"If you’ve read our best restaurants guide, you might end up in Testaccio for a meal. Take it as your cue to swing by Vinificio after for natural wine and some electronic music played by a live DJ. It’s sultry and dark—like, really dark—perfect for hiding that amatriciana stain on your shirt from dinner. Pick something from their euro-centric wine list, like a mineral-packed white from Greece, or some bubbles from Puglia. Vinificio is a true gem in Rome! Gaia, who assisted us during our visit, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through their impressive selection of over 500 wine labels and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is outstanding. Their "Italian ramen" is a unique and unforgettable dish. Definitely worth a visit!

It’s a good place to meet with friends on a weekend however might be quite loud due to big amount of people and loud music playing. Bar selection is quite simple and slightly overpriced. Be ready for not usual Italian food. I recommend to take appetizers to share because the portions are quite small and again, if you’re not used to creative fusion variations- you might leave quite hungry. In general a decent place to visit once or twice.

Good wine list, we didn’t have any food as we stopped for a drink before dinner somewhere else. However, whilst in the middle of our drinks we were asked to stop playing our card game…not sure why, when someone on the next table had a laptop out. Not much of an atmosphere, we promptly left after we finished our drink.

Cool and modern bar with big city vibes. The staff is very friendly and the drinks were very good. If you want to hang out with a good atmosphere and nice drinks, that’s the place.

Wonderful. We dropped in somewhat by chance at cocktail hour. It is a very neighborhood place, and they really welcomed us. There was a popup vintage clothes market in the back, an unexpected bit of local in an otherwise very sophisticated enoteca. Every dish was fantastic, especially smoked beef carpaccio with artichoke.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, all of them. Especially Alessio gave us a great recommendation for a red wine, we had a wonderful cheese selection and a creamy tiramisu. We really enjoyed the start of our Saturday evening here. I definitely recommend this bar/restaurant. We didn’t eat any main dishes, however they looked very tasty and we are thinking about coming back an other time for dinner. Thanks.
