The loveliest coffee shop in Fairmount I couldn’t wait to get home to write this review! My latte was delicious and the service was amazing. They were so sweet to my puppy Windsor. They gifted him a Puppuccino and the cutest bagel dog treat! I will most definitely be going back!

Google
I really like this place—it's cozy and has a great atmosphere. The lower level is quiet and perfect for working or studying. Their coffee and croissants are delicious, and I always enjoy stopping by. The only downside is that they don’t have a machine to warm up the pastries, so they're usually served cold, or barely warm. I really hope they consider adding that, as warm pastries would make the experience even better.

Last time coming here burnt bagel barely any cream cheese. My matcha (which was watery) which I ended up leaving there because the lack of flavor so I said instead of bothering them let me just make it sweet, they wanted to charge me for a shot of vanilla, when they didn’t have any liquid sugar/simple syrup as the lady tried pass off agave or honey off as simple syrup I’ve never seen brown simple syrup. The only thing that was correct was the small coffee and thats because I had to put the sugar and cream in myself which is fine. The lady was just rude which this is a first for me because she has been sweet everytime I’ve been there but $15 for is ridiculous.

Came here slightly before 9am an October Saturday for breakfast. It's a small cute shop with only window counter seating inside, probably 8 spots, and a couple tables outside. Clean, bright. There were 2 guests besides me, but shortly after 9am there was a moderate crowd, mostly take-out given the real estate. Avocado toast was alright, probably 3 to 3.5 ⭐. It was fairly simple, which was to be expected for the price and establishment. I asked for extra eggs but they didn't serve eggs, unfortunately. The banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie, as well as the latte, were good, probably closer to 4 ⭐ Overall a reasonable in-and-out kind of spot for coffee and simple bites.

Google
Vineyards Cafe is such a great breakfast and lunch spot!! The crepes are amazing and very large- they have both sweet and savory crepes, as well as some other lunch foods. Everything I've tried here has been super tasty and everything is made fresh. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The space is really cute and clean, with more seating downstairs. I love meeting friends there or bringing my laptop to get some work done.

It’s tiny in here but this is my neighborhood spot. I think it’s family run too? Idk, I come here all of the time. My barista is so sweet and loves my dogs. She makes an amazing pup cup. That’s a huge draw for me but the cold brew is great. There’s a neighborhood garden surrounding it and even a couple tables and chairs for outside seating. The crepes are delicious. Apparently there’s a basement too? So you might be under the impression it’s cramped in there, but it’s not. If you want to sit inside you can sit down below. To be fair though, I’ve never been down there.

Google
So much care goes into each dish made here and that's part of what makes this place a hit. It's quiet, relaxing, and a good place to just slow down in a fast paced city and enjoy a rest. I recommend the Avocado Toast. It's carefully made and tastes fantastic.

Google
Really good food and decent coffee! Came here to explore different cafes and ended up here. There isn’t much in the immediate neighborhood but you can easily walk to the fairmount area. There is seating downstairs and seems pretty good for studying or doing work. I prefer to study by the bar but it does get quite loud with all the customers ordering and the espresso machine but I like being at the windows. The food was really good. I got the Philly sandwich which is lox and cream cheese and spinach on toast. Super delicious honestly. The coffee was meh. They have only a select few of syrups and the vanilla flavor wasn’t great. The staff were pleasant. They do get busy but they do their best to be attentive. Price: around $8-10 for a sandwich

Yelp
Vineyards Cafe is cute, cozy, and clean! I ordered the banana pie crepes which were amazing, packed full of warm banana, slightly crunchy on the outside but soft all around. The vanilla latte was smooth and tasteful, they have sugar free flavor options which is always a plus. The cafe was very clean and has a downstairs seating area that is well put together with a game shelf so perfect for meet ups. Wifi works well. Service was approachable and friendly, we got our food in a timely manor. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I love this little cafe. The basement has tables, couches, and board games. The service is slow but I don't mind because there only seems to be two employees that work very hard. This place clearly has a great report with the neighborhood. The crepes are fantastic and fairly priced. Stop by this spot!!

Yelp
This cafe is a such a gem! My husband and I love coming here on Saturday mornings for coffee and crepes (my favorite is the Philly crepe). We always sit in the cozy lower level that's perfect for getting work done or just lounging. The workers here are very kind and definitely do their best to be efficient as there are often only 2 working at a time. I'm happy that this is our neighborhood cafe!

