Don was absolutely amazing and so sweet. He gave a wonderful taste test to my best friend and I today. He paired us with a phenomenal selection of cheese and we went home very happy. We will definitely be back very soon. This place is absolutely incredible and a very unique gem hidden in Gainesville.

This store is incredible! The owner, Don, is very kind and professional. He has a great deal of knowledge and background on every wine, the variety of cheeses, & fine chocolates in the store. He can recommend what goes well for any occasion.

I have been a customer of Vine and Cheese for years. It is absolutely my favorite wine store for wines and quality cheeses. Don the owner is always very helpful in making selections within whatever price range I want. I enjoy the education from him about the latest and greatest. It allows me to try new recommendations from a trusted source. The store is fun to browse, and he also hosts a wine tasting every Friday evening. I go as often as I can for the great selection and service - which are ALWAYS superb. Thanks Don for all of your great service!

I have been shopping with Vine & Cheese for a long time. The owner is always friendly and will help you find a wine that fits your budget and your taste. He is good to keep within the budget you are looking to spend, too, when he makes his recommendation. I just have to say that the one star reviewer is completely unrealistic. You don't expect a grocery store to just open whatever package you want to sample--why would you expect a wine store to do that?

We saw this shop from the street and decided to check it out. We love wines from all over the world, and Don was able to meet our interests. Don was especially helpful with wine from regions we were not aware of and we took home a box load of vintages we look forward to enjoying.

Just moved to the area, and I always like a good wine shop. This store has some of my favorite wines, and more! Let me tell you, Don is such an amazing business owner. He walked me through the wines, told me where they all are from, their stories.. As long as I live in this area, I don't think I will go anywhere else for wine shopping. Don has wine collection of all types, and prices. 100% percent recommend this place! Give it a try!

Went by in hope's of finding Gjetost a Scandinavian cheese I tried at Disney's Epcot a few year's ago and have been unable to find sincs. Did not see any so we decided to leave. The gentlemen that was busy with another lady came out the door and to my car to see if he could help us find anything. I told him what I was looking for and he said come in and I will help you. He had exactly what I was looking for and was so kind and helpful. I will go back to see what else I can find when in the area. If you love cheese or wine go check this place out they have impeccable service.
