I've had this dish 5times! (different visits ok?) *Linguini Vongole: Little neck clams(lots of em'!) sautéed in garlic, extra Virgin Olive oil & white wine served over linguini! Oh my! *Fettuccini Pomodori Secchi: Not your everyday Fettuccini Alfredo but way above that with garlic Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken and sun-dried tomatoes... whoa! Drooling now and I just had it yesterday! All servers are attentive and at the ready to make you comfortable and well fed. Bring your appetite, sit down and enjoy! This is truly a neighborhood eatery, in the most Italian sense of the word. Mario and Ginger Vincitorio for decades have been able to genuinely bring the culinary soul of their native Apulia region on the Adriatic Coast of Southeast Italy - as Apulian cuisine is not your typical American-recognized of style Italian cooking, it is more pastoral and country as well as considerably influenced by Mediterranean tastes such as seafood is reflected in dishes like Baccalà with the cuisine's integral use of herbs, spices (oregano) and especially unique aromas. Do not let the rustic, fancy yet Italian rustic Homey décor and fanciful post renaissance surroundings fool you, just an embellished attempt to bring you an enhanced Native Land to us in Arizona! Although they do not push culinary boundaries but offer a more traditional offering unique, yet not obvious but deceptively subtle in their execution, the food is, well, homegrown Italian. Our encounter with VinciTorio's Ristorante brought us closer to the real Italian foodway. When visiting last, we started with a Bottle of Valdobbiadena Prosecco to cover our meal - excellent. For appetizers we shared an incredible Mario's Meatballs in incredible marinara sauce with mozzarella on a perfectly toasted ciabatta bread, and a perfecto Mozzarella Fritta, as well as a serving of their Sausage Fries batter dipped with finely crumbled sausage and parmigiano with a perfect amount of rosemary. The Zuppa Posillipo of Mussels and Clams seethed in a fab tomato and hearty garlic bisk with perfectly toasted ciabatta bread is on par with the finest of Bouillabaisses, which happens to be my all-time fave entree. Needless to say, I had to have at least a bite from each person at the table and was able to dip into the likes of Ravioli di Formaggio, Seafood Ravioli and Chicken Parmigiana and found them all immensely amazing. We finished off with a fabulous Exotic Bomba. With exotic Mango, tropically delish passion fruit, and a delectable raspberry sorbetto drenched in a rich white chocolate. Wow! If anyone tells you that VinciTorio's Ristorante is "just" an Italian Restaurant, think twice 'cause it is not... not even close. We look forward to and cannot wait to be back at Mario and Ginger's table for another meal, really, really soon. Spaventoso e grandi avventure!

Great food love the vibes inside and everything is fresh from the pastas to the salads and pizzas. Plus their soups are amazing

We made a reservation on a Sunday. ( for lunch)Arrived to a fairly busy restaurant. We were seated in the wine room. What a cute place. Oh I should say we were all first timers. Our server was very sweet... but she was overwhelmed. They had her working both dining rooms. And she was very apologetic for it. We all felt bad. We did order a bottle of wine and some individual glasses of wine. We didn't order appetizers because we knew that it would be great portions... and it was lunch! We all had something different. Each meal has a choice of soup or salad. I had to get the Wedding soup. Being an East Coast girl... I miss it! I can't wait to come back. It was delicious. They have a huge gift area with wine t shirts and other cute items.