Yelp
This spot has the best crepes in town. A nice cafe with places to eat and relax, only open into the early afternoon but happy to have this comfy 3rd space to spend time getting things done. Haven't tried more of the menu but everything looks great. Seemed to have hired new workers so service changes though.

Yelp
Sometimes the best things come in small packages lol. This place is a testament to that. It's a small cafe that's pretty easy to get to if your familiar with the area. As soon as you walk in your greeted with friendly smiles. They don't have paper menu's because they're menu hangs up on a black board on the wall. Don't worry the writing is pretty big for those of you that wear glasses lol. What I like about this place aside from their food is their setup. They have limited seating in front of the counter/by the main entrance. The last have a picnic table or two on the aside of the Cafe if you wish to eat outside. Lastly, (and frankly the best part) is the seating downstairs! Downstairs is a vibe. Its cozy, you could bring your board games, drink your coffee, and just chill. Me and the lady really liked it. The food is pretty good. I ordered the Philly lox sandwich and it inspired me to want to learn to make one of my own. It just takes very fresh. My lady also really liked her Nutella crepe. Her only takeway was it became a little too much Nutella for her since she's not a big sweets person. My one takeaway was I felt my drink had to much ice. So make sure you ask then for less ice. I ordered an iced chai latte. It was great but it just had too much ice. Give them place a visit and bring some games cause your gonna want to stick around if you go downstairs :). Enjoy!

Yelp
Super sweet staff and meh coffee, it would be probably better if I wasn't lactose but only critique is if you're going to upcharge for oat milk can it be good oat milk? I think $7 for a lattee with oat milk is kinda ridic if the oat milk is from Aldi. Which is essentially oat water and ruins lattees. Please change to some sort of barista blend, lactose people deserve good coffee too.

Yelp
I don't usually eat crepes, but when I do, I come to Vineyards Cafe! So many options of sweet and savory crepes, but my go-to is the Norwegian. Whether you get this to go or to stay, it always tastes great! The downstairs area is cute and a great study space! Used to be my favorite neighborhood spot when I lived a few blocks away, but I come back even though I live further because the quality of the crepes is great!

Yelp
This is a great place to come hang out or study, they have a spacious downstairs area in addition to the first floor. Their drinks are fine, I've tried the iced lattes and matcha, but I will say they feel a little weak/watered down to me. Haven't tried their crepes and sandwiches but their pastries are very solid.
google avatar

Spencer W.

Yelp
coffee, crepe, and a good place to work wifi and outlets crepe was tasty didn't check out the bottom floor
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing gem of a cafe! Crepes are standout and they have a great selection of sweet and savory ones. Delicious drinks as well. I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk The interior is cute and has bar seating up top with a spacious lounge area on the bottom level. Outlets and fast wifi! Board games as well. Definitely a great place to study or spend some time on a rainy day. Would love to come here again next time I'm in Philly!

Yelp
Cute little place in a neighborhood. Once you step in, it's a small space with table top seatings along the windows. Then there's a downstairs area where it's tastefully decorated and very inviting to just hang. I got the iced latte and asked for very little ice, but alas, my cup was at least 50% ice.

Joanne W.

Yelp
I was staying in an AirBnB nearby for a rowing event recently. We Seattle people take our morning caffeine rituals seriously. 1st morning out , heading elsewhere I walked by this shop. It looked warm and inviting, but not all coffee providers carry Matcha tea and the soy milk my body tolerates. Happy discovery here! Kindest of people, helpful and my matcha lattes helped me through my stay. Lovey place too!

Di S.

Yelp
3.5 stars -- tried the biscotti and strawberry smoothie this time. Nice respite from the heat.

Alex Z.

Yelp
Rarely do I post and had to for this little gem. The crepes were great, the location was lovely with all sorts of charming details. Service was warm and we enjoyed a little laugher together. I will be back.

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday. Service was very quick. Ordered a latte and a crepe and they actually it brought it downstairs to me which was really appreciated. Everything tasted great. The downstairs echoed a bit but great space to catch up with friends and get some work done while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Autumn H.

Yelp
Food, coffee, service, everything! Found this place walking back to our car and we fell in love! The coffee is fabulous, crepes are phenomenal, and the staff is very friendly! 0/10 would recommend visiting Philly but 10/10 would recommend visiting this cafe.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food and drink but a little bit pricey but totally worth it I love the downstairs area

Yelp
Today was my first time here, but it won't be my last! It's a little out of the way for me and parking is non-existent, but it's worth a visit. The avocado toast was bomb! Very fresh ingredients and the hummus was a nice touch! I also had a London Fog, with oat milk + sugar free vanilla, which was very well made. My husband had an iced matcha latte, which he really enjoyed. I didn't visit the downstairs area, but the upstairs seating was sufficient on an empty morning. The women behind the counter were very kind, service wasn't exceptionally quick, but the wait time was reasonable. Can't wait to try a crepe next time!

Yelp
Cute, pretty & yum. I loved their Philly Bagel. A room downstairs is a cozy spot for your special coffee time.
google avatar

Yelp
Vineyards Cafe is the cutest little gem of Francisville! They serve delicious Coffee beverages, breakfast sandwiches, sweet and savory crepes, and smoothies. The Blackberry Comfriture Crepe with a dirty chai or mocha is my Jam. My love enjoyed the Turkey Sandwich on a everything bagel with a mocha! They always outdo themselves with the decorations and actually built the picnic tables for the community and their customers to enjoy.
google avatar

Nicole K.

Yelp
Pretty good coffee shop! I love their chais because they aren't too sweet. The crepes are awesome. I wish they had a make your own crepe option, but there's plenty of choices. The coffee is great, but the bagels I've had have been just ok.

Yelp
A pretty great cafe in the Francisville area. Upon arrival I was a little bit wary because it looked pretty tiny with only one table and some high top seating. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there's a floor downstairs with some extra tables and even couches! The aesthetic does what it can to be hip/trendy. It is also very clean and bright which I love. Vineyards seems to be known for their crepes, but I didn't get to try one during my first trip here. I got a hot latte. It was $6!!! That is v expensive for a cup of coffee and if I'm being honest it was not that good. That got me a bit turned off. My friend got a mocha chino which was just as expensive and a chocolate chip cookie. I don't wanna hate on a local small business, so even though I do think that this place is overpriced, I'm gonna back it. I'll definitely be back to give a crepe a try and recommend it if you need a cup of coffee or a place to get some work done.

Yelp
7 years later and this place is still amazing. Very friendly employees, great food and very good coffee. The downstairs area is always quiet and extremely clean. I'll continue to come back.

Laurie P.

Yelp
The food here is delicious, workers are very nice, restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Biggest complaint would be how long we waited for these. We thought this would be quick and it still took about 20-25 minutes. So if you're in a pinch this isn't it but if you wanna hang out for a little, I would recommend!

Donaji T.

Yelp
I never write reviews on places but I got to for this one. Super amazing tasty food! Crepes are sweet! Americano Crepe...delicious!! Coffee is really good too. Nice clean sitting areas.

Yelp
Came up to Philly for the weekend and we wanted something quick to put in our bellies before the Sunday morning drive...also we love crepes. This is a cute little unassuming place. (I would have missed it completely if it wasn't for the "open" sign.) When you enter, whether you want your meal to stay or go, you must order and pay upstairs. I went with the Norwegian (goat cheese, salmon and avocado) while my fiancé went with the Goat Turkey (goat cheese, turkey, fig spread). I also ordered the blood orange pear tea and he got the lime mint wellness. The prices were quite reasonable, even with 15% tip everything came up to~$25. You have to wait upstairs for your tea as they will bring the food to where you are seated but not the tea. We waited then took our cups downstairs. There aren't a ton of tables downstairs (or upstairs). About 2-3 two person tables and maybe 2 four person tables...were also 2 armchairs near a low table. It is quite intimate and closed in. There were a lot of what looked to be Temple college students and the place did seem to have that chill atmosphere that students would gravitate toward. We didn't have to wait too long for our crepes. They were QUITE filling, you only need one at a time! The Norwegian was ok, there was way too much goat cheese for me and it seemed to overpower everything. The Goat turkey was amazing, loved the fig spread, it added some balance. The herbal teas were also enjoyable (I recommend adding a sugar cube to the blood orange pear to really bring out the blood orange flavor). I enjoyed the nice touches like the lemon-cucumber ice water stations (one upstairs and one downstairs). Very refreshing. There was single gender neutral, differently abled friendly bathroom upstairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to come back to try the sweet crepes.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the atmosphere and basement with games to entertain the kids was great!
google avatar

Anela M.

Yelp
Solid little cafe serving crepes and coffee Crepes were huge, with fresh fillings and a great batter. The coffees looked great though I didn't have one.
google avatar

Rochelle B.

Yelp
Easy Menu. Not a lot of people around brunch time. So it was an easy in and easy out. I only had a regular coffee and added my only fixings at the bar area. I am a fan of the bar top and seats at the windows. This place is small but offers light breakfast and danish items. Also...The coffee was REALLY good, in my opinion.
google avatar

Mo L.

Yelp
I've been dying to try this place and am so glad I did. I pass by Vineyards Cafe during my commute to work in the morning. It's usually not open yet since I get in so early, but one day, I was running late and thought f*** it, I'm getting myself a cappuccino! Small, quaint, and cozy, this little neighborhood cafe is such a treat. I'll definitely be back to try a crepe next time.
google avatar

Jess S.

Yelp
Best neighborhood crepes and coffee! Sit downstairs or outside on a pouch if table..everyone is super friendly and crepes are the best! We always get the maple pecan ham, americano and Nutella banana
google avatar

Lexie S.

Yelp
Cute little spot in francisville for delicious crepes! just a note though, there are some photos on this yelp page from a previous menu - they do not serve any eggs anymore. I love the nutella crepe, the philly crepe, and I've also had a few sandwiches that were good as well. My favorite drink here is an iced mochaccino- it will keep you up to get work done. I wish they had oat milk as a non-dairy option though. Pre-covid they were also pet friendly in the upstairs portion!
google avatar

Aelita P.

Yelp
Came with a friend to do some studying on a Saturday morning. We ordered two chai lattes and sat right by the large window at the front, which lets in a lot of natural sunlight. There's seating at the front and also more downstairs so it's a great spot to bring a laptop and do some work (plus the staff were very sweet as well). The latte was made from the purple Oregon liquid chai mix (which a ton of people use). It's a little too sweet for me so next time I'll probably just go with a tea.
google avatar

Andreina S.

Yelp
Such a cute little neighborhood cafe, I met with clients here and their basement space is perfect for a meeting or just a quiet breakfast/lunch. It makes you feel you are in your own leaving room. Tea and coffee are very good and their crepes are delicious, although I am giving 4 stars because I ordered a Nutella crepe but it was not fully Nutella, it was more of a mix between Nutella and chocolate syrup, I was expecting pure Nutella filling (as the name says) and not a mix of chocolates so that was a bit disappointing.
google avatar

Alfie B.

Yelp
We went to Vineyards Cafe for breakfast after reading about how delicious their crepes are. The inside is pretty small, but has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. There's also more room downstairs but we never got a chance to check it out. Both servers were very friendly. This place really does feel like your neighborhood cafe, just like their sign says! I ordered the Norwegian crepe. These were really packed with salmon and avocado. I never had this combination of foodstuffs together before, but it somehow works. Even my girlfriend who admittedly doesn't like goat cheese or avocados commented on how much she liked the dish. I was also able to try a bite or two of her caramel ricotta crepe. Also very delicious and not too sweet. Would be interested in coming back here to try more of their crepes and some of their coffee.
google avatar

Olga B.

Yelp
Amazing place!!! Cozy atmosphere!!! Such a friendly stuff!!! Sooo delicious food and COFFEE
google avatar

Neel A.

Yelp
DAYUM that's a good crepe. I've had some good crepes in my day, but DAYUM. Got the Goat Bacon, amazing decision. Menu has savory crepes, sweet crepes, sandwiches and omlettes. The folks running the joint had a french accent which inspired great confidence in their crepe making ability and it lived up to the billing. The crepe was huge and the goat cheese/mushroom/bacon filling was plentiful. Mark this on your GPS as a go-to spot in Philly.

Yelp
Yelp suggested this cafe for me. So decided to try it! It was located on this cute little corner midst a residential area. The cafe has seating downstairs too. Though it looks super tiny, it can seat a lot of people. The menu was huge- it was all squeezed onto a blackboard but surprisingly legible! They offered savory and sweet crepes, sandwiches and freshly baked choco-chip and oatmeal raisin cookies (which were not made in house). They were ginormous and oh so soft!! Coffee was given to you plain, and you can walk up to the little coffee maker corner and add whatever you please. We ordered- Maple Ham crepe: pretty large size, over-drizzled with syrup. It was pretty tasty if you like all sweet things. But half way in, it was a little too much of the same taste. Pesto Sandwich: has pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado. The baguette was a little too hard for my taste. Was difficult to actually bite it. Maybe we just had bad selection of food this time, but it looked like a pretty busy little cafe on a saturday. I would definitely return to give it another chance! But the cookies- yum yum for sure! I'd probably go back at least for one of those!

Dhara P.

Yelp
Excellent service, excellent ambiance, excellent food. Best lavender latte I've had. They use Monin syrups it seems.
google avatar

Shaun E.

Yelp
Delicious Crepes! I got the Norwegian which had goat cheese avocado and Salmon. It was soft and delish. I wish they brought syrup out. Didn't see it on the counter until after. My wife got the Strudel Crepe with apples and cinnamon. It was pretty basic. Would go back again. What a hidden gem!
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
One of the best crepes I've had in a long time!! The mochaccino was damn good too. Great little dining area downstairs.
google avatar

Christopher H.

Yelp
Best creperie I've come across in Philly. It's a small cafe, located on the ground floor in a new development. My first observations were that it's very clean, and that it has a neat wood decor. They feature a tantalizing variety of savory and sweet crepes. I opted for the Honeybee (mozzarella, scrambled egg, and spinach - finished with a honey drizzle) and then took home a Nutella/banana for dessert. Both crepes were super appetizing, well portioned, and priced appropriately. I'll also mention the service was very friendly (two women behind the counter). And they offer free wifi!
google avatar

Maggie G.

Yelp
Love this little neighborhood spot! Food is great (good quality and prices), their outdoor area is so cute, and the staff are always extremely friendly. Lucky to have them in the 'hood!

Yelp
Vineyards Cafe is a cute little place for breakfast or brunch. There are seats downstairs to relax and hang out. And very clean. I ordered two crepes for myself to try a savory and sweet crepe. The Norwegian crepe had a decent amount of salmon, avocado and goat cheese filling. And was a good portion. I would like to have it again. The Au Sucre crepe was like my dessert. Plain but pleasant as I got a good sense for the batter they use. This dish would be good for the kids. And the perfect price for what I ordered. I would like to come again and try something new.

Gianna R.

Yelp
Really cute spot with a homey atmosphere. Perfect for a little breakfast or lunch bite. The service is great- the people are super genuine and are appreciative of your business!
google avatar

Komal R.

Yelp
Wow I never knew crepes could taste sooo good! LOVE this place! new favorite!! The strawberry au sucre was absolutely on point. It melted in my mouth lol. Their savory crepes taste amazing and are quite filling as well.

Yelp
I'm late posting this Yelp review. I stayed for the weekend in Philly nearby this gem. Stopped in on a Sunday AM looking for a cup of good coffee and maybe just a quick bite. The menu is pretty varied (who knew there were so many choices for crepes?). I decided on the goat bacon and was not disappointed. There was a small wait, but the ingredients are fresh, and made as ordered. Grabbed a great cup of coffee, sat down for a bit and took in the sights. It is located in a neighborhood that is undergoing a resonance. The crepe was just scrumptious! Great way to start my day. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Cute cafe in the Francisville/Fairmount area that provided an awesome place for me to hole up for several hours and have lunch, take a couple meetings, and get some work done. Seating is outside or downstairs, and on a Monday afternoon, I had my choice of tables as there was only one gentleman in the entire place (nice to meet you, Andre!). My café au lait was perfect, and I love the help-yourself water station with large glasses. I was excited to see crêpes on the menu and went for the goat bacon with goat cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes. The crêpe was good but I would have enjoyed it a lot more if the bacon inside was crunchy. My dining companion's pesto sandwich looked incredible and I had a bit of lunch envy. I'm definitely going to try a sandwich or omelet next time. The staff was really friendly and the wifi was complimentary. Definitely adding Vineyards to my rotation of spots to get some work done, and looking forward to trying more from the menu.
